پانچویں جماعت تک ھم سلیٹ پر جو بھی لکھتے تھے اسے زبان سے چاٹ کر صاف کرتے ، یوں کیلشیم کی کمی کبھی ہوئی ہی نہیں ۔😁

پاس یا فیل ۔۔ صرف یہی معلوم تھا، کیونکہ فیصد سے ہم لا تعلق تھے۔

ٹیوشن شرمناک بات تھی، نالائق بچے استاد کی کارکردگی پر سوالیہ نشان سمجھے جاتے۔🧐

کتابوں میں مور کا پنکھ رکھنے سے ھم ذہین، ہوشیار ھو جاینگے، یہ ھمارا اعتقاد بھروسہ تھا۔ 😜

بیگ میں کتابیں سلیقہ سے رکھنا سگھڑ پن اور با صلاحیت ہونے کا ثبوت تھا۔😊

ہر سال نئی جماعت کی کتابوں اور کاپیوں پر کورز چڑھانا ایک سالانہ تقریب ہوا کرتی تھی۔

والدین ہمارے تعلیم کے تیئں زیادہ فکرمند نہ ہوا کرتے تھے اور نہ ہی ہماری تعلیم ان پر کوئی بوجھ تھی، سالہا سال ہمارے والدین ہمارے اسکول کی طرف رخ بھی نہیں کیا کرتے تھے، کیونکہ ہم میں ذہانت جو تھی۔🕵️

اسکول میں مار کھاتے ہوئے یا مرغا بنے ہوئے ہمارے درمیان کبھی انا (ego) بیچ میں آنے کا سوال ہی نہیں پیدا ہوا۔ انا کیا ہوتی ہے یہی معلوم نہ تھا۔ مار کھانا ہمارے روزمرہ زندگی کی عام سی بات تھی ، مارنے والا اور مار کھانے والا دونوں کو ایک دوسرے سے کوئی شکایت نہ ہوا کرتی تھی۔

ھم اپنے والدین سے کبھی نہ کہہ سکے کہ ہمیں ان سے کتنی محبت ہے ۔ نہ باپ ھمیں کہتا تھا ۔ کیونکہ I love you کہنا تب رائج نہ تھا اور ہمیں معلوم بھی نہ تھا،

کیونکہ تب محبتیں زبان سے ادا نہیں کی جاتی تھیں بلکہ ہُوا کرتی تھیں،

رشتوں میں بھی کوئی لگی بندھی نہیں ہوا کرتی تھی، بلکہ وہ خلوص اور محبت سے سرشار ہوا کرتے تھے۔😘🥰

سچائی یہی ھے کہ ھم یا ہماری عمر کے قریب سبھی افراد اپنی قسمت پر ہمیشہ راضی ہی رہے، ہمارا زمانہ خوش بختی کی علامت تھا ، اسکا موازنہ آج کی زندگی سے کر ہی نہیں سکتے!

ﺁﭘﺮﯾﺸﻦ ﺍﺭﺗﻘﺎﺋﮯ ﻓﮩﻢ ﻭ ﺩﺍﻧﺶ۔

قیام پاکستان کے بعد پہلی نماز عید الاضحیٰ، قائد اعظم کی زندگی کا ایک واقعہ، جو تاریخ کی نظروں سے اوجھل ہے۔

یہ 25 اکتوبر 1947ء کی بات ہے۔ قیام پاکستان کے بعد پہلی بار عید الاضحیٰ کا تہوار منایا جانا تھا۔ قائد اعظم اور دیگر سرکاری عمائدین نے 18 اگست 1947ء کو عیدالفطر کی نماز وفاقی دارالحکومت میں بندر روڈ پر مولوی مسافر خانہ کے نزدیک مسجد قصاباں میں ادا کی تھی، جو عیدگاہ کے نام سے بھی معروف تھی۔ اس نماز کی امامت فریضہ مشہور عالم دین مولانا ظہور الحسن درس نے انجام دیئے تھے۔ 25 اکتوبر 1947ء کو عید الاضحیٰ کی نماز کی ادائیگی کے لئے بھی اسی مقام کا انتخاب ہوا۔ اس مرتبہ بھی امامت کا فریضہ مولانا ظہور الحسن درس کے حصے میں آنا تھا۔

قائد اعظم کو نماز کے وقت سے مطلع کر دیا گیا۔ لیکن تمام لوگ اس وقت بڑے حیران ہوئے جب نماز کا وقت آ گیا مگر قائد اعظم عید گاہ نہیں پہنچ پائے۔ اعلیٰ حکام نے مولانا ظہور الحسن درس کو مطلع کیا کہ قائد اعظم راستے میں ہیں اور چند ہی لمحات میں عید گاہ پہنچنے والے ہیں۔ انہوں نے مولانا سے درخواست کی کہ وہ نماز کی ادائیگی کچھ وقت کے لئے مؤخر کر دیں۔ مولانا ظہور الحسن درس نے فرمایا ’’میں قائد اعظم کے لئے نماز پڑھانے نہیں آیا ہوں، بلکہ خدائے عز وجل کی نماز پڑھانے آیا ہوں۔‘‘

چنانچہ انہوں نے صفوں کو درست کر کے تکبیر فرما دی۔ ابھی نماز عید کی پہلی رکعت شروع ہوئی ہی تھی کہ اتنے میں قائد اعظم بھی عید گاہ پہنچ گئے۔ نماز شروع ہو چکی تھی۔ قائد اعظم کے منتظر اعلیٰ حکام نے قائد سے درخواست کی وہ اگلی صف میں تشریف لے چلیں، مگر قائد اعظم نے ان کی درخواست مسترد کر دی اور کہا کہ میں پچھلی صف میں ہی نماز ادا کروں گا۔ چنانچہ ایسا ہی ہوا اور قائد اعظم نے پچھلی صفوں میں نماز ادا کی۔ قائد اعظم کے برابر کھڑے نمازیوں کو بھی نماز کے بعد علم ہُوا کہ ان کے برابر میں نماز ادا کرنے والا ریاست کا کوئی عام شہری نہیں بلکہ ریاست کا سربراہ تھا۔

نماز کے بعد جب نمازیوں کے علم میں یہ بات آئی پوری عید گاہ قائد اعظم زندہ باد کے نعروں سے گونج اٹھی۔ قائد اعظم نمازیوں سے گلے ملنے کے بعد آگے تشریف لائے۔ انھوں نے مولانا ظہور الحسن درس کی جرأت ایمانی کی تعریف کی اور کہا کہ ہمارے علماء کو ایسے ہی کردار کا حامل ہونا چاہئے۔

مولانا ظہور الحسن درس 9 فروری 1905ء کو کراچی میں مولانا عبدالکریم درس کے ہاں پیدا ہوئے تھے۔ آپ 1940ء سے 1947ء تک آل انڈیا مسلم لیگ کونسل کے رکن اور اہم عہدوں پر فائز رہے۔ قائداعظم آپ کو سندھ کا بہادر یارجنگ کہا کرتے تھے۔ مولانا ظہور الحسن درس نے 14 نومبر 1972ء کو کراچی میں وفات پائی اور قبرستان مخدوم صاحب نزد دھوبی گھاٹ میں آسودۂ خاک ہوئے۔ آپ کئی کتابوں کے مصنف تھے۔ جن میں چشم تلطف پنجتن، خون کے آنسو اور " تحقیق الفقہ اما فی کلمتہ الحق " کے نام سرفہرست ہیں۔

There is a strong relationship between knowledge and patience.

The more knowledge we have, the easier it is to remain in control when we're faced with the unexpected. The less knowledge we have, the adverse our reaction is.

There is a proverb "empty vessels make the most noise" that is said in the context of speaking but I think the concept applies just as well in how we deal with situations in our lives. When going gets tough, empty vessels start making the most noise.

Imagine a new team member is the current on-call person and a high severity production problem occurs; they're very likely to freak out because they won't know how to investigate or fix the problem. A senior team member however will be able to easily investigate the issue and remain calm.

If we're working on a project and we don't communicate to stakeholders the progress, they at some point will become impatient and think we're not making any progress.

If we're dealing with non-technical stakeholders and we have to justify additional time for refactoring or we need some time to think through the design, they might not know why some time has to be spent on an activity that doesn't produce buttons and colors or bring in revenue so might become impatient with the demand.

There will always be people who do not care about your Costs, Time, Effort, they rather let other people cheat them, allowing others to earn, then supporting someone they know. Cause in their heart, they will always be thinking, 'How much did he earn from me?' instead of "How much did he SAVE/MAKE for me?"

This is a classic example of a poor person's mentality!
