WHERE DID YOU PEOPLE COME FROM??
In all seriousness, it’s mind-boggling and wild to me that six thousand people read (or at the least clicked on) my silly little story about a hippo magician and his newscaster worm boyfriend getting married.
Fight Wedding, despite its flaws, is what made me want to keep going when it came to writing hypnowarren stories. I love these two very much and to see this kind of response is heart-warming. Plus no one else was going to write these stories so I had to do it myself (that’s not a bad thing either, this is a surprisingly niche ship - I’m just glad a few folks wrote for them before I got into this).
Thank you to everyone that read and/or made fan art for this fic. Genuinely was not expecting art (I love it and hold it to my heart dearly). Y’all are the best, and I’m glad a majority of us know each other by name and are friends. I’ll never stop loving this community. All 12 of us /lhj

Okay soo...minecraft persona! I don't have like, a proper drawing of them- just a colored concept but it's literally just their design. I'm too lazy to make an actual drawing rn :p Fanart very much welcome btw!!
Rambling about them under cut
So here's my minecraft persona, Artem.fluid (literally just my normal handle) genderfluid aroace, they/them.
They're a shapeshifter, but this is their preferred form. The purple sorta swirly thing on the left side of their body is excess magic from a past event related to the watchers.
They're extremely playful, creative, and very self depreciating!
As for hermitsona things, I made a relationship chart for all the hermits + life series members that weren't included. Will go more in detail about some relationships below!
Starting with hermitcraft: Wels, Xisuma, Etho, Impulse, Skizz, and Tango all have a back and forth family-like relationship!
Wels, Tango & Xisuma is a father-child relationship
Impulse & Skizz are like uncles to Artem!
Etho is like a big brother.
An honorable mention for the family-like relationships is Hypno! Hypno wants to care and protect Artem like his own child, but Artem just sees him as a good friend.
All other relationships I feel are important to talk about: Beef, Cleo & Gem!
Artem sees Beef as a friend, not a best friend though. Beef is in a weird Grey area where Artem is fine to open up to him, but doesn't feel like they're best friends. Beef however, feels like they're best friends.
Cleo is slowly growing on Artem and Artem is slowly growing on Cleo. Its not a surprise if Cleo turns out like an aunt to Artem.
Gem & Etho in my headcannons are adopted siblings, so by extention this sort of makes Gem one of Artem's siblings because they see Etho like a big brother. They both agreed that they're just best friends.
Onto the 5 life series members that were left out!
Jimmy is the only one Artem has a family like relationship with. They're like siblings in a way, but it's unclear who acts like the older sibling- it always changes.
Martyn & Artem have a strange relationship. Artem sees Martyn as a friend, but doesn't know much about him besides how he had done in the past life series. Martyn however, wants to mentor Artem like a parent. Both have had encounters with watchers and listeners, and he wants to help them with it.
Scott and Artem are the gay best friend duo that you can't stop. End of story.
Artem met Lizzie through Joel, and they both think eachother are chill.
Artem has only had super brief interactions with BigB, and is somehow super intimidated by him.

Hypnovember day 16: Servant/master
This prick over here is named Chad. I'm serious. Chad King. I honestly would feel bad if the guy didn't own up to the stuck-up vibe such a name evokes.
Anyway, I'm sure you all know the story. Straight asshole jock bullies gay nerd; well, I'm another football player, but it was still close enough; bullied victim gets revenge by hypno. The classics are retold over again and again for a reason. Simple. Satisfying. Sexy. Something else that begins in s.
In my case, it was that sweet little gadget-watch my inventor uncle came up with before rising through the ranks of the company who had previously fired him for moral reasons. Uncle Jared always uses the same passwords. Opening his files and then his safe was super-easy, and with his newly found wealth, he had no problem “sharing” the secret of his success and giving me an improved version of the watch.
Now, I literally own the King family. The contract they signed wouldn't hold in a court of law, of course, but we all found it hot that we ritualized my dominion on them.
Chad especially is finding himself so happy to be spanked then fucked by daddy dearest each day before following me around as my manservent. I even had him abandon his designer clothes for cheaper preppy clothes, and he has an almost-decent British butler accent now.
The rest of the team is too focused on sucking me to care about the odd changes in their loser former leader.

Not related to the angst thing I just posted but I just had a revelation!
The Mad Dogz have one purely trusted adult to turn to and it's Todd.
Yea Splinter raised them, Draxum and Big Mama are redeemed (in my hc and fics), Hypno and Warren are the gay uncles...but they have zero trust in them after everything.
Any TMNT crossover the other Turtles are adults, the youngest group in their early twenties, they hold no trust in anyone but the Mikey's.
I say Mikey's because they all have that thing that just knows.
Maybe Bay!Raph, 2003!Raph, 2012!Donnie and 1987!Casey Jones, will be included in their small circle of trusted adults.
For the kids, adults only interact with you when they want something.

I just want to know how Raphael ended up being adopted by Warren and Hypno. They became his gay uncles or what happened?
They found him knocked out in an alley on their way home.
In this AU Warren and Hypno both used to work for Big Mama before switching sides and helping the turtles. Now they live in a small apartment in the middle of DraxJitsu Terroirty and run a TV Channel.
They are hella confused about Rapheal and bring the kid back to their apartment to help him. After talking to Rapheal they are pretty sure the kid must have one hell of a concussion since he seems really confused about everything.
Rapheal just plays along since he is getting lots of information, free food and room. Hypno teachs Rapheal how the hidden city works and pretty much adopts the boy.
Rapheal is there for a week and in that time he gets a part time job at Warren Studios and gets on a few episodes on a few shows.
Like Meat Sweats Kitchen, he just tells Meat Sweats about Michealangloes cooking habbits and acts as a thrid jugde.
He appears on Repo Mantis's scrap show where they build a skate ramp. Rpaheal tests the ramp and helps Repo build.
He gets to go on Warren's talk show where they just make fun of people for 2hours.
Unfortunately none of the hidden city turtles saw the board cast but the rest of the hidden city dose. Rapheal becomes a bit of a celebrity.

Mikey's monthly mandatory family dinners are very chaotic. At first it was just the turtles, April, Splinter, and Draxum. Later on Warren and Hypno were invited (read: held hostage by Mikey's puppy-dog eyes).
Now, Warren still holds a grudge towards Draxum for taking Charlotte. Hypno is glaring daggers as he always puts himself between Draxum and Warren.

Thief au/ Thief!Kai, Theif!Nya, and Thief!Lloyd: Kai and Nya were adopted by Ronin, later finding and adopting Lloyd as well. Zane, Cole, and Jay are the same and have to try and get these hooligans to cooperate with them to save Ninjago.
D&D au: All of the show is just a D&D campaign the characters are playing.*
Moviekhan: Nadakhan shows up in the Movie universe, the movie ninja force wish for someone that can defeat him, Show!Jay gets teleported into their universe and has to coach the much younger ninja and help them defeat Nadakhan.
Siren au: Nya and Kai are sirens. Jay is a pirate they kidnap and keep as a pet/friend.
Djinn!Jay: Somehow Jay gets turned into a Djinn. He gets his own rules and his wish granting has it’s own quirks.
Villain Vibe: All the ninja are just evil and group up to be bad evil people and rule ninjago. Each are their own brand of bad guy though.*
Cyborg Jay/ Cyborg!Jay: Jay has been augmenting himself in secret and has a whole system of inventions he’s wires into himself.
Oni Misako au: Misako is an oni that was sent to Ninjago as a scouting party, but met Mystake, fell in love with Garmadon, and decided to just live in Ninjago instead of trying to destroy it.
Fate/Ninjago: A holy grail war featuring all your favorite Ninjago characters! (Or at least weird reincarnated substitutes of some of them.) Cross over with the Fate series.*
Ninjatubers: The ninja get Youtube channels for various reasons. Chaos ensues.
Tall Vampire Lady Misako: Misako is a Lady Dimitrescu style vampire. Garmadon is a simp for his giant wife. (There is no tag for this because it got out of hand too fast and there is no way I can dig through and find everything now.)
Grandpa Djinn: Darla was pregnant before Nadakhan's banishment and was Kai and Nya's great something grandmother. Nadakhan escaped the tea pot early and is delighted to take in his great something grandkids.
Uncle Krux: Multiple versions. Krux takes Kai and Nya in instead of leaving them to fend for themselves and either raises them to be evil, or slowly gives up on the evil plan. Alternatively, he gives up on the evil plan before he ever kidnapped Ray and Maya.
Brainwashed Kai (Mod Ivy's Version): Instead of just stealing Kai’s element, Aspheera decides to take him as well, brainwashing him into being her decorative pet
Mod Kat:
Miraculous au: Lloyd accidentally gets stuck in the Miraculous Ladybug universe, the rest of the ninja soon follow. Hawkmoth is his usual jerk, the ninja use some miraculous and just generally deal with the chaos all while they figure out how to get home.
Monkie Kid crossover: the ninja adopt a child from another realm when he randomly gets spit out by a portal directly in their front yard.*

Amnesicpirate!Jay au/ Orpheus!Jay: Jay gets kidnapped by Nadakhan and has his memories stolen. Jay is told that he’s always lived on the Misfortune’s Keep and that his name is Orpheus. The ninja recognize him, he doesn’t know who they are or why they keep calling him “J”.
Bunker au/ Bunker!Kai: Movie!Kai finds an abandoned super villain lair under his house and decides to use it as his own personal secret clubhouse. Show!Kai ends up in the Movie universe and Movie!Kai puts him in the super villain bunker and keeps him a secret from everybody while Show!Kai figures out how to get home.
Cryptid Jay Aus: Jay is a Cryptid that endlessly builds towers that the ninja need to stop. 3 versions, Gay, Child* and Greiving.
Amongus!au: The ninja are aboard a spaceship, and everything is going fine. Until they realize there is an imposter on the ship, planning to kill everyone.*
Kai instead au: In the pilot, Kai gets taken by the skullkin instead of Nya. Now she has to go find her brother. Nya gets help from three students who are also trying to stop the skulkin, they also want some weapons that she couldn’t care less about.*
DHMIS!au: The ninja as the Dhmis characters. Things go about as well as expected.*
Animaniacs au: The Warners mess with a machine of the Brains, meant for Brain to use the help of alternate universe versions of himself. This causes the three Warners to to be teleported to this weird place called “ninjago”, like what a stupid name!*
Hadestown au: It’s the Hadestown musical. Garmadon is Persephone, Misako is Hades. (Plasma au)*
Wrong place wrong timeline: The ninja keep seeing the apparition of a strange person desperately trying to get to them, disappearing right before they get to them. When trying to learn more about what’s going on, they learn that Garmadon is a little more ruthless than they thought.*
Blog God (Departed)
Brainwashed Kai au/ Brainwashed!Kai: Instead of just stealing Kai’s element, Aspheera decides to take him as well, brainwashing him into being her servant.
Siren Jay au/ Siren!Jay: Jay is part siren on his mother’s side and doesn’t have perfect control over his siren powers.
Element Swap au/ Element Swap!Kai, and Element Swap!Nya: Nya is the master of Fire and Kai is the master of water.
Ghost of Time AU/ Ghost of time: Kai dies fighting Krux and Acronix in the timestream, causing him to be removed from time. Small evidence remains of him existing like a blurry video of his final moment. Kai’s ghost is outside of time and has virtually no memories. The ninja think he’s important, but can’t figure it out, plus there are some holes in their own memories where things don’t make sense.
Duolingo Lloyd: Lloyd is the duolingo bird (with a gun) and terrorizes Kai in his nightmares. (and I guess now Misako has an alter ego named Rosetta Stone that’s the same thing)

Hypno-Fan!
It is time for me to do my annual review of HypnoCon. As with prior years, this is a very broad and generalized summery of what happened at HypnoCon for those unable to attend. I use the Discord name of the presenters.
Hypno-Fan!
Once again, I’m heading home from HypnoCon 2019, with a full heart and baggy eyes. I got little sleep so for the first leg of the flight, I crashed hard. I pity the poor woman who had to sit between Bill and myself. I’m sure she got stereophonic snoring. I always want to write this when everything is fresh in my mind.
Bill and I arrived Thursday morning in San Francisco. The gods on non-reservations smiled upon us. We made it to the hotel and stored our bags. We grabbed lunch, did a little sight-seeing and waited for the arrival of the other attendees. Everyone started arriving at the hotel in the afternoon. We looked at the hotel’s fantastic conference room. Our rooms were a bit on the small side, but we were there for HypnoCon, not sleeping! The room that became the hospitality suite shared the same smallness as our hotel room. We pushed aside as much of the furniture as we could to make room, borrowed a few chairs and adapted. Thursday, happened to be my husband’s birthday, so our friends joined us at “The Stinking Rose” to celebrate. I really enjoyed the meatloaf. Bill got to wear the garlic hat as we sang “Happy Birthday” to him, and we sang it well. What do you expect from a bunch of gay men besides perfect harmony? Bill’s night was made when this drunk woman stumbled out of her Uber into him. She asked for forgiveness as she knew she was drunk, but it was her birthday. Well, it was Bill’s birthday too! I have the photo of the two. Afterwards, we enjoyed a few drinks at the oldest bar in San Francisco. It’s so old that nobody knows its name! We headed back to the hotel room, met a few more arrivals and more hugs and kisses.
Friday arrived, and the gathering began at 5:00 PM with registration and the meet and greet. We had a lot of new people there. We lacked a lot of time to greet because we scrambled to get dinner before Brizy of the Brizy Comics Patreon’s stage hypnosis show. At 8:00 PM, HypnoCon enjoyed it first stage hypnosis show. Brizy got six volunteers for his first part of the show which included some of his bits that you might have seen in his YouTube videos. Everyone enjoyed Brizy stories and his careful and expert handling of the volunteers. One particularly funny bit was Briz made himself invisible to the people on the stage. He grabbed this adorable teddy bear and started moving him around. The volunteers showed reaction from amusement to fear. Briz made the bear crawl around on the subjects. The bear became a possessed bear and flew around the room. The volunteers displayed fear until Briz snapped his fingers and made himself reappear. He gave the bear to one of the volunteers. After a brief break, Briz started the second half of the show. A larger different set of volunteers came on stage to be hypnotized for a more adult themed show. That ended Friday.
Saturday was the more structured and informational part of HypnoCon. Registration opened and already, we saw we had a large turnout. Uncle Drew demonstrated the basics of hypnosis with a standard hypnosis session between him and a volunteer. I followed with an example of an erotic hypnosis session. So many subjects agreed to be part of the experience that I needed help stroking the hands of the subject to feel pleasure. Uncle Drew retuned to the front to demonstrate using hypnosis in puppy play. Rickthetist followed with a demonstration of using hypnosis in bondage. While he hypnotized one volunteer on the stage, he phrased his suggestions to allow people listening to the demonstration to experience being bound to the chair they sat. Next, we took the annual “Wish You Were Here” photo and went to lunch. We came back and Master Shack lead a discussion of creating a safe space when using hypnosis. I followed with being a better hypnotist. GoingDeep gave an excellent talk on being a better subject. BullBoy taught the group about power exchanges from both the Master’s side and sub’s side. Briz shared his views on fetishes and kink. Rickthetist hypnotized a couple of people to humiliate them. I received some feedback from the day, and we ended the lecture/demonstration of the day. Dinner took us to the Delancey Street Restaurant for the Saturday Dinner.
Sunday morning, we had a brief demonstration of new technology used for hypnosis from GoingDeep. Samhypnosis gave us a preliminary report on an academic study on hypnosis fetish. Some ideas to work for HypnoCon 2020, which will be in DALLAS!! HAHA Just Kidding! It’s in Vancouver, British Columbia.
So, what is Hypno-Fan? In the small hospitality suite (more like a hospitality closet), the ceiling had a very artistic fan. The fan’s blade curved outward suggesting a spiral pattern.
