Do you ever listen to it's time to go and think about tay and kar___? I think that betrayal hurt her just as much as some past relationships. She really thought k was her sister and she loves her for her and not as Taylor Swift . I really wonder how these celebrities trust people like trust a wrong person and everything about you become headline. But if you get too paranoid you live with ghosts.

i try not to give that woman any brain space, but, unfortunately yes, especially because, "the words of a sister" hits me really hard personally, from the standpoint of also experiencing a betrayal and complete loss of a friendship from someone i thought was sent to me like a sister as well. losing a close friendship like that is every bit as painful, if not in some ways even more excruciating because of the levels of trust that get broken, as losing any other sort of relationship. i do think she believed that was a sincere connection and true friendship she could lean on - she was not in fact what she seemed/not a twin from your dreams/she's a crook who was caught - that last bit is just...searing, it's not even that she was a false friend, she was a crook, she did something unforgivable and stole that sense of trust that can never be won back. it breaks my heart even more because taylor also considered sc*tt b*rchetta family and he completely gutted that and devastated her too, she was losing confidantes and found family from multiple directions, and it's time to go is layered with all of it. (also the fact that all of these betrayals, including the snapchat incident, likely involved sc**ter...) it's time to go connects to yoyok as well - he's got my past/frozen behind glass/but i've got me; you're on your own kid, you always have been. when she confesses times she feels irredeemable and her myriad trust issues, and she's been touching on this throughout her career, increasingly since rep, it's very understandable, but it makes me so sad. she was such a trusting soul and she kept getting burned and learning the harshest lessons. i have trust issues as a tiny unknown person from collections of past hurts, it's hard to imagine the pressures of that when you have millions of eyes on you and coming at you wanting something from every direction. paranoia about who to trust, where to go, what to say, if something is going to end up splashed on the front page (which even goes back to red and the lucky one), must be difficult to shut off. she admits she lives with ghosts and that's such a brutally raw, honest feeling. being trusting and vulnerable is scary at the best of times, but must be endlessly compounded under a spotlight. it haunts the corners of your brain in the night. it's frankly a testament to her fortitude that she still continues to be as kind and open-hearted as everyone who meets her says she is.

#mine #personal #I'm still extremely fatigued from covid #and so i end up getting no exercise which means ibend up restless when it's time to go to bed #so I've been sleeping awful #and also I'm wondering if i need to look for a new job #it's just a mess and i keep getting promised more than is delivered #but as soon as my manager finds his new job i get a promotion #so i think I'm gonna ride it out and get a uear of experience as manager before putting that on my resume for somewhere else #it'll suck but at least be bearable #our asses aren't ridden at this job like a lot of other places will #in between customers if we don't have a list i can just fuck off to the back and play on my steamdeck lol #so i am lucky in a lot of ways #just not really compensated and we're horribly understaffed so there's no room for vacations or sick days without the store falling apart #and there's just so much pettiness from the owner and between stores #we realized recently that other stores might be faking item transfers on stuff they're under on in order to move the error to us #lile were finding items pop into our system that have been discontinued for years and just recently disappeared from another store's system #amd they definitely didn't actually have the item beforehand so that would have heen an error for them #so the error disappeared for them at the same time it appeared for us #v sus

working 40 hours a week in a completely different store with a total different layout and vibe, and completely different people, is making me genuinely miss my home store and my coworkers so much. everyone on these overnight shifts are really nice and it’s a nice store like there’s nothing WRONG, it’s just, it feels wrong to be putting in 40 hours a week at michaels only for me to not see a single inch of my home store?? i miss my place man. i’m even thinking of just stopping in off the clock just to say hi hello to everyone cuz god damn
