Low key this is embarrassing but I never learned a lot of normal people things. What sunblock do you use? How often is often enough to apply? How much SPF is good? Someone the other day told me I was supposed to wear it inside too and I can't tell if they were teasing me.

Is the sun really trying that hard to kill us? How tf did we even adapt to survive this long?

Im sorry this got LONG but I am giving you the info

Ok so I personally use soltan, its reasonably priced and broad spectrum. Whats best for you may depend where you are, be CAREFUL if you live in the US as many sunscreens lack broad spectrum protection or proper indicators to tell you if it has proper broad spectrum protection. At least last I checked it does not appear to be standardised like it is in other countries. (Someone pls let me know if this has changed or if there are any individual states that regulate this better)

You should reapply every 2-3 hours i think and after getting out of water if you go swimming. Yes its a lot. If you *have* to cheat, avoid direct sun, reduce how much you expose your skin. Also use mineral sunscreen if you are wearing makeup. Also grab yourself UV sunglasses and a big hat.

Aim for 50 spf AND 5 starts/whatever other indicators are relevant to where you live. Spf is sun protection factor, or in simple terms "how much extra time do I have before I burn". Stars are an indicator of how much UVA and UVB is absorbed in comparison with each other. This is important because not all sun damage is visible. If its got 5 stars you know that if you are applying sunscreen properly to avoid sunburn, that same level of protection applies to the unseen damage too.

Yes you should wear sunscreen indoors, and also year round. I understand this is quite demanding so again if you need to cheat: cover up in cooler weather, denim will block everything guaranteed. Do not be fooled by the season, if the sun is there it can still get you. When indoors, be mindful of how much sunlight is in your house and where you spend your time. If you want to spend a whole day lounging with the curtains open, consider doing it away from windows that get direct sunlight. Also consider your window coverings (also if its hot you may want to keep blinds and curtains closed anyway to reduce the heat indoors, so 2 birds one stone). If you are truly paranoid and also lazy like me, get yourself a sun lamp and never open your curtains 😂. But just closing curtain on the side the sun is on can do a lot to reduce how much sun is getting indoors. And again proper clothing can help you indoors.

If you wanna be super duper cheaty you can keep an eye on the UV index and also avoid peak sunshine between 10 am and 4 pm. Heres what the UV index can tell you:

Low, 0-2: At the low stage, experts advise you to wear sunglasses if the sun is bright. Use sunscreen and protective clothing if you burn easily.

Moderate, 3-5: At the moderate stage, you should cover up and use sunscreen. Avoid direct sunlight at midday, when the sun is most powerful. Stay in the shade.

High, 6-7: At the high stage, you should use all protection against sun damage (protective clothing, wearing a hat and sunglasses, using sunscreen). Limit time in the sun from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Very high, 8-10: At the very high stage, you should be extra careful, using clothing, hats, sunscreen and sunglasses. Avoid the sun between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Your skin can burn quickly at this stage.

Extreme, 11+: At the extreme stage, you should use all methods of prevention. It will only take minutes of exposure to result in a burn. Don’t go out in the sun from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wear protective clothing, a hat, sunglasses and sunscreen. At this stage and all others, remember that snow, sand and water all increase UV exposure by reflecting the sun’s rays."

The sun IS a deadly lazer and the only reason we have survived as a species is because we only need to live long enough to reproduce and you can get that done before the skin cancer gets you. Its cumulative damage, so being lazy from time to time and cutting corners won't kill you on its own, but do it enough and it might catch up to you eventually, if you cut enough corners and live long enough. (And you don't have to be terribly old, the peak age is 85-89 but rates go up sharply at 20-24.)

But ANOTHER thing you can do to protect yourself is check your skin and learn the signs of skin cancer. Early detection is KEY and makes it very survivable (close to 100%!), especially for dark skinned people who tend to have lower rates of survival due to later detection! There is basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma and melanoma. The last is the most dangerous, accounting for 75% of skin cancer deaths and is caused by sun burn type damage.

"Basal cell carcinoma may appear as a small, smooth, pearly or waxy bump on your face or neck, or as a flat, pink/red- or brown-colored lesion.

Squamous cell carcinoma can appear as a firm, red nodule or as a rough, scaly, flat lesion that may itch, bleed and become crusty.

Melanoma usually appears as a pigmented patch or bump. It may resemble a normal mole, but usually has a more irregular appearance."

Asymmetry: The shape of one half doesn’t match the other.

If in doubt, ask your doctor, also take pictures of any suspect moles so you can compare them over time. Very helpful if, like me, you are covered in hundreds of moles. Very tough to keep track of lmao.

Ok its almost 4 am and im fueled only by spite.

I will be trying to explain why i personally think ninjago is a show you should take your time watching because god dammit its a show everyone amidietly turns away cus "lego ninjago? Oh thats a cash grab that only toddlers find funny." Please do note im not an expert and this is just my own opinion, plus its 4 am. I will try to keep this with little to no spoilers.

Base knowledge before we begin. We follow a group of 7 kai, cole, jay, zane, nya, lloyd, and pixal. Kai, cole, jay, zane, nya, and lloyd take up the elements fire, earth, lightning, ice, water, and energy. Zane and pixal are nindroids (robots) wu is their mentor/sensei.

Ok so the plot. Ninjago has abunch of diffrent plots, one for ever one to two seasons. Some are more complicated, "a group of bikers are trying to revive lord garmadon," while others are more simple,"our friend got himself and half the people in ninjago stuck in a video game" but they all come with their own pizazz.

I cant really give a strong on going plot for this because of how diffrent each season is but for each season they make each 10 episodes counts and flesh out the stories they want to tell

We have 6 ninja. Every season 1-2 ninja are taken to be the main characters, the story circles around them. One season we may be focusing on kai and nya and the mystery surrounding their parents, while the next we may focus on lloyds heritage of being both oni and dragon. Every character does something important but there is always one who stands out in each season.

The creativity the writers have is amazing. The fact that we are already about to enter season 13 of ninjago with each season still being interesting and exploring a new concept, while staying to the roots of what we know. Its impressive how many snake concepts you can do with only one or two of them being a flunk.

I personally dont know how they can go from a season about evil ghosts trying to take over the realms to a revenge stricken djinn plotting a wedding to gain ultimate power and have it make sense

The animation. Ok this is an unpopular opinion but i personally cant stand season 1. The story isnt the worst but the animation, to me it looks horrible. Especially when you compare it to almost every season past 3.

The improvement is uncanny. Even with the drop in quality in 11 and 12, its still such an improvement.

Almost every villain in this show hits. not counting the pilot, there isnt any villains that are really bad. Yeah personally im not a fan of acronix and krux but they still hold up as villains. I have yet to see a villain that is complete garbage. We have jokester villains that can still hold threat like chen, and tyrannical villain that make you hate them with every bone like nadakhan. We have a gift from god know as lord garmadon, The list continues.

I cant say if unagami is a bad villain since i haven't finished ns12 but from how far i made it in the season he is a strong villain.

The main characters to, you think it would get crowded with 7 characters, not counting wu, but its suprisenly balanced. Like mentioned before the using 1-2 characters as the mains really helps in giving us space. Its rare for it to feel crowded.

Also each character has their own separate personalities that mold and change throughout the season. Kai who starts out as an arrogant hot headed ninja learns to put others before him and that the spotlight dosnt have to be his. This isnt a one episode change either. Move to season 4 and we still see kai struggling with the fact he isnt the green ninja. Everyone brings something diffrent to the table

Not much to say about the comedy. Not a big fan of it in the begining seasons but i enjoy most of it now

ranking my favorite characters (clarke griffin, dean winchester, fox mulder, rose tyler, newt, kaz brekker, samwise gamgee, charles xavier, bill denbrough, lord asriel, steve rogers, scott mccall, anna milton and barry berkman) about random shit. this is entirely self-indulgent

PART 2 : how many allies do they have/how powerful are their allies. basically how screwed they’d be if they had to rely on their allies to survive

1- DEAN WINCHESTER

yeah believe it or not im putting him before charles or steve. listen, listen; dean just. does this thing. in which he’ll get pretty much anyone on his side after like two conversations. ESPECIALLY incredibly powerful supernatural creatures. i mean he’s got sam, aka the second best hunter on earth, and jack, literally GOD, on his side; then obviously the dean winchester simp squad, castiel, a seraph and commander of garrisons who can get heaven to fight for him; benny, a vampire; crowley, a powerful crossroad demon and the king of hell; amara, literally THE DARKNESS HERSELF, god’s SISTER; and then there’s just SO many others who will fight for him for diverse reasons, rowena, eileen, claire, jody, donna, kaia, mary, anna, gabriel, DEATH HIMSELF was his bitch before billie, then ketch charlie kevin, he’s just got so many allies and so many are some of the most powerful creatures in the universe. i mean, jack, amara and gabriel alone are three of the most powerful beings who have ever existed, as well as billie and the other archangels but all of them are dead, and chuck but he’s also dead and even he would be on dean’s side since dean is his favorite and if it’s an actual life-threatening situation chuck would want the show to keep going. so yeah dean winchester’s got the biggest defense squad imaginable and honestly? good for him, he deserves it

2- CHARLES XAVIER

do i even have to say it? outside of his ability to. you know. literally control minds, he’s also a leader who inspires loyalty and trust, and he’s got all the x-men fighting for him, including jean and logan - and even if we’re being honest some of the brotherhood, i mean especially in the first class timeline, erik and raven would absolutely be on his side. he’s got some of the most powerful mutants of all time ready to fight for his life

3- STEVE ROGERS

I mean he’s the leader of the avengers, man. have you seen the avengers assemble scene? they were fighting against thanos there but don’t try to tell me all of them wouldn’t fight for him. he’s got the falcon, black widow and the winter soldier on his side as well as the SCARLET WITCH, CAPTAIN MARVEL, THOR, do i need to keep going. he’s got a huge reputation and everyone knows and trusts him. and as we can also see in all his movies he inspires loyalty and devotion easily so even with people he doesn’t know he can get himself a loyal army in one well-delivered speech à la captain america

4- KAZ BREKKER

while most of the people on this list (steve, scott, charles, dean, bill, newt, anna) are born leaders who inspire trust and loyalty, kaz is just. really good at blackmail and insanely smart and cruel. and he’s got an insanely scary reputation too. he’s got the crows on his side no matter what, so an amazing spy, the best sharpshooter in ketterdam, a grisha who survived parem, an ex-drüskelle, and a demolition expert; as well as now the entirety of the dregs and inej’s crew, probably. plus, he most likely has leverage on the entirety of ketterdam and more. if he got in real trouble he could probably dig out the years and years of blackmail he got stacked away and get himself allyships with anyone he wants. plus his allies are ruthless, diverse and all strategically selected

5- SCOTT MCCALL

he’s got his entire pack ready to jump to help him anytime. and really when you think about it his pack is so big and diverse, there’s all kinds of creatures/skills ready to help him, plus he’s a true alpha, any werewolf would jump to his aid. I mean let’s look at his pack, stiles, allison, lydia, derek, malia, isaac, kira, hayden, mason, corey, and then of course stilinski, deaton, melissa, chris and peter, i mean even theo... he’s got a huge pack who is extremely loyal to him and they’re all kinds of creatures too, he’s fine

6- ROSE TYLER

everyone loves rose SO much. like obviously the doctor will give his life for her without hesitation but we also got jack, mickey, jackie, and even a bunch of people she met for like a couple episodes like donna or sarah jane immediately loved her. so i think she’s ultimately got some pretty solid allies especially with her father’s wealth and torchwood’s support in the alternate reality

7- CLARKE GRIFFIN

im putting her pretty down because on one hand he’s got very powerful/devoted allies on her side, like bellamy, lexa, roan, nyilah, finn, wells, etc (the key of getting your allies to be entirely devoted and loyal to you is to make at least half of them fall in love with you OR to top them so good they’ll literally put their lives down for you because of how good it was and clarke got that down to an art) BUT they’re also like. all dead. like almost all the people i just listed are dead so. yeah she’s kinda on her own in the end but if we look at early seasons clarke before literally all of them got murdered she had skaikru, azgeda and trikru pretty much in her pocket, so three of the biggest/most technically advanced armies on EARTH ready to fight for her.

8- LORD ASRIEL

now he doesn’t have actual allies per say but he can manage to get pretty much anyone on his side through charisma, threats and promises, so he ends up steadily getting massive support from witches, angels and many others in the books. he can pretty easily get himself a bunch of followers at his side ready to die for his cause.

9-SAMWISE GAMGEE

now listen he does have a pretty solid bunch of allies, aka the entire fellowship, who they, themselves, have a bunch of allies, who have a bunch of allies. i mean homeboi’s got ARAGORN and LEGOLAS and GANDALF on his side all ready to jump to save the tiny hobbits anytime so he’ll be fine.

10- BILL DENBROUGH

he’s immediately got the losers on his side, which is a win because they’re stubborn and annoying enough that they defeated an alien demonic clown. plus they’re quite literally assembled by a divinity to destroy a demon, so they’re the perfect team to kick ass and they’ll risk their lives for each other. plus he’s got a fanbase! people read his books and watch his movies. meaning he’s probably got a pretty big part of stan twt ready to help?? idk man i just think he’ll be fine when it comes to allies

11- NEWT

he’s got the entire glade ready to jump to his aid pretty much at any time, i mean let’s be honest if there’s one person all the gladers would agree on defending it would be.. ok it would be chuck bc he’s a CHILD but otherwise it’d be newt. plus he’s alby’s second in command and even gally likes him and respects him more than he likes and respects most people, which isnt much but hey kudos for the effort. anywho yeah the entire glade would defend him i think

12- ANNA MILTON

she would’ve once had the entirety of heaven at her commands ready to smite anyone who comes close to her but now that she fell and rebelled they all want her dead so. i mean i wish i could say cas would help her but after he betrayed her im not so sure? and the winchesters well idk either, maybe, maybe not, depends whether or not the entire trying-to-kill-sam ordeal happened. gabriel might help her? idk where to put her because i don’t KNOW if cas, dean, gabriel or the angels would help her but if any of them did then even one of these is a pretty solid backup so. idk man

13- FOX MULDER

im only on season 4 but as far as i can see he’s got only scully. which is pretty solid backup, she can kick ass, but still. i guess it’s one of the downsides of everyone thinking you’re batshit insane and having the entire government out to get you because they all LOATHE YOUR GUTS SO MUCH

14- BARRY BERKMAN

I mean dude. he pretty much kills all his friends. like he could ask for chris’s help but umm well he killed him, if he’s in a bad situation oh great he’s got a friend at the police except NO he murdered her. what’s that? fuches? no barry’s literally trying to murder him as of now. sally wouldn’t help him at all. cousineau just found out barry murdered his gf. at MOST he can hope that noho hank will help but i mean he’s not much help tbh i love the guy but he’s kinda useless<3

Chapter 20: Even we are apart our heart is connected to each other

The sunshine shone so brightly accompanied by cool gust of wind matching the transition of the new season of the year. It was not a typical day for everyone, because today would be a day to witness the reunion of two souls exchanging sacred love vows and promises.

A simple wedding which took months to prepare was finally here. Undoubtedly, the pressure on the bride and the groom doubled. Yeoul was trying to get used to Jimin’s world as she actually went around with Jimin for interviews and photoshoots with magazines.

This whole new world was rather odd for her to handle at first but with Jimin by her side, everything was possible. She was no longer scared of cameras and screaming fans, instead she was grateful with the support that they shown.

And, minus the part where she disliked her privacy being invaded still however Yeoul would politely explained to the fans if she happened to catch them following her and Jimin around. No pun intended.

Clock was ticking, and every second was precious.

In few minutes, she would be walking down the aisle to witness her own big day. She really did not want to screw this day, so she had been practicing her walk all night just in case her grips on Taehwan’s hand went weak.

Yes, Lee Taehwan as her Man of Honor.

Yeoul knew this sounded so wrong but she personally requested Taehwan to walk her down the aisle along with Minyeol. The thought of her father overwhelmed her, and if he’s still alive he would be proud to see his daughter in this gorgeous wedding dress. Too bad, god loves him more.

It was selfish of her to make Taehwan the man who had loved her so dearly to replace her dad’s place. To be honest, she could not find anyone that fit the role. She loved and cared for Taehwan just like a family, he was the perfect man for this.

As for Taehwan, he did not take this thing into heart in fact he had tried to digest thing positively ever since Jimin and Yeoul got back together. Seeing that the chances of him being with Yeoul were no longer there, Taehwan had decided to bury his love for Yeoul deep in his heart.

He wanted it to remain as memory because memory last forever.

It was a great honor for him to walk Yeoul down the aisle on behalf of her father. He believed one day when the right time came, he would find that one person whom he could cherish and love for the rest of his life.

Jimin had no complain either, in fact he was thankful to Taehwan for staying by Yeoul’s side when he couldn’t do that. He had to admit if he were to compare himself with Taehwan, that tall guy deserved Yeoul better. The sacrifice and love that he stored for Yeoul was undeniably amazing.

However, Jimin would not simply give up on his love though he was well aware love enough was not enough to prove that he’s worthy. Therefore, through this marriage he would do everything that he could not do with Yeoul and Minyeol before. No matter how long it takes him to reach there, he would do it.

“Are you ready” her mother voice boomed and brought Yeoul back to reality.

“Mother..” she nodded with a nervous smile while the older woman took few step closer to her, taking her hand in hers.

“You will be just fine. Look how beautiful you are today. If your father get to see this, he will be proud” she stroked her hand as tears started to form In her eyes. They promise to not shed any tears on this beautiful day but this talk would be sucking the tears out from their fragile dam.

“Father.. I know he’s watching me from above. And..I cant wait to flaunt my handsome husband to him. He has always been a huge of Jimin when I dated him during my high school days” she smiled sadly.

A flash of memory came rushing in, and it saddened her to remember the time they spent together, Jimin’s first meeting with his father because he caught them kissing in front of their house. Those memories were beautiful. She swore to engrave it deep in her soul.

Her mother chuckled “You father loves Jimin so much that he really wanted to adopt him as his legal son. That sounds so mess up and incest don’t you think?” both of them let out a small laugh at the silly thought.

“Thank you for everything mother. It has been hard for you to raise me alone with additional members in our family. I am sorry for every trouble that I caused and grateful that you are my mother” Yeoul wounded her arms around the older woman,holding back the tears from falling.

“That is my job as a mother. To love and care for you, even in your worse time” she squished her closer while blinking her tears away.

Yeoul heard she continued “You are in a good hand, Jimin is a good man. He will love you as much as I do but you will forever be my daughter. Remember that” she pulled away and gazed at her lovingly.

Indeed, to any mothers on the planet, this day would be the hardest day in their life. They had to let go their daughter to someone else that would become the new knight in their life. They were no longer the knight that used to protect their daughter in any situation now someone else needed to take the place and knowing it was Jimin, she trusted him wholeheartedly.

“Hey are we okay here?” Mrs Park came to check on them with a smile on her face. Jimin’s mother and Yeoul’s mother strangely bonded while preparing for the wedding, so they practically the best-in-laws-friends.

“We are just having our daughter and mother moment. Don’t worry we are done” Yeoul’s mother chuckled “So is everything ready?” she tilted her head.

Mrs Park nodded as that smile never left her face, she was amused of Yeoul’s beauty even it was not her first time seeing her in this white wedding dress but she knew what she saw. God’s own creation!

“Yes, in few minutes. Taehwan-ah will come and get you soon Yeoul, so be prepared”

“I will mother, and thank you”

Jimin’s mother approached Yeoul fixing the flower in her hand before pulling her into a soft hug “Welcome to the family Na Yeoul. And thank you for marrying my dumb son” she joked earning a laugh from both women.

Yeoul gladly returned the hug as warmth sipped through her veins, everything really fall into the right place. Marrying Jimin, having beautiful families, and good friends, that’s all she wished for.

“He is actually adorable. I will take care of that mochi for the rest of my life I swear” she giggled softly.

Pulling away with a meaningful look, she whispered “I am expecting Minyeol’s dongsaeng soon” Yeoul’s turned crimson red at the sudden request which fluttered her.

“Mother!” her lips were pursed into a slight pout in protest.

“We can give you useful tips if you want, been there done that” said Yeoul’s mother.

“Mom, not you too!” Yeoul shook her head, disbelief.

Jungkook came up behind Jimin, running his finger in between Jimin’s hair, styling it with a wide smile. He was actually proud of his hyung and had no words to describe it so he had been putting that smiley face all day causing all the members to question his overly happy state today.

“You have been smiling non stop today Kkuk aint you tired” Jimin smirked, cuffing his sleeves.

Fixing his gaze on Jimin’s hair, he continued to stroke it like an expert and flashed his cute smile again “Nah, it feels like a dream watching you getting ready for your own wedding. Who knows you are the one who get married first” he chuckled.

“Are you worried you have to bury Jikook with you forever?” he teased.

“Jikook is still happening, excuse you. Even though you have Yeoul, I will not let you go..because you are my hyung. My only hyung” he mumbled faintly the last words. The older boy was taken aback of Jungkook’s sincerity, it sounded like a joke at first but when he went in depth to it, he actually meant it different way.

Jimin turned to face Jungkook with a brotherly smile “No one can change the fact that I am your hyung. And you will forever be my cute little brother, my kkukkie” he squished his cheeks in circle that annoyed the maknae.

“Dont mess around with my cheeks, you are even childish than Minyeol!” he scoffed.

“But serious talk, thank you kkuk-ah for having a faith in me. I know I am not a good hyung to you, I will try to mend my mistake and be someone that you are proud off” he patted the top of Jungkook’s head.

“I hate it when you sound so serious and emotional. But I still want to give you a hug” with that Jungkook pulled smol Jimin into his arm, patting his back with force.

“Aigoo aigoo my mochi is getting married. Jimin-ssi im proud of you!” he exclaimed excitedly.

Jimin rolled his eyes giving in to this intimacy “You sound rude now, call me hyung” he corrected but as expected the younger boy only chuckled it away and continued to tease him by calling him by names like he is the older one here.

Only for today, he would tolerate to Jungkook’s nonsense,said Jimin.

The younger boy was nowhere to be found when he heard Minyeol was looking for him in the other room. For some reason his son was very fond of Jungkook sometimes it worried him in a good way of course. He spent so much time with Jungkook, and that maknae already made Minyeol played games with him. Bad sign, damage control need to be done soon.

Gazing his reflection from the mirror, his belly churned in fear. This was his big day and just like Yeoul, he didn’t want to screw it up. Jimin’s only hope was to get over this quickly because it had been a long and dreary months for all of them.

“That is not how you fix the bow tie” Taehyung’s deep voice echoed throughout the room. He saw his friend leaning against the door looking handsome in his black suit. When it came to visual wise, you gave it to Kim Taehyung. He slayed every clothes that he wore.

“You look ready” Jimin let out a soft chuckle.

“Of course it is my best friend’s wedding, I want to look good even though it is not me who will be standing on the altar” he made his way to Jimin and shrugged.

“Now, how are you feeling” he questioned.

The shorter guy chin up to give Taehyung’s more space to fix his bow tie, why couldn’t he do it properly even just once for god sake. The nervousness in his system really affect his motor neurons. Taehyung fingers were busy fixing the bow tie while he fixed his gaze on Jimin’s face.

“Well, nervous? I don’t know, it is mixed feelings. I am excited and scared that I screw this wedding” he sighed.

“It is normal Chims. It is your big day, cant blame you. I bet Yeoul is as nervous as you are, by the way she looks gorgeous in that bloody white dress” Taehyung complimented purposely triggering Jimin’s jealousy.

“Why are you peeking on my bride? That is illegal!” his brows twitched into a frown.

The latter smug playfully “Because I am one of her favorite oppas and of course I come to check on her. You jealous? You will have her for the rest of your life, so cut it out” he knocked Jimin’s forehead with his.

“Why are you even his favorite oppas, that is absurd” he pursed his lips in protest.

“Park Jimin-ssi you really need to fix your jealousy or else Yeoul will end the marriage before you two gets old” he shook his head frantically.

“That is not going to happen” he grumbled faintly low and let Taehyung did magic with his bow tie. He really sucked when it came to fashion, so he would pass this fashion thing to the expert like Kim Taehyung.

“We are done” said Taehyung breaking the silence.

Jimin took a glance of his reflection from the mirror, his lips were pulled into a wide smile “Thanks Taetae.. I am going to miss you” he whispered sadly.

“Yah Jiminie, what are you talking about. You are about to get married not going for a war! That sounds wrong” Taehyung nudged his friend shoulder shaking his head.

“I mean it.. I will miss you taking care of me, I know we will still meet each other but unlike before we will be living separately. I will miss everyone taking care of me like I am the maknae when it is Jungkook” he rubbed his back neck shyly.

Before Taehyung could argue another voice joined in “Meaning more spaces for me and Jungkook” Hoseok retorted.

“Jimin-ah.. you will be living two floors above us, it is not like you are moving back to Busan. Nothing will change between us, we will remain as Bangtan and with additional Minyeol and Yeoul in it. The more the merrier” the older boy reasoned.

“You heard hyung. So don’t be so sappy, this is your wedding day try to smile more” Taehyung hugged his shoulder.

Jimin next gesture was rather unexpected and shocked the two when he threw his arms around them without warn “Thank you hyung, taetae for being a good brother to me. I love both of you always be and always will” that was a rare confession from Jimin.

“Aww Jiminie we love you too”

“It is obvious we adore and love you Minie”

Park Jimin was not a kind of guy would tell everyone he was grateful and love the members with all his heart openly since he had always been so shy to express his feelings. Even when the pd-nim of their reality show conducted a personal interview for each members and inquired them about their thoughts on other members, Jimin would shyly shun away the questions.

Or his answers would rather be short and simple one like ‘Im grateful for my members, really’ then audience could see the pink blush on his cheeks.

His shyness was at different level and the members knew it.

Maybe it was just a 95-liner thing or a libra thing?

“Taehyung, Hoseok come and help me with the flowers” their attention now was on Jimin’s father at the door. Both of them left the room giving Jimin a thumbs up as an encouragement before leaving the groom alone.

Before walking away his father stopped at his track and turned to Jimin “ You look handsome soon. Remember, be natural. You will be just fine when you see her. Good luck!” giving him last wink, Jimin watched his father disappeared from the door.

Jimin sunk on the leather couch, pulling his phone and typed a quick message to Yeoul just to kill time.

Chiminie:

Nervous? I am dying here ㅠㅠㅜ

Yeoul giggled upon reading his message and she could imagine Jimin’s anxious face. Wasting no time, she replied her soon to be husband.

Mrs Park Jimin:

Me too ㅠ.ㅠ Your mother just left few minutes ago, and now the feeling came back again. I cant wait to walk down the aisle!

Chiminie:

And i am dying to take your hand and slip that ring in your fingers. Just wait Mrs Park, you will be mine forever. No escapeㅋㅋㅋ

Mrs Park Jimin:

Alright alright lover boy, you are distracting me. See you in a bit. Taehwan is here!

Chiminie:

Hey hey don’t let his height swoon you! Now i am concern :( Bye Mrs Park!

“Have you ever heard of too much gadgets sometimes is not good for your health” Namjoon stole his phone from Jimin’s hand.

“What are you doing here?” Jimin gave him questionable look.

He heard Jin’s voice behind him “What are we doing here? Wow that question sure is offending me. We are your wingman! Of course we are here to check on you” of course dramatic Jin would tail Namjoon around.

“It is actually male bridesmaid” said Namjoon.

“oh your brought friend” he raised his brow and scoff sarcastically.

“Right friend? Am i not your friend?” Jin shifted beside Jimin and had his arms locked around him with his princey smile.

“Can both of you take a chill pill. Bickering when you have the chance! So is everything ready? We will be out in few minutes” the leader glanced at his watch with a blink.

Jimin shot Jin a glare before returning his attention to Namjoon with a nod “I am all good. Do i urm look okay?” he bit his lower lips nervously.

“Surprisingly ugly”

“Kim Seokjin” Namjoon scolded.

“What?” Jin sulked in his seat and not long after his pout was replaced by a genuine smile “You look ready to exchange the vows Jiminie. And, handsome but oh well not as handsome as me. I can reconsider giving you that title today” he grinned.

“Worldwide handsome of course. You are silly hyung” Jimin murmured in his cute and low voice.

Mimicking a wedding planner, Namjoon clasped his hand together “Park Jimin-ssi, everyone is expecting for you so lets go!” he showed off his dimple smile.

“Oh wait before that!I have a wedding gift to give it to you!” Jin chimed.

Expectations soared high between the two men inside the room, especially Jimin. What was so important that he could not wait until the wedding party over?

“WHAT IN THE WORLD?”

”WHAT KIND OF WEDDING GIFT IS THAT?”

“WHAT IS WRONG WITH MY WEDDING GIFTS! I took time to choose the best condoms! And of course cant you see how cute this gift is..” Jin flaunt the cute mini basket in his hand. At this rate, they had to give him a credit for having so much time in hand decorating this so called wedding gift in a cute basket accompanied with ridiculous flowers scattered around it.

On second thought, it was a freaking condom. It was not just A condom, there were like more than twenty packs of condoms. What was on this hyung mind?

Grinding his teeth together, Namjoon tried to sound rational “Jin hyung, you do know people get married to get babies right? Why are you stopping them from getting babies. Geez, you are weirdo” Jimin eyed the older guy with a nasty look in his eyes.

“You... how many times should i tell you family planning is important?”

“Why does this concern you? Yeoul and I will think about it. Gosh Jin hyung as much i love you, i just cant brain your idiocy” he scowled.

“Pshh. Fine, if you dont want this i will keep this to myself”

“Yah no, return it back! I cant imagine what you are planning to do with it hyung” Namjoon retorted.

“Kim Namjoon, i dont sleep around! Why are you ganging up on me?” he facepalmed like a drama queen, but the two guys were ignoring him exaggerate reaction.

“We are done with that gross gifts, now lets go. It is time” giving Jin a light pat on the back, Namjoon purposely shoved him a little to make him start walking.

Inhale and exhale, the real deal was here.

“You look stunning” taking a hold of Taehwan’s arm, he could feel her shaking beneath that smile.

Yeoul smiled “Thank you Tae. You look dashing as well” both of them made their way to the entrance to the wedding hall waiting for the cue.

“Yeoul-ah, before i am handing you to Jimin. I want you to know that i will always be by your side, so if you ever need someone to talk to, find me. I might not be able to make you mine, oh well scratch that, i am still Minyeol’s favorite samchon. I wish you get the happiness that you deserve in this world, because girl it should have been yours since forever” a glint of love and sincerity in his eyes were intriguing.

“Tae-ah, thank you for everything. I cant imagine my life without you. I am sorry that i hurt you when the only thing that you did all this time was to love me. Thank you and thank you, i love you Lee Taehwan” she tiptoed a little giving him a friendly kiss on the cheek.

Taehwan deserved that at least, everyone knew how much he loved Yeoul yet there he was being the real hero marrying her off to another guy.

The grand entrance opened and it was their cue. Audience arose from their seat while whispering to each other mesmerized by Yeoul’s beauty that shone brighter than any spotlights on the stage. Her gregarious presence really took Jimin’s breath away. Jimin held back his stupidly charming smile when he landed his eyes on Yeoul in that wedding dress.

“Taetae was right when he said Yeoul looked bloody gorgeous” Yoongi whispered lowly with a soft smile. He liked what he saw. Occasion like this never failed to amuse him because the highlight of this event would be on the bride, like how Yeoul slayed the walk and caught everyone off guard.

Jimin muttered lowly enough for Yoongi to hear “Lower your gaze hyung. This woman is off limit” he replied without taking his eyes off Yeoul.

“Shit, fine. I am just complimenting” he defended himself and returned to his position obediently.

Few more steps then Yeoul would be in his arm.

Every step taken felt like forever, gripping onto Taehwan’s arm for support Yeoul tried to calm down her racing heart. It was crazy to begin with, to see Jimin looking stupidly handsome and charming in front of her adding to her already burning desire.

Without she realized, they had stopped walking and here she was just few inches away from the man of her life.

Jimin held out his hand with a charming smile “May I?” as if asking a permission from Yeoul’s father, he glanced at Taehwan.

“Take care of her Jimin-ah. I am watching you” Taehwan smiled as she led Yeoul’s hand to Jimin.

“Im honored Taehwan” he nodded at his way and interlaced their fingers together.

“Hey..” Jimin gazed into her eyes lovingly trying to penetrate the deepest core of her heart. She melted right away, she hated how weak she was whenever with him.

“Hi…” nibbling on her lower lips shyly, she took the chance to appreciate this beautiful masterpiece in front of him. Everything about Jimin was perfect from his eyes, nose, that rosy cheeks and plump lips of his.

“You…are stunning love” his whisper was driving her heart crazy.

They exchanged meaningful smiles but it didn’t last long when their ears caught Minyeol’s voice not far from where they stood. The younger boy was all dressed in his own mini tuxedo, holding onto Taehwan’s hand tight, Minyeol gave them flying kisses with a wink. How cheeky.

Yeoul and Jimin chuckled at his cheekiness, something that he inherit from Jimin for sure. And, something that young boy learned from Jin.

“We are about to begin, please step forward”

This was it, wedding of the year. People were talking about Jimin and Yeoul wedding like there’s no tomorrow and not to forget they received tons of congratulatory messages and gifts from Armys, friends and families.

When they looked back at all the troubles that they experienced together, it felt impossible to go through it without shedding a little sweat and tears. Bangtan on the other hand had grown bigger over time, with the recognition from people around the globe, it opened up more opportunity for them.

Just spread your wings, nothing was impossible.

11 Ways to Beat The Winter Blues

Winter blues is not something to take lightly. Seasonal affective disorder is a real thing. It gets into your soul and has you in auto-mode. That’s not a life to live. Let’s be present this winter. 11 ways to beat the winter blues.

1. Sign up for over time or ask for more hours.

Now i know you’re saying, “girl you crazy for that” but you already know why. Sometimes having a job is the only motivation for adulting. To open your eyes and face the day. What’s better motivation than making more money? Accumulating money in that savings will be great for fun things or go on a vacation. If that doesn’t help make you feel better then keep reading i suppose! With more mula, you can afford more! Which brings me to my next point!

2. Tanning!

To my tanning hunnies, feels nice huh? Get some heat into your body! It’s also relaxing. If you’re against the idea of the uv rays, get a spray tan! It will create a summery vibe illusion and trick your brain into being a little more happier. If being darker isn’t for you, try a sauna! Not only are you getting some warmth, but you’re sweating out toxins!

3. Working out!

Those of you who know me know that I’ve been on a health and fitness journey so of course I’m going to bring up working out. Working out creates seritonin and that shit makes you happy. “Exercise gives you endorphins, endorphins make you happy, happy people don’t kill their husbands. They just don’t.” -Leagally Blonde. Working out helps to make you more confident in your own skin which I think everyone should! So do some squats, burpees and take a selfie. ;)

4. Send a letter to your closest friends.

Getting a hand written letter is so meaningful. It doesn’t require much money or time and can make such a difference. Explain how much they mean to you. How your relationship has blossomed. Not only will they appreciate it, you will remember how lucky you are to have such a great friend.

5. Music and dancing.

This is honestly going to be one of the best for me personally. I’m planning on singing loudly in my car and dancing after workouts before showers. How do you not feel a little better after that? Ahhhh just thinking of it makes me feel good. Being goofy with singing and dancing is the best.

6. Meditate/pray.

For my believers out there. Pray!!! I know it’s easy to forget! I do it in my car most days! For my loves who don’t pray, meditating is wonderful. It really helps to stay grounded. If you don’t know how, there are apps for that. Look up “guided meditation”.

7. Eat more veggies and fruits.

I know it can be hard but come onnnnnn. You need it. You’re body will thank you. And then you’ll thank yourself. So just force feed ya self mates and then you’ll learn to love them!

8. Goal list.

Make a goal list for the cold months. That will help to get you motivated and keep chugging right along.

9. Reading and crafts.

Reading helps to escape sometimes. Even if it’s a magazine or picture book honestly. Get creative, man! Create something with your hands. You’ll be proud even if it’s ugly. Make something for someone. People love homemade stuff.

10. Baking/ cooking!

Baking is great. Get those nice aromas going through the house. Give away those treats! People love baked goods. Cooking! Make home cooked meals. Get those veggies in there, mates.

11. Comedy night!

Have a board game night or go to a comedy club! Comedy movies are always a good time also. Come on now, have you seen she’s the man? (If not, go watch it asap) Make sure you get those laughs in. Life is good. Life is funny. You can laugh. As my one of my sergeants once said, “a good laugh before 8am is good day”. ;)
