Just saw the new Mean Girls and idk why so many people are hating it was so good-

I’ve seen both the original movie and the Broadway show and I loved them both. Reneé was such a good Regina, and I honestly really liked Auli’i as Janis. I can see why people wanted her to be a bit more of a “stand-out” (??) in comparison to other versions, but I liked this portrayal of her too lol

Overall a fun and funny movie :)

ok im remembering that lyall lupin is like a. Magical Creatures Expert in canon and im thinking about little eleven year old remus getting to hogwarts and of course people ask about his scars right away because theyre eleven and he just launches into these absurd stories about being in the field with his dad and getting attacked by dragons and hippogriffs and all sorts of creatures, and everyones like ???? but how else would an eleven year old get a scar like that? and he does know an awful lot about magical creatures. he uses the "my dad wants me to come with him to observe dragon migration patterns, seeya tuesday" excuse for full moons often enough that its a certified part of his excuse rotation. everyone sort of has to believe it but hes also small and scrawny and bookish and some people think hes lying until they see his rugged, scruffy, (hot) field researcher dad with a few interesting scars of his own 😍😍
