Three Years Ago, My Good Friend, @kaguya-fox Were Making An Elite Outfit of Rainbow Six Operator Monika "IQ" Weiss with Code name "IQ" Today.. It Was My Honor To Fill the rest By Making Tactical Outfit Of Her... Enjoy Weiss' mother is a renowned mathematician and her father is an inventor whose high academic standards encouraged Weiss and her siblings to win numerous awards in math, science, and music throughout their school years. Thriving in the gifted program enabled Weiss to complete her first internship with a local tech company at the age of sixteen. She was invited to MIT where she focused on electrical engineering, achieving accolades for her research in Microelectronics. Weiss then joined Caltech for graduate studies in experimental electrical engineering. Weiss returned to Germany after traveling the world for a year to work with military technology research before joining the Bundespolizei (BPOL) as an officer. Both the physical and mental challenges of the job appealed to Weiss and she quickly moves through the ranks. After two years with the BPOL, she was recruited by the GSG-9 Tech Specs:

This was definitely a year of (re)finding my style and experimenting with aesthetics, and I'd say it was successful. I genuinely enjoy the things I've made and can see how I've improved between last year and this year. Especially in terms of coloring/rendering.

monika gets super shy when it comes to crushes! but with you, she can’t help but try to get your attention, elias encouraged her to be more bold and confident with it too!

her first attempts were sitting with you at lunch instead of with her unit, or just lingering around in the areas you’re at until you’d notice her.

monika would sit at the lunch table with you, but she’d be sitting farther away from you as to not make it seem too obvious.

at some point, she’d try to start up a conversation, simple things like “how’s your.. day?” or “the weather is very nice.”

she heeds most of her advice from elias, because she thinks he’s a genius at the dating scene, elias pushes her to be more bold and even accompanies her to go talk to you, he’d drag her by the arm and say, “monika has to tell you something!” then scramble away immediately like a bug.

monika, embarrassed, somehow musters up the courage to tell you, “i find you very.. interesting. and it would be nice if we could talk to each other more often.. i’d like to understand you better!”

finka ♡

lera tries to be a bit of a player, she’d start off very subtle by attempting to impress you and catch your interest often, she’ll flex, workout super hard infront of you, wear short sleeve shirts & tank tops more often so you can get a glimpse of her biceps.

she’d hangout around areas you often go to, leaning on the wall, eyes closed and crossing her arms to look mysterious.

she starts getting antsy, none of her attempts to court you have gone out as well as she had planned.

now, lera would often try to start conversations with you, but she’d start getting sort of up-front and flirty, asking very ridiculous questions in the process.

“who do you say is more strong, lion or me?”

“when’s the last time you went out on a date?”

“what’s your ideal date night?”

“whose the perfect partner in your eyes?”

she’d say, her chin resting on her hand as she scoots closer to you, eventually lera would ask, “i think you and i, should get a drink. yes? i’d love to know you a bit.. better.” with a very flirty tone in her voice.

thermite ♡

jordan? he just gets super confident and tests his luck.

he doesn’t feel the need to be subtle or shy about it, he won’t wait out and to him, he thinks going in for it always works out. jordan will be super up-front and flirtatious, if he’s interested he’ll make it known!

literally right away he’ll start to hangout around you, when he goes up to you jordan asks if you’d like to get a drink with him, saying that he’d like to get closer and understand you better.

to prepare himself for this.. date that’s not technically a date.. yet. jordan would look up jokes, pick-up lines, and ways to make you feel comfortable around him while doing so. his goal is for you to be interested in him aswell, a mutual understanding makes for a more successful outcome.

when the two of you sit down at the bar, jordan cracks all sorts of jokes and stories, he’ll ask you how you’ve been feeling, he wants to know what you’re up to lately.

eventually jordan can’t wait around for too long. he gets straight to the point and asks, “sooooooo— you ever wanna go out on a nice date? maybe? just you and me, honey.” he’d say with a smirk, getting super confident at this point, waiting for your response.
