Guys I thought it was common knowledge that Feyre wore crowns in the books? I thought it was common knowledge that Feyres crown is a symbolic thing that heavily ties into her and Rhysand’s relationship? And then also when she chooses her crown in the Night Courts vault that it was symbolism to her role as High Lady? The crown that people will see at the High Lords meeting had like a whole page of description.

How do some n.sta fans stray so far that they’re so delusional and can bee so loud and so wrong by saying feyre has never worn a crown and even if she did her crown would never be as important as n.stas????

Also saying none of the High Lords wear crowns is CRAZY and just proving people who have these loud and random ass takes typically didn’t read the books correctly.

Anyways even after being providing proof she says “wow 5 quotes? still doesn’t seem relevant. Nestas crown is actually relevant to her story.” And so is Feyres!! How many times has Nesta worn the trove crown? It it’s important to her story even though it’s just been introduced, and so is Feyres. Her crown is also important that’s been mentioned throughout the whole story!

Idk this fandoms just kinda crazy sometimes.

I’ve noticed that almost everyone who complain about the fandom “disregarding” nesta and elaina hypothetical house work are the same who forget Feyres actual, canonical, written on paper work that she did during the war.

I guess it’s all “feminine work still matters” when it comes to cleaning a rotting cottage but healing almost dead soldiers, glamorizing a whole army, finding the suriel who showed them how to find the cauldron, cutting linens to make bandages, and getting the mirror to make a deal with the bone carver isn’t considered do anything because she didn’t pull out a sword and fight.

Also like the main thing she did was save the fucking world?

Reforging the cauldron??

Those Nesta fans that simply reducing Feyres decision in ACOSF to “she locked Nesta up so she wouldn’t get hurt..hmmm” piss me off.

No, she relocated Nesta to HoW so Nesta couldnt hurt HERSELF. There’s a big difference in being paranoid of a threat that has not even happened and being over preventative to the point you are neglecting the damage you are doing to a person and giving a person time to work through her shit and that person repeatedly choosing to harm themself instead and deciding to take action because she’s on the border line of starvation.

I worked my ass off from the early age of 14. 14 is not a common age to start working in the state that I live in. I was a freshman in high school. But I still did it to help provide for my family. I also was fully in school, and whenever I wasn’t working or at school I was watching my siblings. My 7 year old sister, my 6 year old brother, and 1 year old baby sister. I used the money I worked for to buy them food, to cook them dinner, to buy them snacks and candy and gifts.

Yk what they never did?

Took advantage of me.

They always said thank you. They always helped around the house when I asked them to. They always cleaned up after themselves. They always helped me with my chores. SEVEN AND SIX. They were helping me watch our ONE year old sister.

That is what a healthy sibling relationship looks like. Did i fight with them? Yes. But I never insulted their looks, used their insecurities against them, or verbally attacked them. The worst we’d say to each other is “you’re so annoying”. I never chased them with a knife as a lot of you claim is healthy. They never told me I was disgusting after coming home from a shift. They never told me no one would care if I was dead. They never threatened to kill me. Even now. As I’m 20 and live in my own home they still appreciate how I raised them. I still do things for them because I love them and they always say thank you.

That is why I can’t ever accept Feyre and Nestas relationship to be “normal sister fights” like no. That’s not what that was. It was toxic and I’m tired of everyone trying to normalize it.

When I was 15 I was taken out of school and out into online school, about a year before covid, because my parents needed me to watch my siblings more. I was depressed. Really depressed. Wont get out of bed, unless I had to work, eat junk food, no sleep, just rotting in bed. I felt isolated and I lost my friends, yet I never resented my siblings. It wasn’t their fault. I actually miss those days of taking care of my 2 year old baby sister at the time. Our bond grew stronger because I was with her every day. Granted all we did was lay in my bed watching Peppa Pig.

But I never treated my siblings horribly and used my trauma as a shield. And my siblings never emotionally abused me even though I kept them alive.

Feyre literally saying Nesta was cruel to her for years but it’s all “she’s an unreliable source”. Thought Nesta meat riders were all about validating trauma. ??

…it wasn’t one sister fight. Nesta spent the years degrading Feyre so much that her trauma response matches that of someone who went through verbal abuse. It’s almost like that’s because Nesta…wait for it…was verbally abusive. Sorry but Nesta’s voice literally being heard in Feyre’s psyche whenever she thinks something bad about herself is a sign that those fights that y’all are calling normal ran deeper than you want to admit.

We saw only saw one fight that’s true, however Feyre’s mental state being effected by Nesta tells us this wasn’t a one time thing. We aren’t saying that Nesta is an abuser because of one fight, we’re saying that because her victim literally shares the same trauma response as another victim. When it comes to Nesta, Feyre shows all the signs of someone who has been verbally abused for years. We don’t see the actual “fights” but we do see her reactions which is more than enough to make the conclusion that Nesta is indeed abusive.

It’s all about “just because we didn’t see it happen that doesn’t mean it never happened” when it comes to defending Nesta and Elain’s uselessness in the cabin but all of a sudden because we didn’t see every cruel thing Nesta did to Feyre that means it only happened once? Yeah okay.

As I stated in my post, this is about people using fan wiki as a means to build their opinions. This has nothing to do with arguments or “internet slap fights”.

Nowhere did I say “go through all the books for an argument” but if you’re gonna say some wild shit about the book then say “sorry i haven’t read the books i’m so long, i don’t even like them, i just saw this on fan wiki” is a different story and that’s what my post was about :)

Also, I get the whole “some of us have lives” i have a full time job. I have a life too. But that doesn’t mean my memory can’t serve me well enough to not use wiki which is known for being 9/10 times wrong on a lot of things.

Okay so the whole “Rhys said he fell in love with Feyre bc she reminded him of Cassian” joke is funny and all but on a more serious note..

Imagine missing your family for 50 years. Imagine thinking you will never see them again. Believing whole heartedly that you’re doomed to live out your immortal life as a sex slave in order to keep your family safe.

And then comes someone, who for the first time in 50 years, reminds you of said family. Who reminds you of that family you are protecting with everything you have including your dignity. And said person is the reason for the first time you feel hope you will see your family again.

And you can see that else on fitting in right at home with your family if you both make it out alive.
