Cool detail I noticed about Tristamp's Vash's shoes/boots (+ the opening/intro animation)

we can clearly see here that the footprints we see before we see the anime's logo is the same sole pattern matching Vash's shoes, right? (I had picked up on this a while back but decided against posting it cause I figured people already picked up on this) It has a pretty unique/distinct look, right? So I was listening to the Trigun OST and was looking at this iconic album cover and realized something...

I was like "oh those boots have the same little two divets at the top like Tristamp Vash... wait-" THAT'S THE SAME FUCKING OUTSOLE He even has the weird gray thing on the bottom as well! You can even make out the circle divets in the center of the sole but its kind of hard to see on this album cover. I'M FLABBERGASTED??? Like DAMN I knew Orange did their homework but this is fucking crazy to me 😭

I hate that people only mention fishman island just to complain about sanji. Yes, it's not his best moment but also, Fishman island is such a good story about how people are not born with hatred, it is learned.

And if I may play devils advocate right now, I believe that the only reason the nosebleed gag existed was bc Oda needed to introduce the idea of blood transfusions into the story.

Without the blood transfusions chopper made to Sanji, the blood transfusion he later makes with Jimbei and Luffy would look out of place in the story and wouldn't have had the same impact.

Could have Oda find another way of introducing/foreshadow it? Yes, but it's not a meaningless gag (at least not in that arc)

Maybe they have a death wish. Maybe it's just that Hanma has a dangerous kind of charm - a you're the type my parents said to stay away from look that lured some in.

He doesn't expect to feel Kisaki grab his shirt and yank him down like a misbehaving animal tugged by a catchpole and forced to heed. Surprise shoots through him, intoxicatingly intense when amber eyes stare directly at Kisaki's eyes, through the reflection. He giggles, grinning like he's won the lottery. And he has. Because what were the chances he would find the one who could make him remember what it was like to be human instead of just cloth and bone; something living rather than a skeleton abandoned to the elements for the world to pick apart. He grins, licks his lips, but stays quiet.

Kisaki practically hisses the words again and Hanma can hear his blood pounding in his ears. He's honest; jealousy DOES look good on Kisaki. It's all funny. Kisaki can hiss and snarl, but they both know Hanma can break Kisaki like a kid to a fragile statue. They both know he won't. ( At least, not as long as he's entertained. ) Only Kisaki can get away with this ; handling the reaper like he's just a directionless animal that needs guidance.

Hanma thinks he really might follow Kisaki to the end of the world if that's what he wants.

" Yeah. " Hanma answers - and suddenly Hanma has a cold feeling on the back of his neck. Like he's somehow just cursed Kisaki. His smile freezes for a second, halted like a picture. It's ridiculous of course. There's no reason for that feeling to be sweeping over him. He's puzzled - if anything, he should feel bad that HE admitted what they've known, not feel uneasy for Kisaki. But somehow Hanma's confession and admission feels like a signature on a death warrant.

The reaper pushes it down when he refocuses on Kisaki, grin stretching across his face again. " Yeah, I do. " His voices comes out rougher, scratching along his throat with the admission. Will it catch Kisaki by surprise for him to admit it? He can't wait to see.

someone in my complex has decided to dump all of his biking stuff onto my porch, blocking about 30% of it (and for context, everyone gets a porch so he has one of his own as well that he just doesnt want to use). its already been a while that he’s left it there, and i did leave a note like “hey hombre, please dont put your stuff on my porch that i’m paying for because it’s inconsiderate, but also because I use a ridiculous amount of spray paint + spray adhesives + dremeling out here and your bike is going to get overspray” but he still hasnt moved it 

i just hope he realizes that he has T-minus 48 hours to move his stuff off my porch before i go full sicko mode because after the year I’ve had im brimming with insanity to a psychopathic degree. i’m also brimming with the aforementioned spray adhesives and his bike seat is right there
