#Kirby #Kirby fanart #my art #comic #Meta Knight #Dark Meta Knight #Sailor Dee #Taranza #sorry it took me so long to finish this page but it’s finally done #I hope that the title of the comic makes sense to everyone now #I called it Knightfall in Dream Land because the knight fell into Dream Land lmao #the parts of the comic set in the present are occurring around the time of Return to Dream Land #so the gang hasn’t met Taranza yet and isn’t aware of Floralia’s existence #but since Meta has a long fall to the surface I’d imagine he’d probably crash through Floralia on the way down and pass by the mirror #I tend not to give specific ages/age numbers to Kirby characters in my fanart/fan AU #the first reason for this is that different characters probably age at different rates since they’re different species #and the second reason for this is that I don’t see years between game releases equating to years passing for the characters #I mean just look at Adeleine she’s still a kid in Star Allies even though that was released almost two decades after Crystal Shards lmao #instead of giving characters specific ages I headcanon them as being in certain age ranges #so in the present Kirby Bandee and Sailor are all kids (and Bandee and Sailor are a bit older than Kirby) #I also see characters like Gooey Adeleine and Ribbon as being kids too #while characters like Taranza Susie Magolor Marx and the Mage Sisters are young adults #and characters like Meta Knight Dedede Daroach Captain Vul and Hyness are older adults #but in the parts of the comic set in the past Meta Knight and Dedede are young adults and Taranza is a kid #and Kirby and the Dees are babies #the older spiders shown here with Taranza and Sectonia are OCs of mine who are their mothers #their names are Lady Theraphoza (Taranza’s mom) and Queen Rachnia (Sectonia’s mom) #I’m giving Taranza some backstory since HAL refuses to tell us anything about him except he’s sad about Sectonia lmao #this post has too many tags but maybe I’ll make a separate post with my Spider Lore

Help I played @oneknightstand-if's demo for their game and I can't stop thinking about the MC and how much I love them, so I drew my version of them.

Her name is Maika (but she's now going by Meika because names have power and there's noway she's going to tell an incubus her real name so why not just change one letter). She doesn't trust any of her allies, but to be fair one is a incubus and the other is a guy from her polo club she think is stalking her so she thinks she has some good reasons not to trust them, but it's okay because she has her beloved plant Audrey III and her magic 8 ball and surely they will never betray her.

I also didn't realize you can avoid getting possessed but when I think about it, it fits her very well that not be able to keep demons out of her head.

I love my weirdo amnesiac changeling who needs to stand out and make sure all eyes are on her, and wishes she could be a fairy princess instead of working in fast food.

thinking about pk and radi. these two bitches are two examples of how people act when they’re desperate.

radi realised she was in danger of being forgotten and potentially deleted from existence since most of the moths had forgotten her. so she lashed out in an attempt to be remembered.

pk realised Oh Shit I Just Invoked A Goddess’s Wrath and was put in a situation where he was doomed to lose his kingdom. while usually people don’t super go and have hundreds of kids to prevent the sun from destroying their kingdom, he also didn’t really have much of a choice. he thought void creatures were completely empty and without mind or will—even if we know they aren’t, even the kingsmould—so obviously they would be the only thing that could contain the radiance. but to contain something, you need to put it inside something, which.. the kingsmoulds aren’t exactly a good way to contain it, considering it’s all just exposed void with some armor thrown on. pk had a solution and was desperate to save his kingdom.

Had a dream where I was living in some somewhat fantasy setting, kind of like Fablehaven where in the modern world there's magical creatures n witches n shit. I don't remember much of the beginning of that dream, but I think I was at my home when I learned that some evil witch queen is coming and she's going to kill one girl I knew, that I think was a princess but I don't remember if they were related or like, from different kingdoms or whatever. The queen wants her dead so bad she'd kill anyone that tries to protect her. So, of course, I decided to protect the princess, who was during the entire dream completely unaware of what's happening, I'm not sure if she was even conscious, like, she was in some catatonic state. I took the princess to my place, thinking that the queen definitely won't know she's with some random human guy. So the next thing I know the queen invades my home. She was moving around in like this vehicle that looked like a locomotive but with spider legs so it could move anywhere, and the front of it looked like her face, but it was all looking very futuristic or like some mech. And she was followed by an army of either people in futuristic armor or straight up robots. Weirdly enough she didn't kill anyone at my home, though she did drive her spider train through my home's wall. I managed to escape with the princess using some secret tunnels underground. Eventually after running away for super long and events that I unfortunately don't remember, I ended up in some castle ruins with the princess. The queen found me there, but the weird thing was that she wasn't really threatening. I mean she looked scary, her royal gown and crown also had this metallic elements like robot armor or smth, she looked really cool actually, but in a very scary way. But she was kind, and kind of desperate. When she found us in the ruins, she came there alone in her train, and left the vehicle behind her as she approached us. I have this very clear image of me curled up around the princess, protecting her with my body, in some corner, and the queen reaching her hand to me and begging to give her the princess. When I didn't, she summoned some guy to fight me, n it felt very much like I was inside a video game. I had to simultaneously fight the guy off and keep the princess safe from the queen, but at this point I was wondering what even is the deal with them. I've heard the queen was a relentless killer, but she seemed more like a desperate mother whose child was stolen. I never found out what the truth was, though. After I killed the guy she summoned the queen came to me like she wanted to hug me, but I was still too scared of her and didn't let her. I didn't see the princess again, I don't know what happened with her. The queen seemed like she wants to take me with her for whatever reason, but again, I was too afraid and confused and lost. And I woke up so idk what was her deal, but she seemed like such an interesting character. I may adopt her as a new OC and develop her story so that it makes sense

#btw the dearh scene was so fucked up #like a common thing in my dreams is that sometimes theres just an unexpectedly gruesome scene #so the guy chased me around and i wasnt no fighter or knight so i dodnt know what to do #he chased me up to the top of some tower #and then i maneged to pin him to the balustrade #tried punching him a few times but he was unbothered #so i pushed him over #and i saw him splatter on the ground. like so much blood. like a balloon #i was quite shaken after that so the queen trying to embrace me was even more confusing #good dream #homestly dreams with like a big adventure that feel like a movie or a game are my favorite #and i love talking about my dreams lol #i really wanna draw the queen now #she had a lot of like robotic elements but also spider elements #and like. a weirdly insect-robot-like queen moving around in an insect-robog-like locomotive with her face on it. so iconic #she felt very tragic even though i never found out why she wants to get to the princess so bad #oh also. i felt very animalistic in the dream. which is a good thing i love it when my dreams make me more animal-like #for example at the beginning when i was at home before the queen invaded us i was with i think some friends #and one was just scratching my back while reading a book and i felt like a kitty being pet #and when i was escaping and protecting the princess it felt very much like instinct #like i was her loyal dog #good stuff i love that #bee buzz

Not that she doesn’t have friends; on the contrary, she has quite a few from across the ocean…the better word might actually be former work colleagues but she’s not going to dwell on that. Too much. The point is that while Suki does have friends ( friends albeit she might have lost touch with due to the sheer GUILT that came with leaving her old job ), there are few whom she could consider to be lifelong friends.

Let alone a best friend.

But a new country, a new job, and new people are all indicative of new beginnings! Who’s to say that can’t change? Something glimmers in her eye- she doesn’t know much about Miss Lee aside from that she’s a detective of sorts who also works as a barista and that occasionally, she’ll turn to Suki for forensics expertise. I imagine Tavarti had terrifying dreams of absolutely monstrous looking angels her entire life and had no idea why or what they wanted. Flaming entities of molten light and vaguely humanoid creatures covered in hands, eyes, and wings speaking in tongues she doesn't know.

Maximilian had been watching from over Rem's stall, unknowingly staring a bit too intently at the way that Riftan stroked down Talon's broad muzzle, the careful attention that he showed his animal companion. It was a silly, stupid thing, to be jealous of an animal... but there was something in the way that her husband was being so attentive that made that strange little beast awaken inside of her. Envy at another creature for getting his attention in such a way.

It appeared her own intense stare had not gone unnoticed, and when she didn't immediately reply with what she was thinking, Riftan seemingly read her mind. A deep flush spread across her skin, her ears practically burning as she sputtered, "N-nonsense! Th-that w-would be... r-ridiculous... B-besides, I w-was... just paying attention t-to Rem, is all..."

As if to punctuate her embarassment, her own horse promptly flicked her tail into Maxi's face.
