Spirit Halloween just uploaded their Monster High section!!!
How are we feeling, ghouls? In my opinion Draculaura's costume leaves much to be desired, but I do love Clawdeen's the most. Might just be her this year..
And remember, if I see anyone scalping the crossbody bag, you'll get to be undead, too! 🖤

2nd DT Halloween Costume of the Year
Of course I had to dress DT up as another enby icon: Frankie Stein! I chose the gen 1 Frankie, as gen 1 will always be my favorite of the Monster High dolls. How do they look?
I struggled with choosing an eye color for them, as green looked a bit strange, but when I tried yellow and orange, it clashed too much with the color palette, so I settled on blue and yellow-green.
Side-note, I didn’t draw the background or the plaid pattern, both came from an image search.

Frankie Stein with the transmasc swag, in an outfit I wore the other day. I couldn’t get this idea out of my head, like the outfit is so incredibly trans lol
(the sweater vest is something I knit myself, you can see it here!)

The Spirit Halloween wig I'm going to use for my Frankie-inspired costume/cosplay came in and I immediately went to test out the outfit. I already have the MH suspender skirt from Hot Topic so I decided to opt out of the costume and work around the skirt instead.
I never felt such childlike whimsy in my life, I was laughing left and right. Will probably draw out what the costume looks like eventually since oof got midterms coming and I am procrasinating

GUYS FRANKIE IS NON-BINARY IN THE REBOOT HOLY SHIT
OUR DREAM OF CANON LGBTQ+ CHARACTERS IN MONSTER HIGH HAS FINALLY COME TRUE
(Also I have no idea why the closed captions read “say them” when Frankie clearly says “they, them”)

ART!
hello there futhermuckers. i have made art. and you will be seeing it.
frankie stein!!!!!
when i look at her design, i see some basic regency elements (that’s a huge stretch but trust me) like the raised “waist” (where it goes from white to plaid fabric) and the puffy sleeves,,,,, so coupled with the fact that the og frankenstein was written in 1818 i drew frankie in regency era garb
i quite like how this turned out
