Two new characters joins the Safe Haven Crew!

I present to you, Angel and Fallen!

Before we get into more details, these two is an official ship in Feathered Revelation, or in other terms. Birdfell, my interpretation, at least.

So yes, this is Frans (Frisk X Sans)

I'll likely refer to this AU as Feathered Revelation more though, since I'm not sure if there's already a canon Birdfell made by someone else.

Wouldn't wanna get into trouble with other creators anytime soon.

Yes, yes they are both adults.

No, Frisk is NOT a child in this.

With that out of the way, moving onto information! Which will be under the cut

Fallen (Birdfell/Feathered Revelation Sans - He/Him)

•He is the tallest out of everyone in Safe Haven, even taller than Igneus. Standing at 200cm (6.5ft)

•His wings is from the bird species, Eagle

•Similar to Angel, his Frisk, the nickname 'Fallen' was decided by others. Exception that the reason is, his wings seems similar to one of a 'Fallen Angel', ironically enough since his companion was given the name 'Angel'.

Eitherway, Angel have her own special nickname for him. Which is 'Sunshine', otherwise 'Soleil'. Though the latter is used more often than the former

•He prefers to keep to himself but he isn't afraid to speak his mind and to interact with others when he feels like it or finds the need to. No, he isn't rude on purposeful but he is awfully straightforward and sometimes end up unintentionally insulting others

•Locating him is pretty easy as one will normally see him flying around majority of the time while carrying Angel in his arms.

•"Former Scientist", but he don't like that fact being bought up whatsoever. He used to work alongside two other. Or was it one..? He can't recall. But the project he was in charge of, was nothing more than a simple experiment to create combat-based wings, and to modify someone's wings to one that'd be much more suitable for combat.

•His 'fangs' are golden coloured.

Golden teeths.. makes his shit-eating grin abit.. more annoying to look at.

Angel (Birdfell/Feathered Revelation Frisk - She/Her)

•She is currently, the tallest humans that resides in Safe Haven. Being at 150cm, though she's still pretty small if you compare her to Fallen

•Her wings is from the bird species, Hummingbird

•Her nickname 'Angel' was decided and given by the majority of those that she knows. Mainly because of her personality and kindness. That is unfaltering no matter what.

Whereas, Fallen, her own Sans, refers to her as 'Doll'. Which she don't mind, if anything it makes her happy to have a special nickname from the one that she cherishes the most

•She's what others would refer to, as 'a bundle of sunshine'. Which is ironic, considering she calls Fallen, 'Sunshine' instead. She have a tendency of looking out for others, capable of spotting when someone is in discomfort based on their body language and expression, so she usually change topics, or excuse herself to not burden the person that she's interacting with

•She is more than capable of flight on her own, however Fallen normally carries her when she wants to go for a quick session of flying

•She used to be a ordinary human, without wings. Of course, but upon a accidental fall into a mesmerizing lake that was hidden deep within a forest. She was sent to the place that monsters reside, encountering Toriel first, whom was her caretaker for a period of time and also offering her a pair of strap-on wings, which was created with magic. Thus overtime, the wings 'bonded' itself to her body thanks to her soul.

Additional information

Birdfell/Feathered Revelation AU - Wings

Contrary to what most would believe, or think. Monsters aren't born with wings, if anything, the pair of wings they have are commonly formed when their young using their magic. So that it stays and eventually develops with them as they grow up.

For those however, that's capable of doing so. There usually would be smaller premade wings created by some monsters' magic (In this case, Queen Toriel was the one whom created it for those unfortunate souls and.. later on, for the fallen human(s).)

For this scenario, the pair of wings is strapped and 'worn' by the user. While overtime due to the magic within the wings itself, and it also latching off the 'magic' from their soul. The wings gradually attaches itself to the user's back. So the straps can then be safely removed afterwards as it wouldn't even be needed anymore

Had a dream about Rivper meeting an AU for the first time and accidentally invented Carrion (BirdFell sans) so have a tiny comic of him and Rivper being besties and definitely not threatening each other (: (/sarc)

(Yes Rivper is threading him with a Boat Paddle and yes Rivper’s 5’1 self kicked Carrions 6’4 ass)

Also, I’ve never seen another version of Birdfell, it’s probably already an AU, but here’s my take on it anyway (Carrion is a Bearded Vulture)

Here’s a quick rundown of a monsters lifespan:

A common monster has a life expectancy of 700 years give or take. The oldest monster in record (that wasn’t a royal) was a Drake monster who lived 732 years.

They are considered infants/babies up until the age of two. Toddlerhood is from 2-6

Children are from the ages of 7-13. Most monsters start public school at ages 7-8

Teenagers are from 14-19. Monsters mature at a slower rate than humans, and so while the body may look grown in the later teen years, they have yet to develop sexual maturity until around 20.

Once 20 they are considered adults, but some subspecies can continue growing up till 30

After puberty in the early 19-22 range, a monster is considered a young adult from 25-190. You can compare those ages to a human in their early to mid 20s physically

Middle Ages range from 200s- 400s roughly

500s are considered older and retirement age, 600s are elderly. Anything past 680 is fragile

The lifespan goes down with halfbreed monsters ( “full” monster parent and “full” human parent) where they live around 600-650 years

The lifespan takes a bigger drop for mages who have an expectancy of 250 years. Witches (humans who have trained to use magic) are known to live up to their 130s if they aren’t soulbonded to a monster partner.

Monsters and half breeds born with the disease called dimming rarely live past their 400s

An exception to the monster lifespan are the “royals”. They take a ritual after being voted into office that binds them to their country, making it so that any decisions they make for the country has to be for its and the peoples benefit (as far as they believe), making them a servant to ebott for the rest of their lives, but extending their life and health in return. The ritual can be broken for the royals who wish to retire and die in peace. The oldest recorded ruler was rumored to be around three thousand

And now the crash!!

For those who don’t know what that is, it’s when all the AUs merged (and my excuse for why all these guys are in the same place lol).

The crash started 17 years ago, and ended within 9 months. Since then no other mystery groups of monsters have been discovered.

Here’s a brief timeline of ebott from crash until now

First day: the land mass that holds ebott appears

Day 2: undertale, underswap, gastertale,, dancetale, theatretale, templetale, all the “farm” AUs, “lust” AUs and the “outer” AUs

Month one: the bird AUs fall from the sky, the nomads stumble out of the forest and the sea AUs mysteriously arrive on ship to shore

Month two, after two months, most of the fell aus (underfell, swapfell, fellswap gold) appear

Month three, the factory (mafias) monsters appear along with the “ghost city” now inhabited and known as ebott city, the capitol. A few weeks later, the fallout monsters appear and ebotts first official hospitals are created

Month four, the royals are finally brought together after threats of inner fighting, and Asgore is voted in as the king

Things settle for four more months, and the new land is explored, vary basic laws are out into place, and things start getting divided into districts.

Month five: Ebott makes contact with several other countries and is introduced to the worlds currency system. Ebotts gold, silver, copper coins is recognized as a currency by the rest of the world

Month seven, the first and only orphanage is founded for any unclaimed children.

On month nine of the crash, the monsters finally access the underground, and to their horror, they find three separate chambers housing the starving horror AUs who had no idea everything that was going on above.

Month ten, land is sold and divided, and ebott begins creating large scale farms

May 20, 2007, ebott celebrates their first official year as a country. The capitol city is named new ebott (cause Asgore sucks at naming things and frankly the rest of the royals aren’t much better)

May 30th, the royal guard is finally re-organized

December 2007, ebotts first countrywide gyftmas celebration, also an official design for the flag and coins are voted on and implemented

February 2008, the first official jail is built and used in ebott lol

July 2008, ebott is finally let into the rest of the worlds internet, and electricity reaches more areas besides just ebott city

August 2008, ebotts children and teens discover tik tok, and it is unanimously decided by every one that a standard public school has to be created

Late august 2008, the first public school is finished in city center

September 2008, the number of school sites number around 300, and counting

January 2009, ebott state college is built and open

April 2009, the ebott scouts is formed, and children hoping to join the guard in the future are able to sign up.

March 2010, ebott is opened by presiding countries for international students and charity programs

November 2010, the following of lady magic opens the temple to the public, and takes over the maintenance of what used to be known as the horrors underground. A grotto is transformed into a place of remembrance for those left behind before the crash

May 2011, the core from the stable underground is moved to the surface and duplicated into several other power factories. All of inhabited ebott is at least within an hour of power

May 2012, the stable underground is open to the public as a tourist attraction. Ebotts is opened by presiding countries to tourism

February 2013, because of public pressure from mainly farm, bird, lusts and the temple monsters, human-monster marriages are now recognized under the state as valid

July 2013 A farm monster discovers how to successfully cultivate magic crops from the underground, aboveground. He shares the secret for free, and other farm monsters take initiative to start sharing their own crop secrets. He is awarded the title of prince.

January 2014 Due to complaints about side effects from human foods, money is poured into research about safer ways to process and preserve foods in ebott.

April 2014, mellowmart becomes the largest company in ebott, finally beating out Walmart in scale.

December 2016, ebott petitions to be recognized as a free independent country to the United Nations. Ebott is turned down

December 2017, ebott petitions again to be recognized as an independent nation

February 2017 Immigration into ebott is closed, and monsters begin boycotting imported human goods. The ebott navy is built.

July 2017, ebott is declared an independent nation

March 2018, the royals declare ebott self sufficient in feeding the country when the amount of food related exports finally exceeds the imports for the first time

July 2018, ebott celebrates its first freedom festival

October 2018, the first college dedicated to the arts is opened in the captitol

July 2019, magical spars are declared the national sport after a grueling battle between spar fans and pickleball fans

November 2019, the first echo festival is celebrated in Goldenvalley

February 2020, humans not born in ebott are finally allowed to apply for citizenship, and the process for that is created.

April 2020 the goldenflower festival is organized for the first time

September 2020, several big brands like coco cola, Hersheys and nestle are banned in ebott when complaints of health issues becomes too much

March 2021, Wendy’s becomes the first company to create a monster-safe fast food outside of ebott, and after months of testing, is given permission to sell. Many other food companies follow and begin making separate recipes for their monster customers

May 2022, snails are declared the national animal of ebott, and popular snail breeds are recognized and the society of the domesticated snail is created for shows and licenses

November 2022, a different country tries to declare war on ebott on the grounds of them “stealing” their young working force (immigrant workers). Ebott threatens to close borders to tourists, those coming for medical care, and all outside companies selling in their lands. The untied nations slaps down the country declaring war.

February 2023, a new branch of the royal guard, called the NPTRF (national people’s trafficking relief foundation) or more commonly called the reverse kidnappers by ebotts supportive teens, is founded to combat the rapidly rising issue of monsters and humans being trafficked and dragged outside the country

Error X Reader - "Never Seen an Error like You Before"

Thousands of AUs and variations of the same people were created, destroyed, replaced, or abandoned/forgotten throughout the entire multiverse's existence. However, a new character had been introduced to Ink; a character he never created but adores even more for that reason.

Y/N, a girl with flowing H/C hair that literally sparlked. Her eyes were E/C and was as expressant as the entire Muliverse together. She was a character unlike any other before.

And with this new and uniqueness came worry and confusion from an abandoned skeleton hiding between AUs. Error Sans, destroyer of universes.

Y/N was a new creation and quickly became very close to Ink as he would show her around. "This is Undertale, the very beginning to all of our existences! And this is Underfell and Underswap, the first two variations of Undertale; these two led to nearly avery single variation of any AUs. See Birdtale over there? There's a Birdfell and Birdswap too!" Y/N would smile and instantly fall in love with all these different worlds. But her favorites were [AU], [AU], and [AU].

Once Dream met her, he instantly fell in love with her. "Aww, your so sweet," he cooed as Y/N handed a rose she got from Flowerfell to him. He slid the rose between his headband on the side of his skull. Y/N giggled, clasping her hands together and complimenting him.

Anyone could tell that Dream fell in love with her instantly. Hell, after a while, Ink couldn't hide he feels for her too. She was randomly created as an adult with no personality or interests but he got to be there as she became more complete. On every adventure, he gets to witness another part of her get created. It's so cute to him to see her curiosity get to her too!

But when Dream mentioned Y/N to Nightmare, the problem started. Nightmare immediately wanted to date this new creation and wasted no time informing Error about this. And this is where our story begins.

Y/N skipped around, singing to herself as she watched one of her favorite AUs through the small breaks in the multiverse. She smiled as she saw the little fallen child converse with one of the characters. It's so incredible how many genius ideas are created just through using Undertale as a template!

She pressed her hands between the little portal of [AU],the void created some random wall for her to rest her hands on. It's so weird how the Void knows where to place "floors," "walls," and when people want to just flout and all else.

"[AU], huh? I remember-r-r-r when that ErRor first ap-ap-appeared."

Y/N spun her head around quickly and saw another Sans. His skeleton was black aside from the blue lines connecting from his sockets to his jaw. The word "error" in all caps would appear disappear throughout his whole body, as if he was simply a glitch. A smug expression rested on his face as he looked through into [AU]. Y/N parted her lips and kept a curious expression as the examined the skeleton.

"Oh, I didn't see you there! Which Sans might you be?" She asked as a extended her hand for him to shake. The Sans eyes her hand for a moment without reacting. Y/N pulled her hand back, giggling nervously. "Actually- I heard it's polite to introduce myself first. I'm Y/N, I suppose the only "Y/N" in existence. I recently appeared here in the Void so I don't know too many people yet, haha."

The Error cocked his head smugly, immediately taking note of innocence in her voice. "Call me Error-or-or, and I'm not a S-Sans. I'm simply an anomaly-aly-ly here to fix all glitches and mistakes throughout the mult-multiverse. Basically, I c-clean the messes Ink makes."

Y/N hummed in curiosity before nodded. "That makes sense! Please, let me know if I can help in any way, heh heh. Since Ink's been pretty busy with an AU suddenly going missing, I've been pretty alone," she confessed as she swayed her body back and forth.

Error smirked wider, shrugging. "Well..." he spoke thoughtfully. "The job's a little bit ha-aaa-zardly for some-someone like you... You're cute and a-a-a bit too innocent-nt to join in," he answered cockily, like a older brother testing his little sister to see if she's up for whatever he has in store. Stuffing his hands into his pockets, he walked past her to get close to another opening to an AU and looking it.

Y/N pouted her lip and smirked. "Well thank you, but I have to disagree," she crossed her arms. "I can a lot better than you think I can, mister."

Error looked over at her, "are you sur-re? You're not tainted ye-ye-ye-yet. You've seen too lit-t-tle of what the Multiverse has in store." Y/N just nodded her head, keeping that confident smile up.

Suddenly, Error started laughing. Y/N's cocked her head in confusion before joining in.

"Aww, haha! You re-remind me of Blue in a way- you know, Underswap Sans? You have so much learn about here before I let you jo-jo--join in," Error spoke as his smile turned more genuine. "I almos-st-st-t want you to stay that way, even if you're a g-g-glitch-ch as well."

Y/N giggled nervously before rubbing the back of her neck. "A glitch? How?" She didn't know too much about the Void or Multiverse so of course she asked.

"You'll understand one d-day." Error responded as his smile faded. He put his hands back in his pockets before sighing. He knew Ink was near.

He suddenly began walking away, yet again confusing Y/N. "Hey, wait- where are you going?" She asked as she turned her body to face him.

Error spoke as he a portal opened in front of him. "I j-just wanted to m-m-me-meet the new addition; I can't stay here," he explained matter-of-factly. His moods changed fast and became serious all at once. "But re-really, you're quite the pretty error. I couldn't ha-have someone like you join m-me ever. Oh, and don't tell Ink you saw me." With that, the skeleton walked right into the portal and disappeared from sight.

Y/N stood there with a blank face. She registered the previous moments in her head and smiled to herself. He was eccentric, wasn't he? The overlapping voices and lags coming out of his mouth was interesting to her. His smug and kinda playful attitude was nice, but a little strange with how quickly he changed the subject and mood. She was a little confused on why Ink shouldn't know of him but she wouldn't push it.

And just moments later, Ink appeared. "Hey, Y/N! How are things?" He asked as he popped up behind her. Y/N jolted but giggled.

"Great! I was thinking of how exciting it could be for there to be other me's too! An evil version, [monster/human] version, winged version, and everything!"

And with that, the two talked for while. Y/N would learn how she's a glitch some other time, but she knew to ask in a way that doesn't make it known she spoke to Error.

So, BIRDFELL.

(The idea of au isn't mine. I only do a reinterpretation, which I keep in mind from 2018.)

The story begins from a peaceful life of humanity along with flying magic creatures known as monsters. One day humans unleashed the war and won, trapping monsters away from the open sky, under the m. Ebott.

The rest of the story is similar to the original one and underfell story.

The appearance of the monsters isn't usually about feathers, it is more about wings and the ability to fly. Skeletons have feathers attached to the bones with magic and can get very fluffy. Undyne-like mosters have some feathers, but mostly they look like bats. Alphys-like ones are similar to dragons. Etcetera.

Monsters crave freedom. Even after a dozen generations was raised in this trap.

Hey y’all! Meet the birdfell siblings!!

Roost (birdfell sans):

He’s a bird monster standing at 5’4 with sandy tan wings resembling an owls! He’s 51 years old and has only one working eye, the other socket has a large crack going through and is unable to open any more.

Roost is loyal, affectionate, caring, flirtatious, teasing, and dumb as a rock. He is the perfect definition of a himbo lol. However he isn’t energetic (most of the time) and instead of golden retriever energy, he’s described as having more lazy Rottweiler energy. Roost is a possessive fellow and is quick to claim what’s “his” whether that’s friends or things, or even dates lol. He has so much confidence it’s mistaken for fearlessness.

For work, he’s a florist! Roost is surprisingly enthusiastic about flowers, the language behind them, and making beautiful arrangements. He has a good eye (singular lol) for matching colors and has a green thumb when it comes to growing his babies. His florist shop is in the land his sister owns.

His hobbies: flowers of course, he also does some gardening, long flights, axe throwing, sparring and wrestling, bird hunting, wine tasting, throwing really large rocks off cliffs to see them roll down, falconry, hooking up/flirting, babysitting (don’t worry he’s actually pretty good with kids)

Loved items: his sister/all the vineyard workers, kids, Mediterranean food, wines and cheeses, flowers of course, specially morning glories, the color green, ducks, football and the World Cup

Special ability: rocky skin: when he feels threatened his bones and feathers harden making a rough cutting surface and protecting him from attacks. It only lasts a few seconds

Magic weapon: he has two hand sized axes! They’re fairly simple but they get the job done.

She’s an exceptionally tall bird monster standing at 6’9 feet. She has large dark golden brown wings resembling an eagles and a thin scar on her cheekbone. She’s a feminine presenting monster with a husky woman’s voice.

Harpy is sharp, serious, and very to the point. She’s an organized lady and very ambitious. She’s extremely protective and loyal to her friends and workers and is passionate about her loves in life. She takes no sh*t in life and is very brave in the face of any trial. Harpy is more of an honest straightforward person and is rarely sneaky about what she does.

For work, she owns a large vineyard in the mountains as well as a big chunk of land where she’s the landlord to some other farmers and businesses. Her wine is considered one of the finest of ebotts and her grapes are fought over by other brewers. She takes her job very seriously and expects a lot out of her employees, but with lots of work comes high reward from her.

Her hobbies: wine tasting, javelin throwing, shoe shopping (she fkn loves heels), collecting travel brochures, floral arrangements, weightlifting, long flights, horror and mystery novels, collecting antique weapons, falconry

Special ability: look at me. When she needs people’s attention, she can give off this aura that will naturally stop people in their place to look at her. She doesn’t need to utter a single sound

Extra details:

The birdtale AU was very warlike with small mixed tribes of humans and monsters constantly fighting over the little pieces of farmable land left. It created a large sense of loyalty between families but also made an au of very territorial monsters (and humans who came in the crash with them).

Roost and harpy’s parents were killed in one turf war when harpy was a toddler. Roost raised his little sister himself and according to her did a decent job. However most people think she’s the older sibling with how much she bosses him around lol

The birdfell au is interesting as they actually had five “royals” but none who had taken the oath (the ritual had been lost ages ago). They were unable to decide on two representatives without fighting, and so the birdtale royals stepped and took the birdfell monsters as their own. It was supposed to be temporary, but the fells ended up loving their fair and attentive new rulers.

Birdfell monsters are very scattered around ebott so every community has a little pocket of them somewhere.

Phoenix: birdfell grillby, he has a set of gorgeous flaming wings and a massive wingspan. Phoenix is ebotts top model and adores his fans just a little too much. He is also an old friend of rooks and was harpy’s main babysitter when rook was out

Lewis: a frail 89 year old middle eastern looking man and the grandfather of rook and harpy. (Their mother had been a half breed). Harper is enjoying his retirement on harpy’s vineyard as an “official wine taster” lol. He has a good relationship with his grandkids and is not so secretly glad that there are no more babies in the family lol

What are their fighting styles like? In terms of AUs and individuals?

Sir: he prefers sneak attacks, and his special ability, a paralyzing position from his hands, makes that very easy. Sir will distract his enemy with banter then go in for a poisoned sucker punch. If he’s cornered though, he always fights dirty. Biting, scratching, going for the eyes and groin if he has to. Sir doesn’t believe in fighting with honor

Weasel: he’s speedy and flexible, so he lights fighting in areas with lots of clutter in the terrain to use to his advantage. Weasel rarely pulls out his weapon or bone attacks. Instead he prefers using objects around him. But because he’s more skilled that way, but because he always forgets he could use his magic lol.

Roost: he’s a tank fighter. He has a high defense for a skeleton monster, and his special ability, being able to harden his bones and feathers further, adds to his defense. Roost likes to keep things close and personal in fights, giving as much damage as he can while his defense lasts, then he breaks away for ranged attacks. His stamina isn’t the best so he tries to end fights quickly

Harpy: her fighting style is beautiful, in a scary militant kind of way. She’s had formal training and it shows in her stance. She prefers ranged attacks like her bone attacks or the javelin she summons. And Harpy is a very heavy hitter. Her attacks are easy to see coming, but the speed at which she hurls them still make it hard to dodge.

Barin: barin is an interesting case, because even though he’s built like a tank fighter, he does everything he can to avoid actual damage if possible. You see, his special ability makes it so that when he’s cut, the “blood” or ecto that leaks out becomes extremely flammable and explosive. Not fun for anyone. So despite clearly being better suited for close range fighting, he always starts with king ranged attacks and focuses mostly on defense

Arwin: he’s a show off when he fights. He normally doesn’t take it seriously and loves to banter, or do silly tricks like doing a flip over his opponent lol. He gets away with this by being an absolute devil when it comes to speed. And his hand to eye coordination is quite good too. Hence why he fights with twin blades

Orion: he’s show off #2. He likes big flashy attacks like his gaster blasters. And they can do a lot of damage, but usually are set to stun. In fact all of his attacks are loud or bright in some way. Even his bone attacks seem practically explosive. Orion fights to stun and confuse, not to injure normally. For a fell he’s pretty soft

Atlas: like arwin, he’s a master at using two swords, but is more precise and serious with them. Atlas doesn’t talk much when fighting, all you get is his cold concentration face. And he’s very impatient, always aiming for a lethal or at least debilitating blow. Like the abdomen or the tendons in the ankles.

Roost: he might cry. This is so precious and he’s never been happier. Roost is just snuggling all the kittens in his lap purring up a storm. The mama cat is watching him closely. Sure her babies are chill but he’s still a scary big monster. Then pop arrives. Chaos. The kittens all sink in their claws at one, the mama screeches and roost yelps and shortcuts into the sky. The kittens are still safe on the ground spitting in shock and the mama is killing pop.

Harpy: she’s not a cat fan. They mess up the prey in her vineyard that would otherwise be for her eagle. So when she sees a whole family of them following her around, she simply calls an employee out to catch them. She doesn’t care what they do after that. The poor vineyard worker is left to deal with herding the cats and the fallout of pops arrival
