How far does their twin connection go?

Like if one of them dies, does the other too or do they only feel what the other feels?

also them meeting the Gold and Silver demon twins would be the funniest thing in the world. They would go from "fight us monkey kids“ to "omg you have this connection too (happy tears) that is so beautiful. We will look out for you kids from now on !“

Kind of a tough question to fully explain. They can always feel the emotions of each other, and sometimes the senses of each other.

The closer they physically are, the stronger this connection is. As well as their own powers and abilities grow the closer they are to each other.

If one died... that is a tougher question, cause honestly it depends on "WHO" dies. If Xiaotian died, MK would feel a part of him dying but could survive. If MK died, however, Xiaotian would as well.

The reasoning for this is a bit of a spoiler, but as mentioned in the latest chapter- To MK, Xiaotian is a missing piece to a puzzle.

To Xiaotian, MK is the entire puzzle and he himself is just a single piece.

I'll go into further detail of this as the story goes : )

I hope that can explain a little bit more of their connection : )

But can we talk about how MK treats Red Son the EXACT same way he treats Mei?

And we've known since S1 E5 that he's not romantically interested in her. Mei and MK are just friends.

Meanwhile...

Mei might treat Red Son similar to how she treats MK, but we haven't established that she doesn't like him too.

First things first! Hydrate before you Diedrate! Drink some water, fool. And yes I think its funny for the fish to be reminding you to drink

Second, the idea of poor MK not only being extremely embarrassed of triad AU!SWK and Reader being a bit too affectionate but also having to drive Macaque home is so adorable. They grow up so fast

This also feeds into my particular kind of baby fever, where said baby doesn't even need to be a literal baby. A teenager/young adult is just as much of a baby if you adopt aggressively enough

I feel like whatever the Reader ends up being (libraian, restaurant owner, co-mob boss, etc.) MK just always ends up seeing her as a mother figure. Wukong can be a bit strict towards him at times but Reader is always there to go "give the kid some slack" and whisks him away from the conversation for some well earned deserts, much to Wukong's dismay because "dear, you're making him soft!"

MK doesn't only see her as mom by proxy of Wukong but because she genuinely ends up being caring and nurturing

OMG! I'M SORRY THIS TOOK SO LONG TO GET TO! BUT WHEN I READ THE FIRST THIS WAS ALL I COULD THINK ABOUT UNTIL I DID IT!

But literally same, Fish! Ritz and I want so badly to adopt teenagers and older kids one day because hardly anyone gives them a chance in the system so they just stay in until they age out. (Not to mention how abused they are by the system but let's not get into that rn)

I love the thought of Reader being the buffer between Wukong and MK because sometimes Wukong forgets that MK needs more than just training. That he's human and has emotional needs and limitations.

Reader doesn't adopt MK. MK adopts Reader. Never let em know your nest move!

The interesting thing about Mk being the "harbinger of chaos" is that.

its not a BAD thing. take a look at this.

now dont yell at me in the comments i dont know a shit ton about this stuff but im doing some reaserch.

next look at this.

The yin and yang represents order and chaos not good and evil. order is not inheritly good or bad and neither is chaos. one cannot exist without the other. they are bound togethor forever and if one side tries to overtake the other it spells diaster.

now heres another thing.

Order brings people and things together but too much means too much control. its an authoritarian regime. too much chaos beings well...chaos. its fun and brings life to things but too much is never good.

bring them together and you have a stable foundation with order and a life filled with excitement worth living through chaos.

Mk is the harbinger of chaos.

Lbd and azure represent control. Lbd wanted to get rid of unnecesary pain and suffering. she wanted to control everything so much that the world would be without chaos. and if everything is under too much control and order then, theres no real life its just a predetermined boring and lifeless thing (cough destiny cough)

Azure has taken over heaven, he wants to control heaven and while maybe there are some things to fix hes not goin about it the right way. too much control, hes manipulated mk and getting rid of anyone that stands in his way or has critisism for him.

Mk is the harbinger of chaos and thats a good thing because without balance between order and chaos the world is just. terrible.
