what did you think of that new idw comic with cream and vanilla and the chaotix :DDDDDD
OOHOHOHOHOHOHOHOOHOOHOHOHOHOHOHOHOHOHO IT WAS PERFECTION!!!!!
We got: More fun Knuckles and Chaotix interactions, Clutch being great, Cream being great, VANILLA UNLEASHING HER MOM POWERS AGAINST ROUGH AND TUMBLE, a panel that made me cry because of how much I could relate to the struggle of having to do everything perfect to make my family proud, and of course:
VECTILLA AND CHAOTIX SIBLINGS CANON DFGHJKJHGHJKJHGFDFGHGFD
Honestly my new favorite IDW issue, it even managed to surpass issue 48, and while that is also perfection in my eyes, 66 has the added bonus of catering to my very specific tastes so I have to rank it higher XD
the kohinoor was originally 186 carats of diamond. then the british cut it down to 105.6 carats. if and when the british finally get their shit together and return the kohinoor, please remember they still owe 80.4 carats of diamond <333
yknow its def not controversial to say but for some reason almost nobody wants to admit it .... if Nightwing was to ever actually be a mantle, Dick is unquestionably going to give it to Tim first.
Personally, i think Nightwing should die with Dick.
However.
If it was, the ONLY logical choice is Tim.
I'm also not a fan of the headcannon that "the real reason Tim was mad/bitter about Robin being taken away was bc Dick didnt offer Nightwing" bc like... yea Tim is presumptuous (see: origin story) but he would never dare to be THAT entitled. It took him 4 years to see himself as a worthy Robin and even then, the surrounding circumstances of that inital realization means whether he ACTUALLY thought that is debatable. Dick giving him Nightwing even without prior events would've never even crossed his train of thought, let alone ACTUALLY physically being in the role. The number existential crises he'd end up having would give him an aneurysm.
(On the flip however, i am a BIG fan of the hc "dick didn't give tim nightwing bc deep down he believed there was a chance Tim was right and wanted to save it in case he was, cuz yknow. Dick Doesnt Like Being Batman. and even tho he still remained batman after bruce came back, he was still leaving it empty for the day Bruce told him to take the suit off cuz yknow perpetual fear of abandonment/not being good enough blah blah blah next paragraph)
The thing about Reborn era getting cut off the way it did means there's so many places it could have went, but i do think its more plausible than not, if there had been absolutely no plan to bring Bruce back, if Tim ended up being completely wrong, and Dick actually had to grapple with seriously being the permanent Batman. I can't and don't believe in my heart of hearts he would watch Tim struggle with his identity for very long. If Dick is the most emotionally intelligent (when he's not in his own emotional distress that is), he would've been enough to realize the parallels between his and tim's situation and him and bruce's and i 100% think he absolutely would've offered.
Now, if Tim would've ACCEPTED the offer.... that's an entirely different (yet equally interesting) debate for another day.
men are genuinely so fucking disgusting like they saw caiti and immediately started nitpicking her looks and saying she must be lying just because she's a woman calling out a man on sexual assault
why are they so offended, it's as if they see themselves in george too
just one more thing about Abstract (Psychopomp) and then I'll shut up about it but the way Hozier sings "the fear in its eyes"???? heartbreaking. this man was after my tears and he got them
