Notes: Pretty short but I was brain-rotting, I hope you enjoy!

Rafayel has a thing for your warmth, how it feels on his, and how much of a perfect cuddle you are for him, thin, chubby, or whatever size you are, no matter if you were a big spoon or a small spoon, he will always find a way to have you fit him right into your arms or inside his. Maybe it’s him being a cold blood Lemurian, or the sea being extremely cold when he still lived there before everything was destroyed; you being warm has been something that keeps him relaxed during the times when his nightmares would come back; the fear of you dying and him having to find you again and again, having to try and wait for you, it's unbearable, but if you were to wrap your arms around him, those nightmares stop, it grounds him.

He’s the type to hold your hand at any given moment, if you let him, maybe at first, he would only touch your hands, or bump his shoulders with yours but once you let him hug you for the first time, the guy’s never going to let you go, even if you have another work, he would whine that you’re HIS bodyguard, and your work is on him, not your company. It’ll take a while to pry him off you, and even then, he’ll continuously whine and cry for you before you leave.

When you come back home again, he’d be pouting and ignoring you, but of course that wouldn’t last long, especially if you touch him, tapping his shoulder, running your hands into his shoulders down to his hands, tracing your fingers into his, and there you have it, he’s melting into your arms again; he’d say things like “You’re using my weakness again” and despite grumbling about it, he loves it when you’re finally back into his arms after a long day of work.

If he’s the busy one, he’d try to ask you to come with him to the overseas meetings he had to do (dreadfully); and if you refuse since it would take a week, he wouldn’t argue but he’d take as much cuddles, hugs and kisses he could get, he would place his arms around your waist when you try to leave his lap, mumbling about how it’s a waste of time to move and if you did move, you won’t feel his body against yours for a week; you’d probably miss it, etc, so let him cuddle you for a bit before you do anything else.

Once he’s out of the country, he’d be texting about how much he misses you, and how he wants to ditch this whole thing already just because you weren’t with him, his assistant would be sighing when he goes to visit you, having some kind of food that Rafayel apparently ordered and asked him to deliver to his residentials to you. He’d excuse it as keeping you fed, but the truth was, he was eating the same things, and he wanted an excuse to video chat you so that you and he would eat lunch together.
