Cheap End of Lease Cleaning | chars.com.au
If you're renting a property in Canberra, you're legally required to clean it before handing over the keys. This is known as cheap end of lease cleaning Canberra, and it's important to get your house looking pristine so you can get your bond money back.
Tumblr media
It can be a stressful time when you're moving out of your home, but hiring a professional cleaner can help reduce stress and ensure the job is done right. We've rounded up some of the best end of lease cleaning services in Canberra to help you get the job done right.
Get a Quote
If you’re planning on moving out, you’ll need to hire professional end of lease cleaning services to get your property ready for the new tenants. This is especially true if you want to get your bond back.
Getting a quote is the first step in finding the best end of lease cleaner for your needs. You’ll also want to check out their reviews and experience.
You should choose an end of lease cleaning service that’s reliable and takes pride in their work. A good end of lease cleaning service will turn up when they say they will, work efficiently and be available to answer questions promptly.
You can also ask for a money-back guarantee to reassure you that they will deliver a top-quality clean. The best end of lease cleaners will also use high-tech equipment and methods to ensure your premises are sparkling.
Check Reviews
When you are moving out of a rental property, it can be overwhelming. You need to find a new place to live, get rid of your furniture and belongings, change your address on all your bills, and most importantly, clean the property up before you hand the keys over.
When hiring an end of lease cleaner, it’s important to check their ratings and reviews online. A good end of lease cleaner will be able to meet all your requirements and will be easy to work with.
A good end of lease cleaner will also offer a money back guarantee if they don’t clean your property to the standards that you want. This will help you to feel confident that they will give you a quality clean and that your property is going to be ready for inspection.
Having a professional end of lease cleaner come in and do all the cleaning is a great way to free up time for you to take care of other things that need to be done before handing over your home. These include carpet cleaning, pest control, and outdoor cleaning.
Check Insurance
Vacating your house can be a stressful time. It includes searching for a new house, arranging to move out and moving your belongings, as well as cleaning up before handing back the property to your landlord.
There are a few key aspects that can help you find a good cleaner, including checking their insurance and coverage. Check to see whether they’re insured against theft, fire and damage.
Also, check to see if they offer a money-back guarantee in the event that their services don’t meet your expectations. This is a great way to ensure you’re getting the best deal for your end of lease cleaning needs.
PTCS is one of the most popular and reputable cleaners in Canberra, having been in business since 2010. They’re known for their eco-friendly cleaning solutions and quality equipment. Plus, they have staff who are police checked and fully insured. Using the latest in cleaning technology, they’ll make your house look as good as new!
Check Experience
There are many cleaning services in Canberra, but it is important to find a reliable and trustworthy cleaner who will get the job done. They should have a high work ethic, be punctual, and pay attention to detail.
They should also have experience in end of lease carpet cleaning Canberra. This is a special type of cleaning that requires a lot more skill and effort than regular house cleaning.
A good cleaner will have several years of experience and be highly skilled at cleaning. They won’t take shortcuts and will be able to identify issues that need attention.
They should also have a money-back guarantee, which is a great way to ensure that you get a quality clean. It is also important to look for a company that offers additional services such as carpet steam cleaning, rubbish removal, and odour management.

I went digging about E&B's living situation and this is all I could find:
Eugenie and Beatrice shared a 4 bedroom apartment at St James’s. Bea got the apartment when she started uni in London and lived rent-free until 2012, when Andrew had to start paying rent, £20k a year (commercial rates were between £100-150k/yr). Ahead of Euge's wedding to Jack, they moved to Ivy Cottage at KP grounds. Bea stayed at SJ, Edo moved in, they bought a house in Cotswolds in 2021 and moved there in November 2022. It’s possible they still have some London place since Bea is often papped in London.
Euge and Jack moved to Royal Lodge around Covid, in Summer 2020 went back to Ivy Cottage and in late 2020 moved to Frogmore Cottage and stayed there only for 6 few weeks. Allegedly H&M wanted E&J to pay them rent and pro-Sussex source said they wanted to extend the lease so the family knew they weren’t going to disappear. This is an interesting H&M quote from May 2022 btw: „by agreeing to extend the lease, and with Jack and Eugenie focusing on Portugal, they have a firm presence smack-bang in the middle of Windsor Court where it’s all happening. They can now come and go any time they please. The coming year could be one of the most tumultuous in royal history and the Sussexes are making sure they have a foothold in Windsor.”
After moving out of FC in January 2021, E&J went back to RL and 2021 is when things get murky, I couldn’t find any reports, there were some articles that said they lived at FC again until 2022, who knows.
Early May 2022 is when things get interesting again, there are first reports of then-Cambridges moving to Adelaide Cottage and York sources come out saying that Euge and Andrew tried to secure the cottage for her and would have if it wasn’t for Andrew’s scandals. Then the same month it’s announced that E&J will move to Portugal for Jack’s work and will use Ivy Cottage again as their UK base.
Now we’re in 2023 and according to OK! Magazine, so I’m going to take it with a grain of salt, tho some parts are quite interesting. E&J moved back to FC in February and H&M couldn’t be happier that they took it over, Andrew is also happy that Euge got it, E&J packed up H&M’s items and when they visited, also in February, they brought small personal belongings, E&J want their kids to be brought up in England but also want to split time between England and California and will be staying in Montecito with H&M.
Anon, you are a little investigative genius! Thanks so much for all this. I think that if Eug had Frogmore, it would have come out for sure around the leaks about the lease ending. All we got was Andrew instead, and it feels like Andrew would get it over her, to be honest. I can see her packing up their stuff, but we've heard so much about Eug's living situation.
Like I said earlier, anyone who isn't paying market rent now, soon will be. Charles is cleaning house.
As for this: "The coming year could be one of the most tumultuous in royal history" - boy were the Sux right, but it seems to be moreso for them than anyone else!!

I'm having a bad day
I've learned that I hate driving in this town. The last time I lived up in Gainesville I didn't have a car so I took the bus or walked everywhere I needed to go and didn't think much of it. Now, I've discovered that everything I loved about driving in the Keys is competlely absent from this town. In the Keys, there are almost no stoplights, just open stretches of highway for miles at a time, so you can maintain a constant speed the whole way. I've been back here for two days and I have yet to drive through a single green light. I have hit nothing but reds; that's not hyperbole, I mean it, even on stretches of road where the light is green 80% of the time, I still seem to hit it during the other 20%. Nothing but stops and starts! And the radio stations suck! Down in the Keys it was mostly classic rock which I could get into, but up here it's nothing but bro country, Taylor Swift, and conservative talk radio. Everything is a one way street up here. Every stoplight says NO U-TURNS or NO TURN ON RED, so if you take one route to get to the store you have to either take a different route home or drive half a mile out of your way to find the next available opportunity to turn 180. There are so many needless curbs between parking lots, so you can't cross directly over, you have to get back onto the main road and find a one-way entrance. I am no longer a student, I had no idea how inconvenient everything is up here. I am completely out of my element. I feel claustrophobic and agorophobic at the same time. I feel like a little kid who has lost sight of his parents, I want to cry. I have an 11 month leasse, I need to be able to support myself, so I'm praying that things improve soon. I need to find a good job so I have something to do besides mope all day.
My roommate is a fucking weirdo. He didn't introduce himself, he didn't give me his name when I introduced myself, and when I went to shake his hand to say hello he grabbed mine with his thumb and index finger and jiggled it. He lives in complete darkness, turning off every single light even to cook. He's been sniffling non-stop for the entire time I've been here, so he's definitely sick but I don't want to ask with what (my mom says covid makes light hurt, but I haven't heard that from anywhere else). He ate some of my food without asking, and the entire kitchen is swarming with roaches. I called the front office when I moved in, but they ignored my calls, they aren't open on Sunday, probably aren't going to be open tomorrow for Labor Day, so it'll be Tuesday before they do anything. I got a can of Raid and sprayed half the kitchen, and one of the cabinets had a dozen roaches in all the pots and pans. I put them in the sink and sprayed the hell out of all the drawers. I asked him how long he's been living here, he told me over a year, then I asked him when was the last time he cleaned, and he said he didn't remember. He had the audacity to say, and I quote, "we [his old roommates] didn't really do that kind of thing." The trash smells horrible, there's no lid so there are roaches pouring out of it too, and he says the pots and pans are not his, that they came with the apartment, so he's not going to be the one to clean them. I have my own dishes which I am keeping in my room because of the roaches, so I'm going to ask the leasing office to either let me move somewhere else, or move him, or do something about the bugs, and if they say the pots and pans are not part of the lease then I'm going to assume they are derelict from a previous tenant and I am going to throw them away.
I just got settled in. I just set uo my big heavy bookcase, I just started unpacking all my odds and ends, it will be a huge hassle if I have tp repack everything and schlep it all down two flights of stairs, stuff it all back in my car and make multiple trips to a new unit, almost certainly up another two flights of steps. My sisters didn't have any of these problems when they lived at this complex. They really enjoyed it, but my experience has been a horror show from the start. I keep all my food in gallon sixed freezer bags, but none of the zips stay zipped, so I don't want to eat anything I know roaches have ahd access to. I don't even want to drink the tap water, I don't know if it's potable. I'm scared and tired and I feel nauseous just being here. I've gone through almost an entire 24 pack of bottles in 2 days...
There are a ton of sidewalks in this complex, but whenever I go out, people will cross to the other side of the road to avoid me. I feel like a hideous fucking beast, I can't even go out in public without being shunned by strangers. I don't belong here. I didn't belong down in the Keys either. Down there was at least familiar, I felt safe, but up here I'm spiraling out of control. I have no support network. My sisters aren't helping because the older one is a histrionic narcissist and the younger two are drunken tiktok zoomers who I have absolutely nothing in common with.
And to top it all off, I bumped into an ex today. I haven't seen her since 2017, haven't spoken to her since 2018, but the second day I'm back up here we just so happen to cross paths. She didn't even say anything to me, I was just eating at a table, and I looked up and she was staring at me, and I didn;t even have time to register who she was before she left. She looks different. Older. Mature. She's married, I heard that through the grapevine a year or two agfter we stopped talking, but I think she might be a mom now. She's a brunette, but she always dyed her hair bright red when we dated, and now she apparently dyes it black. She is a proper funtioning adult, and I'm floundering like a child, compeltely listless and alone. What are the fucking odds we see each other? She was the first person I was really in love with, but she never loved me back, I was just a guy she dated for a few months because she didn't want to be single. I'm in a worse position than I was back when we dated in college. I know for a fact she's not thinking of me right now, she probably just thought "huh, haven't seen him in a while," and then moved on. Didn't say hello, didn't smile or scowl, no emotion at all, just a blank stare of recognition and she was gone. I'm a nobody to her. I got over her shortly after I learned she got married, but now she's living rent free in my head. I hate being recognized. I hate having my reputation precede me.
I am not doing well...

Fluffy Alphabet for dating Dr. James Wilson.
A = Affection (How affectionate are they? How do they show affection?)
Wilson shows his affection with small acts of kindness. Lost your earring on vacation? He took the one left to a jeweler for a match. The banana on your counter is on the verge of spoiling. He’s about to make muffins with it.
B = Best friend (What would they be like as a best friend? How would the friendship start?)
Entirely too giving. A little underhanded. Meddling. Manipulative. Honest. Fun. He loves to have fun. That’s how it started. You made him laugh. The day he came into your life, he laughed and realized he didn’t want to stop. His job can get depressing, so when he finds release and joy in your presence, he realizes how important you are in his world.
C = Cuddles (Do they like to cuddle? How would they cuddle?)
Good luck peeling this man off of you. He’s a cuddler at every opportunity. His favorite way to end an evening is by curling up on his couch with a good movie and you in his arms.
D = Domestic (Do they want to settle down? How are they at cooking and cleaning?)
He is, and I mean this in the sweetest way, desperate to settle down. He invites you to move in entirely too quickly. You settle for exchanging keys until you can sell your place or break your lease, but you end up at his more often than not. So often, he insists on giving you a closet space. Before you know it, you’re pretty much moved in.
E = Ending (If they had to break up with their partner, how would they do it?)
He does so many things responsibly and with a lot of care. This wouldn’t be one of them. He would break your heart, and you would hate him for it; he would hate himself for it worse.
F = Fiance(e) (How do they feel about commitment? How quickly would they want to get married?)
He whips out a ring way before you are ready. He has thought of every possible answer and is still eager to make you his. The ring is probably an heirloom, so you can’t say no. Of course, when you suggest a long engagement because you need more time, he’s thrilled.
G = Gentle (How gentle are they, both physically and emotionally?)
Gentle but durable. His softness just absorbs your prickly attitude and leaves you with a cozy place to land. He can take your bad attitude when it arises and is there to bring you back to a more gentle place.
H = Hugs (Do they like hugs? How often do they do it? What are their hugs like?)
Hugs are their own language with Wilson. You will know exactly what he is thinking by the way he hugs you. “ I’m happy to see you” - “I needed this hug” - “Please don’t go” - and “I bet I can give you a damn good reason to stay” are his most used hugs.
I = I love you (How fast do they say the L-word?)
He says it the moment he realizes it, even though the timing is awful. Things got a little heated on the couch, and clothes got tossed aside. He looked at your best lingerie, and his jaw dropped. You responded with It’s a brassiere! You know about those things. You’re a big boy now! - quoting not only your favorite film, but his. The moment the line left your lips, I LOVE YOU left his. It would have looked unhinged to anyone who hadn’t seen the movie.
J = Jealousy (How jealous do they get? What do they do when they’re jealous?)
He would never act jealous. That’s not to say he isn’t. He’s going to worry about it, not act like a jerk about it.
K = Kisses (What are their kisses like? Where do they like to kiss you? Where do they like to be kissed?)
You initiate the first kiss immediately after the first date. He loves getting and giving kisses everywhere - but blushes when you get to his neck. He kisses often, but if you want to turn up the heat, you have to make that move.
L = Little ones (How are they around children?)
He’s so good with children. If he can’t be a dad, he wants to be a stepdad. He would happily settle for being a really cool uncle.
M = Morning (How are mornings spent with them?)
Kind of exhausting. He’s an early riser and takes pride in his looks, and he likes a good breakfast. All of this before leaving at 9:00 am.
N = Night (How are nights spent with them?)
That really depends on how his day has gone. Problem at work? He’s going to need your time and care. Good day at work? He will want a listening ear. Problem with Greg? You may not see him. You may not get rid of either of them.
O = Open  (When would they start revealing things about themselves? Do they say  everything all at once or wait a while to reveal things slowly?)
He’s not entirely forthcoming about himself. You have to ask if you really want to know something specific. The first time you met Greg was at a bar. The three of you sipped drinks and played a round of Never Have I Ever. Greg led the conversation to interesting and unbelievable insights into your partner’s past. It caused a pretty serious argument but brought you closer with time.
P = Patience (How easily angered are they?)
He’s disturbingly patient most of the time. You keep waiting for him to really lose control, and it never comes. He isn’t patient when it comes to your answer when he first brings up marriage or moving in. He really needs an answer and may even give an ultimatum.
Q = Quizzes  (How much would they remember about you? Do they remember every little  detail you mention in passing, or do they kind of forget everything?)
He remembers the small things. It’s the big ones that get him into trouble.
His refrigerator is stocked with the specific kind of water you drink. He’ll pick out the grape Skittles and eat them before sharing a handful, so you don’t have to.
But after a hard day of work, he went home and settled on the couch. When the sportscaster said the date, he rushed to re-dress and get to you. Every bakery in town was closed. You got no birthday cake, but he made it up to you with an incredible bottle of wine and a not-so-incredible supermarket pizza.
R = Remember (What is their favorite moment in your relationship?)
The day you met.
You had planned to sleep on your flight, but when an obnoxious man with a cane bullied you out of the window seat in the emergency exit row, you were stuck in the aisle seat next to his apologetic friend. James offered his shoulder for your in-flight nap. Your declined and spent the flight talking with him about the book he was reading, bonding over hating the film version. After realizing you were headed to different conferences in the same city, you exchanged contact information.  When he invited you to dinner, you learned his travel companion had taken someone to their room for the night, the hotel was full, and he had nowhere to sleep. You offered your shoulder.
S = Security (How protective are they? How would they protect you? How would they like to be protected?)
He’s too protective, entirely too protective of you. He will meddle you right out of your toxic friendship or job. He’ll go to no ends to do what is ultimately best for you. But it’s not his best quality.
T = Try (How much effort would they put into dates, anniversaries, gifts, everyday tasks?)
He tries, maybe too hard. He wants things to be perfect. Three divorces before his 40th birthday, he thinks that’s completely his fault.
He’s a thoughtful gift giver and loves doing chores around your home when he visits. You were a little freaked out when you woke up to him doing your dishes, but with time, you grew to appreciate his occasional overreach.
U = Ugly (What would be some bad habits of theirs?)
This one is going to hurt. There will be emotional affairs. Probably a lot of them. You probably won’t even know about them, but he’ll have them. He’s learned and grown, he won’t act on his feelings, but he feels deeply and a little too frequently.
V = Vanity (How concerned are they with their looks?)
He’s a little bit vain. He is not smug about it, but he wants to make a good impression and knows exactly what that takes.
W = Whole (Would they feel incomplete without you?)
He feels incomplete without a relationship, which is why he’s rushed into so many. He wants it all.
He misses you when you aren’t around. The movie you’ve seen 100 times, he watched it alone the first time he realized he missed you. Right before he asked you to move in.
X = Xtra (A random headcanon for them.)
Your first date was bad. Like, really bad. He tried so hard to make it perfect, but the more he tried, the worse it became.
He made dinner reservations. The restaurant was closed due to an emergency outbreak of flu among the staff. He bought tickets to a play, not knowing your ex was the lead. He booked a carriage ride in the park, and protesters with PETA doused his jacket with paint as he approached the horse.
In the chaos, you spotted a vending machine at the park. You offered to split a bag of trail mix by the playground. He was mortified and apologetic that his attempts to impress you went down like this.
But then, it happened.
One of the kids on the swings recognized him. He bolted to your bench and gave James a fist bump. Two years ago, the happy and healthy kid in front of you had been his patient.
So, yeah, He impresses you.
Y = Yuck (What are some things they wouldn’t like, either in general or in a partner?)
Few things are a dealbreaker with him. He can overlook a lot of things. He can’t overlook a cigarette habit or a request for an open relationship.
Z = Zzz (What is a sleep habits of theirs?)
He’s a light sleeper and early to rise. He hates your blackout curtains. But he can sleep anytime, anywhere. He’s mastered the Power Nap.

Considering A New Vehicle? These Tips Could Help
Want to buy a new car without the struggle typical of the purchasing process? You're not alone! This article has been written with you in mind, including advice from people who have purchased cars before without any struggle at all. Continue reading to find out how you can buy your car in a fun and easy manner. Do a little research before you enter the showroom. When you walk into a showroom, sticker prices are usually listed right on the cars. It is important to understand that all dealerships have some wiggle room from these prices. If you do your research online first, you can gain an understanding of how much the car you want is selling for you in your area. This will help you to understand how much room there is to negotiate down from sticker price, so that you get the deal you are really looking for. Take a good look at the underside of the vehicle. Try to keep your eyes peeled for signs of rust and erosion. A car can look great on the outside, but be falling apart underneath. If you see rust under the vehicle move on. This could mean a lot of repairs later on. When shopping for a new vehicle, consider all of your options. There are many used cars that have extremely low miles and rock bottom prices. The ones to look for are the ones that have been leased and returned. These cars have been serviced at the dealership and usually have plenty of factory warranty protection left. Try to avoid showing up at the dealership in an expensive car. If they see your expensive car, they will not consider your low offers, unless you plan to trade in your expensive car. Check the BBB rating of your local car dealers before you visit them. As you likely already know, car dealers can be less than honest. Save yourself from a lot of stress and expense by investigating how others feel about the car dealer. The time it takes is nothing compared to the time you can waste at a sheisty dealer. Before buying a car, consider the cost of insurance. If you are financing the car, you will probably need comprehensive coverage, in addition to liability protection. Some cars cost significantly more to insure than others. Avoid any surprises by asking your insurance company for a quote before you sign any paperwork. If you are trading your car in, take it to a detail shop and have the upholstery and carpets cleaned along with a wash and wax. Doing this one thing can usually net you several hundred dollars or more in trade-in value compared to a car that isn't clean. If you are shopping for a new car, you might want to leave your kids at home. They might have a good time going on a test drive or two, but they will usually end up being bored. This will make it difficult to focus on the task at hand and could possibly end up costing you money. Once you know how much you have to spend, find out about the cars within that range. Learn about the car itself, its miles per gallon, number of doors, trunk space, driver's reviews, safety record and how frequently it needs repairs on average. Assign each a rating and go for those at the top of the list. Take your time when buying a new car and do your homework. Do not be Window tinting to get up and walk away from a deal. Don't fall in love with a specific car. If the numbers the dealer is giving you are not what you want, just walk away. One important thing to keep in mind is the overall average value of cars in your country. By knowing the general value, you can see if the car lot where you are shopping is overcharging or not. If you feel all their prices are too high, simply move on to the next one. While you do have to put in some effort to make the car buying process simpler, it won't take a lot of work. Just use these tips and do what they say and you'll find buying a car is a piece of cake. Driving off the lot in a shiny new car is an exceptional feeling!

Who Lies at the End of the Summer 7.13.22 “Wax On, Packs On, Relax On”
I want the walls and floors to be messy No matter how many passes you and I take With our Covid Clorox cleaning wipes
Because the moment I see your reflection Smiling back from the grime Like a handshake, handgun, hand outstretched
Because I’ve only just begun my credit with you And I’m good for my debts, but should the cleaning cease So too will that smeared smile and moments like this
And I know I don’t have the words to say, but You also do not have the words So we keep on scrubbing and reorganizing
Maybe if we’re lucky, and I mean jackpot lucky We’ll find the right phrase in one of these boxes Or etched into the windows from wannabe gangbangers
I never want this grime to be cleared away Or washed from beneath my fingernails (that dyes my hair black With leftover paint) so that smile can stay framed
With a fresh coat of pain, sorry, paint, and laughter A leisure pleasure we lease, down payment and rent We’ll have to share with our wages, the market is steep
I want to eat burgers with dust and paint toppings In run-down diners on the edge of town filled with Shadowed businessmen, third-shift packers, and get lost
Retracing our steps through the plastic lettered menu Dripping our joy across the countertop, forgive me my silliness While I quote 80’s action movies with each brushstroke
With every cleansing wipe a strike or block or invitation For you to grab my hand, and help me along the way Maybe it is the Boy Scout in me, but I want to leave this
Leave you, leave me, leave us better than I found them I am constantly finding myself, sometimes lost, other times With endless succor or sorrow. Have you, or we found
The last box we’re looking for, filled with everything left we need A forgotten envelope filled with cash, dusted with birthday cake Candle ash and dog treats. I don’t ever want the summer to end When else is such mess and disarray put on display Allowed to miss chances and play, at who we want to be Wet with rain or wax or soap or sweat, leaking from our footfalls
At the end of the summer waits tidiness and right on time Until then, lets keep cleaning this mess, so it will be ready For us next year, to refresh, reset, and retry once again

How did u meet ur roommates? Did u get along immediately or did it take time to get used to each other?
Well, anon, it’s kind of a long story. You see, I didn’t know my roommates even a month before moving in with them!
I originally was going to room with three girls I knew from my high school that I was not exactly “besties” with but we were close enough that we could tolerate living together. Until, of course, they met another girl they liked better through a church camp down in the college town over the summer, that I didn’t go to because I’m not religious, and they signed a lease behind my back with her. So, I get a text about 5 weeks before classes start that they “no longer have space for me” and “wish me the best finding other roommates and another place!”
Fast forward about a week and a girl met a mutual friend, that wasn’t going to the same college, I had made that thought we could be friends. This roommate originally wasn’t going to come to my college but her family kept repeating that they “were so glad she made the right choice” to go to the rival college. Well, she had a falling out with them and switched acceptance to our college now. I get a random call from a Wisconsin number on a Wednesday afternoon and something told me to answer instead of just letting it ring. I pick up and she explains herself and wants to know if we can be friends/study partners. We end up talking for about 4 hours and then again the next day and the next. Eventually she tells me she’s visiting her aunt in Alabama that is in a town about 25 minutes from my own hometown. So we meet up in person for lunch and just hit it off. I asked if she had a place to stay and she didn’t so we looked at college apartments together and figured everything out. Which then leads into us being like “hey, what about a third roommate to make things cheaper?”
The apartment we looked at and signed a lease for had “roommate matching” which is kind of like Tinder for roommates. We jokingly made an account that combined both of our names instead of two separate ones, our bio said something like “be ready for John Mulaney quotes and weird memes”. Out of 48 other people on there, one person reached back out to us. She was older than us by at least 3 years (she’s a transfer student to our college for her last two years of her bachelor’s) but we made a group chat with her despite our parents kind of wanting us all to be freshman and we all just clicked. We all had different majors and hobbies but we still found things to talk about and when we knew one person was excited about something we took time to ask questions and understand their love of that. We talked about Warped Tour and how we watched Hannah Montana and Kim Possible as kids. So we got our third roommate and since then we have been a trio.
I won’t lie, it takes some time to get used to each other in person instead of just over text. The first month living together wasn’t perfect because we all were raised differently and had little quirks we had about cleaning, organizing, laundry, cooking and other things. But by mid September it was pretty smooth sailing.
We aren’t perfect by a long shot but we have dinner together twice a week, play MarioKart after a stressful week, joke about getting a divorce over silly simple things, and have cuddle piles every once in a while. We’ve all cried on each other’s shoulder and cheered louder than anyone else at one another’s triumphs. Hell, we went to Florida for spring break to a amusement park and water park and we came back lobster red but we all helped each other out on aloe vera because none of us remember to put on any of the three different types of sunscreen we brought among all the fun we were having.
My advice for roommates: there is no such thing as a “perfect one” but you can get pretty close by allowing yourself to be open to people you never thought possible to meet.
And if you see a problem, voice it to them in a gentle way because it’s better to let your feelings known than for them to fester until you start to build a wall between each other. Trust me, I’ve seen some best friends of 7 years be roommates and end up hating each other by the end.
If you have any other questions, I am always more than willing to share any knowledge or experience I have :)

End of Lease Cleaning Australia
End of Lease Cleaning Australia is a vital process for tenants and landlords to follow to ensure that the property is left in good condition at the end of a tenancy. It can also help in avoiding unwanted disputes between the two parties over bond money.
As per the rules of the Department of Fair Trading, a tenant must make sure that they leave the rented property in a reasonable clean state as it was when they moved in. However, this task can be difficult and time-consuming for many people. Therefore, it is best to hire a professional cleaner for this purpose. These professionals are experienced in this field and understand the importance of meeting the required standards. They use a pre-approved checklist to ensure that the property is ready for the final inspection.
A quality professional will use environmentally friendly cleaning products and methods to clean the property. This helps in reducing the environmental damage as well as the risk of health issues for the cleaners. Additionally, they will not use commercial cleaners that are loaded with chemicals. These cleaners are not only toxic to the environment but also harmful for the health of the cleaners as they inhale the chemical fumes during the cleaning process.
The main areas that need thorough cleaning include the kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedrooms and the laundry. The cleaners will also wash the curtains and blinds and remove the cobwebs from the ceiling and walls. They will also clean the light switches, ceiling fans, doorknobs and other small elements. It is also important to clean the nooks and crannies, especially under furniture and in the corners of rooms.
Another aspect that must not be overlooked is the oven, stove top, cabinets and the refrigerator. Besides, the carpets and upholstery should be thoroughly cleaned. In addition to this, the cleaning professionals will also vacuum the floors and sanitise the sinks. They will also wipe down the cupboards, drawers and shelves. Lastly, the toilets must be sanitised and emptied.
When hiring a professional end of lease cleaner, ask them about their experience and qualifications. A reputable company will be able to provide references from past clients. It will also offer a satisfaction guarantee and return to re-clean any items that are not up to the mark. In addition, a reputable company will be able to provide a free quote for the services.
Whether you are moving out of a rental property or simply looking to move into a new house, you will need to get your bond back from the landlord. During the final inspection, the landlord will inspect every inch of the property to make sure that it is in good condition. If the property is not cleaned properly, the landlord may withhold a portion of your deposit money.
To avoid this, you should hire a professional who will follow the approved checklist for end of lease cleaning in Melbourne. In order to save your time and energy, you can also look for a company that offers additional services such as rubbish removal and appliance cleaning.
At Eco Quick Professional Cleaning Services, our mission is to provide superior customer service by delivering quality cleaning services in a safe and efficient manner, while protecting the environment around us.
