Prompt 272
You know what could be fun for Ghosts Are Dragons? How to Train Your Dragon Crossover.
Like, both seafarers and vikings were incredibly superstitious people, even if we don’t see that a lot in the movie series.
And Danny well, he might’ve managed to convince Clockwork that you know what? They do deserve a vacation, fuck the Observants, let’s find a world where we don’t have to worry about the GIW and just vibe!
Now Clockwork, as anyone with eyes can tell, has a soft spot for the little ghost, there are even bets on when he’ll finally bite the bullet and properly adopt the little hatchling. In fact it’s so obvious that several others, Pandora and Frostbite included, borderline kick him out, telling him to yes, do go on a vacation, remember what happened when we all told Pariah to have a vacation and he didn’t? Exactly!
So there they go, a pair, er a trio, um, alright Clockwork currently has six hatchlings with him. Alright. Okay so he’s never had a vacation before (nevermind with his future vision mostly turned off) and is maybe a hint wrong-footed but that’s fine. It can’t be that hard, and really, he easily dwarfs even the biggest dragons in this world, so what’s going to mess with him, hm?
Ah.
Perhaps he should remember how idiotic humans are at times.

Here’s a snake fact I thought you might like: leaping snakes do kind of exist! Flying/gliding snakes, which launch themselves from tree branches and can guide a pretty good distance. The clans wouldn’t encounter them though (also, if you want to see an absolute masterpiece of a snake, you should take a look at blunthead tree snakes. Wonderful funky lads)
I'm aware of them! They're a tropical species though, they need pretty dense canopies to justify having that ability. They flatten themselves so they can glide a good distance to escape predators and travel around. But that's not what I was talking about
I was talking about a snake jumping up out of a log and wrapping around someone's leg before rearing up to bite like a cartoon character. Gliding snakes are still not angry bedsprings that go BOING
Especially not adders

Prompt 260
You know what could be a really funny and fun crossover? Especially with my constant dragon AUs? Danny Phantom and Wakfu.
See, Danny and Tucker have decided to reincarnate together, almost like a vacation after reaching the age of 100. But see, they let Sam choose where they were going to be hanging out for the next however long, for fun!
And see, she saw world full of plants and life and an utter asshole trying to destroy a plant-person city what the fuck- and she tosses their souls into that world right away.
Now see, they didn’t really have any request about their reincarnation except that they were able to stick together. And what better way than for them to come from the same egg! Okay so maybe they arrived a little early- thank you Clockwork- but it’ll take a while to hatch anyway.
Okay, so maybe they’ve hatched alone, but that’s also fine! Sure for literal babies probably not, but they know how to do stuff- mostly. They’ll figure it out! Besides, Tucker is a freaking dragon now, and that’s so cool! And Danny has these cool wing-horns and mini portals too! Sure it’s currently only for this world, but still!
It’ll be fun, and honestly they know how to survive a desert! Mostly!

All The Better To Eat You With
Written for the @allvalley100 Word Drabble Challenge. This time it was “Ritual.” 100 words as counted by A03 Drafts.
This is a companion piece to this!
…
Their Valley had a Ritual—on the longest night of the year, a Sacrifice, tender and young, was offered to appease the Wolf.
Daniel had not been chosen—offering himself instead. And so, the villagers bid him farewell, and the snow fell, and Daniel waited; cold, but for his red cloak. Alone, but for his steady heart.
And the Wolf came.
“Frightened, little one?” The Wolf rasped, claw at his throat.
“No.”
”And still?” The Wolf inquired—looking a Man, handsome and tall.
“Never.”
”Now?” A kiss.
”…Sir,” Daniel whispered, leaning into his arms.
And the Wolf laughed, well pleased.
