Jest po 19 i właśnie wróciłam z Rossmanna i biedronki bo za dużo ludzi pod lidlem i bałam się zaparkować (Proszę nie oceniać, mam prawo jazdy od 1,5 miesiąca).

Mam moje mrożone maliny (mango nie było i mnie to boli ale przeżyje) i szpinak.

Z Rossmanna mam odżywkę która mi się skończyła, figurkę hp + takie oto prochy

(jestem zła, bo nie wylosowałam Syriusza, Luny albo chociaż Bellatrix. 8 zł poszło na Hermionę)

Zrobimy tescik. Czytałam opinie dość dobre jeśli chodzi o zmniejszenie apetytu... A że było za 17 zł to wzięłam, niech stracę... Będę dawać relacje. Ciekawa jestem czy to będzie w stanie poskromić mój apetyt który jest nie do okiełznania xD

Przyszły mi moje paczuchy z chin więc to dobry dzień (nawet jeśli nie zrobiłam praktycznie nic produktywnego).

History Is a Joke: despre „1670” (2023), „The Completely Made-Up Adventures of Dick Turpin” (2024) și „Renegade Nell” (2024) ****

La începutul lui 2021 scriam despre 5 povești episodice de epocă with a modern twist, care merită urmărite, mulțumită unui certain kind of zhuzh. Și cum moda TV are picioare scurte, o să mă repet, în cronica de față. Mâna sus, cine a mai observat că se cam poartă serialele de epocă care iau istoria în tărbacă și împletesc mișto modernismul cu peisaje, povești și costume antice și de demult!

După golul lăsat de „The Great” (2020-2023) în acest peisaj amuzant foc, în ultimele luni am văzut 3 povești TV de genul ăsta: „1670” (2023), „The Completely Made-Up Adventures of Dick Turpin” (2024) și „Renegade Nell” (2024). Am crezut că și miniseria „Mary & George” (2024) li se va alătura – vezi secvența de început din primul episod – dar nu e cazul. Producția despre amantlâcul regelui britanic Iacob I/al VI-lea (Tony Curran) cu George Villiers (Nicholas Galitzine), primul Duce de Buckingham, ghidată din culise de mama celui din urmă, Mary (excelenta Julianne Moore), e mai degrabă un „The Tudors” (2007-2010) meets „The Serpent Queen” (2022-2024). Revenind la oile noastre, vă recomand din plin astea 3 povești în care costumele sunt de mare angajament și glumele la fel!

„1670” e un mockumentar satiric, despre boierul Jan Paweł Adamczewski (Bartłomiej Topa), care deține jumătatea mai mică a satului Adamczycha și e hotărât să devină cel mai celebru Jan Paweł din Polonia. Are 2 băieți și-o fată, o nevastă care oftează după soțiile altor nobili și o pasiune pentru vorba ceea legată de capra vecinului, Andrzej (Andrzej Kłak) – boierul care deține jumătatea mai mare de sat și pe care îl urăște sincer.

În cele 8 episoade de vreo jumătate de oră, privitorul pătrunde într-un univers plin de vici și stereotipuri, în care țăranii cred tot ce le zice popa, stângacii sunt considerați purtătorii unei boli îngrozitoare, iar fata boierului pune ochii pe un țăran ochios și mai răsărit. Dar și unul în care aceasta din urmă duce campanii de combatere a încălzirii globale, se consumă ciuperci halucinogene și se face schimb de țărani, în cadrul programului Erasmus.

Povestea nu se ia în serios, are un ritm lejer și te cucerește cu amestecul de glume moderne și istorie care amintește de a noastră. Filmările au avut loc în Muzeul Culturii Folk din Kolbuszowa (Polonia) și tare mi-aș dori să văd o comedie românească similar, filmată în Muzeul Satului… Avem destule perioade istorice și personaje care-ar putea deveni subiect de satiră. Sezonul 2 a primit undă verde, din partea Netflix; îl vedem în 2025.

„The Completely Made-Up Adventures of Dick Turpin” (AppleTV+) e o comedie britanică ce spune povestea fictive a vieții lui Dick Turpin (Noel Fielding, pe care sigur îl știți, dacă vă uitați la „The Great British Bake-Off”, pe TV Paprika). În realitate, RichardTurpin (1705-1739) a fost un tâlhar britanic la drumul mare, ale cărui aventuri au fost romanțate după ce-a fost executat în York, pentru furt de cai. În povestea TV, suntem în Marea Britanie, în 1735. Fiu de măcelar, Dick e un vegan pacifist, pasionat de tricotat și croitorie, așa că se lasă de meseria asta sângeroasă și – în urma unui accident fericit – se apucă de jefuit oameni la drumul mare, în fruntea Bandei Essex. Pe care o educă apropo de masculinitatea toxică, diversitate și the value of panache. Pe urmele lui se află Jonathan Wilde (Hugh Bonneville, din „Downton Abbey”) și organizația criminală secretă The Syndicate.

Serialul are 6 episoade de 30 de minute, e unashamedly silly și excelează la capitolul vorbe memorabile (exclusive Dick action, Stand and deliver! Please?) și umor care amintește de cel marca Monty Python:, My first highway robbery! I haven't been this excited since I discovered my own cheekbones!.

„Renegade Nell” (Disney+) e creația britanicei Sally Wainwright (creatoarea genialelor „Happy Valley” și „Gentleman Jack”). Și povestea unei supereroine din secolul XVIII: în 1705, titulara Nelly Jackson (Louisa Harland, din „Derry Girls”) se întoarce în satul natal (Tottenham), după 5 ani de când a plecat în lume, cu soțul ei. Văduvită pe front, eroina nu e primită din start cu brațele larg deschise, pentru că toată lumea o credea moartă (și pentru că e îmbrăcată în haine bărbătești, de soldat). Odată acceptată minunea, surorile și tatăl ei dau o petrecere de pomină și atrag atenția nedorită a fiului lordului local (Pip Torrens, din „Preacher”), Thomas Blancheford (Jake Dunn). Acesta e un bufon bătăuș cu minte puțină și ambiții mari: își vrea moștenirea și o vrea acum!

Din cauza acestuia, Nell să apucă de pilfering la drumul mare și setransformă în cea mai tare hoață locală, ajutată de sfaturile hoțului aristocrat Charles Devereux (Frank Dillane), care se auto-descrie drept un toff, bon viveur, total waste of space. Dar și de un strop de… magie. Mai exact, are o Clopoțica masculină, un fel de Wee Free Man marca Terry Pratchett – Billy Blind (Nick Mohammed, din „Ted Lasso”), care îi conferă o forță inumană (think Neo, in „Matrix”) și o apără de pericole. Care apar în fiecare dintre cele 8 episoade de jumătate de oră și sunt ocazia perfectă pentru o mulțime de scene de bătaie elegant coregrafiate.

„1670”, „The Completely Made-Up Adventures of Dick Turpin” și „Renegade Nell” sunt perfecte pentru pasionații de povești și costume de epocă și sunt comedii ușurele, care nu îți solicită micile celule cenușii prea mult. Dar te binedispun garantat! Deci hit Play & enjoy!

(1) The Meaning of the Word.

The sun and moon were appointed "to give light upon the earth," and "for signs," and "for days and years." They were also appointed "for seasons" (mo`adhim), i.e. "appointed assemblies." These seasons were not primarily such seasons as the progress of the year brings forth in the form of changes of weather or of the condition of vegetation; they were seasons for worship. The word mo`edh occurs some 219 times; in 149, it is translated "congregation," and in about 50 other instances by "solemn assembly" or some equivalent expression. Thus before ever man was created, God had provided for him times to worship and had appointed two great lights of heaven to serve as signals to call to it.

The appointed sacred seasons of the Jews form a most complete and symmetrical series, developing from times indicated by the sun alone to times indicated by the sun and moon together, and completed in times indicated by luni-solar cycles.

C’est le moment d’en apprendre un peu plus, entre coupe de cheveux, pétards et menu du réveillon.

Le Nouvel An lunaire est également appelé « Fête de la Lune » ou « Fête du Têt » (au Vietnam). Il est célébré dans une grande partie de l’Asie de l’Est et du Sud-Est (Hong Kong, Taiwan, Vietnam, Singapour, Corée, Malaisie et Tibet) mais également partout dans le monde grâce à sa diaspora. Cette journée si importante tombe le premier jour du calendrier luni-solaire et sa date, qui change chaque année, se situe généralement entre la fin du mois de janvier et la mi-février.

Les festivités durent quinze jours, à partir de la nouvelle lune, jusqu’à la première pleine lune, marquée par la Fête des Lanternes. À New York, Vancouver, Londres, Sidney ou encore Paris, elles réunissent les communautés asiatiques mais boostent également le tourisme autour de temps forts comme les défilés de danse du lion et du dragon.

Le 22 janvier 2023, nous entrons dans l’année du lapin (ou chat) d'eau.  Le 10 février 2024, ce sera l'année du Dragon de bois.

Le Nouvel An lunaire se célèbre la veille au soir, comme Noël ou Kippour. Cette réunion familiale est un incontournable. Le réveillon se déroule autour d’un repas qui varie selon les pays. En Chine, on mange des raviolis à la viande (parce que l’année a été prospère), du poisson, des clémentines ou des nouilles (pour la longévité). Au Vietnam, on déguste un gâteau au riz gluant, haricots mungo et viande parfumée.

La tradition veut que l’on célèbre ce passage à la nouvelle année dans son foyer, en famille, sous peine de se porter malchance. Ainsi, il faut s’attendre à de grandes migrations partout en Asie, où les grandes villes se vident pour que leurs habitants retournent dans leurs provinces. En Chine, des centaines de millions de personnes prennent quelques jours de congés (entre une semaine et dix jours) et se déplacent en train, en avion, en voiture ou en bateau, créant des embouteillages monstres.

Les pétards, allumés après le souper, font fuir Niang, un esprit maléfique. Plus on fait de bruit, meilleure sera l’année. Cependant, depuis quelques temps, les pétards et feux d’artifices utilisés par les particuliers sont de plus en plus restreints par mesure de sécurité mais aussi afin de limiter la pollution.

Le premier jour de l’An, on présente ses vœux aux aînés, en tout premier, puis à ses proches. On porte du rouge par superstition. Le rouge, symbole de joie, de prospérité et de bonne santé, est ainsi partout : sur les portes des maisons, les décorations dans les rues, et même les sous-vêtements. Par ailleurs, toute parole, toute action aura une répercussion sur l’année qui débute.

On offre de petites enveloppes rouges contenant de l’argent aux plus jeunes. Cela leur apportera la prospérité. Ces enveloppes peuvent également s’échanger entre amis ou à destination des célibataires et sont désormais passées au numérique. En 2017, 46 milliards de dons ont été enregistrés sur WeChat en six jours. Attention, en Chine, le chiffre 4 représente la mort, alors on évite ses multiples !

Les présentateurs Arthur et Patrick Sébastien ont leur égal en Chine. Le soir du réveillon, tous les Chinois sont devant CCTV, chaîne d’État, qui enregistre chaque année plus de 700 millions de téléspectateurs (en comparaison, le Super Bowl américain réunit un peu plus de 100 millions de personnes). Chants populaires, sketchs, performances acrobatiques et stars locales sont toujours de la partie. Même chose au Vietnam, sur HTV (au sud) ou VTV (au nord). Sur cette dernière chaîne, les Vietnamiens regardent en direct la cérémonie où l’on sonne la cloche du Temple de la montagne de jade et où les moines et officiels jettent des poissons dans le lac Hoan Kiem.

Les portes et les fenêtres sont ouvertes jusqu’à minuit, afin de laisser l’année écoulée s’en aller. D’ailleurs, on laisse également derrière soi son ancienne coupe de cheveux en allant chez le coiffeur avant le Nouvel An, pour débuter l’année en beauté. Le jour même : interdiction de faire le ménage, au risque de balayer la bonne fortune !

PrettyBlood daycare is a PrettyBlood AU that’s concept it about a humble daycare with a bit too much going on… the kids are all over the place, all unique in their own ways! And our caretaker, Nappy, and her co workers have to protect, and take care of the children!

Rinny

Rinny is a charming, yet slightly alarming young girl. Her personality is quite promising at first glance, but her sadistic tendencies sometimes scare the other children, she is no stranger to the calm down corner.

2. Copper

Copper is a entergetic, yet extremely annoying boy who enjoys to run around and have fun! He likes hanging out with his friends! He often gets sad when people are mad at eachother.

3. Cuft

Cuft is a modest little that often keeps to himself, and his bugs. There are rumors around the daycare that he has a pet worm. Speaking of, he loves researching worms the most!

4. Leafy

leafy is a cheerful and carefree young lady that enjoys spending her time outside the most. She likes spending time rolling in the grass or watering plants. Her favorite thing to do with outside fun is doing that with her friends!

5. Elma

Elma is a meek and reserved child, she often doesn’t talk much. And likes to stay comfy. But she has these emotinal bursts where she panics and talks more often. These mainly happen whenever she is stressed or hurt.

6. Carl

A caring and ambitious youngster with asperations on becoming a docter! Her little bag contains stickers, and bandaids. She calls it a medkit though. She likes giving checkups to her friends the most.

7. Felly

A lively and obedient young girl who enjoys helping around the daycare despite being immature. She's quick to her feet and loves helping those in need. She also has dreams of becoming a ballerina!

8. Bloon

Bloon is a clever and mature young boy for his age. He dislikes when things don’t go his way and knows when to take things lightly or not. He wants to be respected among the other children, and is.

9. Luny

Luny is a touchy, yet lovable child that is aggressive when poked fun at. She lives by a “treat people how you wanna be treated” mentality, and is a sweet heart towards people who treat her with kindness and respect.

10. Eluca

A disturbing, slightly misguided child whos plushie just keeps getting more and more ragged and alarming. He often keeps to himself, playing with his doll.

11. Bipolar

Bipolar is one of the most chaotic children in the daycare! His emotions keep chaning, but atleast your able to tell when his apperence switches. Sometimes he is bold and carefree, sometimes he is worried and gloomy.

12. Ron

Ron is cheerful and loveable all the time! She's a wonderful singer and has participated in many of her school’s Chiors. She’s popular among the daycare and a lot of people there are her friends!

13. Nappy

Nappy is the daycare’s founder and number #1 caretaker. She is kind and caring and loves to take care of the children. But she has a life outside of the daycare too, and she has to balance the daycare and her daily life.

Our inspirations

Our number one inspiration was swapping the ages of characters and putting them in a daycare setting. Yes, I know this is overused but I’ll get to why.

The reason why we did do this? Well, because the concept was rather interesting! so I decided to put my own spin on this concept and try to make the story less controversial and actually good. This means heavy topics will be taken more seriously.

Our story will be similar, but unique too! And we hope you’ll be with us through it.
