Social Media are helping us stay connected to people we knew even if we are away unlike before the Internet was Invented, keep updated from the latest news to the trending fashion, You can also use it to learn, for education. You can even start a business using the Social Media, This is the Good Side of the Social Media. But people can be so cunning and manipulative that they will use Social Media or the Internet as a whole to harm others or trick them, This is the Bad Sides of Social Media. People Often Hack, Scam, Send Threats, Send a Virus or Any Cybercrimes that you can think of.
Although Social Media is a Useful place to gather informations, always be mindful of things that you see in the Internet, not all information is true and reliable.

Born on July 19, 2006, in the district of Tondo, Manila, Allen Andreih G. Garcia appeared as the eldest child in a union blessed by marriage. From an early age, he expressed a strong and unwavering passion for basketball, dedicating his formative years to basketball training and skill shaping.
In his early years and up until this day, Allen drew inspiration from professional basketball players who all paved their way towards the taste of success. He practiced his skills under the guidance of Coach J at the Athletic Club, achieving notable success with a quarter-finals appearance in a competitive basketball league, competing with different neighborhoods.
The foundation of Allen’s determination lies in the unwavering support of his closest loved ones, specifically his family. The decision never to give up became his guiding principle throughout life's problems and challenges. Despite his undeniable dedication, Allen faced periods of wavering motivation, an obstacle he courageously overcame.
Allen Garcia has become a source of pride for his parents, demonstrating a remarkable progress and commitment to the sport of basketball. Simultaneously, he has pursued academic excellence, currently overcoming the challenges of senior high school. Allen is fondly remembered for his kind, trustworthy, and dependable characteristics, leaving an unforgettable mark on those fortunate enough to know him.

5 years with JETMS
The real world has now started…
Ah, after two years of being stuck in one place, I can finally step foot on my school. Everyone was totally excited, some were still adjusting as freedom wouldn’t be a thing now. Freedom in terms you can freely disregard a class because you won’t be seen by your subject teacher getting distracted. What’s funny about the start of this is that I was absent. Dengue reasons. I had to miss orientation because of this.
Well, I had a hard time making friends as almost everyone was a new face. I would always go to the circle of mine whom I already know. At first, everything was normal. It all seemed normal but the fact that you have to run along with time, it added a bit of challenge.
I find this situation funny as this is our last year and we are being challenged to the core.
Research, events to handle, art was even another thing that challenged me too much in this. There were really a lot of differences.
Going back to my Grade 8 Intramurals journey, I also became a huge part of this year’s intrams! I took it as an experience but I did want the team to win. The Cardinals were awarded as the fourth team to win. I would sometimes go back to those memories as it all felt like a passing dream.
It also showed that I can really do great with my English answering skills during question and answers. That was kinda cool of me to be honest.
After such a celebration, I even had to experience interviewing and giving our research instrument out. Just being under the quantitative research design will stress you out. Reasons with it need extra examination as it involves statistics and exact numbers to be proven.
Our research is called ‘’Age and Traffic Sign Awareness among Road Users in Bugallon Proper, Ramon Public Market and National HIghway’’ that is yet to be finished as a lot of revisions are needed especially as our upcoming defense is coming. I am still not ready as everything that happened in our mock defense didn’t sinked in well.
All I can say is that I am trying to become sane? Sane in terms of being okay, having the willpower to live as life is really testing my patients.
I am also the elected SSG Treasurer of this school year. Patagalog muna saglit pero tuwang-tuwa ako na nakuha ko ulit itong position na ito. I tried grasping onto this during Grade 9 but due to COVID-19, I couldn’t continue the position I was given by the students. This experience really gave me a twist of events, the main reason is that my classroom, 12 Revelation has been experiencing loss of allowance on a frequent basis. This became an endless loop that is why I would always bring the SSG wallet with me.
Another turn of events is Work Immersion! Binalik ng JETMS ang work immersion! I found this experience endearing as we were placed in the Persons with Disabilities Affairs Office of Ramon, Isabela. There, I got to witness how the real world of work moves.
I was accompanied by Leyamir Santiago, a close friend of mine. She kept the workloads on deck as I did half of them. What really triggered my curiosity is how they work despite their disabilities. Ma’am Elyn has no left hand yet she still encodes the needed personal information online well. Too well actually. Watching her would please you as it showcases the real ability of a person no matter what hardships they have. I would like that this experience would be passed on to the next generation. It is the most exciting part of the process, learning, adapting and socializing with different people.
This is indeed stressful but the experience is worth it. This is a way for our school, JETMS, to let us practice what we can offer to different people. That alone is trusting the process manifestation.
School year 2022-2023 is about to end next month, exactly on June 30, 2023. What we are really hoping is that we can still march onto the stage without worrying much about the pandemic situation. I still have pending workloads under at least 3 more subjects and I do hope I can pass them all in time, with a good grade and a good mental health.
In time, we can do everything if we do it right.
Until next time nalang siguro ano? This JETMS journey is about to end and college life is waiting. I really do hope everything goes as planned as well. Mabuhay!

I am a HUMSS student in Iligan Capitol College, Basic Education. You can encourage physical fitness by planning activities and supporting physical activities. Use your knowledge to emphasize the importance of holistic health in shaping a healthier future. Also, as a HUMSS student I will explore more knowledges about physical fitness and share it to our younger fellow students so they can know more about physical fitness and it’s importance. It can also be advantage for us in the future and make a good and healthy lifestyle.
Why Physical Fitness is important?
• Save money - you can reduce your risk for certain disease such as heart disease and diabetes through reducing risky behaviors and living a healthy lifestyle.
• Increase your life expectancy - studies have shown that regular physical activity increases life expectancy and reduces the risk of premature mortality. There’s not a magic formula that translates hours of physical activity into hours of life gained, but research suggests that people who are more active tend to be healthier and tend to live longer.
• Improve your quality of life - exercise has been shown to improve mood and mental health, and provides numerous health benefits. Of course physical fitness also allows you to do things that you may not otherwise be able to do.
To put it simply, physical activity and exercise is important for everyone. Children, adolescents, and adults of all ages need regular physical activity. Physical activity promotes good health, and you should stay active throughout all stages of your life regardless of your body type or BMI.
Understanding the benefits of physical fitness and knowing how active you should be can help you maintain good health and improve your overall quality of life. Here are a few benefits of regular physical activity that demonstrate the importance of physical fitness.

1.Pangaso

ESSAY NUMBER 4.
Everyone in the world makes a new friend, I had one and he made an impact on my life. I called him " Bop" because i like bibimbap. He taught me many new things and a new place, where I can go if I feel sad. He's there if I have a problem, but when he's the problem, he's big enough to handle it himself. But why is that, my world stops when I'm with him, even if we're not doing anything, it's like our world is still fun, maybe he's the best character I've ever met.
His humor is funny and he also has common sense, he is fun to be with because he looks like a clown. He is family oriented and a sporty person, sometimes he is annoying because instead of helping me, he will make fun of me first so we end up fighting. We are both grade 12 students and academic achievers so I can't deny that I have a crush on him, he is good at playing billiards so sometimes I teach him. Once I told him my favorite food so that's why, every time he visits me he brings my favorite food, he is also close to my brother because they are both crazy.
His brown eyes, raised eyelashes, a pointed nose and just the right height. Her clothes smelled good and her nails were also clean. One time he cooked adobo chicken and made me taste it, the taste of laurel leaves, the saltiness of the soy sauce is just right, and the chicken is soft and juicy, he just needs to add pineapple chunks to make it the best Adobong Manok, I've ever tasted. I don't know if he is happy to be with him but is that it? My negative thoughts disappear when he is with me.
He was the best thing, sometimes I used to say hurtful words to him but he wouldn't let me. Sometimes when I have difficulty with a lesson, he will do his best to explain it was clear to me, even if he himself was confused. I know that we are still young and there are many people we will meet and be with, so now I am grateful to him because he helped me how to be happy alone, how to handle the self when you yourself are the ally of yourself.

A group of friends, Wendy, Annikah, Madonna, Russel, and Mark are having fun mocking and trolling people they know online when suddenly they all receive a message (Chainmail) from Zoe. Even though Madonna was bothered by it, they all ignored it at the chainmail and continued their discussion as they deemed Zoe weird. Unbeknown to them, the chainmail is haunted by a girl who seeks justice for the tragedy she experienced.
This film put a great importance in Media and Information Literacy. The Haunted Chainmail is a movie inspired to spread awareness on the dangers of the internet, cyber bullying, and other dangerous situation a person might encounter using the internet because this thing can happen in real life and everyone can be a victim

Lakbay-sanaysay
Ang layunin nito ay karaniwang itakda kung saan napunta ang manlalakbay. Nilalayon din nitong idokumento ang mga karanasan sa paglalakbay.
Ito ay isinulat upang ihayag sa mambabasa kung ano ang nakita at natuklasan sa paglalakbay gamit ang mga pandama.
Ang katangian nito ay umaakit sa mga turista na bisitahin ang inilahad na lugar. Maglahad ng mahahalagang impormasyon gaya ng mga direksyon o direksyon para makarating sa isang lugar.

Ang talumpati ay isinasagawa upang tumugon sa isang paksa o isyu, na magbibigay katwiran o paniniwala sa mga makikinig gamit ang pagbigkas o bibig.
Ang talumpati ay may katangian na pormal at malinaw na daloy ng mga ideya. Ang uri nito ay nakabatay sa mga tagapakinig.
Replektibong sanaysay
Ang replektibong sanaysay ay naglalayon na maiparating ang pansariling natuklasan o naranasan sa ispesipiko na usapin. Ito rin ay naglalayon na maipabatid ang ang mga nakalap na detalye o impormasyon na natutunan ng mambabasa ukol sa paksa o sulatin.
Ang replektibong sanaysay ay isinulat upang ihayag ang mga personal na perspektibo sa usapin, o mga bagay tulad ng karanasan, damdamin, opinyon, at natuklasan patungkol sa isang paksa. Maari rin itong makatulong sa may akda na mas mapabuti ang kanyang gawa. Ito ay karaniwang ginagamit sa mga akademikong papel, blog, at iba pang mga uri ng pagsusulat na nangangailangan ng pagsusuri at pagpapaliwanag ng sariling karanasan at perspektiba.
Ang replektibong sanaysay ay may katangian na malinaw ang pagpapakilala o introduksyon, katawan, at ang konklusyon upang maibatid ang mga nakaraan na kaganapan at kung paano ito nakalikha ng pagbabago sa mambabasa.
Buod o sintesis
Ang buod o sintesis ay naglalayon na makakuha ng maikli ngunit mahahalagang impormasyon sa kabuuang teksto.
A buod o sintesis ay kalimitang ginagamit sa mga tekstong naratibo para mabigyan ng buod, tulad na lamang ng mga maikling kwento.
Ang buod o sintesis ay may katangian na komprehensibo at maikli sapagkat ito ay kinakailangan upang mapaikli ang bersyong orihinal. Ilan sa mga ito ay dapat nasasagot ang sino, ano, paano, saan, at ang kailan.
Panukalang proyekto
Ang layunin nito ay makapagbigay ng proposal sa proyektong nais ipatupad.
Ito ay ginagamit upang mabigyan ng resolba ang mga problema at suliranin.
Ito ay may dalawang katangian maikling proyekto at mahabang proyekto.
Ang maikling proyekto ay naglalaman lamang ng dalawa hanggang 10 pahina na kadalasan ay nasa anyong liham lamang samantalang ang mahabang proyekto ay naglalaman ng mahigit sa 10 pahina.
Katitikan ng pulong
Natatalakay ang mga hakbang sa pagsulat ng katitikan ng pulong.
Pag dodokumento ng mga mahalagang puntong inilalahad sa isang pagpupulong.
Ito ay dapat na organizado ayon sa pagkakasunud-sunod ng mga punto ng napag-usapan at makatotohanan.
