My favourite joke in New Vegas is when in Dead Money you meander trough the Sierra Madre kitchens and find a bunch cosmic knives strewn around. And then you find rants about them, about how terrible they are, how they are so sharp they are unusable. This is already the funniest thing in the world.

And then later you play Old World Blues. You meet those crazy bastards. You wander trough the Big MT and check out all these crazy places. And then you find out this is where that infamous Sierra Madre fog™ came from. "Oh, so those guys ruined everything, huh?" you might think. And then, finally, you see that saturnite facility. It rings a bell.
