Hey guys,
time for an update and this time it's Johnny & Roy. lol
You know from what episode this is and I may have to take another round of screenshots after this run. For some episodes I don't have that much. Oops. *blushs*
But for now - enjoy!

We're gonna analyze my boy Chet here for a minute
This scene is one of my favorite scenes in Emergency! because is Chet a bastard (affectionate)? Absolutely. He's the class clown if you will, the jokester, the Phantom, and we love him for it. Johnny probably not so much considering he's usually the victim 😂 but he knows Johnny and Roy went out on this run with a kid that swallowed ant poison and the first thing he does is ask if the kid's okay. And once he learned that the kid unfortunately died, he stops Johnny from opening the cupboard where he's planted a water bomb for him. And I think that really shows us what kind of guy Chet is. Yeah he likes to play jokes and tease everybody, but he also has his limits. He cares about these guys that he works with (even though he doesn't always show it). He could've let Johnny open that door and get soaked, but he recognized that he was already upset and knew he was probably having a hard time, so he didn't. And then he adds that the Phantom knows how much they did for the kid and it's just a very touching moment I think. Bless Chet's little heart, he can't even make eye contact with Johnny when he says that, but he said it. And you can tell it meant a lot to Johnny. Their relationship is much more than just the Phantom and his Pigeon, and this captured it really well.

Fire house boys x reader - Living At The FireHouse pt.1
This is going to be a chapter/part series that nobody will probably read 🤷🏼‍♀️
Summary: the reader is Hank Stanley’s daughter. When she comes to the fire house with a boy, the other men get protective.
Warnings: small cursing, mentions of sex, very protective people.

Characters:
Roy Desoto
Johnny Gage
Hank Stanley
Chet Kelly
Mike Stoker
Marco Lopez
—————————
“Shhh be quiet.” I giggled quietly to my boyfriend. He held my hand brightly as we snuck into the fire station.
My dad is the captain of the fire station. His name is Hank Stanley and I’m y/n Stanley. I’m 17 years old and I am a junior in high school.
I live at the station with my dad. I also live with four other men. They are all in their early 30s. I grew up at the fire house and all of these men raised me. They are also very protective of me.
Me and my boyfriend went on a date and we are currently trying to quietly make our way to my room. I live in a different part of the station from the guys. It was 12 am and 3 hours past my curfew. I was sure all of the boys would be asleep by now.
We quietly went into the kitchen and I leaned with my back against the counter. My boyfriend pressed his body against me and kissed my lips. I kissed back and ran my hands over his jaw.
Then the lights turned on. My blood ran cold and my eyes shot open. My boyfriend jumped back from me and we both turned our heads to the living room.
All the guys including my dad were standing there with their arms crossed. I sucked in a breath and felt my face grow hot. I bit my lip and my boyfriend moved closer to me.
“Come sit down.” My dad said. I nodded and I went and sat on the couch with my boyfriend beside me. The guys all pulled up chairs and sat in front of us.
“So who’s this?” Roy asked nodding his head towards Daniel.
“Umm this is Daniel, he’s in my grade.” I said.
“Why are you coming in late with him?” Mike stated.
“Uhhh, because we are dating.” I said as my boyfriend sunk into the couch beside me.
The feeling in the room changed completely. It was now tense and all the guys were studying Daniel.
“When did this happen?” My dad asked.
Me and Daniel looked at each other and bit our lips. We looked back towards the men and Daniel spoke up.
“Well we’ve been friends since fourth grade when I moved here.” He said, looking at his lap. He was intimidated, I could tell.
“We asked when you two started dating.” Marco said. Daniel shrunk down even further and leaned his body against mine.
“We started dating in February of last year, when we were both sophomores.” I admitted. All of the men had wide eyes.
“So you’re telling me you kept this from us for a year?” Chet asked. I nodded and looked at the floor.
“Have y’all had sex yet?” Johnny asked. Everyone started scolding Johnny but my dad stayed looking at me. I shifted in my seat and looked towards Daniel. He shifted in his seat too and looked up at me a little.
“Uh, yes.” I said quietly. The room went silent and all the men looked at me and Daniel. My face was red and Daniel was holding my hand tightly.
Then all at once the men stood up and started to yell at Daniel. Roy grabbed my arm lightly and made me stand up. All the other men literally chased Daniel out of the station.
I was seeing red, why did they have to ruin everything.
“You better have enjoyed this because this is the last time you’ll be seeing her!” I heard Chet yell.
I bit the inside of my lip and tasted a metallic taste. I put my finger to my lip and pulled away. Red wet liquid stained my finger tip and I sighed.
The men came back in and cornered me.
“You can’t see him ever again.”
“Why didn’t you tell us about him?”
“You have to come right back here after school everyday.”
A bunch of statements were piled on top of me and I broke.
“Can y’all shut up! I’m seventeen years old and I know what I’m doing! I’m not six anymore I need freedom you can’t just keep sheltering me my whole life!” I yelled at the men. I shoved passed the men and went to my room.
I slammed the door shut and huffed. I went into the bathroom and took deep breaths trying to calm myself down. I was so angry I didn’t know what to do with myself.
I ended up turning around and pinching my mirror, shattering it and slicing my hand. I cursed and I fell to my knees, clutching my fist to my chest.
There was commotion in my room and muffled voices from outside the bathroom door.
The door to my bathroom opened and all the men were standing there. They caught a glimpse of the broken glass and my bloody hand and immediately sprang into action.
Roy and Johnny went to get the medical kits while Marco and Chet went to clean off the couch. Mike and my dad helped me stand up and walk to the couch without stepping on any glass.
The tears in my eyes wouldn’t stop flowing as I sat on the couch next to Johnny. He pulled out some peroxide with a wet cloth and poured the peroxide on my cuts.
I hissed and Roy sat beside me. My dad was in front of my with one of his hands on my knee. Johnny cleaned my cut and wrapped my hand. I thanked him quietly and looked at my lap.
“Look we’re sorry for being so hard on you and Daniel. We just want what’s best for you.” My dad said. I nodded and looked around at all the men. They had sorry expressions on their faces.
“I’m sorry too, this is just the first guy that I actually like that likes me back. And I didn’t want y’all to scare him off like y’all have all my other friends.” I explained.
All the men nodded and my dad hugged me. I hugged him back and the other men did their turns of hugged as well. I then went to my room and fell asleep.
(I have many ideas for this series and it shouldn’t be a king one but I will be writing a lot for it.)

Sicktember 9: “Home Remedies”
John Gage/A Shift/Emergency!
This one is a little different in that there are more than two characters involved. I hope that is okay. Thanks to my awesome writing partner Xav for the RP!
Johnny never should’ve tried getting rid of the beehive back of the station. The thing was huge. Cap wanted to call a professional to take care of it but John insisted he knew what to do. “I watched my dad do this all the time on the reservation, Cap.” But that had been a long time ago and he didn’t have the right sort of protective gear. The hive was gone now, but Johnny had a couple of nasty stings on his hands and one really painful one right by his nose. And they hurt like hell!
Cap sent him to the shower griping the whole time about what a twit he was, but at the same time cautioning Roy to watch him for an allergic reaction. That was a lot of bee venom involved at one go.
After a few snarky comments and an overly dramatic rendition of Hamlet’s “to BEE or not to BEE” line, Chet followed John to the showers. “Listen, Johnny… I got some honey in my locker. You should put it on the stings… it really takes the pain out. That’s what my mom told me to do when I was a kid and stepped on a bee barefoot.”
“Go play on the freeway, Chet. I’m a paramedic… I know what to do for a bee sting.” John was, naturally, rather cranky at the moment. He shoved past Chet, who had gotten in front of him, and started pulling off his shirt. The buttons were hard to manipulate, though, with stings on his fingers. Johnny growled in frustration.
“Actually,” Roy said as he gently pulled John’s hands away from his shirt and undid the buttons himself, “honey is a decent remedy. My dad swore by it. But my mom used baking soda. Make a paste with water and spread it on there. I tried that with Chris a couple weeks ago when he got stung and it worked like a charm.”
Mike wandered back to the shower area. He looked at Johnny critically. “You have pulled out the stingers, right?”
John rolled his eyes. “Roy’s gettin’ to it. Can’t exactly do it myself at the moment, can I?”
Roy took a pair of tweezers from their kit and began pulling out the stingers as they talked.
Mike went on as if John hadn’t spoken. “We had a sure-fire cure for any sort of bug bites back home, but I’m afraid you can’t get it out here. It’s a special salve.”
“What’s it made from?” Roy asked.
Mike grinned. “‘Gator fat. Works good too! Plus you get the bonus of catchin’ your dinner while you’re at it!” His eyes danced wickedly.
John cringed. “No thank you. I don’t need any home remedies, thank you very much.”
Marco piped up, “But John, I know one that works every time. I can make it up for you right now and you will feel much better.”
“Of course you do. Roy, we might as well quit--these guys have a cure for everything.”
Roy chuckled. “C’mon, Junior. You might as well hear him out. Lots of home remedies are pretty effective.”
John sighed heavily. “Fine. Tell me what it is, Marco. There better not be leeches involved.”
Marco laughed. “Nothing like that, amigo. You trust mi Mama Lopez, si? Well, her cure is mud. Good pure mud. You place it on the stings, and it draws out the poison.
“Mud? Really?” Johnny seemed to remember his dad saying the same thing, but he wasn’t sure he wanted to try it.
Roy turned to see Cap nearby. “How about you, Cap? Any home remedies you know of for bee stings?”
“Just ice. When I was a kid, I got stung on the lip while I was eating an apple. I was mainly mad because I dropped the apple, and I was hungry. My dad pulled out the stinger, got some ice, chipped it, put it in a bag and stuck it on my mouth. Hurt like hell, but it worked.”
Roy nodded. He removed the last the stinger. “Ice is good. I still think baking soda is best, though.” He nodded toward the showers. “Go on, Junior. Get your shower. I’ll be ready to treat those stings when you get out.”
Cap looked at Roy. “So, you think he’s okay to continue on shift?”
“Yeah, he should be fine. Just make sure he remembers next time there’s a hive--he’s a paramedic, not pest control.”
From inside the shower, Johnny laughed. “Yeah right… if I was pest control, Chet Kelly would be a goner!”
Chet hollered back, “The Phantom heard that, Gage!”
Shaking his head, Cap wandered back to his office, muttering about the bunch of twits under his command.
And all was back to normal in Station 51.

That My Days Have Been A Dream
Day 29
DAY 29 Title: Something Wicked This Way Comes -W Shakespeare (Also -R Bradbury) Prompt: Sleep Deprivation
Johnny worked out of Harbor General now, so it was several months before anyone from Rampart or Station 51 saw him.
He took their breath away.
He was gaunt and haunted looking. His eyes were dull, and his hair all but shaved. He didn't smile, there was no glimmer of recognition or remembrance of the old days.
He was faded, like a picture out of focus.
Roy happened to be at the base station when he walked out of the exam room he'd taken his patient to.
Their eyes met and everything around them seemed to freeze, and the picture came into focus. For a fraction of a second, they were the whole, happy, beautiful men they were once so long ago. Then Johnny dropped his eyes, and walked out the door.
Dixie, who witnessed the whole thing, barely heard Roy's broken plea.
"Don't go."
That night Dixie dreamed of vases of flowers and freshly turned earth.
Dr. Brackett dreamed of an endless pile of autopsies and death certificates.
Dr. Early dreamed of New Orleans jazz bands and funeral processions.
Dr. Morton dreamed of black suits and constricting neckties.
When they compared notes, bleary eyed and grumpy, over the coffee pot the next morning, they agreed.
Something big was coming.
That night, Chet dreamed of the wailing banshees his mother would scare him with as a child.
That night, Marco dreamed of brightly painted skulls laughing with chattering teeth.
That night, Mike dreamed of rows and rows of white crosses.
That night, Cap dreamed of blue clad men with white hats saluting a long procession of flashing lights.
And, as one by one they woke and slowly shuffled into the day room where Roy spent his long sleep deprived nights, they agreed.
Something big was coming.

Tumblr media Tumblr media
Hi guys,
and the bigger part with the whole episode set. Almost. lol
As you notice, I had to shorten some parts but that happens all the time. Because of the maximum size. ;-)
Again, I remain silent and let the Gifs speak.
Enjoy!

For the E! Ask Game. I would like to know your answers for #4 and #11, please!
4 This is a tough one. There's so many amazing rescue scenes. I would have to say my favorite, though, is when Roy and Johnny are on tether together and the tether breaks and Johnny tries (foolishly) to go in after him despite his lack of equipment. I love the stakes of that scene and I love how Cap scruffs Johnny to keep him from doing something dumb.
11 This one's much easier! I love Chet. Outside the main cast, he's my favorite character by far. I think he has so much to offer the show and I love his relationship with Johnny.
