Of course she has a point but that won't hold up if she's doing illegal things as a counter. Anyway as long as Jimin isn't affected, I can't lie and I'm say that I'm not entertained by this alien vs predator situation

True but she didn't complain when she benefited from their focus on "short-term profits", getting playlisting that most BTS members and other hybe groups never got or when new jeans was being promoted at the expense of bts. And no shade but new jeans isn't a novelty to anyone aside of kpop, to everyone else they're just another kpop group who releases aesthetic music for social media posts, because that's literally the main reason their music is popular "aesthetics", Illit's song literally only went viral because the snippet was being used for picture edits. If a group from an unknown company had been the one to debut with that concept, no one would have cared and no one would claim they're some kind of pioneers. I feel like it's one thing that annoys me about new jeans stans and mhj, this claim that they debuted with something out of this world when no one would be saying all that if the debut had flopped. When it comes to concepts and other stuff, the only girl group I would consider a novelty is Loona.

Everyone gets copied, it's not the end of the world. And like everyone has said, name dropping those girls just like that is nasty work. I get that it's painful to see them become so successful through something you introduced to the company while it seems like those people who used to like new jeans are now gravitating towards illit, but they're children... They already got a shit ton of hate for being similar to new jeans and now she just mentioned them outta nowhere when it's pretty obvious that it wasn't even the reason for her actions and she's obviously been planning to go seperate right from new jeans' debut. BTS used to have all their concepts and roll outs plagiarized, and all they said was they don't care because they never do the same thing twice.

I talked about this before when I talked about illit and their similarities to new jeans, but I had so much hope that min heejin probably didn't care much because she was so "creative" that she could shake things up and introduce a new concept for the group, but I guess I gave her too much credit and she never had plans to do anything new with the group. Because that is the only reason why she would care about two groups having similar concepts. And other groups have copied new jeans, she only cares now because of how successful illit are. If they flopped she wouldn't be making a fuss over it.

Not to be that person but there's something about her that I just don't like, she seems shady and weird as fuck. So hopefully her and hybe both cancel each other out for my peace of mind.

If we go by the current roll out for new jeans comeback you can tell she's run out of "unique" ideas and just doing whatever to still keep that edge, so they should just bring in another talented creative director for the girls and all will be well. Everyone loves to act like she does something out of this world, but after studying her I think I could literally become a creative director and succeed at it.

When you go on trips, he reminds you a thousand times that your life is still more important than your job

He knows you could get seriously injured, and he doesn’t want to see you hurt

If you come home with any pictures, he wants to see them

Admiring your work from a distance seems like a very Doyoung thing to do.

Jaehyun feels like he’ll react kinda like a mix of Johnny and Yuta

Seperate ideas on how he’ll react aside, I think that Jungwoo will be pretty interested in your job

But then again, it’s dangerous, but he thinks you’re so brave for still wanting to do your job

HAPPY 5TH ANNIVERSARY MONSTA X🎊🎊🎉🎉

I sincerely hope all seven guys had a nice day together to celebrate.

Now on to my unfiltered thoughts since ya know, this is the only place online I feel comfortable sharing them without being attacked.

Again, I will say this. If any of my opinions offend anyone, I'm sorry. These are simply my thoughts and feel free to disagree, but please respect my opinion, as I respect yours.

Okay.

So, I will admit this anniversary is VERY bittersweet for me. It's the second one I've gotten to celebrate with MX and it was honestly pretty painful. Idk about anyone else but I'm really trying to keep my head up in this whole situation. For the boys' sake I will continue to be positive and support all of them. However I still hope for OT7 one-day and I always will. There is no reason they should be seperated rn and everytime I see them as 6, I'm reminded of all the shit they went through and it pisses me the fuck off.

Seeing them be 6 and celebrating 5 years together without being allowed to even aknowledge Wonho is just really upsetting to me. And Wonho's "I love you" and "I miss you" said so much in so few words.

While I have a lot going on in my personal life that has made the sadness worse, I just miss the days when listening to Kpop and watching MX videos made me happy and distracted me from the world's problems. It still hurts. So very much. Sometimes I feel bad about how sad it makes me feel knowing it's probably a 1000x harder for them but I've learned recently blocking out your feelings or pushing them aside only lets them build and makes it worse to deal with. So I just really wanted to let this rant out.

I really, truthfully hope they can aknowledge each other soon because if Wonho and Changkyun's posts were anything to go off of, this situation is weighing on everybody rn.

That being said, I can't wait for the Cb and Wonho's new music but it's all just with a real heavy heart.

The world as a whole (BigBang fanfic)

Prologue

When The Reader moves to Korea she never expected to be wrapped up in the world of kpop or meet their twins. The world is a mysterious place and we always question our existence but when The Reader has some of the members of BigBang keeping their eyes on her she never expected to fall into the hands of their twins as well. Will The Reader stay on the side of light and live a peaceful life or will she join a secret group made of powerful men and be the queen of their empire?

I got the idea of this from watching Tazza:the hidden card (korean movie), High and low (Japanese movie), Infinite Challenge: Muhan Company (variety show) and IRIS (Kdrama) i will have a small list of characters and the main cast is characters that the members of BigBang have acted

You moved to Korea when you were fourteen with no idea of the language but your parents had a friend that is a teacher in Korea, his name is Dave Miller but went as Lim Eun-Jae. He helped you learn Korean and often translated things for you in class, you only knew basic Korean along with words that you heard throughout the day and would ask your teacher for help. Eventually you began to carry a journal that was full of Korean words, the list of Hangul seperated in consonants and vowels along with simple combinations. After three months of attending the school some kids took an interest in you and with the very little Korean you knew it never really worked out until you met a boy in your class whose name is Lee Seunghyun. Pronouncing his name was hard but your teacher helped you and often helped you translate some things when you talked to Seunghyun until one day you and Seunghyun decided to visit a little cafe, it was fun and cute even though it was kind of hard to communicate at times.

Your friendship grew and he introduced you to his friends a year later but you were always at his side and people swore that you were a couple but that was far from the truth, he was the first person to take an interest in you and decided to stick with you and you owed him for that. Another year went by and Seungri decided to go to Seoul and pursue a career in music, you were happy for him but you didn't want to lose him either so after talking with Seunghyun along with your parents it was decided that you would be with him while your parents paid for a small apartment. After a rough start Seunghyun became the Maknae of BigBang and you were proud but became concerned when the leader G Dragon wouldn't talk to him. You told him to give it time and after three months Seunghyun ended up watching Princess Hours with his leader and finally broke the ice.

Seunghyun had to live with the other members and you were able to move to a tiny apartment in the complex they were in as well as finishing up schooling while working late after school and on the weekends. The summer before yours and Seunghyun's final year in high school you were able to finally meet the boys that Seunghyun has told you so much about during a dinner night with their manager and YG himself. YG thanked you for taking care of Seunghyun (now known as Seungri) as well as the other members unknowingly and asked that you live next door to the boys instead of on the first floor, you happily accepted and this lead to you feeding the boys day and night which didn't bother you and because your apartment had two rooms you chose Daesung and Seungri to take your spare room for many reasons. Seungri stayed with you for obvious reasons while as for Daesung he is closer to yours and Seungri's age as well as a huge helper with the busy schedule you had in your senior year.

After a long and exhausting year you and Seungri who you now often called Seungri or Panda finally graduated high school and Seungri continued his journey as a kpop star while you decided to attend college for music and art. You supported the boys a lot and have become very close to you with Daesung having a mad crush on you for your open and very motherly nature but had to keep it aside because of the fans. Two years later and you have a job with YG as a studio director along with a self-made artist that sold a lot of painting and commissions to people all over Asia along with Europe. Your art skills worked perfectly for YG after seeing some of your work and gained your permission to use your art of the boys for merchandise, you always got a small amount but it was worth it.

Years later and after many scandals from some of the members as well as Daesung confessing to you in his own way which you sadly declined but only for his sake, he was still in the era of needing to keep a certain image's even after his scandal you didn't want to make it worse so you told him that in a few years it would be open for discussion again and hopefully there won't be any more issues. You did date Seungri for a little but was caught by YG and broke it off for his sake and even stayed away from the boys for a month. You still don't know what to make of the older members but were close enough to gladly call them Oppas while they claimed you as their little sister.

Now it is 2013 and the boys are working on a new album with a whole new story that will unfold....

okay so armys are accusing exo ls of spreading rumors about bts. Thats not it they want all exo ls to apologise to bts and army like bitch we didnt do anything why should we apologise?????? if that person is telling me that all exo ls should be apologising because of one exo l then all the salty kpop fandoms who have insulted groups who are on their faves’ level (especially armys) should be apologising rn.

What are they saying? My submit box is open, you can send me screenshots, if you want to stay anonymous, I’ll post them seperately. But I haven’t seen anything they’ve been saying.

But then again, ARMYs accusing EXO-Ls of spreading rumors about BTS is never new. Which is funny. Maybe I live in a bubble but I’ve never actually seen EXO-Ls talk about BTS in a bad light, only AMRYs or calling out when BTS got something wrongly, i.e. the awards last winter…but even then EXO-Ls were dragging the companies and awards themselves for being crooked, not that BTS ‘won’ them. Unless that’s happening on Twitter? Because I know Twitter EXO-Ls/ARMYs are vastly different from Tumblr.

Aside from that, yeah, if they are saying those things, they’re definitely off their rocker. ARMYs haven’t apologized for a laundry list of things their fandom has done, although I don’t believe they should personally have to apologize unless they partook in the acts their fandom has done. I won’t apologize for my fandom, I can only apologize for what I’ve done. And as far as I’m aware, I, as an EXO-L, haven’t done anything. So there’s that.

Although, I think what’s happening right now, since you mentioned it being ‘one exol’ is about the death threats, if I’m correct, yes? If that’s what you were talking about, the antis that made those threats are in no way connected with EXO-Ls, and I’m sad to say I had to unfollow an EXO blog that I enjoyed because they fed into that, which was strange as they were an EXO blog…but okay. I won’t apologize for EXO-Ls, or antis that have no link to the EXO fandom.

However, I will stand with ARMYs in their right to be upset over those threats and I’m glad BIGHIT seems to be taking proper actions to ensure the boys’ safety.

Now Open!

Hello, and welcome to The Art Of Family!

This is a blog seperate from my main in order to keep things organized.

I’ve been wanting to write such a fanfiction for a long, long time and thanks to some newfound inspiration and support of several people on this post on my main, I’ve done it!

Aside from the main story, this blog will include everything to do with the ‘characters’- from headcanons, to roleplays, to reactions, and even to blog takeovers! All of this will be linked on my masterlist, which can be found here or through a search of ‘Full Masterlist’.

Now onto what this whole story is;

The Art of Family is a BTS Domestic AU, featuring appearances from other Kpop idols from time to time. The story follows the lives of not only the AU versions of the BTS emmbers, but also two partial OCs- Kim Aramilly and Min Yoona.

The latter is based upon that time that Suga dressed up as a girl, or ‘Yoonji’ as the character was dubbed. I chose Yoona as her name instead because ‘Yoonji’ is just a feminization of ‘Yoongi’, so I wanted to give them at least a slight difference.

The former, Kim Aramilly, who is the base point of view for most stories on this account, does have a strange name, admittedly. As they are RM’s biological child, I’m going to say their biological mother had named them. The basis for this character is evident from their nickname- ‘Army’. Yup, I wanted to make a character that represents the fandom. Unfortunately there’s no way I can make generalizations about the fandom because I can’t know what every ARMY is like. So, Aramilly is based on the ARMY I know the best- myself. I guess you could consider them as a sort of self-insert? But I really hope that all of you can at least find a small peice of them that you can relate to. If you can’t, I’m sorry and I hope you enjoy the story anyways.

As you’ll notice, there’s a lot of differences between how the members are represented here and how they are in reality. Please do not confuse the two. Remember that this is an alternate universe, meaning it doesn’t actually exist. This is supposed to just be a fun story, so please don’t start treating them members as if they’re exactly the same as in this AU.

With that being said, this blog is now open for interaction! Feel free to tag this account in RP starters, send asks, make requests for something for me to write, etc.
