that ask you got a while ago mentioning the chasingverse made me realize that once you finish legacy of the olympians... it's over. it's the last multichap fic dedicated to pjo you've done in a while, as well as just the last pjo fic you've done in a while since you started it. it's both heartbreakingly nostalgic and oddly, weirdly sweet to realize this might be your last pjo fic ever. you have moved on, you're even writing original content, and it's beautiful to see. it was an honor reading it.

*laughs* Now, please don't invite people to my funeral just yet! Damn, this ask feels final, like a eulogy. xD

Like, I appreciate the love, but... your perception is a little off. My last PJO oneshot was in April. That's been three months ago.

And I've generally only written three oneshots since then. Because I am no longer a student with a fuck ton of free time, I have a job - since April. So I haven't had much time to write, in general.

I'm right now working on a Jercy oneshot for this year's Writer's Month! And though work is keeping me busy and I have no illusions about writing all 31 prompts, I have multiple PJO fics on my list for it.

I've also only had one ongoing PJO fic at a time for many years now, because I'm also active in other fandoms.

And, as I mention in the author's note for Legacy of Olympians, one of the reasons the story is coming to an end next month is because I have a different Jercico multichapter fic idea that I am very enthusiastic about, so I'm wrapping things up on this fic to get to the next.

So, again, I appreciate the love, but I am not done in this fandom. ;)

I wanted to start this by saying that I'm a huge fan of yours: ever since your PJO days I've followed your stories, through the different blogs I've had over the years, and it's been incredible following your journey. Seeing your work motivated me as well, and taught me how to have fun with fandom and be crazy and just go with what I want to enjoy. You've introduced me to new works I never would have considered consuming, which in turn led me to finding more things I've come to love.

Recently I finished rereading the Chasingverse and got so nostalgic since you've moved on from it, but at the same time it made me happy to see how far you've come. I can confidently say you've created a major work of love that's influenced a lot of people, and I'm happy to have found it.

A, shucks, you actually made me tear up there. That's such an incredibly sweet message to come home to ;^;

Bianca Maria: would not become a goddess; joins the hunt before godly powers manifest (I headcanon that gods... find... their realms as like teens. Since Hades and the others got their realms after literally rolling the dice on them so it’s not something you’re inherently born with)

Hades Poseidon: nature/spring god, working under Demeter

Sally Persephone: minor death goddess

Theseus Paul: oh Thess would definitely be a fresh-water deity

James Charles: minor magic god

Laura Silena: minor beauty goddess, working under Aphrodite

“Can you quit being so controlling?”

Sam groaned and collapsed backward on the bed as his boyfriends kept glaring at each other. Sure, Trend was controlling. Sure, Derek was sassy. But did they regularly have to fight about that? Or rather: Could they not fight about this while he was in the room. He didn’t care if they spent all day fighting while he was out, but when he was home too? Couldn’t they be… Never mind, they couldn’t. Glaring at both his stupid, stupid boyfriends, he grabbed Iggy and hugged the red stuffed pony close. At least someone was reliably cuddling with him. Burying his nose in the soft fluffy toy, he got more comfortable on the bed, curling up closely.

“Hey, idiots”, called Sam out irritated.

Both his boyfriends snapped their heads over to him immediately. Both were also still glaring – had been glaring at each other for the past ten minutes now. Trend’s eyebrows smoothed out when he saw the way Sam was curled together. So cute and small and soft looking.

“Yes, sweetheart? What is it?”, asked Derek, immediately sitting down next to him.

“How about you stop fighting and instead start paying attention to me?”, grumbled Sam.

“Oh, how are you this cute when pouting”, cooed Derek, kissing Sam’s cheek. “Isn’t he the cutest?”

“Absolutely”, agreed Trend, sitting down on Sam’s other side, kissing his other cheek.

Sam smiled pleased as his boyfriends snuggled up to him. He knew exactly how to make them agree on something, because there was one thing they completely agreed on. That was their love for Sam. So, usually, it worked out perfectly when he just drew their attention to himself.

“So gorgeous”, sighed Derek contently, nosing Sam’s neck. “And I just love seeing you in Trend’s clothes. Regardless how how awful his taste in fashion is, at least they are large and make you look even more endearing that you already are. Which… downright impossible.”

Sam grinned to himself at that, shaking his head a little. Trend grunted irritated, because of the dig, but he also couldn’t deny that Sam indeed was the cutest. Curled together peacefully like that, Sam slowly drifted off to sleep, content that his boyfriends had stopped fighting.

Talking sequel in a giant-ass connected universe is really hard considering sequels kind of already exist and all. xD

Though the next direct story to take place after that would be the big quest. The one where Percy Junior and Dora die. Where the young ones have to become heroes in their own right to fight against [spoiler]. Lots of drama. I do wonder when I’ll ever get around to writing “The Quest for Firestorm”.

I’ve fallen rather out of this pairing, so… not really much beyond the stuff I have already repeatedly written.

Frank and Hazel owning a restaurant in New Rome together.

Leo owning a car-shop in New Rome.

Leo moved to New Rome for college, like most Greeks his age, because New Athens was still being build. And thaaat is when the three got together, with Leo having died-not-died pushing Frank and Hazel into admitting their feelings, at least to themselves.

Them having four kids together, with the oldest, Esperanza, helping out at Leo’s shop a lot.

Their second oldest child, Sammy Marie, becomes praetor of Camp Jupiter.

Hi im late but a few days ago you had an ask about transportation in new Athens and you said no to cars but ive read that series enough times to remember that it was mentioned about annabeth having a car/van when talking about how disregarding rules one of nicercys kids are or something along those lines

*frowns* I mean, uh, Annie is the mayor and she got three kids. She will not be confined to chariots for the aesthetics, she’s a modern woman. Or something like that.

Look, me saying it’s all chariots and walking was never realistic to begin with because you can’t put modern kids into that city and say “You don’t get to drive cars”, so yeeeah. Cars are a thing. Just not the pre-dominant thing.

Also, you readers with your creepily good memory make it real hard for me to answer headcanon asks. *huffs amused*

Sander Rodriguez: Steve Rogers. Yeeeah, definitely. Definitely not MCU. More like AA. You know, the real Cap. That’s the kinda person Sander is too.

Sam Raser: Bucky Barnes. Sander’s trusted best friend, military training, gone through some trauma that really changed him.

Trend Austin: Stephen Strange. Character-wise. Not so much the powers, though… genius doctor? Yeah. That also applies.

Derek Rhys: LOKI LOKI LOKI. Definitely Loki. So much Loki all up in that Derek.

Marshall Mikaelson: Bruce Banner? Maybe? The calm, quiet voice of reason, brilliant mind, but still mostly asked for to be the muscles…

Sara Mers: I find her hard. She’s a bit a combination of Darcy Lewis and Pepper Potts, maybe. The unassuming redhead who really hands a villain his ass when prompted but is otherwise in nature more a Darcy.

Nico Zhang: The child of Clint Barton and Tony Stark. Genius tinkerer who talks too much, mischievous archer who also talks too much.

Herc Grace: Now, he’d be Thor. Not just because of the lightning-powers, but also this… son of the greatest Roman hero of their time, carrying the burden of trying to live up to that vs being the son of King Odin. Generally gentle and friendly in nature and a big softy at heart though!

Thea Chase: Jane Foster. She’s more for the genius part than the actual fighting, but when push comes to shove, she can go all out Lady Thor on your ass too.

Donny di Angelo: HE IS THE HARDEST. I think maybe Vision? “Created” with the best of them all - you know, having both Nico’s and Percy’s powers but also the blessing of Persephone. Not very good at the whole social stuff. Super powerful, but also inherently good. Honestly. It’s a far reach, but I can’t find another Marvel character who’d fit Donny…

Bianca Maria di Angelo: Natasha Romanova, yeah. This one came easy.

Cally Rodriguez: Carol Danvers, definitely. Also an easy call, really.

*tilts head* I mean, I get it. The soft boy and his former bully is a rather popular shipping scheme. xD

They garden a lot. They have the most beautiful garden in all of New Athens.

Donny is getting regular make-overs from Derek. Derek loves dressing up his boyfriend. He loves it a lot.

Derek doesn’t really know how to handle the di Angelos as a whole, because he is not good with kids and he hasn’t had family in far too long, but Nico and Percy definitely embrace their son’s boyfriend.

Derek does however hit it off with Silly, she regularly comes to him for tips with make-up and hair.

Donny thinks it’s super cute, which usually earns him glares from Derek.

They 100% would name all their kids after flowers. Yeah. That’s a fact.

Ok so very random but like you said random was ok so,,,, did Percy have any extra weird cravings while pregnant? Were they different with each kid? (My pregnant sister cried earlier today because we didn't have grape jelly in the house so it got me thinking weird things lol)

Pomegranates. Juice, jelly, actual pomegranates. Especially during his first pregnancy with Bianca Maria.

Nico is half sure that Percy was just pretending to tease.
