I know ei doesn't have a speciality dish and you literally can't use her to cook so it matches up with her lore but honestly I think the joke would have been funnier and make more sense gameplay-wise if she COULD cook normal dishes but her speciality is a suspicious (poorly cooked) teyvat fried egg. idk I just think they kinda missed the mark by just giving her a pop-up that says "this character cannot cook."

I like how Childe’s clothes are a mix of three things thematically.

- The “imperial officer” part: a weird mix of Soviet and Russian Empire uniforms (mostly Soviet) and I’m also getting a “Nazi officer” vibe. Colours, silhouette, boots.

Also it’s a fantasy empire so there is asymmetry and the buckles on his coat are in an old Slavic style. There are also some hussar elements.

- The “black knight/fairy knight part”

The armour thingie on his shoulder, red gemstones in his earring and on the pin that holds the scarf (the scarf itself is both this and “Russian officer” thematically). These are things he probably picked himself, maybe they are more than just decoration and are also needed for the Foul Legacy.-

- “Young chill dude” elements. The way he rolls up his sleeves, the tummy window, having an earring.

I believe they symbolise Tartaglia, abyssal Childe and Ajax respectively. And what’s fascinating for me is how well it all blends together.

Also, while his clothes aren’t a Russian folk tales reference, his overall vibe certainly is (ginger, blue-eyed, both sweet and chaotic, occasionally pragmatically cruel).
