Im gonna start watching Supernatural season 6 but before that, I have some predictions. Most of these are based on the assumption that every season from now on is basically gonna be a self-contained arc that they wrote without knowing if they were gonna get a next season or not, just to make that clear.

Theres gonna be a villain thats basically just metaphorical celestial hitler bc if theres one thing english-speaking people inexplicably love to put in their media its nazi imagery. The metaphorical celestial nazis are going to be angels (because making them demons would be too obvious) and depending on how late or early this is gonna be in the series, Castiel is gonna have like, a radicalisation arc basically. I think if its gonna be in the sixth season right away, he'll definitely get radicalised but if its in seasons 7-10 I dont think thatll happen but if its in seasons 11-15 I think it will happen. I do have reasons for thinking that but Im having trouble articulating those so Im just gonna move on

Theres gonna be another fanconvention episode (probably multiple given that we have 10 seasons ahead of us) and theyre going to mock destiel shippers and Im going to be so unbelievably upset

Theres gonna be a season where the main villain is some kind of nightmare creature guy thats causing everyone all over the globe to have these horrific nightmares so people dont wanna/cant sleep and because of that whole lot of people are just straight-up dying from lack of sleep or because people are too exhausted to funktion properly so theyre hitting people with cars n shit like that. Sam and Deans nightmares are mostly about their daddy issues and whatever mistakes (or potential mistakes) they made in the season before that and I dont think they'll show Cas' nightmares but if they do, theyll be full of fucked up religious imagery

Alternatively, the nightmare creature guy has the ability to manifest peoples nightmares as tangible things in the real world but mark my words, theres going to be some kind of nightmare creature guy

Zombie Apocalypse Season

Theyre going to bring back vampires and have a conflict about the ethics of being a vampire, basically an extended version of that one episode with the vampires who only killed and ate animals, except this time theyll also make fun of twilight bc why not. fuck it we ball amiright

Castiel is gonna turn human temporarily at some point and Dean n Sam are gonna turn temporarily non-human at some point

Speaking of which, Sam standing outside of Deans house watching him eat with his son was probably not meant to be literal and was purposefully very ambiguous but I think the writers are gonna take advantage of that and have a plotline about Sam being a ghost in the sixth season, or even an angel if they wanted to get wacky with it which, honestly they should. I once saw someone describe Supernatural by saying smth like "the first five seasons were the actual show, everthing after that is just the creators retirement plan" do Im definitely anticipating some bullshit (affectionate), but also some bullshit (derogatory)

Dean and Sam and maybe Cas are gonna have to fight like, dark evil AU versions of themselves who wear all black and have really heavy eyebags or fucked up eyes at some point

I just remembered that theres gonna be dragons who just look like guys in this show bc Ive seen a few spoilers for it and I literally do not have any predictions about them, like I cannot even conceive of dragons being in this show why did they put them in there

We're definitely going to get a bunch more evil women in this show so I think we're gonna get succubi, sirens, whatever other monsters that are usually portrayed as beautiful women, we're getting them

A three! I think I’m mid range cause I ain’t terrible but there is still shit I gotta improve and grow in my writing

2. Why do you write fanfiction?

to manifest what canon won’t give me and to write more! (though yes it is mainly about the smooching and the— I’ll stop there LOL)

3. What do you think makes your writing stand out from other works?

Hm! My weird research details? I’m that “fun fact, did you know...” in my fics sometimes LOL! I plan on giving a penthouse for erina in a fic and I went through penthouse listings in Japan for floor layouts and locations💀 my research gives me inspo and depth to stuff I think I lack in comparison to others sometimes.

4. Are there any writers that inspire you?

In terms of fellow fic writers, one of them I can’t name here but she’s an inspiration with her exceptional gift for prose period and her lovely skill at comedy! I want to be as funny as her when I write, I love her ironic situational humor. Other fic writers are @takoyakitenchou, @royaldragonsevgisi15 who I always love sharing ideas with and motivate me to create more! For non-fic writers it would be V.E. Schwab, Leigh Bardugo, Oda, and Horikoshi! The last two may be mangaka, however they are writers as well to create their stories! The depth these creators have given their worlds and interesting characters theyve given life to are all what I aspire to be like!

5. What’s the fic you’re most proud of?

so far uh?? hm everything I’m currently writing are wips lol!! im proud of my wip that has been nicknamed ‘soma panics’ that is a multi-chapter fic that spans like probs 20 plus chapters maybe

6. What element of writing do you find comes easily?

dialogue! it’s so much fun! and character thoughts. I’ve said to people I may be better suited for script writing

7. What element of writing do you struggle with most?

I think it’s description, of like setting and showing action. also an expansion of my vocabulary LOL

8. Which character(s) do you find easiest to write?

erina! I think it’s because canon has shown us many of her different faces and range of emotion.

9. Which character(s) do you find most difficult to write?

SOMA!! chill ass mofo whos more carefree compared to the common shonen protagonist! for other shokugeki characters I’m not sure just yet because I haven’t flexed my fingers enough for the rest of them.

10. What’s your favorite genre to write for?

I guess I should say romance cause that’s what I mostly write LOL!

11. Who or what do you find yourself writing about most?

Sometimes! There are times songs will be on loop and times I just shuffle a playlist. and if I’m writing in random bursts it’ll be with no music but it really does depend lmao I think music is when I’m forcing myself to write?

completely independent ideas, I’ve realized in the past prompts shoot me in the foot often unless I luckily figure something out. but I’m often driven by my own sporadic self interest with shitty ping ponging attention

multi-chap I guess cause I can post without being finished LOLLL but tbh can I really answer? I haven’t finished anything.....

25. Have you ever daydreamed about side adventures/spin-offs from your fic? Tell us about them!

I can’t answer this question imo because I haven’t finished a fic yet so technically stuff could all fit in the one fic?

26. Is there anything you’ve wanted to write, but you’ve been too scared to try?

MYSTERY AND CRIME! I love the genre and I have plot ideas once a blue moon but I can’t dive in because I want to make details that work and reduce plot holes where suspension of disbelief isn’t as needed. I need to study it more (I need to study all the details for any of my fics imo to be confident sometimes LOL)

27. What’s the nicest comment you’ve ever received?

I don’t think I can say one comment was the nicest because I’ve gotten comments that have given me quite the smiles to my face many times! I know this is a cop out but it’s true!

and also rad. i am never this vocal about my emotions like EVER but this needs to be said your fics are obviously far from perfect, as are mine and everyone else's. but the thing about your works is that they're so well-sanded that it's impossible to find any rough edges or faults in them in terms of cohesion to a plot. your cast is never OOC and the amount of effort you devote to developing your takes on the characters as accurately as possible is unimaginably awe-inspiring.

I’d like to believe I take it often well to try and improve because that’s always my goal. if someone is rude lol that’s not constructive snd is unhelpful. If I disagree with criticism I’ll explain why !

Not yet, but I have some plot ideas I think will let me test this.

elliott fuji, a japanese-american award winning photographer who is erina’s boyfriend in ‘soma panics’ which..causes soma’s panic LOL he’s 30 with slightly wavy black hair. I still haven’t pinpointed his personality just yet...he kind of humble brags for sure an artsy fucker and flirts maybe I’ll make him a lil shy though. he teaches sometimes, and becomes an adjunct photography professor in Tokyo so he can be with erina.

a cook is unfashionably late in realizing his feelings.

33. Is there anything you wish your audience knew about your writing or writing process?

I am a slow. so slow. motivation who is she? I also write out of order, unfortunately a bit too often.

Soma drags his palms down his face and groans. He doesn’t like this at all. He doesn’t shy from confrontation but this is a whole different ballgame. Soma doesn’t play any ball.

“I guess..?” Is his reply, because he thinks he isn’t sure how to answer that.

“You guess?”

Just being questioned again is enough to crack Soma’s pathetic facade as if it was dropped chinaware and he lets out the longest sigh.

“No.”

35. Ramble about any fic-related thing you want!

I’ve mentioned it throughout this but the WIP I’ve nicknamed ‘soma panics’ is something I’m super excited to write, but it’s going on slowly...and almost completely out of order. out of all of my writing it showed off that particular habit of mine, along with “what is this, a shoujo manga?!” though the latter is currently being written chronologically now that I’ve posted chapter one and is pretty solid in direction. it was originally supposed to be a one shot but I got impatient and wanted to post at least something for the sorina / soueri fandom.

however, because ‘soma panics’ (I won’t call it that LOL) is my baby I want to keep true to my rule of refusing to post it until I have a draft of the entire fic finished and I’m satisfied with the main points pretty much. due to my writing out of order, I’m worried I’ll change my mind about scenes or want to reflect things in earlier chapters for later ones etc etc

I joined the SnS fandom extremely late, as season five was airing. I was a fan of the manga five years ago and dropped it because I forgot to check for updates when I caught up 😔 I really want to bang out the different fics and aus for sorina that I have before the fandom fizzles out entirely but tbh I’m writing for myself, I’m manifesting what I want to see and I’ll just share it with all my friends to read if no one else will. cause I’m slow broski I dunno what writing fast even is like LMAO I do really want to write faster though, so I can contribute more and let the words free from the discord dms....

TPN soundtrack

I’ve been listening to the OST very frequently again due to season 2 now being delayed until 2021 and.. hm, recent manga events. Some songs are very memorable to the point where I can see the anime scene in my head, while others had me think a bit more until a certain scene clicked. Even after re-watching the entire first season multiple times over the past year, there were still a handful of tracks from the OST that I didn't recognize at all. So, I spent an entire night watching all 12 of those episodes (yet again, because what else am i to do during this quarantine) to find where these songs might be hiding. I took note of all of the tracks actually, even those that went unused after some digging around.. and this is the result.

When & where do the wonderful songs of The Promised Neverland play?

Vol.1

Introduction: (im actually surprised how often this one is played)

EP1 (first minute) - When our favorite trio of young kids inspect the gate.

EP1 (10:48-13:10) - After the first game of tag, when the children are near the fence talking about those that left the house and their own personal wishes.

EP3 (9:19-10:21) - While Emma finds the tracker's location on Carol.

EP6 (3:59-6:09) - When the trio learns about the clues WM left behind via morse code while Don & Gilda enter Isabella's secret room.

EP7 (3:03-4:12) - When Krone tells the kids about the chip attached to the adult's heart.

EP9 (12:52-14:50) - When Ray reveals he never experienced infantile amnesia.

As a Soft Morning Sunrise:

EP1 (19:53-21:20) - After Emma & Norman return to the house and get the idea to escape. The full song is played this time.

EP10 (10:32-12:50) - During Norman's shipment scene after he stops Emma from hurting herself and says goodbye to her.

EP10 (20:12-20:37) - The melody is sung briefly by Ray.

EP11 (9:54-10:19) - Isabella hums the melody again while putting the babies to sleep.

EP12 (17:31-18:20 & 18:48-19:44) - The melody is hummed by Isabella and then Ray during the flashback. After the flashback, the melody is heard again and then transitions into "TPN Main Theme 2."

Demon's Manifestation:

EP1 (17:40-17:49) - When the demons first appear. It actually transitions right into "Tight Tension" rather smoothly.

Emma's Sorrow:

EP4 (11:08-14:12) - When Don & Gilda are told the "truth" in the library and join the escape plan. Continues when Ray questions Norman after in the hallway and ends while Emma & Gilda chat in their room.

Dancing Krone:

EP3 (16:45-18:08) - While Krone joins the kids in a game of tag.

63194 (Emma’s theme): (personal favorite! i pray it plays whenever we get to the Goldy Pond arc)

EP2 (17:50-20:32) - During the trio's conversation near the wall, when Norman gets Ray to join the escape plan despite Emma being so adamant about not leaving any child behind.

Unused. Yes, this track is actually different from the one played in the anime when Norman sees Conny's dead body.

Krone's Scheme:

EP3 (6:47-7:25) - While Krone is in her room talking to herself about getting Isabella fired.

EP4 (3:40-4:13) - In her room again, after being scolded by Isabella.

Existence of an Insider:

EP5 (8:40-11:06) - During the later half of Ray and Norman's conversation about Ray actually being a double agent. Continues as Ray leaves into the hallway and shows off his wonderful slasher smile while Norman is thinking on the bed.

Emma's Agony:

EP2 (2:45-4:42) - When Norman & Emma are talking about what they saw and heard the previous night at the gate.

EP5 (14:45-16:44) - When Emma calls Ray's bluff about him actually accepting the idea of having everyone escape, then threatening him not to sacrifice anyone for their sake ever again.

EP6 (11:14-12:40) - When Don confronts the trio in the dinning hall about their lies and demands the whole truth.

EP11 (3:26-5:24) - When Ray reveals his plan about setting the house on fire and suggests escaping at night.

Isabella's Lullaby (No Vocal Version): ???

Unused. It's still pretty though.

Krone on the GF String:

EP8 (6:22-9:48) - During Krone's flashbacks and her final moments.

TPN (Pf solo Version):

EP4 (18:27-21:16) - While Ray and Norman discuss a traitor's possible motives, continues during Emma's talk with Norman about saving the traitor, ends when Norman calls out Ray being said traitor after discovering the rope under the bed was taken.

EP6 (17:00-18:55) - When Emma tells Norman about a potential plan to catch Isabella off-guard. Norman then finds the lighter fuel Ray has been hiding.

EP10 (5:09-7:50) - During Norman's flashback of when he was sick and used the cup phones to talk with Emma & Ray.

EP10 (16:52-19:16) - In the infirmary when Emma refuses Isabella's offer to become a mom.

Vol.3

TPN (Main Theme 2): (very similar to the previous main theme, but apparently this one has different cords at the end. for the life of me i honestly can't tell the difference myself)

EP12 (19:45-21:09) - While the kids are running free and Isabella returns to Phil and the other young children. Ends as the escapees witness their first sunrise outside.

Prison Break: (second favorite!)

EP12 (5:55-8:41) - Starts when Isabella alerts headquarters about the escape, continues when the kids show off the training they've accomplished in order to cross the cliff, which Don then demonstrates.

Strategy for Escape: ???

Unused. Composer Takahiro Obata imagined the trio planning their escape. (it's a shame because i actually really like this one.)

Emma's Determination:

EP6 (13:30-15:50) - After Don punches Norman & Ray. Everyone then apologizes to each other.

EP9 (9:50-11:15) - When Emma gives Ray the idea to break his arm and get sick so neither of them get shipped.

Grandma and Demons:

EP3 (10:46? 11:05-11:22) - During Isabella's nightly check in with Grandma Sarah while the demons talk about the harvest. The first couple seconds sound different in the anime than the actual track.

EP11 (7:30-9:02) - Upon Ray pouring lighter fuel on himself.

Isabella's Lullaby (Mandolin Version):

EP12 (14:13-14:40 & 15:27-17:30) - During Isabella's flashback of Leslie.

EP9 (5:17-6:50) - When Norman fetches a glass of water. And then drops it. Because oh god, this boy just realized that he's dying tomorrow.

EP12 (1:28-4:00) - When Phil is told the truth about the house.

Their Own Thoughts: ???

Unused. Composer thought about Conny who didn't want to leave.

Reasoning for Escape:

EP3 (4:08-5:45) - In Isabella's office when she informs Krone that some of the kids found out the secret.

Ray's Retaliation: (third favorite! i also enjoy it more than his actual theme, oops)

EP8 (13:41-15:27) - Upon Ray getting locked inside Krone's old room by Isabella, though he eventually escapes. Ends before mother dearest catches up with Emma & Norman at the wall.

EP11 (11:30-13:25) - When Isabella enters the burning dinning hall, while the children escape the house. Ends when poor mother finds Emma's ear and realizes she's been fooled by a bunch of children.

TPN (Epf solo Version): ???

Unused. Played in the drama CD though, apparently?

Bonus. If you thought the lullaby was played more, then you're not entirely wrong. Many of the tracks include the same melody:

Jan 2021 Wins

ive “journaled” for 6 months now. it started as small ___ wins because when you feel rly empty, even doing the bare minimum feels like a win. written down some of the wins. i think until now i’d like to keep the “win” part. a win against my shadow sometimes. a win in life. some things to be grateful for. a win for remembering it later in the future. i know some days im just basically doing nothing. there are a lot of wars not won by me. but im still tryna ✨manifest✨

1 - woke up. watched bts’ 2021 seasons greetings. read trap city. afternoon nap. pupuy’s mbah passed away. i got DOMS in my body even though i did the barest of exercise yesterday (frail, i know). shower, matcha latte.

2 - the x banner atikah and i sent for racil post thesis defense has arrived lmaoo. mom made delicious (and sweet) fried banana. did some studying (more than usual, bcs the bar is on the floor)

3 - ate muesli, 3 risols. Kopsus coklat at flavola. Stayed there from 12-ish to 17:30 lmaooo. weekly bahas soal w/ fi. Rapat nemo

4 - first day of collab module. Barely cicil ukmppd. My mood is normal-ish but i hardly have the will to study. Dinner is fried fish with mentai sauce, potato wedges, and saladdd by mom

5 - collab module, qa presentation for rsui reps. finished reviewing tryout 2 solid. did padi pretest (got 66,5). ate chicken porridge, a bit of muesli and vsoy, tan ek tjoan bread, matcha latte, fish and chicken and potato wedges and salad, fried banana. i ate well today lol.

6 - slept during collab webinar, went to clara’s place to study osce and attended padi together. i ate well at clara’s placeee lol. ate nastar, kusuka, white kwetiaw with soup (?), and lele goreng. went back home @ 9 pm. i feel refreshed. even though we’ve half studied half mukbang all day. human interaction rly does heal me. i need human interaction more than i think. at night i dreamed about going to bali, to waterparks, seeing sea creatures, watching a movie displayed on a concert-like stage and screen at the front row.

7 - woke up at 07:55, finished my part for collab group work. felt a bit tired today. the rest of fam went to DM, and when they were on the way back i HURRIED my way out, not even taking a shower lmaoo. got pistachio matcha latte at starbucks dm. now im more skilled in searching the best spot in a cafe to distance myself from people lmao. the matcha latte is served with some sort of pistachio cream and sprinkled with nuts on top. its like when sbux had taro matcha latte and it had purple cream on top. the pistachio taste is quite strong. reviewed TO 1 padi, sent proposals for nemo sponsorship.

8 - did syndrome try out and padi 2 web try out. studied for osce and padi @ clara’s place. wanted to order pizza since clara bought me food before, but she insisted in ordering lmaoo. so dinner is pizza hut

9 - woke up at 11.00 lmao. havent had breakfast. lunch is muesli with the brand new delishhh chocolate granola and cimory banana milk. did one shot try out, got 71. had a google meet with Prof Agus (that ethics book ghostwriting job from a year ago is not finished until now huaaa) that went from 20.00ish and finished at 22.30,,,,, reviewed syndrome try out along the way. havent made my collab self reflection hhhh. i also need to study for osce. also havent edited article for bukang solid. and there goes my saturday nooo

10 - i swear i keep waking up late lmao. Flavola w atikah, racheel later came with wawa. Kopsus coklat and ukmppd class w dr yudo. After class i just talked at flavola (and ended not studying osce at all for sunday). Went to racheel's to pray and talk some more. Hurriedly went back for booty call with fi, watched konser dies natalis first. Tryout and sum study with fi and clar that went from 20:30 to 00:10. Powered by left over kopsus and 2 snackit pia. Rip my sleeping schedule

11 - woke up at 10:30 ish, the lack of meal and horrible sleep pattern (for my standard) produced stuffy nose during the day and a bit of headache that went away for a bit after i ate. Late bfast is muesli, drank protein, ate tan ek tjoan, plus 2 brownies in the evening. Tht coaching w dr niken. Did self reflection for collab. Had dinner without rice, as usual. Ukmppd class w dr ayu. Finished reflection at 21:30 lmao (deadline is 23:55). Tryna sleep and my nose is still itchy and i sneeze a more often. i hope it goes away 2mrw

12 - DV coaching, scele tryout, took a nap before padi cause my head kind of hurts. Les padi while drinking matcha with vsoy less sugar and no added sugar. I can withstand the horrible sugarless cy matcha taste bcs theres a taste of soy. Didnt do anything else. Havent studied osce on my own until now. Astagfirullah

13 - my head still kind of aches. Its goes away when im eating. im eating so well during the weekdays that i gained 2kgs lmao. lazed around the first half of the day. padi. finally tried saint matcha and damnn its an amazing upgrade from Cy matcha. the green color is super different yall. Cy’s green looks sick and tired compared to saint matcha. the taste? immaculate (although coco deli is more fragrant). caffeine? hits. awake and feel normal? yes. messaged an ao3 author and got replied and turns out she’s making a sequel for my fav fic of hers. yay

14 - osce practice w ara ren ness. bedah and anak osce coaching. had 3 of mom’s cinnamon rolls and matcha latte for the afternoon. cicil osce DV. edited some pld articles. did nothing else basically

15 - wasted my day, didnt have the courage to study osce (i feel like i procrastinate on it bcs it feels overwhelming to me), TO FKUI 2, hurriedly reviewed to 1 before, les padi. i feel like this is the least focused im being in a les. maybe its the too few matcha powder.

16 - woke up at 9 am. breakfast is muesli. reviewed to 2 fkui w apa salahku (finished at 12 pm, there goes half of my saturday). tried fried chicken master. its good and tender but i still prefer moon chicken.

17 - breakfast is muesli, banana and 2 martabak tahu. snack is keripik pisang aduuu wenak (and picking bits of meat cooked by mom). went to devi’s place w/ racheel silvi. brought RJ to be wrapped. we watched okay madam and its super fun, hilarious and full of twists anddd a bit of cutesy romance. just the right balance to enjoy and let the stress out. late lunch is moon chicken yay!! went home after maghrib, did to padi 6 w/ fi and matcha latte. talked about a senior’s wedding and eating healthier til 22:30

18 - To fkui 3, wasted my afternoon playing my phone, finally mustered some will to study after ashar. My progress is rly slow today. Watched hilarious jessi interview with eric, heechul. Im telling u, i thought tiktok is the funniest internet content but i was wronggg. Seeing heechul flustered is hilarious. Tried to study again at night but only learned 1 disease hiks

19 - had no idea what i did before dzuhur lmao. went to racheel’s to surprise atikah. actually napped at her place lmaoo why do i feel so sleepy. gifted rj to atikah. we ate fried chicken master and pempek on a small green table and talked. its like korean movie lmao. we talked while im simultaneously listening to padi lol.

20 - woke up at 8, chicken porridge + muesli and low sugar vsoy for breakfast. arrived at clara’s @10am. to fkui 4. reviewed it. reviewed general physical exam. finished up to padi 7. tried bombo donut. studied osce. i felt sooo dumb in osce (and clara is already super smart). superrr motivated to learn after going back home (arrived at 7) but i ended up opening youtube and drinking protein lmaooo and its suddenly 9 pm

22 - to fkui. padi as usual. had low motivation, so i did the tryout that day close to the actual course.

23 - left home at 06:30 to study together in capitol. had breakfast in mcd first. thank god i ate rice + chicken and breakfast wrap cuzzzz. studied osce together w ara, ical, kelvyn, dio and kak ilonka til about 2 pm. WALKED to bk bcs my parents are there. apparently simply driving to capitol is too much for them. immediately ate muesli at 4 pm cause i didnt eat anything in capitol. did nothing else after that. did not pray maghrib together lmao somehow mom had mercy on me and let me sleep som more. mom bought sate padang but i didnt eat it. i cried in bed because as yoongi said, “this is the real you and this is the real me”. did not shower/wash my face at night bcs i felt like shit lmao rip my face (its a week before bukang photoshoot)

24 - i feel tired, lazy, and just wanted some sleep. like all that’s in me is drained. ate muesli with strawberry milk. tried fitmee beef. its better than i thought. because the noodle is chewy you spend more time to chew. also ate fried chicken and daun singkong. usually i cant wait to go to flavola but even at 12 pm i just feel like laying down. finally mustered the will to shower and go out. its raining a bit on the way. colddd.

(Nasdaq: MRNA), a clinical stage biotechnology company pioneering messenger RNA (mRNA) therapeutics and vaccines to create a new generation of transformative medicines for patients, today announced that the Phase 2 dose-confirmation study of its mRNA vaccine against cytomegalovirus (CMV) is enrolling ahead of plan with data now expected in the third quarter of 2020. The Company also announced three new vaccine development candidates, which support the Company’s strategy, announced January 12, to accelerate new development candidates in its core modalities, prophylactic vaccines and systemic secreted & cell surface therapeutics. The three new infectious disease vaccine candidates complement the January announcement of two autoimmune development candidates, PD-L1 (mRNA-6231) and IL-2 (mRNA-6981), in the Company’s other core modality, systemic secreted & cell surface therapeutics.

Moderna’s CMV vaccine (mRNA-1647), the first mRNA vaccine for an infectious disease to enter a Phase 2 study, is enrolling ahead of plan with the second cohort nearly completed. This Phase 2 study will investigate the safety and immunogenicity of mRNA-1647 in approximately 252 healthy adults in the U.S. at three dose levels (50, 100 and 150 μg) in both CMV-seronegative and CMV-seropositive participants administered in a three-dose vaccination schedule (0, 2 and 6 months). The first interim analysis, expected in the third quarter of 2020, will evaluate safety and immunogenicity at three months (one month after the second vaccination) and is intended to inform Phase 3 dose selection. The Company is actively preparing for a Phase 3 pivotal study, which will evaluate prevention of primary CMV infection in a population that includes women of childbearing age.

The development candidates announced today are mRNA vaccine candidates against Epstein-Barr virus (mRNA-1189), respiratory syncytial virus (mRNA-1345) in young children, and the novel coronavirus (mRNA-1273). mRNA-1345 will be evaluated in early clinical trials with the intention of combining the vaccine with mRNA-1653, Moderna’s hMPV/PIV3 vaccine, to address RSV, hMPV and PIV3, viruses that cause significant respiratory diseases in young children, in one vaccine. Each of these new development candidates utilizes the Company’s proprietary lipid nanoparticle (LNP) technology.

About Moderna’s New Development Candidates

mRNA-1189 is an mRNA vaccine against Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) containing five mRNAs that encode viral proteins in EBV, gp350, gB, gp42, gH and gL. Similar to Moderna’s CMV vaccine (mRNA-1647), the viral proteins in mRNA-1189 are expressed in their native membrane-bound form for recognition by the immune system. There is no approved vaccine for EBV.

mRNA-1345 is an mRNA vaccine against respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) in young children encoding for a prefusion F glycoprotein, which elicits a superior neutralizing antibody response compared to the postfusion state. The Company intends to combine mRNA-1345 with mRNA-1653, its vaccine against hMPV and PIV3, to create a combination vaccine against RSV, hMPV and PIV3. There is no approved vaccine for RSV.

mRNA-1273 is an mRNA vaccine against the novel coronavirus encoding for the viral Spike (S) protein, which was selected by Moderna in collaboration with the National Institutes of Health, the manufacture of which was funded by the Center for Epidemic Preparedness and Innovations (CEPI). The S protein complex is necessary for membrane fusion and host cell infection and has been the target of vaccines against the coronaviruses responsible for Middle Eastern Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS). On January 13, the NIH and Moderna’s infectious disease research team finalized the sequence for the 2019-nCoV vaccine and Moderna mobilized toward clinical manufacture. The first clinical batch, including fill and finishing of vials, was completed on February 7. This mRNA vaccine was designed and manufactured in 25 days and is undergoing analytical testing prior to release to the NIH for use in their planned Phase 1 clinical trial in the U.S. Currently, there are no approved vaccines specific to 2019-nCoV.

About Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV)

EBV is a common herpesvirus that is spread through bodily fluids, most commonly saliva, and contracted primarily by young children and adolescents (approximately 50% and approximately 89% seropositivity, respectively). It is a major cause of infectious mononucleosis (IM) in the U.S., accounting for over 90% of the approximately 1-2 million cases annually. IM can debilitate patients for weeks to months and, in some cases, can lead to hospitalization and splenic rupture. EBV infection is associated with the development and progression of certain lymphoproliferative disorders, cancers, and an increased risk of autoimmune diseases including multiple sclerosis (MS), an autoimmune disease of the central nervous system. There is no approved vaccine for EBV.

About Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV)

RSV is the leading cause of unaddressed severe lower respiratory tract disease and hospitalization in infants and young children worldwide, with most children infected at least once by two years of age. The virus is transmitted primarily via contamination of environmental surfaces with infectious secretions, and symptoms typically begin within several days of exposure. The illness may manifest as wheezing, bronchiolitis, pneumonia, hospitalization or even death.

In the United States, it is estimated that over two million children younger than five years of age receive medical attention and more than 86,000 are hospitalized due to RSV infection annually. Globally, RSV is estimated to be responsible for over approximately 33 million episodes of acute lower-respiratory tract infection, 3.2 million hospitalizations and as many as 118,000 deaths per year in children younger than five years of age. Infections with RSV follow a seasonal pattern, occurring primarily in the Northern hemisphere between the months of November and April, and in the Southern hemisphere primarily between March and October. There is no approved vaccine for RSV.

About Coronavirus (2019-nCoV)

Coronaviruses are a family of viruses that can lead to respiratory illness, including Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS). Coronaviruses are transmitted between animals and people and can evolve into strains not previously identified in humans. On January 7, 2020, a novel coronavirus was identified as the cause of pneumonia cases in Wuhan, Hubei Province of China. Estimates from the World Health Organization as of February 9, 2020 indicate that there are approximately 37,000 confirmed cases and over 800 deaths worldwide. The suspected number of infections is likely to be substantially higher. It is important to note that there is not yet a good understanding of the rate of asymptomatic infection. Currently, there are no approved vaccines specific to 2019-nCoV.

About Moderna’s Prophylactic Vaccines Modality

Moderna scientists designed the Company’s prophylactic vaccines modality to prevent infectious diseases. More than 1,000 participants have been enrolled in Moderna’s infectious disease vaccine clinical studies under health authorities in the U.S., Europe and Australia. I feel like I’m the only one that’s really fucking enjoying this season and it’s kinda disheartening tbh, I totally understand being pissed at how little of eve we’ve gotten but really that’s my only negative for this season? I don’t see Villanelle acting OOC at all, I feel like the whole reason for ep5 was to show that Villanelle is really at a turning point in her life emotionally, I think the biggest problem is that there just aren’t enough episodes per season to get it all in succinctly

DEF have always thought they needed 10 episodes!!

I love that you’re really fucking enjoying this season. Fuck yeha!! I think I was just a little shocked last night coming from a Villanelle stand alone episode where there is no Eve, to only seeing Eve for 11 minutes, I saw that totaled somewhere- I was genuinely What The Hell???

Yeah this is def a turning point for Villanelle and her character. My guess is that they didn’t want to tire audiences with the same ol fanfare- and wanted to truly do something big to get her character emotionally someplace else. I’m hoping it manifests in last two episodes of her reclaiming autonomy, cuz I think we got the breakdowns on lock now for the season ;)

they made a Choice this season to level the supporting cast to the leads and give separate storylines where their relationship is not the main focus , and it’s def an adjustment - but liek...,,, jodie comer and sandra oh are still hot af ya know so like im going to at least enjoy the hell out of that lmao, and i def enjoyed parts of every episode but last night was a wee bit wild... apologies that my blog is a Literal Bit of A Shit Storm of opinions right now but please enjoy the eps for yourself there’s many parts i love too im hoping to ya know make more posts about that, too :)

Im just starting to get into more physical items. I was raised to do most things mentally.

I dont think of it as cursing. More so protection from certain people.

I found out about what I was already doing as being Witchcraft a couple months ago. But Ive been using Tarot, using kitchen Witch spells, as “prayers” as spells since I can remember

Im pretty decent. Most of what I look up is common knowledge to me

I havent yet, but I also dont do many spells verbally. I more so visually manifest

I do, Its just a plain lil notebook, I have just some basic reference sheet type things in it.

I dont particularly enjoy using animal/ human materials. I use natural things, like dirt and water.

realizing that I had been practicing for my whole life and I hadnt known before

yeah, with my mom and her mom. I just didnt know at the time. We do protection spells often.

yup! with my mom and her mom. Its just a family thing we do every time we all get together. I grew up thinking it was completely normal.

My mom says I used to be. I used to dream about natural disasters before they happened as a kid. I dont think im too good anymore. just empathetic.

I dont think I do. If anything, I do feel a feminine energy? dark (like a shadow, not negative) and watery is the best way I can describe it. But its not a human entity. Just energy.

That not everyone believes what you do. And its totally okay! Just maybe dont loudly announce your Ouija board antics with your science teacher in middle school.

I havent before, but im going to try to this year

Absolutely. I want my son to grow up the same way I did around magick. Itll be normal for him.

I think theres a general way that things can happen. More like a decide your fate book. There are multiple options, it just depends on what you choose.

quiet, listen to music i like and that help calm me, slightly cool, a breeze is good. the sound of real water flowing from a lake or ocean. recordings of water dont help me. sometimes white noise if theres too much noise

visualization is the easiest thing for me. ive always daydreamed so heavily that itll be like im dreaming with my eyes totally open and tracking.

early mornings, right as the sun is coming up.

I like doing spell work before bed, when the moon is bright enough to light up what im doing

I dont know if it counts as casting a circle? but i visualize a swirling white ball of energy, starting out like a strawberry size in my hands, and every time i breath in, it gets bigger. Its a protection circle. i learned to do it at like?? 3 years old?

Yup!

If i had to guess, id say multiple gods/ goddesses. one entity shouldnt have that much power imo.

Ive been trying to go vegetarian, and i eat minimal eggs and dairy.

dark, smokey colors. grey, black, dark muted purples, navy, smoky pink.

I dont have many people im even slightly into that stuff, let alone a witch. So usually just “how do i cleanse my house? i think its haunted” type stuff

guess who’s back for more anime recommendations. some asked for more so here I am. part 1 can be found here btw if you’re new

Note that I only listed underrated or forgotten animes that I watched and enjoyed every minute of it and you may be too

91 Days

Lets start with some heavy stuff y'all

91 Days is set during the Prohibition era and tells the story of the protagonist Angelo.

As a child Angelo has witnessed the death of his family who all have been slaughtered by a mafia family. Losing everything he holds dear, he leaves both his name and hometown behind, adopting the new identity of Avilio Bruno. Years later he finally has his chance for revenge when he receives a mysterious letter prompting him to return to his home town and to kill all who are at fault for the tragedy of his family.

(idk I thought that this one is famous but turned out that only a few watched it?? that one is so good idk ??)

Zankyou no Terror/Terror in Resonance

(Idk why people thing this is underrated?? That one watched almost everyone when it aired??)

This one is also a heavy anime so be prepared. (I’m not joking be prepared)

Tokyo has been hit by a terrorist attack that has devastated the city and The only evidence of the culprits is a cryptic video uploaded to the Internet. Unbeknownst to the authorities is that the terrorist masterminds are two teenaged boys: Nine and Twelve who should not even exist. Their plan: to "wake up the world" with their heinous plans of destruction, with their fingers on the trigger.

btw im not pluffing their names are nine, twelve and one is even called five

Death Parade

Imagine that after death, there is no heaven or hell, only a bar.

Yeah you read right a bar. A bar that stands between reincarnation and oblivion. There, Decim will challenge the deceased to a random game in which his/her/they fate of either ascending into reincarnation or falling into the void will be wagered. Whether it's bowling, darts, air hockey you name it, each person's true nature will be revealed in a ghastly parade of death and memories, dancing to the whims of the bar's master. Welcome to Quindecim my friend.

(BTW do not be fooled by the opening if you decided to watch this, I warned you)

Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun/My Little Monster

Ok here some light stuff ^^ Tnkk is a shoujo and one of my fav shoujo tbh.

Shizuku Mizutani, (who kinda looks like Maka from Soul Eater somehow) is only caring about her grades but her cold view of life begins to change when she meets Haru Yoshida, a troublemaker. Sounds like those typical story lines but behold. He’s not much different from her. He also understands little about human nature and does not have any friends. Much to her surprise, he proclaims that she will be his friend and immediately confesses his feelings towards her upon meeting her.

This one is very funny and not that cliché shoujo you would expect and I binge watched it in a day and would recommend 11/10 bc Haru is a precious cinnamon roll who should be protected at all costs

I mean just look at him-

Psycho Pass

Another heavy one (I think I have another type lol).

This anime is set in the 22nd century where the Sibyl System, a very powerful network of psychometric scanners, actively measures the minds and mentalities of civilised populations. With other words if you are a bad person you do not go to jail, nah you will be eliminated.

Into this world steps our main heroine Akane Tsunemori. However, as she works alongside bae I mean Shinya Kougami, she soon learns that the Sibyl System's judgments are not as perfect as her fellow Inspectors assume.

This got 2 seasons and a movie and let me tell you you better watch this because this one will get you hooked !!

Tokyo Ravens

Romance? Check. Magic? Check. Mystery? Check. Very underrated? Double Check.

Onmyodou magic was once a powerful technique which was used by the Japanese during World War II. Later, infamous onmyoji Yakou Tsuchimikado performed a ritual, which goes horribly wrong and the result of this becomes what is now known as the "Great Spiritual Disaster", an incident which haunts the entire Japanese continent to date.

Our boy Harutora, who is a member of the Tsuchimikado's branch family once promise Natsume, the heir of the Tsuchimikado's main family and Yakou’s reincarnation, to protect her as her familiar. However, turned out Harutora has no talent for magic and chooses to live a normal life instead. But when a prominent member of the Onmyou Agency attempts to recreate the same experiment which led to Japan's downfall, he decides to make good on his word and fight by Natsume's side.

Your lie in April/Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso

Here I introduce you to a masterpiece that will ruin you. Like literally ruin you. I'm not even exaggerating, I told my best friend to watch this and she did not talk to me for 2 days.

Our boy Kousei Arima was strictly taught how to play the piano and meticulously follow the score by his mother, to the point where he dominated every competition he entered with ease and he became one of the best piano players. However, after his mother suddenly dies everything went downhill and had to quit the music industry.

Two years later, Kousei lives a monotonous life with his childhood friends supporting him. But he still continues to cling to music, although performing is still an impossibility for him. This is until his unexpected encounter with our girl Kaori Miyazono, a violinist who performs freely without the dictations of a score. A story of friendship, love, music, and a single lie, Kousei's life begins to change and gain color as Kaori helps him to take up music again.

(note: if you decide to watch this pls do not hate me)

Boku dake ga Inai Machi/Erased

Another dark one nice. Our protagonist Satoru Fujinuma has a special gift. He finds himself sent back several minutes before an accident occurs. He has taken advantage of this mysterious phenomenon to save many lives.

However, when he is wrongfully accused of murdering someone close to him, he is sent back to the past once again but 18 years in the past. Soon, he realizes that the murder may be connected to the abduction and killing of one of his classmates Kayo Hinazuki, that took place when he was a child and he tries to prevent the death of his classmate while protecting those he cares about in the present.

Idk why I decided to watch this but let me tell ya my poor heart was not ready while watching this. I recommend this 11/10.

Kyoukai no Kanata/Beyond the Boundary

ok so pls drop everything what your doing and go watch this if you didn’t. pls do yourself a favor.

KNK is about Mirai who is the sole survivor of a clan of Spirit World warriors with the power to employ their blood as weapons. Yeah you read right blood is their weapon. As such, Mirai is tasked with hunting down and killing creatures called youmu, who are basically manifestations of negative human emotions. One day, Mirai comes across Akihito Kanbara, a rare half-breed of youmu in human form. In a panicked state, she plunges her blood saber into him only to realize that he's an immortal being. From then on, the two form an impromptu friendship that revolves around Mirai constantly trying to kill Akihito, in an effort to boost her own wavering confidence as a Spirit World warrior.

CLASS: DEFENSIVE AND OFFENSIVE

HOW PRAYER BECOMES PART OF THE AMOUR.

Ephesians 6:18 Pray at all times (on every occasion, in every season) in the Spirit, with all [manner of] prayer and entreaty. To that end keep alert and watch with strong purpose and perseverance, interceding in behalf of all the saints (God's consecrated people).

1 Thessalonians 5:17 Be unceasing in prayer [praying perseveringly];

Remember we emphasized that the amour of God is something that you put on and in the spiritual this amour is very real.

We also emphasized that this amour is NOT SYMBOLIC BUT A REAL AMOUR FOR A REAL BATTLE.

This amour does not only stand for the things each represents but IT'S A REAL AMOUR.

Now PRAYER IS LIKE A GARMENT THAT BRINGS EVERY PIECE OF THIS AMOUR TOGETHER AND ACTIVATE THEM.

When prayer is used only to get things from God and to solve problems, it is operating at a lower and basic level.

Prayer is more powerful than just getting what we want.

PRAYER CREATES ON YOU SOME KIND OF WEIGHT, OR GLORY, OR BLANKET, OR GARMENT/MANTLE THAT IS NOTICEABLE AND CAN BE FELT.

When you enter a house of a person who lives a life of prayer you can feel, sense and experience this WEIGHT.

When you are in the presence of a person who lives a life of prayer you feel it and sense it.

The queen of England said something like " I fear the prayer of Knox than the armies of England....."

John Hyde (commonly called Praying Hyde) at one conference stood up as a guest speaker and simple said: "My God...."

The heavens were open and he never said another word all morning as the whole congregation was praying enveloped by the presence of God.

One of my niece testified to me how one of her friend who lived a praying life when they were at college had people getting slain in the Holy Ghost just by entering her room or standing at her door.

I have heard people both who don't know me and who know me testify that they could sense the mantle of prayer or grace as they enter or sit in my room.

I personally on several occasions have felt a weight of glory around a man/woman and knew they love spending time with God before I knew they were men/woman of God.

IT IS A LIFE OF PRAYER THAT MAKES YOU A MAN OR WOMAN OF GOD.

IT'S NOT ABOUT YOUR TITLE.

The following are just a few points on how PRAYER becomes part of our AMOUR. (They are many but I choose these just five)

(Note that im talking of a person who lives a life of prayer that is beyond just asking and crying to God)

1. PRAYER CAUSES THE NATURE/GLORY OF GOD TO RUB UPON YOU.

The more time you spend in the presence of God, the more of Him sticks on you.

Moses fasted for a double 40 days back to back.

Imagine 80 days with God.

Just 40 days the Glory of God, the shekinah glory of God was shining upon his face.

I assure you 99 % of the devils you are fighting now will not survive a face shining with the glory of God

Hallelujah!

Exodus 34:28 Moses was there with the Lord forty days and forty nights; he ate no bread and drank no water. And he wrote upon the tables the words of the covenant, the Ten Commandments.

[29]When Moses came down from Mount Sinai with the two tables of the Testimony in his hand, he did not know that the skin of his face shone and sent forth beams by reason of his speaking with the Lord.

[30]When Aaron and all the Israelites saw Moses, behold, the skin of his face shone, and they feared to come near him.

2. THE AURTHORITY OF GOD RUBS ON YOU.

The power to say and it becomes a command that is obeyed physically and spiritually doesn't come by shouting and screaming.

It's the authority of God manifesting through a human vessel.

Did you notice in the gospels that Jesus casted out demons at a word, not at many words.

To legion, He just said go! And around 2000 plus demons ran for their lives.

Jesus lived a life of PRAYER.

HE DIDN'T JUST PRAY WHEN HE WAS IN TROUBLE.

You need to be clothed with authority.

Apart from the 40 days and 40 nights of prayer and fasting, Jesus daily woke up early and went out to pray then at the close of every day went out to pray.

3. PRAYER ATTRACTS THE MILITARY RESOURCES OF HEAVEN .

Elisha didn't pray for the heavenly army to surround him, they were there because He lived a life of prayer.

He had to pray that the eyes of the servant open so he could see them.

2 Kings 6:16 [Elisha] answered, Fear not; for those with us are more than those with them.

[17]Then Elisha prayed, Lord, I pray You, open his eyes that he may see. And the Lord opened the young man's eyes, and he saw, and behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha.

[18]And when the Syrians came down to him, Elisha prayed to the Lord, Smite this people with blindness, I pray You. And God smote them with blindness, as Elisha asked.

In her book "He came to set the captives free" Rebecca Brown talks of a certain class of Mighty angels she calls LINK ANGELS that surrounds certain believers who live a life of prayer.

She details a scene where just a stance by these angels caused the devil and his army to retreat.

There are people whom the devil can look for all their life and never see them even if they are walking and singing in the open because the army of God has blanketed them.

You need the military resources of heaven at your disposal.

Some of you, you just need one big angel and your battles are over.

4. PRAYER BRINGS YOU A ZONE, RADIUS OR PERIMETER AROUND YOU THAT BECOMES A NO GO AREA AND NON-FLY ZONE FOR THE DEVIL.

When David came to Ramah which was a Place of PRAYER for a Praying people, he came under a zone that Saul couldn't follow.

Every solder sent to arrest David was slain by the spirit of God and prophesied.

When Saul came in person he was hit by the power of God as he put his feet at the borders of Ramah.

1 Samuel 19:17-24

Prayer will deal with your enemies as they set foot on your territory.

The radah of prayer signals a specific power of God to deal with any specific demonic attack whilst you're asleep or busy doing something different at that time.

5. PRAYER PUTS THE JUDGEMENT AND PUNISHMENT OF GOD IN YOUR MOUTH.

Elijah called fire from heaven to destroy all the 49 of the 50 enemy soldiers sent to arrest him only leaving one each time to report back several times until one pleaded with him for mercy.

Imagine 2 times calling fire to destroy 50 demons just leaving one to send to the devil with a message!

Elijah never shouted screamed or jumped up and down to emphasise the fire! "Fiiiirrreeeee"

He spoke and fire came down

2 Kings 1:11 Again King [Ahaziah] sent to him another captain of fifty with his fifty. And he said to Elijah, Man of God, the king has said, Come down quickly!

[12 And Elijah answered, If I am a man of God, let fire come down from heaven and consume you and your fifty. And the fire of God came down from heaven and consumed him and his fifty.

Elisha blinded the whole Syrian army by a simple prayer.

2 Kings 6:18 And when the Syrians came down to him, Elisha prayed to the Lord, Smite this people with blindness, I pray You. And God smote them with blindness, as Elisha asked.

Peter Spoke a rebuke and judgement to Ananias and instantly Ananias breathed his last.

He did the same to Safira and she too followed her husband to the grave.

Acts 5:9 Then Peter said to her, How could you two have agreed and conspired together to try to deceive the Spirit of the Lord? Listen! The feet of those who have buried your husband are at the door, and they will carry you out [also].

[10]And instantly she fell down at his feet and died; and the young men entering found her dead, and they carried her out and buried her beside her husband.

You don't have to shout at the top of your voice _"every witch die by fireeeee!"

You just have to say audible "You're joining your ancestors in hell today" and the witch gives up the ghost.

Moses simple said to Dathan and Korah " if I be a man of God no one is going to visit your graves like is done to others"

And the earth opened and these rebellious people were sent to hell instantly and physically with all they possessed.

I don't have time and space to show you the many and uncountable instances in the bible were prayer was demonstrated as an amour on man and women of prayer.

I pray that you will see it in your life as prayer becomes an amour in your life.

May the Lord give you the spirit of prayer that you live a life of Prayer.

Philippines Suspends Visa Upon Arrival Service for Chinese Nationals

Philippines' Bureau of Immigration (BI) has confirmed that the visa upon arrival (VUA) service has been temporarily suspended for Chinese nationals. The decision, made over concerns of the novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV), follows the lockdown of several cities in China in an effort to contain the virus. “The Civil Aeronautics Board has already suspended direct flights from Wuhan province,” said BI Commissioner, Jaime Morente. “We are now temporarily suspending the issuance of VUA for Chinese nationals to slow down the influx of group tours.”

The VUA service is often used by Chinese tour groups, and many other nationalities, visiting Philippines as it saves the hassle of having to get a visa before travelling. A similar move was done by Taiwan Immigration authorities, who, according to an article by the Taipei Times, cancelled permits for 429 people in 24 tour groups from Wuhan, China. orente has however clarified that there is no order barring Chinese nationals from entering the country. “We have not received any directive imposing policy changes on Chinese nationals,” said Morente. “But we are taking this proactive measure to slow down travel, and possibly help prevent the entry of the 2019-nCov into the country.” “It is the Bureau of Quarantine who conducts monitoring of arriving passengers to see if they are manifesting symptoms of the corona virus. They have put up measures in place to strictly check arriving passengers,” Morente added. “They have been very active in giving out information to frontline port personnel on how to prevent the transmission of the virus, given the risk of direct contact with possible carriers.” At press time, 106 people had died of the virus in China and there were 4,535 confirmed nCoV cases in the country and 52 outside of China.
