I can't believe you, omg.

You open the door, expecting to find the bag of food you'd ordered to be delivered, and you do.

But you find Katsuki too.

And he looks positively livid.

Katsuki glowers at you, teeth bared menacingly. "You can order fuckin' DoorDash, but ya can't answer your fuckin' phone?"

You open your mouth, hoping an excuse will come out, but it doesn't— anything you could possibly say is trapped, lodged behind a lump in your throat that you can't get rid of. Katsuki stares expectantly, oddly patient as he waits for you to explain yourself.

Not that you intend to.

In hindsight, it would have been better to just shut the door in his face, saying you'll talk to him and Izuku when you're good and ready— a promise you don't intend to keep. But, Katsuki is nothing if not relentless, and worse than him is—

You duck down, and push past Katsuki, running. It's nothing short of a miracle that he doesn't catch you then and there, his speed and reflexes far, far superior to your own. You barrel down the hallway of your apartment complex, and you can hear him chasing after you. It won't be long before he catches up to you, and if he does you'll be forced to talk. And you don't want to do that.

So you do something a little crazy.

You reach the stairs and instead of attempting to run down them, you latch onto the hand rail at the top and using your momentum from running, you swing yourself over the side to jump all the way down the entire flight of stairs.

Behind you, Katsuki yells something, your name or maybe it's—

As you're falling, something grabs you, and you know the feel, the ghostly sensation of Black Whip wrapped around your body, the tendrils buzzing with a gentle vibration.

Izuku.

You hadn't seen him, but you should have known he'd be here. Would have insisted on it even. You're lowered to the ground, but you remain wrapped up. Katsuki may be the more fiery of the two, but ironically enough, you think Izuku is the more merciless one.

He appears, approaching you with a frown deep set into his features, his eyes wide and concerned. You're hit with a pang of guilt and you don't know if Izuku means to wield his expressions like a weapon, but it's effective.

"Please," he pleads, stepping closer. Katsuki appears behind him, looking to have hopped the stairs as well. He watches, frowning still, as Izuku does the dirty work. What a perfect pair they are, you think in annoyance. Izuku takes another step toward you, repeating. "Please. We just want to talk, okay?"

okok so first of all; general hcs !!

he likes art!! loves art!! this one is canon to me i just think he is so interested in any and all of humanity’s creative outlets and ofc art is the most prominent one. he loves all different forms of art — from sculptures to paintings to writing to video games (HEAVY on the latter btw i think he's so entranced by new technology) and so on.

and on that note!! i think he paints and writes himself :3 hes been alive for so long, learned so many languages, there's no way he didn't have time to pick up a paint brush. i think he paints to release stress!! and his styles vary but there's something mildly macabre abt all of his pieces. tends to gravitate towards expressionism above all else, especially the abstract kind.

i also feel like he sincerely enjoys ”bad” art like low budget movies and modern romance fiction and goofy video games…… he just thinks they're fun. def gets a good laugh out of them (this man canonically had a whole comedy phase he just wants to have fun!!)

and and and!! this is self indulgent as hell but i also think he cooks. there's just so much to learn when it comes to different cultures and their cuisine and i think they all interest him. but i hesitate to say that he's a good cook bc i feel like he’d make really weird fucked up food combinations just for the hell of it…. he's a freak. 100% the type to mix orange juice w black coffee just to see how it tastes.

i also hc that he has a soft spot for children, seeing as he literally carried and birthed one of his own LMAO... i just think he admires the innocence of childhood !! that childish and simple hope that adults tend to lose. he's very good w them too!! gentle and patient. and in geto’s body he has the softest nicest voice so i feel like kids gravitate towards him (i'm just thinking abt that One scene where he blows bubbles at a playground and all the kids chase them… they love him i just know he's a regular at that park)

FIRST OF ALL he's huge on quality time. if he's in a relationship w u then that means he sincerely enjoys ur company and therefore has a tendency to just bring u with him wherever he goes. otherwise he gets bored and starts whining abt it (silly silly man) hes a lonely guy ok </3 i feel like he gets very sudden urges to explore new places / do new things and he’ll make sure you’re right there w him !! you’ll wake up in his arms only to find you're in a snowy forest or some shit and he just WILL not tell u where he's taken u bc its ”a surprise ^_^” LMAOO

he also takes on a teaching role in the relationship and i think that's where hes happiest !! gets a kick out of it but it's also kind of special to him. especially if you haven't seen much of the world, or if you're just a naturally curious person — preferably both. he just enjoys teaching you new things, leading you towards new sights, drinking in your expressions and reactions. it's precious to him. something to cherish.

ON THAT NOTE i think he has this unquenchable curiosity that gets temporarily sated when he tries to like . Dissect you. see inside your mind. it's like hes solving a puzzle that never runs out of pieces. hear me out riko but i see him as somewhat similar to makima, he's detached and has trouble connecting w people and handles you almost like a math equation….. but since he unlike makima is a human being, i think he still has the capacity to grow to care for you and treat you like an equal (or something close to an equal). he genuinely does love you, but he's rusty. kenjaku just wants to know all there is to know about you — every single thing. he’d dig into your brain if he could, but he’ll settle on just brewing you tea, listening to you speak about your fears, hoping it’ll give him the same insight.

he's a little possessive . kind of a Lot. idk i just think he feels a pang of jealousy when he sees u laugh and have fun w someone else (he's like a preschooler getting pouty bc his bestie is playing w someone else LOL) and that makes him Uncomfortable so he just waltzes in and steals u away w a smooth smile and a hand on ur waist. pretends like it doesn't bother him in the slightest but if u tease him too much he drops the smile and gives u a Look (it's scary as hell so u immediately shut up LMAOO) and god forbid someone else is like… teaching u something… a subject they're knowledgeable abt while u sit there listening happily to their rambling……..... ohhh he gets so jealous it's funny. researches that particular subject in frightening detail JUST so he can correct your little friend and teach u abt it himself <33 weirdo. freak.

he's mother coded in the sense that he's a smidge controlling, good at coaxing you into doing things outside your comfort zone, an expert at making you feel guilty by acting especially sweet and gentle, has the ability to make you cry w one disappointed look etc etc

and he's father coded in the sense that he's easily offended but pretends not to be, wants to see you succeed so bad that it's almost more for him than you, forces you to have really deep onesided philosophical talks at 2am when you just want to sleep, sucks at voicing his love for you out loud so he just buys a bag of your favorite fruit, cuts them into slices and calls it a day. etc etc. he's awful actually. i need him

More About Him: It’s hard for Hayanori to express his emotions. People question whether he feels at all. Their speaking voice is monotone, not giving away their thoughts or feelings much to their dismay. This leads to them outright stating how they feel, with sometimes comedic timing. I’ve been an Asoiaf girlie for about a decade now and I don’t know if it’s always been this way (I never read GoT reader insert) or if it’s just because HotD is the baby of the fandom, but I’m having shit luck finding anything that meets my admittedly exacting standards. I found one, which I’ve linked in my previous post, but not many others. Like some of the smut was hot, but Everyone wants Almond to be a soft boy and I completely disagree. While it’s not as bad as babygirlifying Daemon where you just have to ignore like 90% of his personality if you wanna simp, I think it takes all the fun out of Aemond’s character. Like do what you want idgaf if you want him to be your babygrill, but I find Aemond interesting because (even if it’s his family’s fault for raising him this way) he’s still a bit of a prick. He’s thirsty for battle as all hell and was obviously raring to fight in the last supper scene if daemon weren’t there. Even the night he lost his eye, like of course that was fucked from all sides as it was meant to be because they were literally all kids, but people seem to forget that he was gonna bash Jace’s head in with a rock and so his baby brother cut wildly ya know. Like it’s fucked from all sides even though ultimately Aemond got the most hurt. I liked that Almond was sad in the last episode in THE moment, but he’s just gonna get more fucked from here on out and he was quite literally playing with fire by chasing him in that way. He convinced me at least that he really was gonna cut the kid’s eye out. My point with all this being that almost no one writes him as an asshole in x reader fics and I want Almond and that bitch y/n to have hatefully playful/ just hateful banter until it escalates and they eventually have hate sex. Of whatever sort you choose considering the setting or if you wanna do modern au. Like they can catch real feelings eventually if you want but having illicit, secret, possibly kinky, and emotionally charged sex is far more interesting to me personally. And then they can get caught and forced to get married and shit which could be fun. ESPECIALLY if the reader is a Strong! Like think of the conflict and resolution that would bring!! And I get why people are uncomfortable with it since they’d be related, I’d be uncomfortable too in any other fandom, but in Asiof (especially as Targaryens) that ain’t even that bad. I might write it myself honestly since I’m the one who wants it so bad, but self motivation is a bitch and so am I lmao. Like mad respect to anyone putting their writing out there even if we want different things from the almond boi, I’ve never gotten past outlining generally and y’all should be proud of your work. 11. what’s something neat you’ve learned while doing research for something you were writing? also, how much do you worry about doing research in general?

hmm i can't off the top of my head think of something specific...i've learned about indian media/music and stuff cuz i started deliberately picking up indian artists, writers, etc, especially in naya's context aka first generation kid w/ immigrant parents. as far as research goes in general, i don't think i come off this way, but i'm a Big researcher. early on in joat i literally calculated naya's total wages for her 3 jobs, what rent might be, how much she'd feasibly have saved up. when we moved to ebott i looked up pacific northwest flora to imagine what kind of garden toriel might have. yeah i'm a secret nerd, not my cool loosy goosy persona lmaooooooo...i think the trick is knowing that very little of what you research will make it into text, but regardless it'll influence how you write.

13. talk about a writing experience that has pleasantly surprised you.

oh my god, writing BEDTIME. the chara/naya showdown. holy shit. that scene was never intended to be that badass, it was always just gonna be a conversation, and that chapter came EASY i wrote it in like a DAY, it was NOTHING like i expected it just flowed and it was awesome and UGGGHHH i want another chapter like that......a car-chase kinda writing experience.

40. best piece of feedback you’ve ever gotten.

too hard, i'm very lucky to have gotten so much amazing feedback over the years, but a recent one that really stuck with me was a beautifully lengthy comment on Justice about how the reader interpreted my handling of joat's LGBTQ characters and relationships, and it made me feel extraordinary. i put A LOT A LOT A LOT of thought into that while writing joat, almost to the point of agonizing over it, so having someone acknowledge the attention it's given was genuinely amazing. <3

65. what is your favourite title for a [chapter] you’ve written? 

listen i love all my chapter titles, they're my special treat to meself, a little joke for every chapter. :3 two particular favorites are "The Worst Chapter." and "Anyway Here's Wonderwall," because i knew from the beginning that that's what I'd name the first kiss and i love you chapters respectively.

here's something fun. there's another 2 chapters that were almost named differently, and deep down in my heart....i wish i'd named them these lmaoo. they are: "booooooring" which was almost "GIRLS GONE WILD: Spring Break XXX Edition 💋💋💋" and "Big Girls Don't Cry" which was almost "Ketchup Lore." those are both superior titles.

Fueled by the power of adderall, anxiety, The Almighty Llama, and anime I have completed the story map/outline for my The Quarry fanfiction!

Long rambling under the cut lmaoo

Including prologue and epilogue it's gonna be at least 16 chapters maybe more depending on if I need to split any of them up. No idea about word count but it's gonna be a long one that's for damn sure. Probably gonna post chapters as they're finished since all the key elements are mapped out already.

Gonna be pretty consistent with canon in the first half but I'm gonna be adding new elements and revising a lot of the dialogue. About chapter 8-9 is when the story really off-roads into a different ending and I'm so excited to get to that point!

Major changes I'm making:

Nick, Jacob, Abi, and Eliza have a more active role in driving the story throughout the whole narrative.

Nick is given more backstory and character depth.

Related note, not sure if it’ll come up, I’ve written basic backgrounds/family histories for all the counselors as reference for their character motivations, all my own headcanons based on their canon characteristics and actions.

Emma is given more emotional depth, my headcanon/backstory for her will likely be referenced in her island exploration scene.

Ryan is intentionally written as an autistic character (based off my own experience with my autistic siblings and myself) and his implied relationship with the Hackett family is given more emotional depth.

The counselors already know or have encountered clues and heard the local urban legends from being there for two months. Also they just know more things about the camp’s history in general since, again, they’ve been living there for two months.

The counselors have worked with Caleb and Kaylee as they help their dad run the camp. Only Ryan is close with them, but they aren’t complete strangers to the other counselors.

Silas is described in a way that makes him distinctive from the other werewolves. I also have my own headcanons for how his curse/lycanthropy affects him that is different from the others but it’s almost definitely not going to come up naturally in the story.

I’m a sucker for gay romance and Ryan and Dylan will have more emotional buildup.

There is a car chase! No, for real, I’m serious!

All of the survivors will have an actual reunion at the end of the night/in the morning.

❌ What's a trope you will never write?

I think I'm open to most tropes, but there a couple that im more prone to not really leaning into that much. Like I think that I wouldn't really write miscommunication tropes, solely because just reading them stress me the fuck out lmao. Another that I wouldn't prefer writing is a 'will they wont they' trope if only for the fact that I have watched way too many episodes of Scandal and Teen Wolf back in the day to want to even witness that anymore lmaoo. However, I think both of these could be really good written in a certain way!

One thing about me, is that I love a good time jump. Like truly if I start getting bored with writing the exposition of something I will fully delete it and skip it completely. I think it adds a lot of variety to my work and it prematurely helps stop it from dragging too much hopefully . Also I just noticed more recently that ive been making these motherfuckers run, I think ive done it like three times already and didnt notice til the last time I was typing the chase scene and stopped like "why does this feel familiar?" lmaoo

(INTERVIEW TRANSCRIPT UNDER THE CUT!)

Q1: Tell us a little bit about your project(s)!

Attollo is a cyber-noir horror set in a walled city off the coast of the Atlantic that’s been a victim of a nuclear disaster. After several years of radio silence, you receive a message from your younger sibling that carries a strange sense of urgency to it. Either out of familial concern or boredom, you embark on a journey from your residence to your sibling’s apartment in New Hampshire to see what’s going on and, hopefully, be home before the weekend. Too bad it’s never so simple. Attollo is a 17+ game that deals with heavy topics and a lot of moral questioning; from cults to corrupt government, it has no shortage of monsters in the dark—both metaphorical and literal.

Metamorphosis is a crime/horror story based in the world of crime scene cleanup, where there are three simple steps: Get the call, clean the scene, and don’t ask too many questions. These are the rules that you live by under the employment of Noctua’s Crime Scene Services, and you credit them for keeping you alive.

However, after a routine house call brings forth nightmares of memories that are not your own, you find yourself pulled deeper into Noctua—a city of both monster and man—in a bid to find out the truth behind the murder of Deirdre Callow, and better yet, how her memories came to be yours. Your job mandates that you don’t dig too deep—but could this finally be the exception?

Metamorphosis is 18+ and will have explicit content; follow the last moments of a stranger to find out not only who took her life, but how this connects to the underbelly that Noctua works so hard to hide.

Q2: Why interactive fiction? What drew you to the medium?

Lmaoo, oh man. I think it really all began last summer when I first found examples of interactive fiction. I don’t even remember how I came across it, it might’ve been that I saw it mentioned in a post or I saw it as a tag on Itch.io, but at some point, last summer I began to investigate it more. I think what really drew me in was the ability for the player to control the narrative; it was like playing an old RPG, but modernized, and the fact that I could see a story unfold that was influenced by my decisions was so fascinating to me. Not to mention that IF allows so much more character depth than regular novels, in my opinion.

I’m 99% sure my first exposure to interactive fiction was through the game Crème de la Crème (a fantastic game, by the way) and I just enjoyed it so much that I went haywire for the genre. Then Temple of the Endless Night came out (another fantastic game that I’m looking forward to!), and that was really the turning point for inspiring me to give it a go. Now, almost a year later, here I am working on my own two games!

Q3: Are your characters influenced by your identity? How?

My bisexuality doesn’t have much of a major influence on the game, but I do think it contributed to the way that I view and write relationships. I figured out my sexuality around high school (I kissed a girl in high school and found out I liked it just as much as when I kissed a boy) and since then I’ve been very involved in the LGBTQ+ community of both my hometown and uni town.

I think this involvement, like being able to hear about other people’s experiences and share my own, has made me feel a lot more comfortable writing some of the characters in the game. Although Attollo and Metamorphosis both don’t focus heavily on relationships (both have murder in them, which I feel is a bit more pressing), I do keep the option for any RO’s to be romanced by anyone, regardless of gender or preference, because that’s simply what I’ve become so attuned to. In terms of side characters relationships as well, I think my involvement and my own experiences have allowed me to write far more diverse relationships than I might have, and I think that this has also allowed a more fulfilling experience for players when reading through.

I also have incorporated some struggles that I’ve faced before because of my identity into the games. For example, I and a few others have faced issues with religion due to who we are, and I incorporate this into both games. Dreamwalker, Pariah, and Sysba from Attollo all have shadows of this experience in their character origins, and Ilali and Ariston from Metamorphosis has a major point involving identity and beliefs. Both games also have undertows of ostracization and division between groups, which is also something I’ve experienced in the past. Being able to grapple these moments and control them via a narrative has been eye opening for both myself and others involved, and I’m hoping it can be a learning experience for the readers as well.

Q4: What would you like to see more of in LGBT+ fiction?

I think, now, the amount of progress in LGBTQ+ fiction is expanding at a wonderful rate. There are so many interactive fictions with options to select sexuality, select gender, select beliefs, etc. However, despite this expansion, there’s still a good deal of backlash against some aspects of LGBTQ+ fiction.

For example, as a bisexual woman who has dated men, I know there are some individuals who may not consider me a part of the LGBTQ+ because of this aspect. Not only is this incredibly disheartening, but it’s a viewpoint that I think should be educated against, and fiction is a fantastic pathway to do this. Another example I can think of is a friend of mine who identifies as asexual but is sex-neutral rather than sex-repulsed. Most people can’t believe her when she says this, and she often faces backlash for this declaration as well. This is another thing that I think that, with exposure through a medium such as fiction, can be worked on.

What I’m trying to say here is that I think LGBTQ+ fiction can be a brilliantly educational platform—if used right. Although it already teaches so much with what it has, I think having that representation of different subgroups of sexuality, of their experiences and beliefs, so people can become aware and knowledgeable of these options, is something I’d like to see more of.

Q5: What or who are some of your biggest inspirations?

Oh man, I struggled to list off inspirations because I know I have some, but as soon as someone asks me who they are my brain just goes ‘brrrrrr’ LMAO.

In terms of the games that I write and the worlds that I build, I think David Lynch and Robert Chambers are probably the two that I somehow incorporate. Attollo and Metamorphosis both have a lot of surrealist horror, which are what these two really specialized in. Shirley Jackson is also another person who inspired me a lot when it came to the writing and creation of Attollo, especially the intrapersonal relationships between the characters.

In terms of life, this is something else I really struggle to answer. I don’t really have celebrity inspirations or anything like that, but I do get inspired by my close friends and sister a lot. Seeing them go through the struggles that they face and absolutely thrive really drives me to push through my own struggles. They’re the strongest, most brilliant group of people that I know, and I consider myself incredibly fortunate that I can be a part of their lives. Not only that, but we also all collectively encourage each other to push further and to chase our dreams (as cheesy as that is LMAO) and that’s something that I think is another stroke of good fortune. I struck gold when I met them, and they’re some of the biggest inspirations in my life.

Q6: What’s a super vague spoiler for your current project?

For Attollo, I’d say ‘Home is where the heart is.’ For Metamorphosis, to quote John Berendt, ‘Always stick around for one more drink.’

Q7: Lastly, what advice would you give to your readers?

What advice would I give to you all? Oh my, I’m not exactly a wise woman here, but I’ll do my best to give you something lmaooo. I think what I really want you to walk away with, from both my stories and this interview, is that if you’re passionate about something, then share it with the world. Don’t let anyone deter your passion.

I remember listening to this painter once who commented to his friend how he ‘really liked painting’, and his friend’s first response was ‘but are you good at it?’. He then compared this to the scenario of walking; would you say, ‘but are you good at it?’ to someone who said, ‘I really like walking’? No, because it simply wouldn’t make sense, and it doesn’t make sense to say that to anyone who’s doing something out of passion.

To put it simply—if you love something, then don’t let anyone take that passion from you. I began writing these stories because I’m passionate about Attollo and Metamorphosis; I love each character, each bit of lore, and I share it with you because I want you all to enjoy it as well. Am I the best writer? God, no. Does everyone like what I write? Definitely not. But will I let this stop me from writing, from enjoying what I’m doing? Never, and I want you to do the same.

The cover story was so convincing. WHEN HE SAID MS Choi ARE YOU STUPID , I WAS SO PROUD. Jang Han SEO should be an actor istg😂. Me Han was suspicious tho. ‘Bye ms Choi’😂. Just hold my hand lmao. I like how mr Han also stood up against ms Choi. IT WAS A SET UP YAY. I like how vin was worried for him and asked him if he was scared, nobody asked him that in his life time🥺. MR NAM COMING AS A REFREE WITH HIS ROLLER SKATES. Vinny , mr nam and jang Han seo make a great team. They way they just look at each other and smirk. Mr cho getting beaten up🥲. I feel like mr Kim will be the real villain pulling up the strings. Han seok throwing a tantrum like a spoiled annoying brat and ms Choi acting like his mother. ‘ you must admit, Vincenzo is no match for you’ I was like FINALLY THEY REALISE. Han SEO not getting scared of his brother outright telling him that he is not scared and dumb anymore. You can see shock on Han seoks face when he realises that he can’t control his brother and when he laughed at him I lost shit.Jang Han SEO FINALLY standing up to him. Him pressing the hand cuffs please he is really learning a lot from Vinny. Han seok realising that he doesn’t have enough power is just so satisfying to watch.

The scene where Han seo says that Vinny is like his brother and like how he is comfortable with him. The scene was so heart wrenching. He has never experienced love and warmth. When Vinny told him not to call him brother you can see the pain. He is thinking that I wish he was his real brother so that I don’t have to ask for his permission to call him brother. When Vinny agreed you can see the happiness in his face and how he got all giggly and happy. Please someone hug him. The scene touched my heart. You can see that Vinny CARES for him. He really does. He really has been treating him like his little brother. You can also see that Vinny got a bit sad by how Han seo was treated. You can see a bit of protectiveness when he looks at Han SEO. I am really scared for Han SEO though. Like really. Vinny finally showing Han seok who is the BOSS .His story about his past was given in two lines but it didn’t feel rushed and I was satisfied. The writer really is amazing. The story about how he tortured the murder and saying that he is a cat which likes to play with his mouses aka the enemy was scary and so satisfying. I always thought that he was this kind of a guy. This just shows how superior he is. The big brain energy he has is just amazing. Like how he literally played Han seok. Everyone fangirling over luca aww. Vinny happy to see Luca but it was ruined by serious matters. Angry Vinny is so sexy. The chayenzo moments were less but it’s okay. I love how they are slowly building the relationship which will be unbreakable. I saw that the curtains of both Vinny and chayoung house were open. Does this mean they are finally acknowledging their feeling? The photo was so beautiful. Look how lost Vinny was when inzaghi didn’t come. The whole goodbye was so emotional. Chayoung is so strong. A true Mafia wife. Look at her consoling everyone while putting on a brave face and a smile. Some one hug her please. The whole geumga plaza giving him food and warmth I am crying. When he says thanks bro to bye bye balloon boss. I was like AWWWWWWWWWWW. Chayoung literally learned Italian FOR HIM I AM CRYING. Ohoho well, STRAP IN I GUESS LOL. It’s not quite a book, but.... 

I dated Number One when I was just an itty-bitty freshman. He was a good guy at his core, but had way too many demons that he couldn’t control and, as a result, ended up lying to me about a lot of really important, unforgivable stuff. 

Number Two was, frankly, a straight-up asshole, but oh so charismatic and charming, which is probably why I fell into his trap so easily. He was fickle and vain, always chasing after the next “shiny” thing. So when I apparently started losing some of my luster, he was quick to cheat on me with a senior girl on the cheerleading squad. Fast-forward to three months later: he apologized and wanted me back. And I, being fifteen and stupid, forgave him. Fast-forward one more month: he cheats on me with a different girl. We never spoke again. Two strikes and you’re out, buddy. 

Then came Number Three, who was an amazing person in every way, especially after the heartbreak fiasco that was Mister Number Two. He was my first time, my first almost-love, the first guy who made me feel truly safe, special, and respected. We were romantic co-leads in the school musical, and he even asked me to his senior prom while we were on stage together in the middle of a scene lol. But he was a year older than me, so we broke up right before he left for college. It ended on decent terms – no arguments, no drama. But it was hard. And it really hurt. 

The next guy is my “.5” because we never technically made anything official, even though we acted like it sometimes. He played trumpet in the pit orchestra for all the school musicals, so we crossed paths on occasion, but the two of us became much closer during the first half of senior year. He made it very clear from the get-go that he was interested in me, but, admittedly, my heart wasn’t fully in it; I was still reeling from my breakup over the summer. But this guy was sweet and funny and sort of made me think that, over time, maybe I could fall just as hard for him, too. So we went to our senior prom together, with a big group of people, some of whom I knew and some not so much (he and I came from different but adjacent social circles, so there was only a tiny bit of friend overlap). As everyone was lining up in the backyard for pictures, I glanced down the line and saw none other than... Number Three. It completely caught me off-guard. He’s probably the last person I was expecting to see there, let alone as someone else’s date to my prom. Thankfully, though, it was a large enough group of people to avoid interaction with him, but it did kinda put me in a weird mood for the rest of the evening. A friend of mine was hosting a post-prom sleepover at her house, but I was so emotionally/physically drained by the end of the night that I opted to go home instead. Mister .5 seemed strangely annoyed by my decision, but we parted ways with a kiss and that was that. Literally. He stopped calling/texting me and acted distant at school until, eventually, whatever thing we had fizzled out into nothing. Later, I found out that Mister .5 told my friend that he was, in fact, annoyed at me for not attending the sleepover because, apparently and I quote, “the only reason I asked her to prom was so that she’d sleep with me afterwards”. So. That sucked lol.

also to recap: my period has every sign of starting(including cramps) but nothing, I've been horribly nauseous all day, I feel a hunger response when I'm DEFINITELY not hungry(stress eating and it's the only thing that makes the nausea subside) and headache(altho that could be the lack of sleep). Also emotions all over the place(Crying, happy, very on the hat etc)

1. SAMMM. Dean was acting off the shits, so he had to step up and exasperatedly handle everything, and piece stuff together. Like mans is actually quite smart and quite resourceful when he has to be, and it's nice seeing that. It's also fun FINALLY seeing him lighthearted again, even if I don't like how.

2. Dean's guilt complex. Man internalizes a lot of things, and while they BARELY make sense(thin veneer, easily cracked) he hides it enough so that no one asks(and he represses so he certainly doesn't), and he can continue feeling guilty. Now here's the thing. He feels guilty, Sam doesn't, the middle ground is where they should be(taking responsibility) and they like...never do it.

3. monster of the week. No but having monsters switch to grey instead of black and white, and having Dean comment on it is SO good, because he's like...that Masculine Parody/Ideal depending on who's writing him, and like he was written to be the hero. any gray was always overridden by that. But with kripke gone, they start actually doing grey, and there's nothing simple anymore. Like I like with how off the shits it got, they still kept the theme of "it's more grey now" but like kinda for real(where Dean and Osiris said the same thing). ALSO, I think it would be useful as a scale back. I know they'll not do it because EVEN BIGGER DBZ LAZER is fun, but I think having more monsters of the week by choice and not "oh god we have runtime" would be really good, because that's where this storyline SHINES! it's got a lot of characters, a lot of lore, and a lot of issues to pick through, a monster of the week is WAY more effective than a longer story, and would help the scaling back issue.

4. pontificating about the season/why it's easier to watch. Like is this season as good/vibey? probably not really, but honestly I can actually stand watching it. Like it's very cringe in places but also, it doesn't hurt me or make me feel uncomfortable as kripke stuff does. It matches the vibe of "after work/school show" perfectly for what it is.

5. the vibes/Osiris. I like the idea of osiris and going to the bars, and the courtroom and the RED! SAND!! I got that one. But I'd also like to say that Dean saying the SAME thing that osiris said was like...he's not villainized, but I think they're trying to make him slowly grow as a character. It's like sympathy/he sucks kinda/we like him for him a sa character and I think that was really neat.

6. it felt a little bit like excusing tho. Like if Sam is the good one, then it felt like excusing them of the harm they cause people. I want them to change their behavior! not beat themselves up over it or think it's fine cuz he went to hell because of it!

7. J O. the "no autonomy, he's making me do this," the being able to see through things(and no longer hungering for something that she doesn't really know) (like...she wants SOMETHING, has it crawling under her skin but doesn't know what, and that's gone when she's dead) and that whole thing where she asked Dean if he wanted to die as a persona. Oh my god.

8. Dean persona. Yeah the whole thing where he had to convince himself to be a womanizer, the "I"m 90% crap line" OH MY GODD THAT HIT. That man is also a persona. maybe a commentary on american masculinity in general, maybe not. Also, eldest daughter syndrome, he internalizes everything and everything is his responsibility("I didn't get a childhood")

I feel like you can also make an argument how trauma makes you the extreme of something(uncaring for smol sam, internalizing for Eldest Dean), and it breaks your ability to do what you need to(empathetically do your fucking job and not be pieces of shit).

I see why this show was so popular amongst mentally ill people(myself included) holy christ

okay so have some thoughts on the sea of thieves potc dlc under the cut now i’m done! obviously spoilers incoming for anyone who wants to play/experience these for themselves

tall tale #1: pure, unadulterated fun. the first one is definitely the most straightforward adventure with this really trippy section at the start with potc ride queue music and ambient rushing water sounds that make you feel like you’re about to get on the ride and smell the water. we spent most of our time yelling at the talking skull to shut up and then realising that we actually needed him for a lot of the side content lmao.

tall tale #2: if you can get through the entire thing undisturbed by other players being assholes and glitches, this one is reaaaallly cool. we had to abandon our group attempt because of the former and i went back to resume it alone later on. the reveal of the black pearl chained to the ocean floor is just. chills. and anamaaaarriiiaaaa. of all the characters to appear in this, i was not expecting her.

tall tale #3: hands down my favourite purely for the number of film and ride references, like they really threw the whole lot into this one and i recommend everyone interested just go and watch a playthrough on youtube because it is SO fun. jack really said i’m dead again and this time i want to stay dead and i’m gonna make the player go through a dreamscape of moments from my past (i.e. moments from the trilogy and a bonus sequence from the original ride which was my absolute faaave) in order to catch me and tell me to get back to the land of the living and help fix the mess i created. also barbossa gets a cameo, which is fun, and gibbs writes a book on jack sparrow which??? thank you rare for confirming my headcanon lmao.

tall tale #4: flying dutchman flying dutchman. and the score??? like the score is consistently incredible throughout, but it really shines in this one due to the different variations of the davy jones theme they use. also this one made my jack/calypso shipper heart very happy, i’m just saying. plus jack is the most interactive by backseat sailing in this one (rather than being peripheral/having to spend the entire adventure chasing him down lmao) and helps out during combat. making davy jones straight up evil (even though it’s loosely explained by the fact that this is davy jones after the dmtnt end credits scene) is kinda meh but. it’s generic fare for potc tie-ins

tall tale #5: jack saved my life far too many times in this tall tale, i hate to owe him such a debt lmaoo. this one was the grand finale and it was definitely Stressful. but the cutler beckett cameo was very, very appreciated because he is so often forgotten about in wider universe stuff. i feel like i have to go back and watch someone play it again to truly understand what beckett was doing there because i feel like there was a Grand Scheme there that flew completely over my head due to the Stress of doing this one on my own?? but that was definitely a Thing. davy jones becomes marginally less Straight Up Evil but that’s still kinda meh. also there are journals on the black pearl at the very end which are very enlightening as to how this connects to a post-dmtnt jack and i actually find them pretty interesting to consider in my post-dmtnt verse. also we still never found out who this mysterious female person is that jack made a promise to and i think this mystery will haunt me for the rest of my days. obviously i know who i want it to be, but who i want it to be is definitely not who it is lmao.

When I started writing again it was purely because I was an anxious mess in need of some escapism. I’m so glad I was able to pull nearly 250 of you into my fantasy world based on the hot mess that is Twilight.

It feels like I’ve built a little family on here who I can come to when I feel like like I had enough of the real world. I appreciate each and everyone of you who have followed me, liked, commented, reblogged or even simply only read my stories.

I also wanted to give a special thanks to all the people who have ever sent me an ask to compliment me on my works, compliment me as a person, share their stories with me about themselves, tell me I inspired them, share with me my stories helped them through a hard time and ask me how I was doing. Maybe you guys don’t realize it, but I felt like a very special girl every time I opened the site or app to see an ask in my inbox. It truly made my day especially when I was dealing with depressive episodes or with a lot of anxiety because of school.

I have had a hard time writing recently, but I hope that changes in 2021 so I can fulfill all of my requests which are unfortunately still chilling in my drafts. (sorry about that btw)

Here's my 1 hour writings, i just woke up today and this idea came out in my mind and i quickly made it into a drabble. And finally i made a bbangmil fic! one of my fav ship🥺❤ they are just too cute for each other😭 enjoy this makeout session of bbangmil after the bday party lmaoo not 18+ ! but a lil bit. Today is younghoon's birthday. the big baby is turning 24 this year. So the members already prepared the surprises and the bday cake as well. But it's too sad bcs younghoon gonna leave early tomorrow morning for his drama so the members will celebrate it earlier.

They finally celebrate it together in 10pm before midnight bcs younghoon need a good sleep to prepare his drama shooting. As always, they're so loud while surprising younghoon. Younghoon seems to be expected it as well but he's beyond happy.

Then while holding the cake younghoon said so much thankyous to the members and his wishes. They play with the cake's cream playfully to each other. And hyunjae is younghoon's target.

"Im gonna put the cream into your face like a santa!!"

"Fine fine as you wish bday boy" hyunjae smiled and lean his face to younghoon.

Younghoon smiled happily like a puppy while putting the cream cake into hyunjae's chin and hyunjae looked like a santa with white beard.

"Look at you sweetie!! You're like a grandpa! Hahahaha!!" Younghoon looks so happy and laughing his ass off.

Hyunjae just smiled while looking at the bday boy and strokes his hair

"I'll get my revenge later!" say hyunjae while pinching his boyfriend's cheek.

The other members still playing along with the cream as well. There's sunwoo who chased chanhee. Juyeon who laughs at them. There's sangyeon and jacob just shaking their head looking at the others. Younghoon's bday night is a whole success!

After cleaning up the mess they made, the members go to sleep rightaway. While hyunjae is about to sleep, he hears slow steps walking towards his room. Hyunjae thinks maybe it's haknyeon bcs he's not here yet then he takes his phone and scrolling the sns. Suddenly the door opens, hyunjae still on his phone

"Oh haknyeona, did you just eat again in this hour? Is there anything to eat in the fridge tho?"

Silent for a moment, hyunjae realizes there's no answer.

"Haknyeona, answer me-" say hyunjae while getting up from the bed and see that it's not haknyeon standing there.

there, a big baby standing in front of the door holding a pochacco plushie, and keep staring at hyunjae with puppy eyes. The bday boy is here.

"i-i told haknyeon to switch room just this night.." say younghoon carefully.

Hyunjae just smiled looking at his adorable boyfriend in front of him.

"Dont just standing there, come here" say hyunjae with his warmest smile as ever

Then younghoon walks cutely through the room and gets into hyunjae's side. Younghoon just snuggles into hyunjae while holding his plushie in hyunjae's bed.

"You big baby, is this how you ask me to give you a present?"

"i just want to spend more time with you bcs tomorrow i'll be gone for a while"

Hyunjae pulls younghoon closer as he strokes his hair softly.

"im not cute." say younghoon while looking up to see hyunjae's eyes and pouting

hyunjae hugs him tighter and so does younghoon. They stay like that for a while.

Until hyunjae is about going to dreamland, younghoon suddenly loosen up their hugs and look up into hyunjae's face. Hyunjae is startled for a bit while staring at the younger's face.

"oh what's wrong baby? Cant sleep?"

"No.."

"So what is it? Is it cold?"

"No.."

"then wh-"

"i want an early present"

"early present? From me?"

"uhm. A present" younghoon nods while saying present eagerly.

At first, hyunjae didnt get what is his boyfriend wants. He didnt buy anything from him yet, what should he give at this hour- ah- wait- okay. Then he got what younghoon means.

Hyunjae moves up again into younghoon's face and cup his face with his hand. His thumb carressing younghoon's fluffy white cheek.

"Do you like it? my present? Is it good?"

Younghoon smiled and puts his hands into hyunjae's neck

"thankyou this is beyond amazing" they both smiled and chuckles for awhile.. until hyunjae puts a soft kiss to younghoon's nose. Hyunjae buttons up again younghoon's pajamas while looking at his beautiful art he made in younghoon's body. The pinkish marks is all over the baby's white milky skin. Hyunjae is satisfied and smiled while younghoon pouts as he sees hyunjae buttons up his pajamas.

"you really eat me up alive, happy?"

"it's what you asked though? You're happy anyway" hyunjae smiled while hugging his boyfriend closer

Younghoon didnt answer bcs yes he's too happy right now. And he just smiled shyly and hides into hyunjae's chest.

"Aw poor baby got shy. Next time after your drama ends, i'll give you more"

Younghoon just hugging him closer as he gets shy but he's silently nods...

"night baby. Lastly, happy birthday. Sweet dreams" say hyunjae while kissing younghoon's forehead.

They finally enter the dreamland after the hot makeout session while hugging each other tightly.

little that they know, there's the other members watching them from the little space of the door. Turned out younghoon didnt close it right so it gives little space to the members to see what happened inside.

"lets make it quick, make eric sleeps in another room then" finally chanhee changes his mind

Juyeon smiled widely and kissed chanhee's cheek quick. Juyeon runs to eric telling him to move and finally juyeon goes back and quickly snuggling into chanhee.

Meanwhile in sunwoo's room :
