I just saw someone on TikTok joke about Nemlei being doxxed, saying she deserved it and “that’s what she gets for making The Coffin of Andy and Leyley” and I just… no matter what you think about problematic fictional content, how messed up do you have to be to think that someone (a real person) deserves such a thing?
it is so irritating to watch in real time the word rape be erased from vocabularies and transform into bloodless sexual abuse and now SA’ed because “sexual abuse” is an umbrella term that does nothing other than minimise the harm caused and give leeway to abusers by erasing specificity. it’s supposed to make you uncomfortable. grow up.
weird tiktok alastor sexuality discourse (as someone who is asexual)
okay so basically, ive been seeing a lot of people over-sexualizing alastor, which whatever its to be expected, but like...i just wish people could not LMAO
"aroace people can still date" sure, but it stops being representation, sorry. like its cool to have a character that isn't sexualized or in a relationship because he's canonically not interested, like its refreshing for someone to see themselves represented like that. i feel like ace people can have at least one character lmao
and just partial side ramble, the like weird overly sexual comments that or just normalized on tiktok is so weird to me, but especially when it's towards ace characters, like why are we making sexually explicitly comments abt a character that is outwardly not interested?? thats a weird cringe mindset idk
yes i know its a character, fake, not that deep blah whatever I KNOW i dont care other than that fact that it weirds me out and i have free will so im posting abt it lmao, k thanks
For context any time I'm saying coquette I mean the sub style of coquette, dollette. I don't mean coquette as a whole
Thanks to TikTok coquette (along with the preppy, and kawaii aesthetic) has now been a target ro 'make fun of'
And before you just say I'm just being sensitive and that it's not that bad, I want to say I'm not angry, just a little upset that yet another more feminine aesthetic has been made a laughing stock because of TikTok
I would say I have many different aesthetics, I'm not doing great financially rn so I don't have many of the clothes for them, but I have researched them for a few years now. I know lot's about them.
And once a style of fashion hits TikTok it will either be a new trend or be made fun of
And for coquette they picked the second route
They have watered down coquette to just dollette, and if it has a bow on it it's suddenly coquette (I'm sorry to all the hime gals and Lolita's 😭)
They also kinda did this with y2k but because they are making actual coquette girls look bad I'm just gonna talk about this one
The moral of this is they basically confuse hyper feminine with coquette, hyper feminine is basically everything pink, bows, and girly things like skincare ect.
But now that's coquette, they also mix coquette and morute which really upsets me bc they call it 'creepy coquette' 😭
This is just a little rant that probably didn't make sense but whatever, I'm just tired of specifically feminine aesthetics getting walked all over by TikTok. Coquette isn't just dollette there's like vintage Americana and like a bunch of others I can't remember
Thanks for reading!! 🩷

Honestly, saw a video a bit ago on tiktok. Some shit about "destigmatizing ASPD", which was all cool and shit. It was a woman responding to someone who fakeclaimed her, she said some stuff about ASPD and spoke about how she was trying to destigmatize it. Which, again, cool and all, but I go into the damn comments and GOD DAMN. The amount of demonization of NPD I saw there. Literally saw people trying to diagnose the person who fake claimed her with NPD, saying she was Narcissistic for fake claiming her, ect. And it really pissed me off, cause like... Couldn't she have deleted those comments at least? God damn. I hate it.
Everytime you defend porn this is what you’re defending. I can’t believe men think assaulting women is completely okay and some women back them up. If a man slapped you out of nowhere while you were talking it would be assault, but doing it during sex is somehow okay?
