Al-Jazeera stole a video from Moataz Abu Sakran, a video which he singlehandedly filmed and edited. They then incorrectly credited a different account, the owner of which is not even in north Gaza.
Moataz risked his life to get this footage, and shared it so that the world would see the damage inflicted on his home by the occupation. Al-Jazeera has way too many resources at their disposal to carelessly commit misattribution like this.
Moataz has started a fund to rebuild his house for himself and his wife and baby girl. The fund is linked here. Please share it and donate if you can.

Cait #17. Personally, I think that outfit and look should score higher as well as a few others which are way better than the first 10. Still, she made the list which is good to see.
93 Of The Best Oscars Dresses Of All Time

Thanks for the message, Anon. 😃 I loved her 2020 ensemble… whilst never losing sight of fashion sense’s subjectivity (a sentiment that really hits home this London Fashion Week 😖).

93 Of The Best Oscars Dresses Of All Time
From Barbra Streisand's exquisite Arnold Scassi pantsuit to Halle Berry in Elie Saab, we've collected the best Oscars dresses of all time.
For many, the Oscars awards ceremony is hotly anticipated for its choice of winners. Cinephiles discuss intently if Brendan Fraser's comeback role in The Whale will nab him Best Actor In A Leading Role, or if Paul Mescal will pip him to the post. Others tune in for the meme-making cultural moments, be it a slap heard around the world, or a calamitous misreading of 'Moonlight' as 'La La Land' (it could happen to anyone, right?).
But for us, and we suspect you too, it's the sport of red carpet dressing that keeps us coming back for more. Having the ability to promote (or demote) a near-unknown to a leading lady in the blink of a ballgown, the power of a stellar styled look cannot be understated. Be it Audrey Hepburn in Givenchy in 1954, Michelle Williams in Vera Wang in 2006, or Lupita Nyong'o in Prada there have been some truly marvellous -dare we say history-making - gowns worn by the best actors in the world on the night of the Academy Awards.
So devoted are we to the best dressed stars of the red carpet, ahead of the 96th Academy Awards (taking place on March 10 2024) we've gone through each and every one of them to find the 93 best Oscar dresses ever worn. You're welcome!

Remember… Irish actress Caitriona Balfe looked stunning — as per usual — on the red carpet at the 2020 Oscars in Valentino Haute Couture! The 40-year-old newlywed wore a unique outfit that involved a dress and a blouse when she walked the carpet at her first Academy Awards. She stunned in the black, fishtail-style gown which fell straight down her body in an extremely flattering style. But the strapless dress wasn’t the star of the show: it was the sheer pink blouse she wore over the top! The high-neck blouse was made of a very light material, and fell down to her hips. It also featured a gorgeous, oversized bow which she wore to the left of her neck. Stunning! The model-turned-actress accessorized with silver stud earrings and a matching silver ring and bracelet. Caitriona slicked her beautiful brunette tresses back into a tight bun near the nape of her neck, and polished her look with a bold red lipstick, and red nail polish. What a star! — Hollywood Life

Presidents’ Day
Celebrated each year, on the third Monday in February, Presidents’ Day is a federal holiday to pay tribute to the presidents of the United States, including George Washington, the country’s first president, and Abraham Lincoln, who served during the Civil War. The holiday was originally established to honor Washington, but over time it has come to be a day to recognize all of the nation’s presidents. It is a day when many businesses and government offices are closed and people have the day off from work or school. Some people celebrate Presidents’ Day by participating in parades or other events, while others use it as a time to relax and spend time with family and friends.
History of Presidents’ Day
Presidents’ Day has its roots in the celebration of George Washington’s birthday, which has been observed as a national holiday in the United States since the late 18th century. Washington was born on February 22, 1732, and his birthday was first officially recognized as a national holiday by an act of Congress in 1879. The holiday was originally called “Washington’s Birthday,” and it was observed on February 22 each year.
In the 20th century, Congress passed the Uniform Monday Holiday Act, which was designed to create more three-day weekends for the nation’s workers by moving several holidays to Mondays. As part of this act, the holiday honoring Washington was moved to the third Monday in February and was renamed “Presidents’ Day” to recognize not just Washington, but all of the presidents of the United States. The holiday has been observed on the third Monday in February since 1971.
Presidents’ Day is not only a time to honor US presidents, but also a time to reflect on the important role that they have played in shaping the nation’s history.
How to Celebrate Presidents’ Day
There are many ways to celebrate Presidents’ Day. Some people choose to honor the holiday by taking part in parades or other events that are held in honor of the presidents. Others use the day as an opportunity to learn more about the presidents and their contributions to the country. Here are a few ideas for celebrating Presidents’ Day:
Attend a Parade, or Visit a Presidential Museum or Library
Many cities and towns hold parades on Presidents’ Day to celebrate the presidents of the USA. Look for one in your area and join in the celebration. There are also many museums and libraries dedicated to the presidents of the United States.
Read a Book About a President
There are many books available about US presidents. Consider reading one of these to learn more about a particular president or the history of the presidency:
Washington: A Life by Ron Chernow. This Pulitzer Prize-winning biography provides an honest portrait of George Washington, the man who became the United States’ first president.
Team of Rivals: The Political Genius of Abraham Lincoln by Doris Kearns Goodwin. This book chronicles the life and presidency of Abraham Lincoln, focusing on his ability to lead and manage a diverse group of advisors and cabinet members.
John F. Kennedy: A Biography by Michael O’Brien. A comprehensive biography of JFK, examining the life and legacy of the 35th president, from his childhood and education to his assassination in 1963.
The Reagan Diaries edited by Douglas Brinkley. A collection of diary entries written by President Ronald Reagan during his two terms in office, this book provides a unique, behind-the-scenes look at the Reagan presidency.
Barack Obama: The Story by David Maraniss. Offering a detailed and nuanced portrait of Barack Obama, the 44th president of the United States, it covers Obama’s early life, political career, and presidency, and offers insight into the man and his leadership style.
Watch a Movie or Documentary
There are many films and documentaries about US presidents, but here’s a few to get you started:
Lincoln (2012) – A biographical drama that stars Daniel Day-Lewis as Abraham Lincoln, the 16th president of the United States. It focuses on Lincoln’s role in the abolition of slavery and the passage of the 13th Amendment to the Constitution.
Truman (1995) – Starring Gary Sinise as the 33rd president of the United States, Harry S. Truman, the film covers Truman’s life, career, and presidency, including his role in the dropping of the atomic bombs on Japan and the Korean War.
JFK (1991) – A biographical drama starring Kevin Costner as President John F. Kennedy, this film examines the events leading up to Kennedy’s assassination and the investigations that followed.
Nixon (1995) – Stars Anthony Hopkins as President Richard Nixon. The film covers Nixon’s political career, the Watergate scandal and his eventual resignation from office.
The President (2019) – A documentary profiling President Barack Obama, covering his life, career, and presidency.
Participate in a Service Project
Presidents’ Day is a good time to think about ways to serve your community. Consider participating in a service project or volunteering your time to help others.

The Week Ahead: February 19-26, 2024
Lunar Phases
Tuesday, February 20, 10:47 UT - Gibbous Moon, 16°17’ Cancer
The key phrases for the Gibbous lunar phase are “tweak and adjust” plans as necessary, and “pour more energy/effort into our intentions.” Going with our “guts” here, much more than our brains or hearts.
Saturday, February 24, 12:30 UT - Full Moon, 5°23’ Virgo
The key phrases for the Full lunar phase are “culminate, fulfill, illumine, manifest;” and “pour all your energy/efforts into your intentions.” Responsibilites abound; we struggle with critical, negative attitudes. Can we be serious without being grumpy?
Void of Course Moon
Wednesday, February 21, 06:38 UT (Cancer) - 13:40 UT (Leo)
Friday, February 23, 04:18 UT (Leo) - Saturday, February 24, 01:38 UT (Virgo)
Retrograde/Direct/Etc.
Pre-retrograde shadow: Pallas Athene/Sagittarius
Retrograde: Juno/Virgo
Post-retrograde shadow: Vesta/Gemini, Jupiter/Taurus
Ingress
Friday, February 23 - transiting Mercury enters Pisces
Get that right-brain warmed up!
Et Cetera
There is one Opportunity Period this week: Monday, February 19, 03:25 UT - Wednesday, February 21, 13:40 UT. “This long and dynamic OP is perfect to get your projects off the ground. Suitable for anything you want to see grow.”
If we exclude the Lady Asteroids and the Centaurs - all the planets, except the Moon, are smooshed together between 1° Aquarius and 20° Taurus. That can make us feel “cornered,” with a narrower focus than usual. People with affinities to a Lady Asteroid may have a little more perspective and scope than the rest of us.

Today, the IOF bombed the vicinity of Al-Shifa Hospital. Wadea Abu Alsaoud reports from the emergency room, where the dead, dying, and wounded are laying on the floor due to lack of space and resources for lack of treatment.
Very little information is getting out about this attack, Wadea is one of the only people with consistent access to the facility and means of reporting. However, Instagram is shadow-banning and now threatening to permanently ban his account due to Zionists mass-reporting him. If you can, please interact with his content to support him. This is his back-up account.

they tend to form oddly with uneven and asymmetrical limbs. because they're gems.
they may look sharp and dangerous, but they actually are you're correct! very dangerous creatures look but don't touch! only trained professionals should go near them.
