The night Bradley wakes up to find his parents sleeping on the ground around his bed is the night he gets annoyed because "nobody told me we were doing a sleepover!" So he takes his too-big-of-a-soft-plush, that's goose-shaped, and goes straight to cuddle with his dads. But Uncle Slider is there too, and Uncle Slider is the best person to cuddle when his parents aren't around, and he looks a little lonely. So he pats his dad's blond head and makes space for himself and Goosey between his uncle's arms. He's comfier than his bed, and Bradley doesn't have a single nightmare all night.

March 13 needs to stop being a date.

March 13th, 2023 was the day I came out to my friends IRL. And March 13th, 2024 will be the day I find out whether I have breast cancer or if it’s just cysts (I’m leaning toward cysts, but only imaging can determine that).

#have to go to the hospital tomorrow morning #gotta be there by 7:30 am #one thing I will say— my experience with the medical system as so far been easy #To be fair. I have government insurance. which helps #and I’m also white #but even yt ppl with good insurance have to wait months for an appt #at first. they wanted to schedule me with a PCP in August. I was like: ‘not gonna work. I found a bouncy-ball shaped and feeling mass.’ #they then got me in the next day (today) #the physician saw me and was like: yup. that’s a lump. let’s refer you for an ultra sound and a mammogram #also. let’s take your vitals here. we have a lab. #so I was immediately ushered to the lab #they took blood and stuff #and then I called the referral line and at first they were like: ‘we can get you in on May 17th.’ #and I said: ‘I understand you’re busy. Our healthcare system is overwhelmed. But I was referred & there’s a large lump in my breast.’ #Do you have something earlier? #‘Lemme call the hospitals.’ #She called the hospitals and now I have an appointment tomorrow morning

i forget abt keeping track of time while working out i just alternate between exercises and end up doing a few sets of 10 or 20 reps of each exercise until i get too tired or bored to continue

#to be clear me working out is just me in my living room with 2 10lb dumbbells #today i did crunches situps pushups squats and planking #then w the dumbells i did a buncha shoulder presses (my favorite rn) and bicep curls #id probably benefit from some sorta cardio thing but the thing is. i dont want to do that #fghdgkznvskdjv #anyways i feel like ive got a decent coverage of muscle groups here but im not a Fitness Guy so im no expert #if any1 has suggestions of other stuff i could throw in lemme know #my main focus is on my shoulders arms n abs but i know its best not to neglect other parts
