The exception to this if the gut needs repair and it’s hyper-sensitive to foods that it typically wouldn’t be. (New sensitivities that you never experienced before). In that case, I have my clients test for sensitivities before and after due diligence of gut repair. Testing AFTER (at least 3 months) will give a better idea of what true food sensitivities are. Keep in mind that some “health” foods can be medicine to one, but toxic to another. We are all different. We need to eat in a way that supports our unique biology and lifestyle.
