Still maintain that in the Gomens Universe, Eleven sports a “Cool Bowtie” cuz Aziraphale had the thought: “The Doctor should wear a bowtie at least once” and performed a miracle to make it happen.

Same goes with the vest. Aziraphale indulged a bit too hard in his DW obsession and that’s why Eleven has a vest and pocket-watch in series 7b.
