Make another variable as boolean- Hasseenplayer?

Task 1: Wander

Task 2: Chase

Task 3: Attack

Make sure the sequences are decorated accordingly.

Also implement the Behavior tree in the AI controller.

Set up AI perception and play with values on sight perception
