15 min of bumper to bumper traffic making me five minutes late, almost 100 pages being faxed back to the office because the confirmed insurance x fax number was not the correct insurance x fax number, the customer service line I was directed to speak with doesn't have the patient, it's looking like this is going to be a complete clusterfuck that is going to fall squarely on my shoulders, and it hasn't been 1/2 an hour 🫠
