I had been struggling with my weight for years and knew I needed to make a change.
I decided to go through bariatric surgery, but the real challenge was yet to come. 
After the surgery, I would have to commit myself to a healthy lifestyle in order for it to be successful.
At first, this seemed daunting as I had never been able to stick with any diet or exercise plan before; however, after doing some research I found out about all natural supplements that could help me along on my journey.
I got started taking them right away and began noticing positive changes after just a few weeks of use! 
My energy levels were up and I felt healthier overall - not only did these supplements aid in my physical health but also helped improve my mental wellness as well.
With determination and dedication (plus the help of natural supplements) I was able not only lose 125 pounds after bariatric surgery but keep it off indefinitely!
Today, I enjoys an active lifestyle full of joy and happiness which is something I never thought would be possible before beginning this journey.

This is why it’s important to know your food sensitivities, to read labels, and to know exactly what is going into your body. I unintentionally ate sauce with lactose in it at a restaurant, and my body let me know soon after. I am very sensitive to lactose. (Lactose is the sugar in dairy). I discovered I was lactose-intolerant after I lost 60 lbs, but couldn’t figure out why I still had a ‘bloat belly.’ It wasn’t until I read Clean Gut by Dr. Alejandro Junger, that I realized dairy was a common food sensitivity. To test a food, remove it for 28 days and then reintroduce it. Pay close attention to how your body responds. For me, the bloat and discomfort started just hours after, and that was the last time I ate dairy (intentionally). When we continually eat foods we have intolerances to, we prevent our gut and health from working optimally, which affects everything from weight loss, mood, and nutrient absorbency. It is only when you are aware that you can choose better. Know your food sensitivities!
