I actually had this in my drafts for a while but forgotten I wrote this (╯▽╰ ) When I tried to edit it my tumblr kept having difficulties so I couldn't finish it for a while. But now it's here in all of its glory! Hope you enjoy this small crack drabble (o゜▽゜)o☆
𓂃 # 𝗞𝗔𝗭𝗨𝗛𝗔
When you turned into a duck it was when you were napping with Kazuha on a rock (like the rock where he was in his trailer??? And dodged that arrow)
Before you and him fell asleep you were sleeping ontop of him
So when you woke up (as a duck) you were sitting in his stomach
Kazuha, being the hot cool man he is, noticed your awaken conscious duck presence
He was confused on where you went since you were not there but a now panicking duck is here instead
You were flapping your wings frantically and quacking a lot, panicking because of the situation you were in right now
Kazuha sat up which caused you to slide/fall in his lap
He looked down to look at you and just patted your head
“I bet [name] has gone out to find something for us to eat. And something nice for this new fellow.”
Oh great.
You now wonder how long this will take because you certainly do not want to play hide and seek when you’re right there.
𓂃 # 𝗫𝗜𝗔𝗢
He was walking into the inn since he didn’t had any energy at the time to teleport (is that how it works?? Maybe, maybe not but for the sake of this story he walks 🫠)
He then started to notice a duck following him
He ignored it at first, but it got weirder when the duck followed him into the elevator
He looked down to look at the duck who was staring right back up at him
He squinted in annoyance and groaned a bit
“Go away.”
You, the duck, responded with a head shake resulting in you not leaving him
Xiao tried to shoo you away or convince you to leave but you just wouldn’t??
When you and him got into his room you climbed up the bed (more like flap) and just sat there
Xiao sat on the edge of the bed and turned a bit to look at you
Now it seems you’re having a staring contest…
You ended up losing since you fell asleep from the exhaustion of the stairs and climbing
𓂃 # 𝗩𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗜
How did Venti find you?? We shall not know, but we do know that you are being ducknapped.
Venti found you by that big majestic tree thingy and found you adorable
“Oh, how cute you are! You remind me of a wonderful person in my life! I wonder what they’ll think about you?”
And then suddenly you were scooped up and carried into monstadt
You now have to play the waiting game till Venti does notice you are the duck
Which might take a while… and being dragged around everywhere being this pet, doesn’t feel nice at all
Let’s just hope he gets distracted and stays in the tavern till you get back..
(He secretly knows it’s you though since the wind tells him everything jejeje)

So, my father found some lost lore to this guy in the form of a parody news-clipping that his Youth Pastor had made, including that his full name is "Duck Duck".
So, I decided to make this with some of that.
Said clipping also included some art of the original design which... looks odd.

Missing. Gone. Ducknapped?
Missing. Gone. Ducknapped? Indy Canal has (had) Some beautiful white ducks. They really stood out. Earlier this week two people were carrying one of the white ducks away in a carrier. They are now all gone (4 all white and 1 white with spots). The White with spots was on the canal yesterday, but gone today. Any info on why people are taking ducks from the Indy canal? Missing the Beauty.

Liam Lupin
I’ve always had an interest in deaf culture and am always trying to learn more about it but I am in no ways deaf or hard of hearing. If there is anything wrong or offensive in this please, please, let me know.
“Fizzy go get your brother.” Sirius told the 17 year old.
She walked over to the space below Liam’s room and stood on the couch so she could bang on the ceiling.
“Felicity, take two extra minutes to go upstairs and get him instead of punching a hole through our ceiling.” Remus scolded.
“Fine.” She grumbled and climbed off the sofa so she could march up the steps.
She flickered the light switch three times to catch the 12 year olds attention.
Liam looked up at her and reached towards his bedside table to put in his hearing aids. ‘What?’ He signed.
“Dinners ready.” She spoke and signed back.
“One more chapter.” He held up the book in his lap.
“Your one chapter turns into three. Lets go before the food gets cold.”
‘Fine.’ He signed lazily and closed his book.
‘Are your in?’ Sirius signed when they got downstairs knowing he took them out a lot.
“Yeah.” He nodded and pulled back his hair to show the red device behind his ear.
“Can we go to the pond later?” He asked as he filled his plate.
“Olivia, Rose, and Mitch are coming over so if their parents are fine with it we’ll take you guys over.” Remus nodded.
“Do we have bread for the ducks?”
“Remember what Luna said about giving them bread?” Felicity reminded. “It makes them too fat to fly or something. Feed them lettuce and corn instead.”
“You’re too fat to fly.”
“You’re so stupid that makes no sense.”
“Stop fighting you too. Liam don’t call your sister fat. Fizzy don’t call your brother an idiot.” Sirius told them.
“Do we have lettuce and corn?” Liam asked his dads.
“I think we have some.” Sirius said. “Eat your food first or you aren’t going to the pond.”
“Is Luna coming over today?” He asked his sister. Him and Luna both loved animals and Luna had taken him out to show him different animals and spots to watch all of them.
He loved having his hearing aids in when he was outside, loving the sounds of the birds and the wind through the trees. Lunas soft voice always calmed him.
“Yeah. Everyone’s coming over. We’ll take you to the pond if you want us to.”
“Is your boyfriend coming?” He teased her.
“Yes Caspin is coming thank you very much for checking on him you kind idiot.”
‘Bitch’ he tried to sign without his parents seeing.
“Liam Dumais Lupin.” Sirius exclaimed. “Do not use that type of language. Apologize to your sister”
“Sorry for calling you a bitch.”
“Liam.”
“I was apologizing. And she called me an idiot first.”
“Fiz say sorry for calling your brother an idiot.” Remus told her.
“Sorry for calling you an idiot even though it’s true.”
“Fizzy-”
“Sorry.”

“Liam” Olivia, Adele and Lilas daughter, signed his name. “Ready for the game?”
“Aids are in.” He pointed to his ear. “And yes I am.”
Caspin pulled in the driveway and his sister hopped out.
‘Hi, hi, hi.’ Rose signed rapidly with her bubbly personality.
“Hey, L.” Caspin signed. “Where’s your sister?”
“Upstairs.” Liam told him. “Papa said to leave the door open” he called up after him.
“Aids?” Rose signed.
“Yep. We’re going to the pond later.”
“I’m gonna kidnap a duck.” Mitch, Kasey and Natalies son, ran into the house.
“You can’t do that.” Olivia insisted.
“And besides, it’s ducknap not kidnap.” Rose corrected.
“Don’t hurt the ducks.” Luna and Ginny walked in.
“We won’t.” Liam promised.
“Are you going to the pond?” Luna asked, signing along.
“Yeah. Wanna come?” He asked excitedly.
“That would be lovely.” Luna smiled.
“More ways to annoy all of your siblings count me in.” She smirked.
“Who are we annoying?” Harry and Draco walked in. Harry ruffled Liams hair as he walked past, being mindful of his ears. “Are the lovebirds upstairs?”
“Yep.” Liam nodded.
“Gross.” Ginny wrinkled her nose, making the kids giggle, and ran up the steps.
“Alright who wants to see ducks or whatever?” The older kids walked downstairs 30 minutes later.
“Finally” Liam signed. “You took forever.”
“I’m taking you for free. Complain and you’ll be paying in chores.”
“Bitch” he signed.
“Want me to tell dad and papa?”
“No”
“Then lets go.”
They all clambered into separate cars. Mitch and Liam were in Ginnys car. Mitch having Ginnys personality while Liam loved Luna to death. The girls were in Harry and Draco’s car. Giving Fizzy and Caspin a break from big sibling duties.
“Duckies!” Mitch screamed as they jumped out of cars.
“Shhh” Liam quieted him. “Don’t scare them Mitchel.”
“Full name. Must be mad.” Olivia smirked.
Mitch rolled his eyes and the younger kids took off down to the water.

As secondary daddy duck to Hatter's ducks by proxy, and that fact Aguni is probably a very warm bodied man, I can't help but imagine Aguni very occasionally having to pull these tiny baby ducklings out from his shirt because it was chilly and wet outside and there was no shelter for the ducklings because mum got decimated by a wild tiger or whatever. Maybe they weren't even their ducks, maybe it was a ducknapping.
