the best thing about being very attached to classic children's shows is that most of my friends have engaged with them (they watched them as kids). the worst thing about being very attached to classic children's is that none of my friends are currently engaging with them (they watched them as kids)

The nostalgia came calling…..in the form of drawing Nordegrim (and a little bit of Jancy)
Close ups ⬇️
Also here’s a close up of Neil and Stacey’s cutiemarks (without the filters too so it’s easier to see. :])
(I got the idea to add the question mark in Neil’s cutie mark here, I just wanted to use the heart as well cause of his shirt)

i love you twilight sparkle
i had a lot of fun playing w her design! i think the top left is the best one and the closest to what im going to use but im pretty happy with all of these. i always thought that giving her purple eyes was such a weird choice bc it doesnt pop against her face like w most other pony designs so i changed them to gold and im keeping them that way.
also bonus fun fact, the scrunky looking twilight in the bottom right is a bootleg croc gibbit my friend gave me. i wear my crocs almost everywhere in the summers, and when something crazy happens me and my boyfriend will jokingly look down and say "are you SEEING this shit twilight sparkle"

When I was little, I didn't see much of the g3 shows. I just had three toy ponies. Sunny Daze, Rainbow Dash, and Butter Pop. Though I always forgot Butter Pop's name & ended up calling her Popcorn Pony. Still those three remain my favorite mlp characters of that generation.
I figure if I was gonna draw my faves from early childhood, I should start with Butter Pop aka my homegirl Popcorn Pony!
