You or someone you know needs this right now!
"There are plenty of resources that talk about making more income but what about the space in between where you've just lost income, or a job and bills and rent are still due?"-
Losing Your Income is the Worst and What to do Next is a blog page of simple step suggestion format on the blog with ways to help you immediately with what do next and why it works!
Take simple actions that can help you get back on track with your income, creativity and life.
Taken from my own recent personal experience after losing a job and other income during 2021 and 2022, being a single mother, a part-time and freelance contract worker, I know what's it's like to see those bills mount up after a job loss, sleepness nights and anxiety.
When the plans you had are suddenly gone and you have to find another way. A way that doesn't send you into an endless spiral of frantic job searching and more burnout.
I believe the suggestions I share, will help save you time, relieve some stress, and get you back to your stability so you can continue on towards living your life and reaching your goals again.

Skiplagging Might Save Cash, Or Not
Skiplagging is a Popular Travel Hack, but Does it Really Save You Money?
Skiplagging is a ‘travel hack’ many influencers suggest, using popular destinations with layovers as a way to get cheaper tickets to a more out-of-the-way destination. Skiplagging, also called “hidden city” ticketing, involves booking flights with a layover at the actual destination you want to visit, and then skipping the second leg of the journey. If done right, it can be cheaper than just…

Disclaimer: I am not a financial expert nor someone who is already financially successful. I also made financial mistakes in the past that I’m currently fixing right now which explains the Temporary Bills in my tracker. I know we all have different budgeting strategies but I just wanted to share how I do mine because who the hell knows? This could help someone, right? A brief background: I am currently working two full-time jobs; an office-based day job and a freelancing night job. I’m the breadwinner of the family and currently residing away from home because of my day job (my choice to work onsite though. I will talk about it more next time). Since I’m working for two jobs, my pay days actually fall for every week of the month but in my Budget Tracker, I made my freelancing paydays as the default pay dates which usually fall every 9th and 23rd of the month. One of the things I do to make my dues lighter biweekly is to divide them into two. What do I mean by this? For example, I pay 2,746 pesos for my laptop every 12th of the month. Still following my freelancing pay dates, my laptop bill will become part of the first payday (9th) expenses of the month. Since 2,746 pesos is a bit of a pain in the pocket to let out in just one cut-off, I will divide it into two; 2,746 / 2 = 1,373 pesos. Now, I will have to save 1,373 pesos from my salary every cut-off to make it lighter for my pocket and be able to allot more for other small expenses (if any). Apart from that, I also make sure to highlight the Temporary Bills in my tracker to keep me reminded that those will come off the expenses list once I’ve finished them and their total amount will eventually become part of my savings or investments later on. So far this budgeting method works for me. I was able to save more compared to my previous cut-offs and keep track of the due dates of my bills. Major rule when it comes to being financially successful is to pay whatever bills you have in time. 🙂
