ok but like. they didn’t want him in this sport. they still don’t want him in this sport. and he’s said fuck you and become the biggest, most revolutionary figure this sport has ever seen. he has introduced fashion and music and the world of celebrity into the sport. holds every single record under the sun without ever once resorting to dodgy tactics. is THE greatest british driver of all time. is THE greatest driver of all time. advocates for marginalised groups and wears t shirts that say black power. trans power. refugee power. and his dog has a special pass to come into the paddock. i love him so much and i’m constantly amazed that i get to watch him doing it. he shouldn’t have had to come up against everything that he has but he has risen above it all. i LOVE seeing him at silverstone and getting all his flowers 🌸

I don't understand why Max os doing it for Italy. The italians booed him last year.
Because he’s a good person and booing is literally something that happens when you are going against their home boy? And to be honest who actually cares when people have lost their homes and lives if they booed Max that doesn’t mean that they deserve what happened and don’t deserve help. They deserve the help that f1 and Max are giving.

turns out nothings wrong with my heart probably other than being a bit fast, still no closer to understanding why intense cardio makes me almost vomit and pass out (no it’s not a conditioning thing, it started when I was playing hockey 2x a week and soccer also 2x a week). My moms solution is of course just exercise more with more of said intense cardio but that’s just so helpful when I go too hard a lot of the time I have to literally sit down so I don’t fall over and control my breathing so I don’t puke
Like not to self diagnose here but I think Something is Wrong and especially since it started at the most active point in my life I don’t think it’s that I’m not active enough. And also not to self diagnose but I have just the slightest suspicion that needing to stop and recover for 15-30 minutes so I don’t pass out and or puke when going to hard may be interfering with said exercise.

Dogblr, how do you go about finding a new vet? I mean, how do you know what questions to ask?
Aspen is still doing the “not eating and then vomiting”. We’re going to fully switch him to the Purina Pro Plan Sensitive Skin & Stomach line, and try to see if we could get him an antacid.
I reached out to our current vet (haven’t heard back yet). But, the last visit we had with them wasn’t great—turns out holistic vets aren’t the type of medicine we’re looking for.
I don’t want my doubts over a vet’s knowledge to prevent him from getting care. I just don’t know what to ask over the phone that will help me find a science-based dr without sounding like a know-it-all owner
