Possesed Bowser
I REEEEEEEALLY LOVE KING BOO if that wasn't obvious enough. I saw @kerrtesy make a thing , King Boo's final Gambit . Spirit Tracks lookin ass and I LOVE IT!!!!!
KB would totally kick Bowser outta his own body for his use lol. And I wanted to throw my hand at giving a sketch of what I think that would look like, I hope you enjoy @kerrtesy !!!! Even if this doodle is tiny and on lined paper lmao

Possesed Bowser has a protective Neck Brace connected to an armour plate that goes over his scales. Its a thin piece of armour so he can still retract into his shell, however this entire thing is to keep his Head on his body.
King Boo remembers his Puppet Bowser from the first game and sees how his possesion effects Bowser's real body: aka parts of the koopa's body becoming ghastly and able to detatch. So KB out of total parranoa strapped this chestplate to Bowser's body. (And hey, it ended up being a good idea. So Luigi would have a harder time nocking the Koopa onto his back and would have to find another way to get to the spector, not expecting Bowser's ghost to be coaperative enough to work with the green bean lol)
The amrour has spikes that can go in and out for accesablility, it also has a little Boo shaped lock! Because how would Luigi have anything that resembles a Boo in this fight between them? Genious!
Bowser's body reacts strangly to King Boo possesing him, the body is in half of a stage of panic wanting to Revive Bowser from the inside out (like we see in Inside Story) but at the same time, his body is alive??? His body kinda freaking out. Which is annoying to the spector because if he can't convince the body that it is Fine. Then he'll have a sudden growth sprout lmao. Smack his head into the ceiling and break something while in the middle of trying to plot evily, bro wont be able to get anything done if he just outgrows it and breaks it everytime (bc remember, revived Bowser becomes a Kaiju)
KB would work around it ofc, bc Kaiju Bowser would be very useful! Step on Luigi and kill him. EZ.... Right?
Bowser's arms are ghastly and stretch out all spooky like yeehaw. The bottom half of his legs are also ghastly which makes it easier for KB to traverse the big boy's body places or phaze through floors a little bit as a treat.
Reach through floors or train karts to try and bitch slap Luigi

shower thought where in lm3, when luigi is about to capture king boo, he uses magic to somehow restart the night. no one has any recollection of the previous go around aside from luigi and kb. so luigi is forced to relive all the pain and fear twice over while kb hopes it wears him down more so he won’t be as easily defeated later on. this could go on for however many loops bc they’re both stubborn bastards who need to win. this is an absolute brain dump i hope it’s understandable lmao

Because now on one hand Luigi knows what to expect from traps and ghosts, and maybe he manages to find a way to convince E.Gadd when he tells him about it each time he meets him again.
On the other hand, King Boo now knows what Luigi is capable of, and he is not holding back. Getting vicious.
Does the time loop start again when one of them is killed/destroyed? Or is it only reset when Luigi reaches the hotel roof . Oooooh, the possibilities !
Luigi might even try different approaches. Many boss fights were started by him being clumsy or accidentally offending a ghost, maybe if he tries talking to them or giving them something of interest, it'll change the outcome ?
But the most painful would certainly be finding Mario, each time.
He tries to explain the situation the best he can, every. Single. Time.
Sometimes he manages to convince Mario-and then King Boo gets the drop on both of them and ends Mario's game.
Sometimes he doesn't manage to convince him ; Mario pretends to play along but the lack of trust in his eyes hurts Luigi most of all.
Sometimes he doesn't even have time to reach Mario. On a least a couple of occasions, when he's done beating Helen, all he finds is furiously shredded bits of canvas with red on it. Or King Boo takes Mario with him and drops him from the rooftop.
Even Polterpup isn't involved in the time loop. Luigi finds out after a couple of loops, and for some reason it's especially disheartening.
King Boo was feral and rushing straight to Luigi in the first loops, but after resetting it several times, he started looking for his own way out of the loop. Apparently ripping the fabric of time and space still isn't enough to do the trick.
Do they end up working together to find a way out ? Or do they keep fighting all the way ? Both options are so good!

if you google "crossfit bruise" and look at the pictures, they tend to fall either on the shoulder, or at the outside edge/slope of where shoulder meets neck (which makes sense, right, if you think about where a BB/DB/KB would rest when you "clean" it). but this shit is right up next to his mf adam's apple. like that is on his THROAT lmao

“You know it!” She ducked behind the counter and pulled out the bag with the VHS tape. “Can’t wait for later tonight!”

“Dingus has another sinus infection.” Robin answered.

“Vampire sneeze, Steve! Gotta remember the vampire sneeze.” Eddie mimicked Dracula pulling his cape up over his face.
“Ugh I k’dow, sorry. It’s a bad habit.” Steve wiped his hand on his jeans and retreated back to the counter with Robin.
“I’ve been telling him to stop that since we met, Eddie. We’ll have to start conditioning him I guess.”
Steve turned away from his friends, snapping at the waist into his hands again, “Heh’iKSHT!”
Robin turned and punched him in the arm.

The man in question looked up to see Eddie Munson speed walking towards him.

Eddie was whining more than anything else. He was frustrated, sure, but there was no heat behind his words.

“Aw Robs, you too?” Eddie asked.

Steve blushed hard, feeling guilty, “Sorry guys! I’ll host this week’s movie night. Soup and crackers and tea on me.”
Eddie and Robin exchanged a look, as if discussing telepathically. Finally they turned back to Steve. “Okay.”

Do you know the write speed of your work laptops hard drive? Because that could be part of the reason it's slower than your personal.
So I can look at write speed in task manager and it fluctuates all the time, but they look like they're fluctuating within the same range. Like it goes 0 kb/s > 70-80 kb/s > 120 - 135 kb/s > 200/300/400 kb/s > 1.4 mb/s and then repeats. Actually my personal laptop seems to hit 600-700 kb/s more often than the work laptop. You may be able to tell from this answer that this means nothing to me cause idk what write speed means LOL

help a girlie out i did environmental science not IT and i've been barely able to play games or be in discord calls for like two years now and it's painful 😭😭😭😭
A note: I do not have an ethernet connection and currently no way to put one in. I understand that wireless connections are inherently slower but it should be THIS slow if our internet package has up to 300 mbps (iirc)? I am in a room far from the router, but as aforementioned, it's pretty slow even by the router and I would assume all devices would struggle if it was Only the distance that was the problem. I had multiple Dell support people stumped with this laptop before and the wifi card was replaced once already.
#i lowkey felt like i tried everything a year or two ago and it didnt help so i just tried to live with it#and sometimes it's...fine? like i can watch youtube and stuff and be ok#and people will mostly be able to hear me in discord#but OMG it has sucked so bad these past two weeks#i may just get a new one because i've now suffered with this thing for 2.5 years so now i feel less bad about buynig a new one#when i hated it 6 months in i felt like i needed to keep it to get my money's worth but now i'm like well. i kept it for a While.#maybe i've just done my time#BUT WHAT IF I GET A NEW ONE AND IT'S ALSO BAD? cries

Since the new Chris Portal documentary showed the true and nasty side of KB/Mike and TheMeatly, are you still gonna Say "we don't know the full story"?. We as a fanbase were treated as shitty as the employees they fired and abused, they don't deserve respect anymore.
uh i dont know where you've been but that video hasn't uncovered much new to me aside from some details from the two interviews near the end of the vid but like all of that stuff has already been known, it is just the first instance of someone compiling it into a coherent video (like the stupid games for kids said by mike we already knew in 2019 which i would not exactly say is the same as experiencing work abuse lol)
and idk why you're being so hostile at me, i've never been one to defend mike nor meatly but tried to find and share as much of the information as i could find about their wrongdoings, like dude i was fucking there pointing out that a lot of employees dont have "kindlybeast employee" in their twitter bios which then got screenshot and that post went on reddit where actual ex employees started sharing stuff (which freaked me out cuz i didnt want to have my "face" on the post dedicated to that) so like maybe turn that down a little
i feel like there's a lot of people new to some things unraveling in this controversy but as for me i've already made up my mind what i think of it, so i'm not so up in arms to scream about things that we already screamed about 2-3 years ago and that might make people think that i don't care or wanna brush it off which is not true

okay!! so i pretty much immediately thought of percy thinking of octavian,. such lyrics as, “i just really hate your face, though i know that won’t surprise you”. there’s this idea throughout HOO (specifically SoN) that Octavian is just horribly annoying to Percy. when they first met, to my knowledge, octavian didn’t do anything right away, percy just found him HORRIBLY annoying lmao 😭😭,.
HOWEVER!! as the song goes on, i begin to think a different character fits this song more.
i have settled on, instead of percy towards octavian, jason towards octavian. “and if the world was perfect, you would be gone without a trace, but since the world could never be that great, i’ll just hate your stupid face” reminds me of jason because jason is someone who tends to settle for things.
allow me to explain.! percy is someone who fought the god of war when he was 12, he doesn’t let people just push him around. he has pretty much always been someone who has put matters into his own hands, which in my opinion, is part of what makes him such a good protagonist.
jason, on the other hand, lets himself get pushed around. he has always been a rule follower, probably since he first met lupa. yes, he did take matters into his own hands in the sense of the legions, but in some cases, jason just kind of lets things happen. when piper broke up with him, i sensed there was this kind of shrug he did regarding it all. yes, i don’t think he loved piper like that. but i do think he loved her, the way a brother loves his sister. he didn’t want to lose her companionship, but, maybe because he felt there was nothing he could do about it, he just let her go. he did his best to protect her even after that, when he thought the prophecy was about her.
coming back the the lyrics, specifically “i’ll just hate your stupid face”. kind of like what i was just talking about, since jason feels he can’t really do anything about octavian’s existence, he kind of just shrugs at the situation. if my memory serves me, when jason met percy and found out about how he kind of out-ruled octavian, he was surprised. maybe because he didn’t think there was ever anything to do about it, and then something did happen.
“i just really miss your face” ok just here me out ok. no i don’t think jason has a crush or anything on octavian. BUT. i do think he missed octavian. octavian is a kind of symbol of how things used to be for jason. they knew each other for at least a good while, probably years, if i’m being honest here though. i think a part of jason misses how things used to be, before he got his memory erased. i know he loves his friends and all, but i think it can be a kind of double edged sword. he wants to go back, maybe take his close friends with him.
“but since the world denied me one last kiss” meaning he never got to say goodbye. not to anyone, but especially not to the place he grew up in. he never got to return home, he never got to be a hero. I was gonna make a follow up comic and I may still make it but knowing how my ass has been fatigued mentally and physically it'll take a while lmao, so:
Pretty much, Doc apologizes and gets to chatting with Kind Boy and starts to inquire about who he is. Stuff like Whats your name, why are you in there, why do you have your mannerisms, etc, and Kind Boy explains the best he can about whats up with him n shit. His name, his appearance, why he's so reserved, etc. They have a long chat where they get familiar with each other, and discuss how they're gonna interact with each other moving forward. Eb wants to keep it hidden still and KN does as well so they agree to keep it between the three until Eb n KB feel more comfortable about their sitch!

The KB boys light fireworks and Geoff and Duncan are pretty drunk so they mess up a few of them, almost setting themselves on fire a couple times.
Despite how drunk Courtney is, she’s in charge of timing the countdown and she’s surprisingly on point.

This is gonna be a bunch of links to the Sanctuary builds, which are also linked in the doc of docs & taglist/links page on the sidebar.
I'll be adding some images I want to say something about. Also, just know that I frequently have gone back and tweaked or even completely redid parts of it.
Builds; Old-> New, save for Updates which is new-> old to show any new stuff easier.
Overall has over a thousand pics spanning from January 11th 2022 to a week or so ago. I've been working on this 1.16.5 creative world for what my launcher tells me is over 14 days of time spent entirely in-game.
There are over 150 mods used, ranging from itty bity ones ("No Potion Shift" at 3KB & "Shut Up Experimental Settings" at 5KB) to almost comically large ones ("Caves & Cliffs Backport" at 50,313 KB & "Modern XL" at 37,090 KB).
I run it on a laptop, but I do have to turn pretty much everything else off. I usually switch to my phone for music/podcasts + Discord and have just the game running. Also, I got this model specifically to handle Minecraft and for having ample space for my music. I have all of it stored on my computer and played through MusicBee, because I don't want a million ads.
You might notice that it takes a looooong time for most of the buildings to get roofs. This is because I didn't understand how those blocks worked. And also I just don't like doing them much; they're boring compared to the character detail stuff.

It's not in the actual album (since the dates don't align, because it was just a screengrab to share with Noodley vs a proper screenshot), but these were the original blocks I planned on using for the three main Summer Hills houses:
The mod with the tiles and logs got removed early on, so I had to pick something else to use. I like the end result way better, though; each house has a more distinct flavor while still being fairly cohesive.
If I had to pick a specific detail as my favorite, it'd have to be the creeper plushies. At some point, Lee decides that creepers are protectors; thus, anyone he cares about needs to have a plush version. Sentiments on the look of them are...mixed.
Theo thinks they're creepy as hell but his baby brother gave those to him-- thus, they're above his gear as an 'intimidation tactic'; Day is, uh, not super keen on waking up from a nightmare to the sight of creepers, so he has them out of his line of sight; Perce's friends think it's almost tooth-rottingly sweet but in a /pos way, etc.
It all spawned off of seeing the creepers in the "Modern XL" mod, and realized those are EXACTLY the sort weird, kinda unnerving thing a kid would latch onto.

Not to keep bringing this up, but at this point I’m kind of wishing that none of them mention anything about their health unless it’s through an official company announcement. I know they do it as a courtesy to fans, but that was one of the realest “Leave me alone…” I’ve heard in a minute and I kinda wish he didn’t brush it off as a joke. Did it worry me when I saw him wincing last week? Yes. But do I also trust him and what he feels is best for himself? Yes…I have no choice but to do that. Sorry for rambling in your inbox; just your previous posts and listening to what he said brought up thoughts. ❤️
yeah i think we’re going to definitely hit that point the bigger stray kids get. i think the boys have the mentality that they’re still a smaller group and they can act more comfortably, but i think the amount of drama stays keep stirring up is going to definitely change that mindset for them. i also think there is a difference between concern and the over reaction stays had over the last few performances. chris clearly tweaked something and his back did hurt during kbs, which is something to worry about and hope he treats and feels better, but the way stays tried to throw around the mistreatment thing and literally mass emailed jyp is just going to cause unnecessary problems for chris and the other members. like he said he knows his body, and more importantly his mental health is in a good place, we have to trust him to do what’s best for himself and the group. and you’re right, that leave me alone was serious despite him laughing it off. chris is one of the most open idols, if not the most open, and i think stays are going to really mess up the trust he has to talk to us about his health and issues he has with the fandom. he’s very clearly been getting fed up with a lot of the behavior people are exhibiting lately, and honestly good for him not sweeping it under the rug and pretending his fans aren’t doing things wrong. i truly hope this makes stays better at critical thinking before causing hysteria but i doubt it lmao

That's one of the reasons I stayed in high school for an extra year, I did not feel ready. I mean I also was not ready in the sense that I needed to upgrade courses but other than that I also did not feel ready on a psychological level. As an adhder my brain develops more slowly so at 18 I had the executive functions of like a 12 year old. That last year was great. I was legally an adult, I had mstured since g10, I knew the people & teachers, I was willing to accept help but I had also grown more independent, & I had gained the respect of people/staff. I was not some baby googoo gagaa, they were not robot overlords, we were people. Equals as people, though they had authority over me.

(also upon slowing it down you can see the uh.. consistency in grabbing someone falling. Have you ever done that bar trick where you get someone to catch a bill? They cannot do it. The thing is, ryan would probably be too low to pull her up, he was just holding her up. The other one helped by taking off some of the weight & pulling so that ryan could reposition himself & use his weight to pull her up.
You can see tho that she stops *there* once her elbows are on the ledge. It is hard to lift someone up. They would need to lift her up enough that she can do a pullup & get her elbows on the ledge. Then they probably grip her shoulders/upper arms to help her up while she pushes up with her arms & gets friction with her feet. Then she would roll onto the ground. & THEN she would stand up & they would be face-to-face. I would honestly like to try out smth like this (in a safe environment) to see how it works for myself rather than my logic limited experience. I want more exp.
