I don't think I've written this out anywhere, but Midler is fluent in Arabic, English, and Spanish, all because of her time in the brothel, dancing, and her assassin work. She’s semi-fluent in Portuguese and wants to learn other languages.

and i feel like he’s probably not that active on his phone anyway unless he’s playing solitaire or some type of betting game

Terence D’Arby

another one who likes to send memes into the chat actually but isn’t a spammer like dan is

he’s pretty much always active on the group chat but he’s more of a lurker and doesn’t tend to respond to messages quick all the time even though he is always on the group chat

which always annoys everyone because they know he’s there and is just ignoring them lmao

is often asked by others to hack the group chat and edit peoples nicknames (normally it’s dan or mariah that asks) most of the time he doesn’t do it but he will if he’s bored and feels like annoying people

Vanilla Ice

co admin of the group chat (Dio is the admin of course)

not that good at keeping it under control though lmao

normally dishing out group chat bans (normally to either Mariah, Dan or Rubber) until another member of that little trio begs for them to be unbanned

he’s the most active i would say. when dio can’t be bothered with the group chat, he’s in charge of keeping it under control (which again, he’s very bad at lmao)

always has to ask terence for technical help because he assumes terence knows everything about technology

everyone always complains to him about the group chat nicknames because he’s not creative enough with them

Mariah

group chat besties with midler

always keeps her up to date on pranks she’s going to pull on the group chat so that she’s in on it too tbh

much like terence, she’s very active but she doesn’t like to respond

when she does respond though it’s probably with some type of snarky comment (never with midler though, she would never do that to her)

as much as she’s group chat besties with rubber and dan, she’s always insulting them too lmao. she loves making fun of those boys

Hol Horse

i’d say he’s semi active in the group

likes to pester the d’arby brothers (daniel is definitely more easily irritated than terence)

most frequently used emoji is the cowboy and the gun emoji (and got sad when they changed the gun emoji)

he’s quick at answering when he’s in the mood. you can always tell if hol horse has fallen out with one of the other members because he refuses to answer them lmao

pretty flirty in the group chat. mostly flirts with mariah and midler even though mariah constantly tells him to give it a rest

If you ever watch the movie *A bugs life* I can’t help but headcanon Lich’s voice as Hopper cuz he’s a bully and a boss man.😅 especially the last scene where the ants finally are fed up with him and face him for being a tyrant that he is.

That's awesome you have a voice you can hear for Lich. I haven't watched a Bugs Life in a long time, but I liked the movie as a little kid. I can see the parallels with the characters.

Originally, when I first came up with the concept of Lich's character (Can’t even remember what I originally named him. Maybe it was the same name. Can’t remember. Wow…

Either way, Lich's original backstory/ role in a fanfic [I won't name because I wrote it in middle school and it was AWFUL], was very different from what it is now. The plot of the fuc was a ripoff of the movie ,“Heavy Metal” so Ronnie James Dio or Alice Cooper were the two voices I usually associated him with. "The Mob Rules" and "The Black Widdow" are Lich's theme songs.

BUT Kevin Spacey's voice fits Lich very well, now that you pointed it out.

He is oozing with Hopper vibes.

If I had an obscene amount of money to spend, I would hire these voice actors/actresses/ singers (resurrect them from the grave if necessary) to play my ocs and/or Characters from Invader Zim that never officially were assigned hired voice actors.

At least most of my Irken ocs have voices picked out.

Pepperoncini: Sir Christopher Lee (?) Earle Hyman (?) Even those two would have to pitch their voices lower and more gravely. Cini's voice, especially in his later years, is very, VERY deep and ravaged by centuries of smoking pipe amber. I guess the contrast in his bright, lighthearted, bubbly personality amuses me.

I can’t think of a voice that perfectly matches the voice Cini has in my head. Any suggestions would be welcome.

I loosely based his personality on Phyllis Diller and Vincent Price, to give an idea of his mannerisms.

Spinch: Martha Kelly (so shy)

Hoola: Eric Bauza (His personality is based on Daffy Duck, though lacking in WB toon antics and the lisp.)

Mem: Bette Midler (first choice), possibly Kathy Bates or Meryl Streep

Miyuki: I'm sure plenty of people would disagree with me, but I think Cher (or at least a younger Cher), Lynne Lipton (again, younger), or Cree Summer would make great choices for Miyuki.

Kii: Can't get Melissa Fahn's voice out of my head for her, but any suggestions are welcome. Maybe Doro Pesch.

Soxx: Percy Rodriguez (would have to bring him back from the dead)

Hitz: Richard Romanus

Spork: Lorenzo Music (I just do)

Commander Poki: Brooke Dillman (I love that woman's voice. Boss as shit.)

Frylady Soo-Garr: Kristin Chenoweth or Grey DeLisle. Either. Either or would pull off her vindictive personality perfectly.

send me ‘ hc ‘ + a word and i’ll write a headcanon about it regarding my character.

I can't say I'm against the idea of tattoos, and they certainly look good on other people - like Elliott ( @elliottgilbert-wmu ). But personally, I can't see myself getting one, as I have this really weird things with needles.

HC: Kurt Hummel currently has one tattoo which he got on a drunken night located on his right shoulder blade. It's his mothers name 'Katherine' with a bird, not what it reads with 'It Gets Bette Midler' from the show. While he does obviously know he has a tattoo, he considers it personal. Currently the only person to have seen it is Elliott.

8. If you had to write an entire story without either action or dialogue, which would you choose and how would it go?

I genuinely have no idea. I have written dialogue only before, but only in the form of a 100 word drabble in Sweater Clues. I suppose it would depend heavily on what kind of story I was telling, how long it was and how inspired I am at that particular moment. As it is, I think I would chose action only, because there are lots of ways to communicate things without actually speaking in any way, but having dialogue only would be more limiting for a longer story, I think.

10. Has a piece of writing ever “haunted” you? Has your own writing haunted you? What does that mean to you?

There have been poems that haunted me in a good way, and there have been fics that I clicked on out of morbid curiosity that haunt me in a bad way. For me, that means it just pops up unexpectedly and either triggers me good or bad ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

As for my own writing, is it a cop out to say my entire WIP folder haunts me? To be specific, Bem Vindo a Portugal is never far from my mind. I never intended it to be a WIP and leave my readers (and my fantastic artist @justgleekout) hanging, but life happened and keeps happening and there is just something about that fic that does *not* want to be written right now..

Sometimes I'll randomly think back on any of my sad fics, and I suppose that could be seen as haunting? Idk.

25. What is a weird, hyper-specific detail you know about one of your characters that is completely irrelevant to the story?

Okay, so, it's not *completely* irrelevant, but in the first chapter of my drabbles fic Hero, I have Kurt's parents dancing to Bette Midler's Wind Beneath My Wings while he secretly films them. My headcanon is that this was his mother's favourite song. Kurt is fairly neutral about Bette specifically and thus his happiness about the tattoo fix doesn't make too much sense at first. What he doesn't tell people, though, is that to him, it's a reference to his parents and the love they shared.

Least Favorite Character- Joseph. Not even sorry about it least favorite JoJo, least favorite character overall 💪

Best Hair + Outfit in the Series- I love Midler's design for JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Heritage for the Future! It's bright, impractical, and I love the beachy theme she has going on. And plus I just love the vibrant purple against the yellow of her outfit. It's just a solid design that doesn't do too much while not being boring.

Random Headcanon about a character- Kakyoin hates horror movies. Not that he gets scared easily, he just finds them predictable, tacky, and boring. Besides, I'm sure Freddy Krueger gives him some unpleasant Death 13 flashbacks 💀

(So if y’all saw my S/D/C headcanons, you’d see that Terence made a doll of Vanilla that he got Enya to turn into a voodoo doll for funsies. One guess as to what Terence decided to do with that.)

So here’s a mini fic featuring Vanilla suffering just a little bit and having no idea what’s going on ;)

“Are you listening?”

Vanilla Ice’s eyes flew up to look at Dio. “Yes, Lord Dio, I apologize.”

The two had been talking for the past ten minutes, and Vanilla Ice couldn’t pay attention for the life of him. He couldn’t even start to explain the cause. It made no sense to him.

“Lord Dio, I-“ An intense, sudden, ticklish sensation coursed through his feet. He slammed a hand over his mouth, looking away from the blond man again. He moved from one foot to the other, back and forth a few times, but the feeling remained.

“Is everything alright, Vanilla Ice?” Dio asked, quirking an eyebrow questioningly.

Vanilla felt like he could fall over at any second, but he still tried to maintain his composure.

“Y-yes, Lord Dio, I’m FINE-“

He wrapped an arm around his midsection, gritting his teeth. It felt as if someone was skittering their fingers all over his stomach, but there was nothing. No one was touching him.

Dio hummed, slightly curious, before shaking his head. “You are dismissed, Vanilla Ice,” he said in a smooth, finalizing tone. “Please use the rest of your free time tonight to get a hold of yourself.”

Vanilla Ice winced, biting the inside of his cheek. He didn’t trust himself to speak without letting out a ridiculous noise. OHe simply nodded his head, bowed, and walked away, now feeling the tickling on only one foot and on his side. Trying not to trip, he made his way back to his room, avoiding anyone who tried to stop and talk to him.

He stomped into his room and slammed the door shut, hard enough for it to rattle. The tickling in his foot got worse, this time feeling like something soft and light was brushing up against it. It was like walking on grass or feathers.

Vanilla Ice collapsed on his bed and kicked his foot out. He swore under his breath, laughter threatening to bubble from his throat. After a few moments of the soft feeling on his foot, the tickles suddenly stopped.

“Thank god,” Vanilla muttered. But as soon as he thought he was safe, the tickling sensation came back full force, this time under his arms.

Unable to hold back anymore, laughter poured from his lips as he rolled from side to side. “Whahahat the hehehehell!” he exclaimed in annoyed confusion. What on earth was going on?? He tried to control the volume of his laughter, but he couldn’t. All he could do was squirm around uselessly while whatever curse that had befell him tormented him.

Mariah and Midler stood outside Vanilla Ice’s door, listening in on his loud, desperate-sounding laughter.

“You think we should tell him what’s going on?” Midler asked, furrowing her eyebrows in worry.

Mariah shook her head. “Naaaah. The big lug could use a bit of laughter in his life. Besides, you know he’d just murder Terence ten times over if he knew.”

A soft ‘oh!’ left Midler’s lips, and she nodded, understanding. “So, no telling Mr. Ice about the voodoo doll?”

Mariah smiled and ruffled Midler’s hair. “Exactly. Speaking of, let’s go pay our good pal Terence a visit. Maybe he’ll let us mess with the doll too.”

The women looked back at the door, giggling at the sound of Vanilla Ice swearing and laughing his head off, before taking off to Terence’s room. This was going to be fun.

(Extra note: Mariah and Midler know about the doll because Mariah bullied the information out of Terence one day after walking in on him with it. Of course she had to tell her gal pal about it. They haven’t told anyone else tho.)

Author's Notes: Chapter 36 (You Can Call Me Hol Horse)

Sorry for the slight delay! I was in a musical that performed at the end of February and didn't get much writing done during tech week/performances. The whole thing was hell. Hopefully I'll get more of my groove back with the next chapter.

Right off the bat, I will say that I'm not super pleased with how this chapter turned out. It's one of those things where this has been in my head for years now, but I don't think I translated it super well to writing. I hope you guys like it more than I do!

There was originally a longer segment of the cast hanging out together before Hol Horse gets there which sadly had to be cut to save on word count. This is the longest Iron Touch chapter to date and the only one to break 11k. It doesn't need any more fluff to make it longer.

Believe it or not, originally it wasn't my plan to use Policy of Truth this arc. That only sprung about after I had Hol Horse get the shard in Chapter 24. Remember, Depeche and Policy of Truth were not in my original outline, so everything about them has been done by the seat of my pants.

That bit with Hol Horse using the pen to demonstrate how Policy of Truth works was taken from a very famous scene in Liar Liar.

Did someone say headcanons? This is basically Headcanons, The Chapter™, at least for Hol Horse. Let's go down the list:

Though the impromptu nature of the Chicago IX arc means that it didn't turn out exactly the way I originally planned, I always intended to introduce or at least reference a Stand agency in Iron Touch. In Stardust Crusaders, Avdol knows Gray Fly, Devo, and Midler by name and lists off their modus operandi to the rest of the cast (and the audience). That always struck me as weird. How would Avdol know these guys? That's where I got the idea for a "secret society" of Stand users, which later turned into an assassin agency that Enya pulled some of Dio's minions from, which later became SEES. I don't think Avdol was a SEES member, but probably kept an ear to the organization to study the other Stand users there. Avdol was lowkey a stalker in that regard.

This is often dismissed as cowardice, but Hol Horse is way more self aware than a lot of Dio's minions and therefore lasts much longer than basically all his contemporaries. To me, this says that he's a whooooole lot more experienced than most of Dio's other minions in both assassination gigs and Stand battles. That's why I had him start off his career as an assassin so young. It also adds an extra layer of tragedy and depth to his character, which Michelle lampshades.

I imagine a younger Gray Fly and Hol Horse having a similar relationship to Midler and Cascada, though I think Gray Fly was a lot less honest about mentoring Hol Horse that Midler with Cascada. A lot of Hol Horse's "always work in a duo" mentality probably comes from years of Gray Fly grooming and gaslighting him into believing that Emperor is much weaker than it actually is. That way, the two could go on missions together with Gray Fly would getting a higher cut of the pay because he's the "leader." Meanwhile, Midler actually does care about Cascada and actively keeps her out of the assassin life. Also, Gray Fly and Hol Horse both have animal-based names. I don't think either one of them goes by their real name.

"Half the time, I was out romancing girls from some of the wealthier families in the area." Remember Nena? Empress' user? Remember how she turns out to be an old fat lady wearing the skin of a young Indian noblewoman? Yeeeeah...I think they were originally two separate people. Hol Horse probably started romancing "Fake Nena" to gain access to her family fortune, which made "True Nena" jealous, prompting her to steal her skin (presumably with Empress). From a Watsonian perspective, this is the reason that Hol Horse no longer dates Stand users. Whether or not it's because he genuinely mourned "Fake Nena's" death or because he felt slighted by being catfished by "True Nena" is up for you to decide.

People in the Discord server have been asking why Emperor doesn't work in Iron Touch for a while now. I've heard theories on everything from the Masqueraders being involved to it being an analogy for erectile dysfunction. Well, here's your answer. Hol Horse shot himself in the head at the end of Stardust Crusaders, and this is a lingering side effect of that. Yes, I know the same thing happened to Avdol and he came out just fine, but A) Avdol only took one bullet while Hol Horse took three, and B) Hol Horse shot himself with his own Stand, which I think would do a lot more subconscious mental damage than getting shot at by someone else's Stand. This is also part of the reason why I'm so adamant about Demonic Heartbreak not being canon in Iron Touch. Not the only reason, but still a big one.

One thing you'll notice throughout the chapter is that Hol Horse avoids the subject of J. Geil for as long as he can. Whenever he asks Michelle if she's sure she wants to know all the details, he's at least partially doing it for her sake. While Hol Horse does have a sense of moral superiority over his less than savory partners (like J. Geil), I don't think someone like him, who gives Boingo a whole ass speech about never wanting to hurt a woman, would particularly enjoy hearing about someone raping and murdering an innocent teenage girl, much less having to work with them. So here he is, speaking to the niece of the girl in question. He knows that Michelle won't be happy to hear about what J. Geil did to Sherry (notice how the "rape" part was omitted in the chapter itself), so he keeps it from her not just because she'll be mad at him over it, but because he genuinely doesn't want to upset her.

Stardust Crusaders has a very inconsistent timeline, with different official sources saying that it takes place in either 1987 to 1988 or 1988 to 1989. I ended up choosing the former because, in the grander sense of the fic, that gives Polnareff more time to get married and have Michelle and doesn't rush his romance with Marylou (which is very important to me!). The fic is built to accommodate both interpretations of the timeline, so if you're more of a fan of it being 1988 to 1989, just mentally replace the dates. I'm pretty sure there's only one other place in the fic where it's relevant, anyways, and we won't get there for a while.

If you're confused why Hol Horse would be relieved that Tangerine was his Hamon coach, it's because here he's worried that it might've been Joseph, which would be bad news for him. Hol Horse only barely knows about the events of Phantom Blood through Dio and doesn't know anything about what happened in Battle Tendency, so he wouldn't have any reason to be worried about the Zeppeli name.

The "Japanese fella" that Hol Horse mentions seeing Dio put a fleshbud in isn't an OC, it's Okuyasu's dad.

All the movies Sara lists off at the end were taken from a list of Araki's top 20 favorite movies. Yes, even Shrek.

The ending. My god, the ending. We went over this ending a lot during beta reading. My first draft had the chapter just...ending after the big lore dump, with convenient excuses to get Sara, Cab, and Rumor out of the room so that Hol Horse can ask Michelle if she's okay, and she (in an apt metaphor for me trying to figure out how to end the chapter) just shrugs. Obviously this ending sucked. We bounced a lot of ideas around in beta reader chat about what to do instead. My next draft literally had three proposed endings that we could use. Eventually, I settled on this one, where Hol Horse leaves the group after Michelle and Sara start fighting with each other. I'm still not super happy with how it plays out (if I'm being honest, I think both Sara and Michelle act kinda bitchy here), but, y'know. It works. The part at the end where Cab and Rumor say that they would've gone with Michelle if she left was a remnant of one of the scrapped endings and put back in by unanimous request of the beta readers. I did try working that in before Hol Horse decides to leave, but I didn't want to put Sara in a position where it seems like everyone else is ganging up on her for a couple reasons. First of all, even if Sara is pretty attached to Hol Horse, I don't see her ever picking him over Michelle. At this point in the story, though, she needs to vouch for Hol Horse. Second of all, for reasons I can't get into, Sara would really, really not take well to having everyone be so aggressively against her. It's not in a controlling way, it's just...well, like I said, I can't tell you right now.

Crying was something that Midler was always taught was a sign of weakness. It was what those that let others in did, and it was absolutely not what desirable girls did. If you were ever to be married off to anyone, you would not let them see you cry. Midler never cared about that part, though, what she latched onto was the “crying is a sign of weakness” part. In Egypt, in her line of work, she couldn’t be seen as weak. It’s a major reason she turned to alcohol, and you can often find her drinking when the urge to cry comes about.

Midler has taken a vow that no one will ever catch her crying, because she will never cry.

Agents of Dio and Babysitting

my headcanons for dio’s agents and how i imagine they would be baby sitting dio’s sons. also i didn’t include all the agents so sorry if i missed out anyone’s fave :( i mostly included my fave agents along with some others. okay on with the post! (also p.s. sorry these slowly get worse as the post goes on lmao)

Rubber Soul:

okay sorry but he would be very irresponsible in my opinion 😭

he would probably be a fun babysitter though! loves playing games with dio’s sons

even though he’s not very responsible, he’s very good with the kids

his favourite of the 4 is rikiel and giorno, mainly because they cause him the least amount of trouble lmao

his favourite thing to do to keep the kids occupied is playing hide and seek with them

and he will read to them at bed time. though he’s normally sending himself to sleep while sending the kids to sleep

Mariah:

i think she would hate kids BUT i think she would be really good with them

honestly it’s her worst nightmare when she’s left to babysit dio’s sons

the thought of having to deal with them and clean up after them makes her sick to be honest (me too girl)

claims she couldn’t care less if something happened to the kids but she pays attention to them when she has to because she doesn’t want to actually face the consequences from dio if something does happen to the kids

normally ends up getting midler to come over and help her out with taking care of the kids

but mostly just calls her over to help deal with sick and other messes the kids have left in their diapers or the potty or even on the floor

her favourite son is also rikiel and giorno for sure for the same reasons as rubber

Steely Dan:

awful with kids so he’s not asked to babysit very often lmao

actually doesn’t even like kids either and is just all round bad with kids

also hates the thought of cleaning up after the kids and refuses to touch any messes they make and just like mariah, gets midler to come and deal with it

when he does baby sit dio’s kids, he never actually watches them to make sure they’re not getting into trouble or doing something they shouldn’t be lmao

honestly, the kids get away with so much when he’s babysitting because he simply doesn’t care

there’s definitely been some bones broken when dan has been babysitting

his favourite of dio’s sons is unaglo because he’s normally doing some weird or bad thing he shouldn’t be doing but it makes dan laugh

Daniel D’Arby:

really good with kids actually and is probably one of the more reliable agents for babysitting

mostly because he had to look after his brother a lot when they were younger so he’s used to looking after them and keeping them busy and calm

plays card games with the kids even though they’re tiny lmao

and still cheats when he plays against them too, no one is safe lmaooo

though giorno picked up some tips and tricks which have been useful in the future working in passione

his favourite of the kids is giorno for this reason as he’s always paying close attention in the card games played

but he’s always keeping a close eye on the kids to make sure they’re all well and doing okay

his favourite activity to do with the kids is play card games or just in general likes to play board games with the kids

Terence D’Arby:

also pretty good at babysitting! normally one of the ones who dio almost always asks alongside vanilla ice

dio’s kids often end up falling asleep on his knee while he’s playing video games :,) they’re always amused by all the colours and sounds going on

he lets the kids have a go at the video games and he always loves seeing how happy it makes them :)

always making sure the kids are well fed and well hydrated

he’s pretty much drawing on his experiences of what he can remember of daniel babysitting him as a kid lmao

his favourite of the kids is also rikiel and giorno because they don’t cause him much trouble very often

he’s not really good at giving the kids into trouble when they do do something wrong which leaves them to take the piss out of him a lot lmaooooo

Hol Horse:

i feel like he doesn’t mind babysitting dio’s kids but he’s also not the most responsible of the group lmao

i also feel like even though he’s not responsible, he’s actually really good with kids

the kids like him for the most part so they actually behave without him having to do very much

he plays games like hide and seek and such with the kids to make sure they’re well entertained

and also does it to try and tire the kids out so they go and nap lmaooo

again, unaglo is his favourite because he’s always doing stupid stuff that makes him laugh

Vanilla Ice:

the most reliable baby sitter out of all of the agents honestly

takes care of dio’s sons like they are his own kids

actually feeding them their meals and such when required

gives them healthy snacks for sure

his favourite activity is drawing and colouring in with the kids

his favourite child is giorno for sure since he’s so easy to look after and his least favourite is donatello since he can be so stubborn. he often finds it hard to control donatello lmaooo

Midler:

she’s not too bad of a babysitter either to be honest

she isn’t a big fan of kids either but at the same time, they don’t bother her to the extent that mariah and dan are bothered

because of this, she normally ends up turning up to help the two out

it’s always chaotic when she has to go and help the others lmao

she really just does what she does to look after them and is just generally good at taking care of them

makes sure they’re kept occupied so that they don’t cause any hassle or hurt themselves (unlike dan)

doesn’t have a favourite or least favourite kid but she does often get annoyed by don and unaglo for either arguing, or causing chaos

she enjoys drawing pictures for the kids to colour in when they don’t have any colouring books on hand :)

So, since I'm bored and I have like 3000 Agents of DIO headcanons, I'm posting them, but a good amount of them include my ships :)

(I have an entire au where some of the Agents help the Crusaders take down DIO, so that's what these kind fit in with)

Mariah and Oingo are best friends, and spend their time bullying everyone else (mostly Terence and Hol Horse) for no reason.

Midler is essentially the mom friend, and takes care of Boingo (even though he's perfectly capable of opening his own fruit snacks), and insists on cooking all the time.

Terence turns his lame gaming basement into the ideal gamer cave and there's a sign on the door that reads, "Gamers only (no girls allowed)". The only people Terence lets in there are Boingo (bc he likes watching Terence play Minecraft and sometimes gets to play Stardew Valley) and Vanilla Ice.

The only things Terence eats are Cool Ranch Doritos, Pink Lemonade PopTarts, espresso flavored ice cream, and Mountain Dew Voltage (sometimes mixed together in a large Kona Ice cup), and he has two refrigerators just for his soda and ice cream bc it wouldn't all fit in the kitchen upstairs. Most of the time, when Midler goes shopping, she refuses to buy Terence's stuff bc "he needs to break his unhealthy habits", so VI goes and buys the snacks, bc he definitely doesn't have a crush on Terence...

Terence listens to girl in red, Mother Mother, and Kikuo. (his favorite songs, however, are Minecraft parody songs)

As soon as any of the Agents come out, Milder buys them as much pride stuff as possible. (When Terence came out, Midler bought him a shirt that said "Born this Gay".)

Mariah's favorite movie is Mean Girls, and the house has watched it at least 24 times before DIO was defeated. Terence refuses to admit it, but it's his favorite movie, too.

N'doul likes to sit on Hol Horse's lap. He will actively move from where he is if Hol Horse enters a room to sit with him.

Everyone is sick of N'doul insisting that he doesn't like Hol Horse. Mariah and Rubber Soul have made their goal to get the two of them together (they're doing an awful job).

After N'doul attempted to kill himself after his fight with the Crusaders, he was sent to a hospital and the Speedwagon Foundation helped him. It turns out that N'doul damaged the part of his brain that helps with balance, so he has trouble walking (this is the basis of a Hol Horse x N'doul fic I'm writing).

Chaka survives (bc I love him) and keeps Anubis in a locked case in his room. He starts working at a cafe near the mansion (Oingo's favorite place, coincidentally), but since Anubis is more than just the sword, he'll appear behind Chaka at work. Anubis generally shows up when Oingo and Chaka are talking while Chaka's on his lunch break, and just makes comments on how bad they both are a flirting. Some of his lines are:

"My god, you two are awful at this!"

"Just go on a date already and save me agony!"

"Chaka thinks you're cute. I read it in his diary." (to which Chaka responds with an exaggerated gasp)

"He also said he likes your dumb hat."

"Hey, Oingo! How bout you spend the night in our room tonight? You can even sleep in Chaka's be-" *Chaka smacks Anubis on the head with a rolled up newspaper* (I'm aware that's not physically possible to hit Anubis, leave me alone lol)

Most of the Agents got banned from the kitchen for doing something stupid, and there's a list in the dining room of who's not allowed to use the kitchen all. Essentially the only people who aren't banned are Midler, Chaka, N'doul, Vanilla Ice, and Boingo (I might post who's banned and why).

Daniel isn't allowed to use Osiris in the house because he lost a game of Uno that he'd bet on to Steely Dan, took his soul, and dropped it into the kitchen sink. Thankfully, Geb was able to retrieve it, and Midler grounded Daniel until he let Steely Dan go.

N'doul once mentioned that he hates the smell of cigarettes and because of that, Hol Horse tried to start smoking less.

Sometimes, the Agents decide to have a 'night in', and the only people who don't drink at all are Midler and Oingo.

Hol Horse grew up in Italy, though he isn't Italian and wasn't born there.
