i am as i said, pretty laid back to write out of context one night stands and such. these are just particulary if we don't ship but test the waters and such. when it comes to actual development, going from the very beginning i suppose everything starts when ace actually catches feelings but doesn't understand them yet. like, exploration of different ways of touching and why it feels better than he imagines. so, pretty long but not as long to never reach that point.
♠ ARE YOU SELECTIVE WHEN SHIPPING ?
yes. i do like relations, and shipping doesn't have to be romantic, y'know ? im selective with seeing if it can work towards the romance or just stay as platonic relation because muses mesh better as friends to me, or found family. i love many different kinds of relation, exploring them. with romance i can usually tell when ace peeks curiously towards someone.

from one piece it's ; law, isuka, deuce, nami, zoro, hiyori, killer, smoker.
not opposed to try but i gotta talk a lil abt it too cuz i always seen them as silly guys having fun - yamato.
law is exclusive ship with sev, no exceptions.
non one piece ; i ship ace with blade from hsr with my bestie sentii too.
i dunno from other media ships i can't really pinpoint what charas would be good mesh with ace. it all depends on building up the relation so, ya. i'm v open to canon x oc ships as well.

i go from more or less because ace isn't a shipping machine and i ain't here to look for only 1 type of dynamic but the more we talk, the more ill in the head i get about them and imagine 50 scenarios in my head /w them ... you may also get cute small doodles of our muses in package.

yes, every ship has their respected universe unless i'm shipping trios like ace/zo/san with @celestiialnotes & @goreburdened then i try to work out a shared verse /w both of the muns. only exception is trafalgar because i'm exclusive to @kiriage. i however don't collect ships, i don't like it so i usually have only 3 ships of the same character in their respectful universes. i don't wish to make people upset that i'm shipping ace with too many versions of the same character, and i'd feel bad about it myself. so i have my limit when it comes to canons.

tell me about one of her secret hobbies, one she may not admit so easily (if there is one) 👀
Hiyori collects cute things and like a magpie, stashes them all in her room. She most likely puts them close to her.
She won't have a million plushies or lots of items like Riruka, but she does have plenty to make people raise their eyebrows. She has a lot of chick-themed bath stuff/kitchen stuff. She enjoys the adorable look to them. She most likely pretends to be all hardcore, but is quite soft on the inside. She adores the way Ikumi treats her son and has even thought about buying him toys. In the future, she does buy a few knick-knacks for Kazui, like a stupid little lion plushie with a strawberry and some other strawberry themed items.
Shinji buys her a lot of cute hairpins when he can. Her current favourite is a cute black, kitty hairslide.

liphiyo mudane things !
they go grocery shopping together and talk about their favourite food so they can cook together !
hanging up laundry together and hiyori struggling to put stuff up without it falling on her so aizo helps, while yujiro laughs at them before having stuff fall on him too
they have a cleaning day and hiyoris super motivated !! to get it all done !! at first the other two arent. until hiyori praises them after doing one thing. so they wnd up competing trying to get the most praise !

I LOVE IT... i also think,,, hiyori and yujiro putting on clothes fresh out the dryer bc it's sooo warm and aizo blushing madly because they stole HIS hoodies and they're sooo cute in his clothes with the floppy sleeves and bagginess. but instead of admitting it he goes "you're both thieves!" (of his heart)

aizo and yujiro are competing to be praised but i also thought. hiyori keeps getting distracted/embarrassed because they keep finding pieces of her LIP X LIP merch collection. or or or!!! a photo album of them flirting on dates <3<3<3

Leaning forward to set his mug back down on the coffee table, the brief surprise that flitted across his features smoothed away as he lifted a measured gaze to meet the other blond’s once more.
“ Are ya serious? ” he asked simply at last. “ Serious ‘bout this relationship with Houggy, I mean. ” He had some suspicions that there was something going on between the two, but then Rose had always taken lovers periodically and nothing substansial had ever came out of those impromptu arrangements, and Shinji knew that Rose was...lonely. Hougyoku, too, was similar in that particular aspect. There was nothing wrong in two beings seeking solace together, no? But it was a surprise. however, that Rose was actually going to the extent of announcing it to their family. Which indicated that he was more invested in this relationship compared to all the previous casual ones...
No wonder Hiyori had been hemming and hawing awkwardly over something the last few days, torn between keeping their friend’s confidence and wanting to share this secret with him... She had kept mum, of course. Loyal as always.
But this was hardly some lewd, dirty secret...just two individuals deciding to be together. Shinji’s brow furrowed at the conflicting energy and tension that he was reading off of Rose. It made him wonder how Kensei had taken the news. Knowing Ken...probably not so well.

Summary: With Tenjin gone, Headmistress Oshi reigns over Hogwarts. With O.W.L.s exams in full swing, Yato suffers another far more disturbing vision.

The Daily Prophet lay in heaps on the Great Halls tables the following morning, the headline ‘TENJIN FLEES HOGWARTS AFTER SORCERER HOAX’ splashed in bold letters over a sepia moving picture of him sat at his desk.
Murmurs from students rippled throughout the castle for the rest of the day, not just because Tenjin had left, but because Oshi was appointed Headmistress of Hogwarts by the Ministry of Magic.
Whilst Professor Tsuyu was a close friend of Tenjin, she was permitted to stay at Hogwarts after a short inquest found no wrongdoing on her part. However, Oshi had announced that evening that Professor Tsuyu would ‘no longer be required to fulfil her duties to the Headmaster’, and had been ‘demoted’ back to her sole role of Professor.
The entire school could see – despite Professor Tsuyu’s short head bow acknowledging this development – that she was not pleased with being belittled by a jumped-up, underqualified excuse for a teacher, but she didn’t let it show.
The Hogwarts Order of the Phoenix had been disbanded and spared expulsion as Tenjin had taken responsibility for the group, although the trio had a sneaking suspicion that Oshi wanted them gone altogether.
Yato, Yukine and Hiyori watched as Kiun perched on top of a wobbly wooden ladder, carrying yet another Educational Decree. It was May now, and it seemed Headmistress Oshi wasted no time in setting out more Educational Decrees, each more ridiculous than the last. They were banned from talking about ‘the upsetting events of last year’, which Yukine cursed at, and use of the library was restricted.
Most worrying of these decrees was the new addition being tacked to the ever-growing collection that framed the Great Halls door. Educational Decree Number Eighty-Two: Students Must Submit to Questioning about Suspected Illicit Activities.
At first they’d feared Oshi would be using her Black Quill once again to maim students, but whispered talk between students revealed that a truth potion was being used as a more humane way to extract non-existent information about illicit activities.
It seemed the Hogwarts Order was well and truly dead. Yukine let out a frustrated huff and turned on his heel away from the hall, Yato and Hiyori in tow.
The usual peace of the castle was periodically interrupted by a tannoy system that had been introduced, allowing Headmistress Oshi’s voice to ring throughout the castle and follow them wherever they went.
“Boys and girls are not permitted to be within eight inches of each other,” the squeaky tannoy rang out, and Yukine gritted his teeth.
Yato and Hiyori exchanged looks, and their gaze dropped to their sides. Yato decided that he was not eight inches away from Hiyori, but he didn’t particularly care what an old hag like Oshi thought was an ‘educational’ decree. It seemed Hiyori didn’t either as neither moved apart as they continued walking to their next class.
The only peace in the castle was the greenhouses or the dungeons where the tannoy system couldn’t reach. Thankfully, they had Potions that morning.
“What do we do about this then?” Yukine asked. His voice rang hollow as they descended into the bowels of the castle, dripping eater echoing around them in stagnant puddles.
“We’d get snitched on immediately if we tried anything,” Yato said. He knew Nora was watching somehow; she did have some sort of ‘friend group’ which they had met when Oshi found them training.
“I can’t risk telling Sakura either as they’re checking the post now, so I hope Madame Kofuku has told her what’s going on.”
The walked in silence for a moment, save for the echo of their footsteps and constant leaks that paved their way through the dungeons. The sickly smell of ingredients greeted them before they could see the classroom, a smell they had become accustomed to in their Potions class, and Hiyori interjected a ray of optimism.
“The Order must be close to getting the prophecy by now,” Hiyori said quietly, seeing a few students loitering ahead of them on the corner.
Yato hummed his agreement. That much was true, but they wouldn’t know until they would go home for the summer and be away from the Ministry prying eyes.
They arrived outside the Potions class and were among the last few students to take their places in a cavernous alcove in front of Madame Kofuku.
Yato prayed that Sakura knew he was ok, but for now, they would have to wait.

When Professor Tenjin warned them about OW.L.s exams, they didn’t expect it to be this hard.
For two weeks, the fifth and sixth-year students slaved over their chosen topics, mostly regretting every decision they made. It made it no easier with the library being restricted; studying became near impossible.
The Room of Requirement may have been useful, but Yato, Hiyori nor Yukine were willing to risk getting caught in there again. Instead they made do in their common rooms (also restricted use, Merlin knows why), bedrooms, and occasionally in an abandoned classroom.
When the last day of O.W.L.s exams came upon them, a collective sigh of relief could be heard throughout the castle. For Yato, his last exam was Divination. He was sure he had failed Ancient Seals – by far his least favourite class – but he thought he did ok on the rest of them.
The sixth-year students sat in neat rows in the Great Hall as usual for their exams, the scratching of quill on parchment softly filled the room. It would have been a calm exam, akin to a Defence Against the Dark Arts class, if it weren’t for Nora in the back corner.
How she was allowed to sit the exam was beyond him, as she had only been present for one term of the year. It also seemed that she was in every exam Yato took, which couldn’t be a coincidence.
Another pair of eyes watched over him and the class; Headmistress Oshi.
She sat in Tenjin’s high-backed oak chair in the centre of the stage, looking out over the room for would-be cheats. She wore her usual white robes, something which hadn’t changed despite her change in status, and kept her hands folded on her lap throughout the entire exam.
Yato felt strange when he looked at her. It was unnatural, how such a mechanical woman could sit so still when just a few weeks ago she looked ready to commit an unforgivable curse in front of the Minister of Magic.
She must have noticed Yato’s quill not moving as she looked across the room and fixed her eyes on him. Yato winced, feeling a twinge in his head. He dispelled in with a shake and looked down at his half-written sentence with a sigh.
It felt like an eternity until he bell rang, signalling the end of the exam as well as the O.WL.s period. The parchment was collected, and the class dismissed.
Yato made his way out of the Great Hall into the hallway amongst the hustle and bustle of students asking each other what they had wrote, comparing answers and lamenting over misread questions.
He had definitely failed Divination.
Yato made his way back to Slytherin to change; the summer heat had made it far too hot to stay in uniform any longer than necessary, but the cool walls that contained the dormitories were welcome.
Yato changed, opting for the light tracksuit set Sakura had bought him for Christmas and a plain white t-shirt. He hadn’t noticed before, but a little golden crown was embroidered on the right-breast of the jacket, and Yato smiled.
Yato dawdled his way back upstairs. He was thankful that school was technically over, although they still had a few weeks before they would say goodbye to Hogwarts for the summer. His smile remained as he thought of his new life awaiting him at Grimmuald Place with Sakura. And Ebisu and Buckbeak, of course.
Daylight blinded him as he reached the top of the stairs and turned right towards the Great Hall. A few students who had managed to change just as quickly as he had roamed the castle, enjoying what was left of their school life. Hopefully, it would be back to normal when they returned in September.
“Yato!”
Yato turned to look through the windowless archways of the hallway. Surprisingly, Yukine and Hiyori were waiting for him in the courtyard, hands raised in greeting. Yato clambered through the archway and landed in the flowerbed beneath it, unmindful of the flowers Kiun had just planted as he made his way towards them.
“How did it go?” Hiyori asked.
“Not great, hard to concentrate when you have daggers being stared at you,” Yato said with a wry smile. No doubt the headache had hindered him slightly, but still, he could feel it niggling in the back of his head.
“Well, you took a lot of subjects, so you will have passed enough for your N.EW.T.s,” Hiyori reminded him.
Yato nodded but his eye winced involuntarily. It was as if thinking about the pain he had in the exam had brought it back ten times worse.
It didn’t go unnoticed; Hiyori and Yukine frowned at the sudden twitch and subsequent grimace Yato made.
“What’s wrong?” Hiyori asked.
“It’s just a headache…” Yato said, but he could see both Hiyori and Yukine looking at him concerned. “Probably just from the exa-.”
A stab went through his head, and his voice cut short. His vision began to blacken at the edges, all too familiar and gut-wrenching. The words Hiyori had spoken swam away, lost in the thick air that clogged his senses and his throat.
The last thing he saw was Yukine reaching out to him and Hiyori’s panicked expression as he keeled over, and the world vanished.

Yato’s eyes opened, and within a moment he knew where he was.
Thousands of milky orbs lined the shelves around him, stretching out and up forever until they pinpricked the darkness like stars. The Department of Mysteries.
Whispers were interrupted by a scream that had Yato spin around, followed by a low, cajoling voice that he couldn’t make out.
A dark figure stood in the distance facing away from him. Yato stepped forward carefully, but his footsteps made no sound. Another scream, this time nearer, and Yato’s blood ran cold.
He stepped forward again, and it seemed he had transported to the unknown man’s side. He didn’t seem to sense Yato’s presence despite him only being over his shoulder, but it gave Yato a clear view of his face.
He wore dark robes, but his hood was pulled away from his face. He could see his light brown hair parted in the centre of his forehead in two lank bangs, and the twisted smirk on his face as he stared down at his victim.
His wand moved again with a wordless spell, and another scream ripped from their throat. Yato felt bile rising in his throat, and unwillingly looked down at the victim.
He froze.
“Please, don’t, no, please, I’m sorry, PLEASE…”
A shaky arm supported her collapsed body whilst the other was raised in a pitiful defence. Her clothing had been torn at the shoulders and chest. Deep gashes leaking blood ran in rivulets down her arms and face onto the dark marble floor which reflected the pitiful scene.
“Sakura?” Yato breathed, and all too quickly everything snapped into place.
The orbs which fenced them in an endless maze, the whispers of truths untold, and the prophecy which lay in one of them that Sakura had come to collect… and the identity of the man torturing her.
Yato snapped his head back to the man, a face he should have recognised, but his vision was blackening once again.
A flick of the wand, and Sakura’s scream ripped straight through him.
“YATO!”

Yato startled awake. A deepening blue sky hung over his head as did Yukine’s and Hiyori’s worried faces.
Yukine and Hiyori knelt beside him, and Yato was pretty sure Yukine had been slapping his face from the sting in his cheeks. This was the first time they had witnessed Yato have a vision, and it terrified them.
He tried to push himself up but Yukine had already placed a hand on his back to sit him upright.
“What did you see?” Hiyori asked.
Yato blinked, unsure whether he was about to cry or go into a frenzy when he realised that not only had the Sorcerer got into his head, but what he was doing.
Sweat dripped underneath Yato’s shirt collar and his back felt sticky under his jacket. Regardless, Yukine’s hand stayed.
“Sakura’s.. at the… Ministry… Sorcerer… attack,” Yato’s words came in short bursts, barely able to keep his breathing under control as panic threatened to engulf him.
It was just like Daikoku, but the Sorcerer himself was the perpetrator. A nauseating question came to Yato: Was he too late?
Yukine and Hiyori exchanged looks over Yato, eyes wide.
“Yato,” Hiyori said gently. “What if this is a trap, to lure you to the Ministry?”
“No!” Yato exclaimed, taking the pair aback. He knew they had a point – as Madame Kofuku had told him that his mind could be distorted – but he couldn’t shake the image of Sakura on the floor, bleeding out, screaming his name.
“We should call Grimmuald Place first, to see if she’s there,” Yukine said in an equally gentle voice. His eyes darted to Hiyori then back to Yato. “If she isn’t then we can get Madame Kofuku to send help.”
Yato could see he would get nowhere faster by arguing – even though he had seen Sakura in the Department of Mysteries himself – and agreed.
Yato pulled himself up with Yukine’s help, supported on the shorter boy for a short distance to the nearest office, which so happened to be Professor Takemikazuchi’s.
Thankfully, it was unlocked, and Hiyori popped her head around the door to make sure the coast was clear. The three of them piled in and closed the door behind them, hoping the professor wouldn’t be back anytime soon.
The office was smaller than most of the others, perhaps because the walls were lined with large wooden shelves that contained enough bottles to rival Madame Kofuku’s collection. The stout desk was placed in front of the window facing straight at the door and a shaggy black rug carpeted the flagstone.
Yato and Hiyori wasted no time ransacking the office in search of a familiar pouch of Floo Powder, whereas Yukine had made a torch out of one of the gas lamps to light the fireplace.
A thin whisper of smoke floated through the office when Yukine blew out the torch, stoking the fireplace with a poker in a bid to make the flames grow higher.
“Here!” Hiyori exclaimed.
Yato turned and saw Hiyori stood next to one of the shelves on the far side of the room. In her raised hand she held a large black pouch dusted with green powder. She threw it and Yato caught it deftly, emptying half the contents into his hand as he approached the fireplace.
Please, be at home, Yato prayed. He drew nearer to the fireplace, hand raised to the powder into the flames.
The door slammed open.
Hiyori let out a yelp and jumped back into the shelf, knocking a few bottles onto the floor with a shatter. Yato spun and the Floo Powder flew out of his hand, but only a fragment reached its intended destination in the auburn flames.
Three figures stood in the doorway, blocking out the sunlight that filtered in through the hallway’s arches. Headmistress Oshi, Professor Takemikazuchi… and Nora.

After sending Professor Takemikazuchi to capture Kazuma and Bishamon – who were deemed equally guilty due to their participation in the Order –, Oshi marched the trio up to the Headmistress’ office with her wand aimed at their backs.
“You three,” Oshi hissed, “have been nothing but a thorn in my side. Spreading lies, and dissent, creating a rebellion!”
Yukine and Hiyori exchanged looks at Yato who stood between them. It seemed Oshi had completely lost her mind, drunk on power and blind to the truth just like the Minister of Magic. Now they were held hostage by a madwoman and her snitch who walked ahead of them up the spiral staircase, far away from witnesses.
But her next words would send a shiver down their spine when they realised the incident in the Muggle world was no accident.
“It was all I could do to send the Dementors to kill you before you could prove the Sorcerer has returned.”
Hiyori froze on the spot, feet on uneven steps. The group paused along with her, and Yato felt heat rise in his chest. He looked at Hiyori, who was too shocked to shed tears at the revelation, and felt guilted. It was his fault she got attacked again, all because they wanted him silenced permanently.
So the Ministry sent the Dementors? If that was the case, the Minister was as crazy as Oshi to allow such a thing, Yato thought.
His thoughts were interrupted by Oshi jamming her wand into Hiyori’s back, barking “Move!” and Yato gently pulled her by the hand. Yukine gave a sympathetic look at Hiyori as they walked the final flight of stairs in silence, and arrived at Oshi’s office.
Yato glared daggers at Nora once the door had slammed shut behind them. She stood against the wall close to Oshi, her eyes looking straight into Yato’s as Oshi took her place beside her desk. Whilst she had looked at Hiyori and Yukine in disdain before, now it was replaced by something that looked like regret when she looked over the trio.
You’re such a bitch, Yato thought bitterly, and Nora looked away.
Not too long later – whilst Oshi held her wand at the three of them – Professor Takemikazuchi knocked and entered. In front of him he herded Bishamon, Kazuma, and the Ravenclaw girl, Touma, who had been unlucky enough to have been dragged into this mess as well.
Professor Takemikazuchi guarded the door, arms folded. The students crowded in front of the desk where Oshi stood beside her chair, glaring down at the troublemakers.
“I know Tenjin is talking to you, conspiring against the Ministry,” Oshi accused. Her eyes had become a more saturated grey, madness raging behind those glassy eyes that looked down on them.
Kazuma and Bishamon gave puzzled looks to Yato and Hiyori respectively. Yato gave an imperceptible shake of his head, willing them to remain silent. This didn’t concern Tenjin; it concerned Sakura and her whereabouts, which neither of them would know about.
Professor Takemikazuchi looked mildly comfortable, though he hid it behind a façade of grouchiness at being pulled into trivial matters.
“Headmistress, be as it may, these three broke no rules -,” he looked at the three of them pointedly, “aside than breaking into my office.”
“They were using an illicit substance to contact a traitor of the Ministry!” Oshi screeched.
Professor Takemikazuchi blinked in disbelief. Her entire personality seemed to have been replaced.
Touma wilted away at the harsh words, but this break in character had the trio as well as Kazuma and Bishamon intrigued. She was quick to react to any defiance now, yet she hadn’t batted an eyelid at Yukine’s outburst at the beginning of the year.
Working at Hogwarts seemed to have left her unhinged.
Oshi seemed to collect herself after realising the impact of her sudden outburst. Her deranged demeanour melted away, and an unnatural ambience settled in the room.
“Professor Takemikazuchi,” Oshi said, in a voice as sweet as poison, “please retrieve Veritaserum from Madame Kofuku. I have some questions for these students.”
Veritaserum, Hiyori recalled from Potions class, was a truth serum that would have the drinker tell all their secrets with only three drops. She looked at Yato worriedly, and he returned the look with pursed lips.
Yato knew exactly what Hiyori was thinking: a truth potion would reveal the real Order of the Phoenix, as well as Sakura. If she was still clinging to life, she would be sent back to Azkaban in a heartbeat, or receive the Dementors Kiss as intended.
“Certainly, Headmistress,” Professor Takemikazuchi said curtly. He gave a small and exited the room.
A moment after he had left, Oshi slowly directed her wand at the door.
“I have no intention,” the door lock clicked, “of using Veritaserum. You will tell me right here, right now, what Tenjin is doing.”
Hiyori could feel the hair on the back of her neck stand on end as Oshi directed her wand back to the group. She squeezed Yato’s hand, and he squeezed back in reassurance.
“As this is an issue of Ministry security, you have left me no alternative.”
Hiyori looked to the door, bidding Professor Takemikazuchi or Madame Kofuku to enter, but no footsteps could be heard. It was clear that Oshi never intended to use the potion, yet there was another way to extract information from them.
“The Cruciatus Curse.”
“That’s illegal!” Bishamon cried. Kazuma placed a hand on her arm as she took a step forward, warily eyeing Oshi who flicked her wand in their direction at the outburst.
“The protection of the Ministry is of the upmost importance,” Oshi said. “Such illicit activities that threaten it must be met with force.”
Bishamon was not one to step back, but Yato stepped ahead of her.
“You can start with me then.”
Yato’s eyes flickered to Nora, who watched him wide-eyed as if she couldn’t believe what he was doing. Then again, he had changed since they were siblings. He wouldn’t let his friends get hurt.
Yato looked behind him at Hiyori and Yukine who gave him startled – no, terrified – looks, as he put himself at Oshi’s mercy. He turned back to Oshi, watching her levelly as her wand’s attention was drawn to him.
“I am the only person who has talked to Tenjin.”
Maybe Yato was stupid – something Yukine had thought since the day they met – but right now he was stupidly brave. The Cruciatus Curse was unforgiveable for a reason, and no one could withstand its effect.
“Very well,” Oshi replied, too calmly for what she was about to do. Oshi’s wand raised to Yato’s chest, and her thin pink lips parted.
“Cr-,”
“No!” Hiyori shouted. She lunged forward, and Yato found himself stumbling under the force of her arm sweeping him behind her. Her arms came to rest slightly behind her, keeping Yato covered aside from his head which was nearly a foot higher than hers.
Despite the height difference, Hiyori remained steadfast in the wands aim, breathing slightly faster than usual as she clenched a fist in Yato’s jacket.
The spell died on Oshi’s lips and the room stood in dumbfounded silence.
Oshi’s mouth twitched sporadically, and Yato worried that she would lose it altogether and ‘Crucio’ all of them. Defenceless, he slowly placed a hand on Hiyori’s back the least he could do was push her out of harm’s way should Oshi attack.
“If you won’t tell her where it is,” Hiyori addressed Yato without looking at him, “I will!”
What the hell is she talking about? Yato thought for a brief second, until he realised what she was doing; she was trying to protect him.
Hiyori looked down at the floor, but she knew all eyes were on her. Oshi’s, on the other hand, were alight in victory at the mention of an item and its whereabouts.
“Tell me where what is?” Oshi urged.
Yato’s eyes looked down at Hiyori, feeling her hand shake against him from the tightness of her grip.
He was unable to see Hiyori’s face even as she raised it to face Oshi, revealing what she would believe to be the downfall of the Ministry.
“Tenjin’s secret weapon.”

CharadeManiacs Review
CharadeManiacs is one of the more satisfying titles I’ve played recently. The main draw for me initially was the art. I actually thought the premise of the game quite meh when it was first announced. Which is why I am so happy this game turned out more interesting than I’d expected.
The game’s primary plot revolves around finding out more about this world the characters have been brought to, and discovering who is the traitor amongst the midst so they can get back to their world. It’s all done in a way that’s still quite upbeat, so it’s not like the game spirals into Liar Game territory where everyone back stabs everyone left right and centre.
Mystery wise of course certain reveals mean more than others and probably not every reveal will come as a major surprise, but there were enough of them to keep me intrigued. The heroine’s decent, the characters are fun, and the whole game looks and sounds really good.
At this point if you’re already planning to play the game I’d suggest not reading the rest of the review to avoid clues and spoilers.
*spoilers after the cut*
Plot: As mentioned above, the characters(the ‘cast members’) are trying to get back to their world. To do so they can either act in the drama episodes to earn points, or name the traitor(the ‘producer’). However, they only have one chance and if they name the wrong guy everyone will DEAD END together. Hitting a dead end in Arcadia is pretty much having your entire existence erase. Nobody will remember you either. Now that there’s risk, there can be drama.
Every route reveals more about that particular guy, and at the same time will also drop hints about the others so there’s motivation to play through all the routes. Even when you do find the producer there is still another twist to it. The dark part of the game comes from how some of the dramas the cast acts out can be pretty cruel. Like stabbing someone else, or punching them repeatedly etc. Or it could be something particularly distasteful to certain characters due to personal issues. The penalties for not going along with the acting or ignoring warnings are also severe enough to make me care when characters suffer from them.
Another thing I liked about this game was how consistent the characters are. In a lot of the games I’ve played, certain characters tend to have traits that just evaporate in other routes, despite it being something as big as ‘there is a god sleeping inside him’ etc. For Charamani the personality and secrets of the characters are pretty consistent across all routes. The game also managed to make me feel for the chars.
This game also has many fun and comedic scenes, so it all balances out nicely. The game drops some red herrings along the way to try and make certain chars seem more suspicious than they are lol. The only bad thing about the writing is probably how due to the true route wanting to reveal as much about the characters as possible it’s somewhat of an info dump. The conclusion was satisfying enough. Some of the endings can be good or bad depending on your personal preference. I’ll just say the characters don’t always make it back to their world. Overall I’d say the plot is pretty solid but of course, don’t expect Sherlock levels of mystery solving.
Recommended play order: Banjo>Akase>Ebana>Ioti>Chigasaki/Futami>Gyobu>Dazai>Haiji
Characters: I started the game feeling neutral about the characters, but grew to have favourites as I played lol. On the whole the characters are diverse and their interactions interesting. Some of the characters have personality traits I wouldn’t have expected. The voice acting was good, and especially amusing when the guy they are voicing is supposed to be one that can’t act.
My favourite is Dazai, because after playing his route, and then thinking about how he must have felt in all the other routes, my heart ached for him. He’s also very caring towards not just Hiyori, but the other cast members. I really like Chigasaki and Ebana as well. Chigasaki because he’s kind and sweet, and Ebana because that level of tsundere is just so amusing and cute heh.
Akase is nice like an enthusiastic puppy. Ioti is rather cool but I find it puzzling how Hiyori is ok with dating someone she doesn’t know is male or female. I didn’t like how Tomose tried to force his feelings on Hiyori in the ‘I’ve liked you for so long why won’t you notice’ way. Gyobu gets on my nerves but has his heroic moments. Futami just isn’t my type and probably my least favourite after playing through the whole game. I don’t dislike Haiji but he’s too deadpan lol, and yeah he also has issues.
Hiyori has a rather standard personality for an Otomate heroine. She’s the nice, kind, likes to look after others sort of girl. She does put her foot down when she’s pissed, or will shrug of teasing when she gets used to it. Would have liked for her to be voiced because of the drama and acting quality element. Overall I think she’s pretty likeable and cute.
There aren’t any prominent sub characters in this game except maybe the Director. His main purpose is just there to be hammy and act as a trigger for various things. It’s interesting how sneaky some of his actions are so I guess he fulfills his antagonistic role well.
System/Interface: Bright, colourful, and clean cut. Everything looks modern and sleek. The exploration system is just a slightly upgraded ‘who do you want to go with’ option. The flowchart is good for when you want to replay different versions of the scene but aside from that I didn’t really use it. The affection up indicator is quite pointless since it only shows up in a few choices per route and there’s no meter to check anyway. Trophy collection is straightforward, just remember to view the short episodes unlocked in the flow chart.
Art/Music: This game is so pretty. The CGs look very crisp and clean, with nice colours and lighting. There aren’t that many CGs per char but since there are so many chars it’s fine. The backgrounds are nice as well.

The music suits the game and I enjoyed listening to them while playing. My favourite track is the one that plays for the bad end ED.
On the whole I really enjoyed the game and think it’s one of Otomate’s more solid titles recently. The game I played right before CharadeManiacs wasn’t very interesting so I’m glad this turned out to be so entertaining. I regret not getting any of the LE sets because I wasn’t expecting to like it so much. I tend to prefer fantasy-ish or period setting games so it’s quite rare that I find a modern/futuristic setting game that I like. Language wise it’s not too difficult and the game isn’t very wordy or long. Definitely would recommend this game to anyone who wants a fun, well-balanced game :D

Top Five Hiroshi Kamiya Roles
I’m not including anime that I haven’t watched at least a few clips of, so that automatically excludes his roles as Akashi from Kuroko no Basket, Araragi from the Monogatari series (technically, I watched a few episodes, but I was too weirded out and prefer to keep some of that whole “sister” stuff in the way back), Trafalgar Law from One Piece, and a few other roles. And no, it isn’t his birthday. I would know, we share the same one.
Honourable Mentions
Ranpo Edogawa - Bungou Stray Dogs
As much as this pains me, I have to put him here because even though he’s one of my favourite characters, Hiroshi Kamiya’s voice doesn’t define him at all. I would literally not be fazed if they chose a different actor to begin with.
Souma Hiroomi - Working!! (Wagnaria)
(Dark haired one: Hiroshi Kamiya; Blond: Daisuke Ono)
I feel like this is Izaya except in a more tame manner. He collects dirt on people then uses it to mess with them. He has a bromance role along with his pal Daisuke Ono. It’s a lot of fun to watch.
Otonashi Yuzuru - Angel Beats
This one is probably an honourable mention because I haven’t watched this in a considerable number of years. But it’s still a darn good role and just didn’t make the cut.
TOP FIVE
5. Choromatsu - Osomatsu-san
Okay, maybe this is partially hear because his “Obama” line made me laugh pretty hard (among a few other moments from this character). The cast of Osomatsu is stacked, and this character is no exception. Most of the series kind of missed the mark for me (with a 60:40 ratio). But all of the jokes were carried because these voice actors (all of them who are really big) made it so that even if the writing was bad, it was still funny.

4. Izaya Orihara - Durarara!!
Yes, I’m aware of the fangirls, but he’s actually one of my least favourite characters out of the Durarara cast (I really like Celty because of design and Miyuki Sawashiro). Sorry, but he’s just a sadistic loner who can’t make friends. I guess it might be because I haven’t watched Durarara in a long time (still only finished the first two seasons). Izaya is crazy though. It’s another role that he takes on alongside many other talented seiyuu including Daisuke Ono. He plays so well off his friend then making for the iconic duo of Izaya and Shizuo.

3. Levi Ackerman - Attack on Titan
PROOF THAT SHORT PEOPLE CAN BE COOL, BADASS, AND POPULAR EVEN AMONGST GIRLS. Come on. He’s a badass, he has that tragic backstory edge, and he’s still alive. I don’t even need to write an explanation for this one. You people know what I’m talking about. Need more proof?

2. Natsume - Natsume’s Book of Friends
This is a slow-moving role, and I’ve only watched one season, but his chemistry with Kazuhiko Inoue is really amazing, and I would be lying if I said that this show didn’t have a good story. It’s slow, but it can pack a punch of feels for some. It’s a rare shoujo manga that doesn’t need romance to carry itself.
1. Yato - Noragami
Noragami is one of my favourite anime, and I think he really kicked the show up a notch. The whole cast of Noragami is amazing. I love Bishamon, Hiyori, Yukine (yes, I like Yukine. He’s a good kid), Kofuku, and Yato. I don’t really hate anyone in Noragami minus one villain in season two. Besides that, I think this one is self-explanatory if you’ve seen Noragami. Yato is a hilarious god who I would never want to be best friends with in real life.

Shinigami Beach Trip
Requested by anon :)
I’m pleased to announce the start of a new series! This and the Bleach Characters on a Plane List will kick off the ‘Vacation’ series, where we’ll imagine various Bleach characters on different types of vacations and what they’d do. The actual request also asked for a Quincy Beach Trip, but I’ll do that for a separate post. So, let’s say that the shinigami have gone on a beach trip. What would they do on the beach?
1) Rangiku: Has tons of male admirers.
She wore her best bikini for the beach, after all.
Hitsugaya: Seriously, Matsumoto? Making these guys run around and get drinks for you?
Rangiku: I’m not making them do anything, Captain! They’re doing it willingly!
2) Renji and Byakuya: Hang out in a secluded cove.
Byakuya didn’t like the crowd so Renji took him to a beautiful secluded cove away from the main beach, where they spend the rest of the day bonding.
Byakuya: This is rather... nice.
Renji: The scenery or the quiet?
Byakuya: Both, of course. And being able to spend some time alone with you.
Renji:... (blushes)
3) Kyoraku: Naps under the sun.
He lays back on a deck chair with a cold drink, just dozing away to the sound of waves washing ashore and the warmth of the sun’s rays.
Nanao:... seriously, Captain? We’re at the beach and you choose to nap? You do that every other day in the office!
Kyoraku: But now I can truly nap, now that I’m at the beach!
4) Hitsugaya: Sits in the shade and eats shaved ice.
He doesn’t like sitting out in the sun for too long, so he enjoys the shade with something cold to eat.
Hitsugaya: Besides, I don’t really like crowds. And shaved ice is always the best.
5) Momo: Sits next to Hitsugaya and reads.
She’s also wearing a cute swimsuit as she reads her favourite book.
Momo: I didn’t want Hitsugaya-kun to be so lonely under the shade!
Hitsugaya:... okay.
6) Omaeda: Builds sandcastles with his little sister.
He’s more than happy to spend time with his sister and help her build her first sandcastle.
Omaeda: You ready to build another castle, Mareyo?
Mareyo: Of course!
Soi Fon: I guess that’s kinda... sweet.
7) Ukitake: Rests in the shade.
He got faint earlier and needed to lie down. Sentaro and Kiyone attend to him constantly, bringing him cold drinks and umbrellas.
Ukitake: Feels kind of nice, just lying here.
Sentaro: Get outta the way, moron! I’m bringing him his drink!
Kiyone: Yeah, well, I’ve got him ice cream! You move, stupid!
Ukitake:... I knew it was missing something.
8) Rose: Composes a melody inspired by the beach.
There’s something so whimsical and poetic about the bright blue of the ocean, the golden sand, the kiss of the sea breeze, and the clear skies.
Rose: The Muse is always in high spirits when I’m at the beach!
9) Yachiru: Gets a sugar high from ice cream.
There is nothing better than ice cream on the beach, after all.
Yachiru: (running) Ken-chan! Let’s play!
10) Ichigo: Tries his hand at surfing.
He manages to master it pretty well.
Ichigo: (riding a wave) Man, I forgot just how relaxing life is when I’m not killing Hollows!
11) Rukia: Builds sand-bunnies.
She cannot resist showing off her artistic abilities, after all.
Ichigo: Your bunnies look kinda sad, though.
Rukia:... You’re lucky I don’t want my Chappies to see violence.
12) Yumichika: Collects seashells.
He loves how pretty they are. And he plans on making some of them into jewelry.
Yumichika: (carrying a bucket of seashells)
Ikkaku: Lemme guess? New accessory ideas?
Yumichika: Hell yes.
13) Soi Fon and Yoruichi: Go snorkelling.
There’s so many beautiful fish in the sea, after all. And something like this would help them rebuild their friendship.
Soi Fon: You’re right, Yoruichi-sama. The fish are so beautiful!
Yoruichi: What’d I tell you, huh, my little bee?
Soi Fon: Y-Yoruichi-sama!
14) Hisagi and Kira: Take a walk on the beach at sunset.
It proves to be incredibly therapeutic for the both of them, especially for Kira.
Kira: This is... rather nice.
Hisagi: You’re right. It is.
15) Hiyori: Wears her special beach flip-flops. That are decorated with cute little sunshines.
And whacks anyone who makes fun of them with them.
Shinji: Aren’t those a little too cute for you, Hiyori?
Hiyori: (blushes) Don’t make me whack you with them, Baldy.

Aizen turned his attention towards Hiyori. "Oh- thank you Hiyori." He added, a small smile on his face as he gently took the planter from Hiyori. Noticing it was the same flowers of his squad insignia. "Yea- I appreciate these very much." He added. He was grateful for the gift and made a mental note to keep good care of them in his room, or perhaps plant them at his squad where he can easily take care of them and possibly grow more of them.
"Where did you get them?" he asked curiously where she found them.
She knew that he was a popular and polite lieutenant. Aizen had received a steady stream of obligatory gifts from various shinigami. He was always diligent and hard working and nobody had a bad word to say in regards to him. At lieutenant meetings he was often quiet, but she found that she preferred the Aizen that would ask questions, even if Shinji would sometimes dislike his apparent ‘eavesdropping’ on captain conversations. But as Lisa said- curiosity was essential.
And so, Hiyori had recognised that Aizen enjoyed collecting nice things for his house. Not luxurious wall screens or fancy pelts... but simple little books, calligrapher’s brushes, weighted paper-- all the boring stuff that she couldn’t really understand. She did think he would be the type to appreciate some greenery. He had always enjoyed it when she’d be doing some gardening or landscaping with Kirio and she decided then that she would try and locate some of her favourite flowers and grow them for him. It just so happened that lilies were also his squad insiginia. She thought they added charm wherever they were placed. Tiny little white flowers- with a beautiful scent.
“G-geez. Ya don’t gotta look so moved an’ all. It ain’t hard ‘ta get seeds for plants and grow ‘em. Ya can save all yer thanks by givin’ me any birthday food ya receive.”
“If yer really grateful, take yer birthday off and come ‘ta karaoke with us lieutenants once in a while.”

Favorite character: Penny, and Pyrrha why my faves gotta go die all the time
Least Favorite character: uh Mr. Schnee probably? That guy’s a buttface.
5 Favorite ships (canon or non-canon): Renora, Arkos (cries), Black Sun, uhhh I think that might be it?
Character I find most attractive: Ren. ahahaha
Character I would marry: Hm. Not sure.
Character I would be best friends with: Blake perhaps. We could sit and read books and not talk to each other. Otherwise maybe Penny? Velvet seems really nice as well.
A random thought: What’s Salem planning on doing with the other Maidens? Does she have a secret collection of corrupt young ladies to steal energy for her? Why haven’t we seen any of them yet?
An unpopular opinion: This isn’t as unpopular an opinion as it used to be but I love Weiss so much. Like ever since we first met her I’ve loved her. Even when she was a butt. (not to say I approve of the way she acted in volume 1 but I never hated her as a character)
My canon OTP: Renora? Is Renora canon? Was that confirmed? Otherwise Arkos I guess.
Non-canon OTP: Black Sun
Most badass character: oooh. Imma have to go with Pyrrah there but honestly everyone ever is cool too. Qrow is also extremely awesome.
Pairing I am not a fan of: Well there’s a lot of them, but to go for a relatively non-controversial example I don’t particularly like Weiss and Neptune together. I don’t hate it but I feel like it’s mostly based on looks so eh.
Character I feel the writers screwed up (in one way or another): Hmm can’t think of anyone off the top of my head. People complain about this with a whole bunch of different characters but I’m. Not really picky.
Favourite friendship: Probably Ruby and Penny. so much pain

when or if I started shipping it. Welp since my feelings on this ship are super complicated (see below), I can’t really answer this question properly.
my thoughts: Wow so uh. This ship is one that I in theory think is super duper cute and I would ship it if it weren’t for the fact that it’s DOOMED FOR TRAGEDY by the very nature of the story-world. (SPOILERS ahead! Mostly to do with world building tho. If you haven’t watched the anime be careful!)
What makes me happy about them: Just. The amount of caring they have for each other is so dang precious WHY
What makes me sad about them: Oh I don’t know, maybe the fact that the ship has only three possible endings, all of which are tragic (at least according to the world rules set up within the anime so far):
Hiyori forgets Yato and everything to do with him
Yato dies
Hiyori dies (and she could always become his regalia but then she wouldn’t have any memories of her mortal life which brings us right back to square one and is honestly the most painful option what the heCK)
Things done in fanfic that annoys me: don’t read Noragami fanfic so idk
Things I look for in fanfic: see above
My kinks: nope not doing that
Who I’d be comfortable them ending up with, if not each other: idk really. I guess I wouldn’t be opposed to Yato/Kofuku being a thing. Can’t really imagine Hiyori with anyone we’ve met yet though.
My happily ever after for them: There IS no happy ending that’s the POINT aaaaaaaaaaaaaaAAAAAA

Last TV show watched: I rewatched a few Noragami episodes today, and tried out the german snk dub (surprisingly it wasn’t as godawful as I expected lol
What are you wearing right now: sweat pants and an snk hoodie
When did you create your blog: October 2015 (or maybe late September?) I didn’t use it until oct 23 though, since I had absolutely no clue how this website worked lol. Originally it was just supposed to sate my Eremika shipping desires but...look at it now. I can talk about anything snk related and people seem to like it. I love ya’ll!
What kind of stuff do you post: its kinda said in my description, but basically 90% snk related stuff. I’m reblogging edits, fanart, meta, theories, and whatnot. I also try to make some edits or graphics myself (with varying success lol), and I try to write stuff myself (I don’t think I’d really go as far as calling any of it proper “meta”, more analysis with slight interpretation, and mostly inaccurate theories). I do hope though that, once season 2 hits, I can talk more about the visual and audio aspects of the series. I feel like I can add a little more perspective in those domains.
Do you have any other blogs: nope, managing this one is more than enough already lol
Do you get asks regularly: mostly only when new content is released, but since I’m a lazy shithead without motivation, I generally don’t answer most of them after a while lol. Even right now, almost 20 unanswered asks left. Sorry ya’ll, don’t take it personal. Its just me :P
Why did you choose your url: My reason for joining Tumblr was my dire need for more Eremika; I wasn’t entirely sure what to call myself, so in the end I went with the most straightforward description lol. At the time, I really was just a guy in love with eremika lol

Hogwarts house: apparently I’m a hufflepuff nowadays, but I can swear on my snk collection that I was a bonafide Gryffindor as a kid

but ahhh, this is a toughie.
What’s your least favourite thing you wrote this year?
I guess I’m gonna go with Good Enough. The fact that I’ve only been writing it for 6 months and it’s already at 11 chapters is honestly amazing lol that’s much better than I’ve ever done with an ongoing fanfic that isn’t a drabble collection.
I had the idea for it for a while but I sort of was hesitant about starting it for a while and indecisive about some details (one thing, for instance, was I wasn’t sure if I wanted to be Yukine a young kid/baby or his age in the manga/anime).
I have a lot planned for the story and I’m really looking forward to continuing it this year so I hope others are looking forward to it too.
I also have to give an honorable mention to Late Night Calls. I have infinite love for the hilarious dialogue and the whole situation ahaha. It was based off of some banter between me and @eerna about the ruffles all over Hiyori’s bed and it was just great.

Seunghyo’s male character cosplay is so well done it’s easy to forget that the person underneath the well-styled wigs and carefully applied makeup is actually a woman.
