"O Radiant Dawn," James Macmillan - Choral piece that caps a sequence based on the O Antiphons. Glorious cathedral sound, lots of parts that give me shivers, yet surprisingly soothing too.

"Glory, Glory, Glory to the Newborn King," Moses Hogan - My new favorite "Go Tell It on the Mountain" arrangement. I go see my old HS choir perform their Christmas concert with a local professional chamber choir every year and they did this piece as their closer this year. I instantly fell in love and have had it on heavy rotation ever since. Beautiful and a total bop.

"Old Waits Carol," Kate and Anna McGarrigle - Gorgeous a capella harmonies, beautiful lyrics, old English feel. What more can you want?

"I Wonder As I Wander," Simon Khorolskiy - This arrangement took "I Wander As I Wander" from a second -string carol to heavy rotation in my book. It really captures the feeling of awe and building bombast that comes while meditating on Jesus out in nature. Also a lot more energy and a lot less dirge-like than usual. Almost cinematic.

"O Righteous Branch," Caroline Cobb - blame Kaylie for this one. She recommended me another track on the album (which was also really good), but this is the one with which I've vibed hardest.
