Hi everyone, I am indeed still alive.

When I said “hiatus”, I didn’t think it would turn into almost a year hiatus, but here we are folks—still in a deep pit of despair. Probably even more so considering the fact, when I decided to take a break, more and more shit just got piled on top of me.

Not to say that the grief overcasts the positives that have happened—and there have been quite a number of them—but there’s still a bit weighing heavy on my heart.

Writing has been a slow process, maybe I’ll return in a few years when I can say, “Look! I did all the things I wanted to accomplish!” But, until then, enjoy this archive page, for lack of better term.

hey y’all. I just wanted to take a brief moment to express my gratitude for you all that take the time to read my work. I really do appreciate it, and it genuinely means the world to me.

That being said, I think I’m going to take a hiatus after I finish My Youth is Yours.

I’m not doing the best mentally and it’s challenging to produce work I’m happy with. Not just writing, but in every aspect of my life right now. I want to take some time to fall in love with my arts again, whether it’s reading, writing, drawing, or whatever. I loved writing When The Birds Came, and I want to focus on more heavy topics similar to it.

My Youth is Yours is almost complete—hopefully it will be done by mid-July. I’ll post my Kita oneshot in honor of his birthday if I’m feeling up to it.

Again, thank you all for your support. Hopefully, I’ll see you soon.

Social dummy is for Apple I think, I have a Samsung phone 😭

I'm gonna try and find a good one for my phone because I have a multiple ending smau planned, it's also music themed 😁😊

I think socialmaker works for android but i could be wrong about that lol. and I’m intrigued! I was thinking about doing a band SMAU for Terushima or Suna but i feel like it’s overdone. The Kita one shot that i’m working on was originally going to be an SMAU but I didn’t wanna delay it to release after myiy and make it in time for his birthday.

I've been meaning to ask, and I always forget even if I remind myself right before I send an ask, how do you make your SMAU?

I use social dummy for nearly all of it! There have been a couple times, like when sending songs and stuff, where I actually text my husband and crop it into a blank social dummy text just because it’s much easier for me!

Rumor had been swirling around the academy the last few weeks that the newest teacher in the literature department was hot. As a fellow educator, you normally wouldn’t have indulged in such superficial conversation. After all, just exactly how credible could a bunch of horny teenagers and lonely, old, tenured teachers be?

 Incredibly, apparently. 

 Iwaizumi Hajime, the newest creative writing teacher here at the Academy of Fine Arts in Tokyo was a damn looker—and every student and teacher alike had noticed. But more than his objectively immaculate appearance, there was one thing every resident of the Academy noted: he was goddamn intimidating. The way his eyebrows naturally settled into a scowl or the way his lips always seemed downturn to match emanated intimidation. 

 For majority of the school year, Iwaizumi kept to himself. But with the end of the year festival just a term away, the mandatory faculty meeting that you both were in attendance for allowed you the opportunity to finally hear the man speak. The fact that it was towards you was mesmerizing in and of itself, but you had tried to contain your surprise. 

 The Academy’s end of the year festival was a huge deal. It was something all classes were preparing for the entire school year—presenting students and teachers alike to be scouted and recognized by respective critics, directors, curators, and the like. Each department was typically paired with another—music students with dance, actors and film, photography and modeling, etc.—and each class was paired with another from their countering department. For your painting students, it was a crucial event. 

 And you had gotten paired with the fresh creative writing teacher this year.

Im really proud of myself today! Im neurodivergent and have really bad social and general anxiety + depression that isnt as bad as my anxiety, but for once I didnt cancel having my support worker come help me and went into town!

I also tried bubble tea today, and tried the tapioka balls! I actually even swallowed a couple to try, but couldnt have them all because the texture was too jelly like and made me gag, but, I still tried something new! Sorry if this is annoying, just wanted to share an achievement! - Cyan

We celebrate each other in this house 👏🏼 big or small, we celebrate all achievements here. Especially when it comes to overcoming GAD and Depression.
