So I'm shocked! I read in a herbal remedy book that if you inhale Dill itll get rid of you hiccups. I've had hiccups all day and it randomly popped in my brain "oh ya! I have dill EO!" Not only does it smell really good and refreshing but it does a super job of getting rid of stinky poo smells in seconds, literally, but it's also super to clean the bathroom, kitchen and other surfaces with as it's antibacterial and a disinfectant. 🌿 Clean House Tips 🏡 Do you, or someone you live with suffer from feet so stinky, they can knock a person out? We all know someone, or we are someone, who suffers from feet so stinky, they should be classed as a deadly weapon. There can be a few reasons why you might get stinky feet. It can be because of the type of bacteria living on your feet, very sweaty feet, and wearing shoes or socks that don’t breathe and allow the perspiration to evaporate. Whatever the cause may be, the last thing you want is to pull out your super stinky shoes in front of people and potentially knock people out. The good news is, it is possible to deodorize your shoes! You can easily make up a spray at home, which you can spray inside your shoes after wearing them. Get a glass spray bottle, some vodka or rubbing alcohol, and Peppermint, Lemon, and Tea Tree Essential Oil. Add 10 drops of each essential oil to the bottle, then fill the bottle with the alcohol. You now have a lovely, fresh, deodorizing spray. You could also add a tablespoon of baking soda to the mix for an extra odor neutralizing boost. WHAT yep that right and it's healthy 🥰😍 🥄 3oz dried apple slices chopped 🥄 1/2 cup pitted dates 🥄 1/3 cup raisins 🥄 1/4 tsp fresh lemon zest 🥄 1 drop dōterra lemon oil 🥄 1 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon 🥄 1 drop dōterra cinnamon oil 🥄 1/8 tsp sea salt 🥄 1 cup chopped almonds 🥄 1/2 cup pecans These energy bites are vegan, gluten free, and paleo I know I know we blew your minds this morning. But you will fall in love with these, they may end up your go to snack. Let's start by breaking down the dates. Dates are known for; Fiber, Protein, Potassium, Magnesium, Copper, Manganese, Iron, Vitamin B6. These little guys pack a pretty good punch if you ask me. We all know that raisins have Iron, but did you know they also contain; calcium, vitamin c, magnesium, and vitamin B6. Those tricky little buggers. So we have all heard that almonds are a great source of protein, but what you may not have heard is that they have; vitamin e, fiber, magnesium, calcium, and potassium.
