MiqoMarch Day 23 - Midnight
With their intended voyage into the void only a few days out, Arsay thought it the upmost importance that she steal her partner away to Kugane, that they might share one more fond memory together should things not turn out the way they plan in the thirteenth. It was as they crossed the very same bridge the miqo'te had once sat on together two years prior when Arsay gifted Y'shtola with a bracelet matching that of her own. A token of endearment which, Arsay confessed, she would have given to her fellow scion back then, had nerves not gotten the best of her. While their relationship has undoubtedly changed since the initial purchase of the jewellery, the sentiment remained the same. Y'shtola was someone who Arsay loved dearly and she will forever be grateful to have the seeker's life intertwined with her own. No matter where their free spirits took them, they would always hold each other in their hearts. A promise Y'shtola was more than willing to keep. She slipped the the string of beads around her wrist without a second thought. They were never to come off, not even when the two decided to delay their return to Radz-at-Han in favour of a private bath at the dead of night.

I know it’s already been said, but i love how the end of Mob Psycho 100 isn’t truly “the end.”
Because Teru now understands how to use his powers for good, because Ritsu finally came to terms with his trauma, because Reigen confessed his deepest secret, and because Shigeo has begun to accept himself,
They can move forward. They can actually start to live.
But healing doesn’t happen just like that. There’s still work to be done, and still many events and traumas that need to be addressed.
The end of MP100 is the beginning of the healing process.
Shigeo and Ritsu no longer have to tiptoe around each other. They can have disagreements and fights that normal siblings do. They can communicate instead of brushing each other off with an “I’m fine.”
Serizawa and Reigen’s relationship can actually start to take off with Reigen’s decision to be more truthful to others and himself. Serizawa can see who “Reigen” really is for the first time.
Teru and Shigeo can actually start to see each other as equals, neither putting each other on a pedestal like they once did. Because they’ve both seen the other as their lowest, they can begin to work through tough emotions both have caused the other.
And Shigeo can finally talk about Mogami. He can talk about those 6 months and no longer have to keep it all locked up in fear that his trauma would be a burden on others. He can rely on his friends and family, an option not available to him when he hurt Ritsu all those years ago.
And that’s why the MP100 fandom can go on for a long long time. There’s so much “after” that has yet to be told. So much that the main series sets up for us that we can explore and interpret both for the cast, and for for our own lives, our own struggles.
The end of Mob Psycho 100 is truly the beginning of everyone’s story.
