Toxic Positivity

Your negative feelings are valid. Your feeling of sadness, anxiety, worry, and anger are valid. There will be times where you’ll need to drag yourself out of the negative abyss but it doesn’t help when someone tells you “why can’t you just be more positive?”

Hang in there guys. The scars will heal. The pain will lessen with time. Just set boundaries and know that you cannot control the words that come out of people who cannot seem to understand you. Find the people who you can talk to without judgement. Seek therapy. Find what works for you to help you out of that negative abyss.

Long vacation & 2022 Goals

Hi guys! I have returned from a long hiatus as life was wearing me down. (IRL job) I’m now back and starting to get into the swing of things again. Once I catch up with real life work stuff, I can start posting on a more normal schedule again.
