Blind Faith

So I've watched a friend play some Faith: The Unholy Trinity and it made me want to draw more of my Nun!Miki being Satan's chosen AU and here its a more playful picture of Satan showing Miki the secret wonders of the world while keeping her blind to his true intentions for the fate of humanity... Miki had so much blind faith in her guardian angel that it completely shattered her when she found out that he was Satan this whole time and all along wanted to destroy humanity and made her his chosen so she could stay alive and Akira wouldn't want to fight him this time round. In finding that out, she couldn't help but view the playful moments they had shared together were along just pure manipulations on his part (even though they weren't, as Satan never intended to come to love and care for Miki as well) and her blind faith and innocent would be truly lost and she'll renounce Satan as her God and willingly give up her powers in order to truly serve mankind in God's name. But would God and his angels now reach out at her pleas for them to come save humanity from Satan's and the Demon's schemes or will she find out that no matter what it will always be Satan who would hear her prayers of salvation?

my most cursed trait is that i like to tag by decade and by devilman property (so manga vs ova vs crybaby etc) but because the first and second ova came out in separate decades (80s and 90s respectively) i have to decide if i think the vibe of the fanart is more the birth or more the demon bird even if it’s literally just a standing character
