okay, my BuckTommy brain is a bit blown right now, tell me if i am overreacting, BUT

For the people who haven't seen my BiBuck fanart, in my Buck Begins version I used the phrase "I don't even know what that mean" which is what Buck answers to Athena when she tells him "Whoever you saved is glad you were being Buck"

(here is my instagram version, which is probably better than what i posted here ugh)

Today I saw this post by @cinematicnomad (thank you for letting me use it kat! ❤️) and remembered that was the exact same phrase Tommy used when he was called out for being gay by his co-worker back in 2.09 !

If that ain't a poetic coincidence, I don't know what is.

I feel like that one episode of 911 “First Responders” should’ve been titled “Josh Begins” so others feel that way or just me?

I mean the episode really did focus on him being a dispatcher and his origin story on how he became a dispatcher. I feel as though it should fall into the category and should have been called Josh Begins or something.

Two years after my Buck Begins fanart, I couldn't help but make a Buck Bothered and Bewildered version, now that our sweet boy knows what was missing from his life.

There are no words to express how much i love and appreciate this character, how much he helped me through very rough times, and how deeply touched I was by that first boy kiss.

am I the only one who thinks Bucks mom (in Buck begins) saying “you were born to save someone and that’s what you do everyday” is kind of fucked??? Am I just a hater??? Like ??

new to 9-1-1 sns so maybe a convo that has already happened but it didn’t seem reassuring or hopefully but felt like “look the only thing you were born to do is what ur doing” which rubs me the wrong way idk (very likely it could be just me simply being a Buckley parent hater tho)
