Where he's either the first or second person that Afton gets his hands on after his dumb ass tried to attack him. He'd be more like a bodyguard than anything else, making sure that the person who is the root of the virus is safe. And then it being some whole cool scene of the CSS guys figuring out that she's infected

Oh man if CSS Eclipse would get mad at SAMS Eclipse for hitting Lunar. I can only imagine what he would do after finding out what he did in today's episode

He'd be not just angry but also very distressed, seeing another him do something so awful to his older brothers. Logically, he knows it's not him, but the more emotional side of him is horrified because even if it isn't him, it's still another version of him. He'd want to hurt canon Eclipse just as badly as he hurt canon Sun and Moon and he'd drive himself crazy because just like canon Moon, he doesn't know what to do. He can't hurt and torment canon Eclipse because doing that could hurt canon Sun, and that's upsetting for CSS Eclipse even if it isn't his Sun. So he'd go into full aggressive optimism mode and try to help them even if there really isn't anything he could really do. He's an Eclipse, and he still has CSS Moon, so they could do SOMETHING, surely! They're both the smartest people he knows, so surely they could figure it out! He'd keep pushing himself to help his brothers, any version of them, no matter the cost.

overall, he'd just hate canon Eclipse even more, because just punching him isn't going to be enough to save his alternate big brothers. All he'd be able to do is try to think of a way he could to help them while also protecting his own brothers.

Continuing my finagling with tumblr themes

In case you didn't know, I updated my tumblr theme, again!

The one at https://brightsuzaku.tumblr.com/ , you know? This one isn't perfect, by any means.... I don't have my avatar/pfp on it, nor my goofy header, but you know what?

The code itself was far easier for me to read, and I have fiddled enough that I am mostly happy with the colors! At this rate, however, I am very close to seeing if I can start work on actually writing my own code, for once.

I dread it, but I really want a two-column look with an unmoving sidebar on the left, and all my text and posts in the center, and can work well regardless of monitor size.

Now that I have a high-resolution main monitor, do you know how microscopic some of y'all's tumblrs actually can look?! I NEED A MAGNIFYING GLASS. (I know most of my friends are fine. Mostly.)

Also, since custom pages are largely a desktop feature, I'm not gonna worry about writing for mobile. If I start work writing my own theme, it's gonna be with huge monitors in mind, and then adjust appropriately.

Mind you, I have barely touched HTML and webdev with any seriousness since maybe 2010-2012, so I am also a dinosaur. Which is fine! Custom blogs are apparently equally prehistoric!

Not gorilla-related. Can anyone help me with a CSS/HTML problem?

I'm trying to do everything in my power to avoid creating an account on Stack Overflow or Reddit to ask this.

Here is my Neocities website. Those little blue icons underneath each thumbnail are supposed to trigger a drop-down box when clicked:

Now, while the box for the first thumbnail appears exactly where I want it to, it also causes the other thumbnails to be moved to the right:

This isn't the only issue. On the other thumbnails, the drop-down boxes are aligned with their respective icons, which I do not want:

Basically, I want each drop-down box to appear like this when opened:

The thumbnails need to maintain their position, and the content below them must be pushed down the page when the box appears.

I formerly aligned the thumbnails using float:left before switching to flexbox, but I don't care if I have to float them again (or use some other method) if it means getting everything to work.
