Louis is set to travel thirteen hours up the country to stay with his family at a holiday rental in Edinburgh for Christmas, but when he makes an overnight stop at his cabin in the woods in the Lake District, an unexpected, unlikely face - which Louis has spent all of his teenager and most of his adult years resenting - comes knocking, seeking for help.

Little did they know that the heaviest snowfall England had ever seen would snow the two foes in for a week...

Prompt 111: Louis and Harry are strangers that somehow got stranded during a blizzard. They find themselves in an abandoned cabin and have to cuddle for warmth. Cuddling leads to much more.

“Well I’m happy to see you too.“ Louis mumbled, some of the tension leaving his body. This wasn’t exactly how he thought their first meeting would go. It was quiet for a moment before Louis finally spoke up “Did you seriously not tell him I was coming?“

I know you don't really read mpreg but maybe one of your followers knows this fic - it's a Friend's with Benefits situation, louis is on birth control but is a carrier of some sorts and there's a time-frame where they live together and there isn't really a pregnancy but it kinda does revolve around him being a carrier? Not ABO. It's not a lot to go on but I just remember I used to love this fic a lot

The only one I can think of is this one. If it's not it, you should read it because it's terrific IMO –– it's one of the very few mpreg fics I love, one of the few "Top Harry" fics that really works for me, and it has a great" jealous Harry" characterization as well as a great take on breeding kink. But LMK if that's not the one, and we'll keep looking.

SteveTony Weekly - March 17 - Week 11

So. I’ve been kicking this around for a bit, and here’s the truth: I’m exhausted and overwhelmed. With my current work load and grad school commitments, I can’t commit to what I usually read and I need to limit that so I’m not trying to meet some arbitrary goal I set for myself. I like to have 15 fics for y’all every week and that’s…not happening lately. I thought briefly about pausing the blog, or finding someone to help with weekly posts, and wasn’t loving either option, so here’s the new structure:

I think that’ll take some overall pressure off of me, and will keep the blog running while I’m crazy busy, so--hopefully y’all don’t mind a shorter list every week.

The only thing really stopping Tony Stark from attempting to conquer the world is that he wouldn't know what to do with it once he conquered it. He's still pretty sure he could do it, though.

SHIELD's pretty sure he could do it, too, and SHIELD is pretty uncomfortable with that. There's a plan in place, in case Tony makes a try for world domination, or any sort of caped super villainy. It involves Steve. No one is surprised.

This is not that plan. This is a training exercise, involving paint balls.

It might end with world domination, anyway.

Summary: Somewhere along the line the Avengers have become a pretty good team. But Tony's still the odd man out, and Steve's determined to change that.

Reasons why I love it: This fic gives me all the warm fuzzies. It's fluffy and sweet, and the team slowly but surely growing closer is lovely to see. Plus, Steve expressing his feelings through his art always gives me a special thrill. I love this fic so much, and I bet you will too, so please go and check it out!

Plus, the whole subplot with Tony is adorable, and their first kiss makes me swoon. This fic is wonderful, and I hope you read it for yourself!

Reasons why I love it: This fic is equal parts hilarious and sweet. The surprise addition of Johnny Storm made me unreasonably happy, and Bucky's inner monologue is incredible. Also love how his friendship with Steve is portrayed here, and the outside PoV of Stony action is both funny and cute. Also-also, Thor being the one to deliver a zinging one-liner made me laugh out loud, and the WinterHawk action fills my heart with joy. I love this fic, and I bet you will too, so I hope you give it a shot!

Never Be Alone by thepartyresponsible

Pairing: Steve/Tony Rating: M Words: 6,701 Tags: Idiots in Love, Protective Avengers, Getting Together

Summary: Steve comes jogging up the path in a pair of offensively small bright blue jogging shorts. He’s shirtless and windswept and glistening – actually glistening – in the warm sunset glow. “Sweet abs of liberty,” Tony says, hooking his sunglasses down his nose to get a better look. “Of thee I sing,” Clint intones, reverently.

Reasons why I love it: There are so many things to love about this fic. Steve being a worry-wart, Clint and Tony salivating over Steve while Bruce despairs at them, Tony finally catching a clue at the end and immediately moving in for the kill. The bit about the assassination attempt that led to all this is just beautiful - seeing how much the team cares for Tony just warms my heart. This fic is incredible, and I bet you'll love it just as much as I did!

The Reasons That Lie Beneath by itsallAvengers

Pairing: Steve/Tony Rating: T Words: 10,424 Tags: Cuddle Curse, Suicidal Thoughts, Depression

Summary: When Loki decides to be a little shit and curse Steve Rogers with a cuddling spell- the Avengers are suddenly the victims of crushing hugs and constant hand-holdings. And weirdly- Steve has a strange attachment to Tony in particular. But Loki's trick reveals more to Tony than he had ever expected, and now it's time to face some terrifying realisations that come with the curse. Tony needs more fucking coffee to deal with all this.

Reasons why I love it: You'd think a fic about a cuddling-curse would be fluffy as hell, but this one digs deep into the weeds of angst. And the way it does is fantastic. Steve's pain really tugged at my heartstrings in this one, and I love seeing how the team – especially Tony – reacts once they figure out what's wrong. This fic is amazing, and I hope you give it a shot!

Louis finally looked up, staring at the same boy from the laundry room, his hair dry and soft looking, a short quiff at the top of his head. “Hey, uh, Liam, right?”

god what a weird ask to get in 2022.

um, no anon i would not say that i am currently a larry shipper. however i can't deny that once upon a time, (back before the fandom got extremely toxic, back when the band was still a band) i certainly was. so while i do not currently ship them, and haven't sought out anything to do with them in like 7 years or something, i do have a nonzero amount of fic bookmarked. so sure i can rec some stuff!

now i'm ngl, as i was looking through my bookmarks i realized that like 90% of the fics that i remember loving are all by the same few authors. so i'm just gonna link their pages directly. and then a few other randoms. also feel free to just... go to my ao3 bookmarks if we have similar tastes. i think i have nearly 300 marked.

Make sure you read the tags on this one because it’s not your conventional fic and Louis is definitely super manipulative. But if you like the idea of secretary Harry in lingerie, CEO Louis, copious amounts of dirty talk, some power imbalance, and exhibitionism… this could be for you.

it's all for you, everything i do by @moonshinelouis (E, 2K) This short little fic is made up of one of my favorite tropes: Louis feigning disinterest while Harry begs for his attention. I really enjoy the way this author is able make their fics feel more than “just” a PWP.

pep talk turned into a pep rally by sarcasticfluentry (E, 20K) is an OT5 orgy x 2 with one being Louis-centric and one being Zayn-centric. It was written in 2014, so it’s a tiny bit dated as far as characterizations are concerned, but this author always writes well and their smut is always really hot.

I’d Do Niall by alongthewatchtower (E, 8K) I know this fic isn’t for everyone and I also know it’s pure filth. But I love everything about it. Dirty talk, Harry in panties, overwhelmed Harry, Niall trying it and not knocking it, Dom Louis vibes…all the good stuff. LOL!

You'll Breathe Me In (You Won't Release) by LoadedGunn (E, 95K) Also known as The Driving Instructor fic. This has some of the best pacing I’ve read in a fic, some really well written BDSM smut, and characters I just really enjoy. I know it’s not for everyone. Read the tags.

Are You Gonna Be My Girl? by LoadedGunn (E, 8K) Oh man….I love this one. Harry in lingerie, role play, feminization, dirty talk. It’s got it all. It’s even a Christmas fic!

You Are The Blood by sarcasticfluentry (E, 176K) If you’re a Harry Potter fan, you’ve probably read this one. But if you haven’t, what are you waiting for? I don’t even like HP and I LOVED this fic. It’s a thrilling story and it’s full of ridiculously hot smut.

like how your hands feel me up and down by ballsdeepinjesus (E, 8K) First of all, this starts with Harry in a Snow White costume which, frankly, is all you need to grab my attention. Second of all, it’s super sexy and well paced and Harry’s in makeup and lingerie and….whew. You need to read it.

down on your knees, you don't look so tall by writtensoul (E, 3K) Harry is kind of a dick in this one, but it was written in 2013 at the height of the Frat Boy Harry narrative, so keep that in mind. It's otherwise really hot.

got my eyes on you by eleadore (E, 3K) Similar set up to the one above, but Harry isn't a dick. LOL!

Go With It by embro (E, 4K) i mean, how can you go wrong with: "You thought I was someone else and started making out with me in a club and you're really hot so I just kinda went with it and now we're heading back to your place and I don't know how to break it to you"

babydoll blues by devilinmybrain / @thedevilinmybrain (E, 112K) At last, the full-fledged, dirty, sugar baby fic we needed. Harry's character is so layered and so beautifully drawn, I just fell in love with him. Louis is sexy and powerful and also tender and sweet, just how I imagine the actual Louis to be. This author wrote one of my favorite fics of 2021, so I was really excited to dive into this one. They really know how to set a scene and draw you in to their characters. Scorching smut scenes, excellent use of side characters, and some angst that fully made me cry. Definitely worth a read!

precious little thing by mercutionotromeo / @hazlouquitefinished (E, 21K) I’ve read this one so many times…it’s got it all. This time the phone sex operator is Louis, and subby Harry is just beginning to realize his daddy kink.

redder than the devil by mercutionotromeo / @hazlouquitefinished (E, 5K) This short fic has so many kinks and so much smut that I probably could add it to 10 different rec lists. I love this author and hope they keep gifting us with their writing.
