i do wish that people hadnt been so rabidly critical and vicious towards steven universe back in the day, because now it feels like u cant discuss any parts of the show u didnt like without getting lumped in with those guys lol

#like idk man i liked the show a bunch #but i did also fall off becayse like. yeah i can see the tragjectory of the show now! #i can see that it was always gona be about this broken family of the diamonda and all that #but like. idk man. i tend to prefer when we focus on the little guys #and yeah we did do some of that. but that (planned) swerve near the end there really lost my interest #like i know rose being pink does make her infiitely more complex and its a fine choice to make but it still didnt do anythng for me #i still would have mich preferred to focus on the corrupted gems #on the people with no power in this struggle #its lik how i understand that the diamonds are basically a metaphor for someones like. bigoted aunt or something #but that still doent mean that i like that the people who razed dozens of planets to the ground were given time and priority #over the footsoldiers man!!! #like yes yes i get it its a metaphor its a escalation what else where they gonan do but like idk man i can still not like that turn!! #i can still wish they just....idk overthrew them or bubbled them or something. idk pull an anndrias from aphibia. community service lol #i can still wish that steven had healed the corrupted gems like it felt like it was foreshadowed #(since. yknw. rose can heal physical things- and stevne can a bit too but he can astral project into -peoples minds.) #and the corruption was an inury of the mind first and formost. #like. why would u set that up and not do that jgsnsgknkjdnjkgds #i can stil lthink the proportion inconsistenies were weird and too me out of the moment #eh idk its frustrating #like it feels like u say somehng like this and u have one guy going 'ikr the ahow SUCKED steven shoulda KLLED THEM' #and another going 'omg its a KIDS SHOW SHUT UP FORVER NO CRITICSM' #abd im sitting here in the middle like i tihnk theres some nuance here lads. i think we can habe a middle ground #luke rambles

There’s one thing about Sonic Forces that really pisses me off: how the heck did Eggman manage to concure the world when this story still has Silver and Shadow in it? You know, the guys with the power to DESTROY A FRIKIN GOD (Solaris)! Sure, they used the Chaos Emeralds and Sonic was with them that time but I can’t believe that the 2 of them couldn’t defeat Infinite while Sonic + weaker Sonic + some random kid could. I don’t mind them being helpless in this situation but as long as it’s explained!

IN THIS FAN FIC, IT REVLOVED AROUND THE INFIITY WAR AND ENDGAME AND IN INFIITITY WAR, WANDA DIED, LEAVING HER LITTLE ALL ALONE AND IT WAS 5 YEARS THE LITTLE HAD TO GO ON WITHOUT WANDA AND THEN AT THE END, IT SHOWED WANDA STILL BEING ALIVE BUT THERE WASNT MUCU COMOFORT AT THE END 😀 AND BEFORE I READ THAT, THERE WAS A PREVIOUS FIC THAT WAS LONG AND IT WAS KINDA FLUFFY BUT NOT THAT ANGSY SINCE IT WAS MAINLY WANDA TAKING CARE OF LITTLE AND I AM NOT OKAY. Dawn reached out and touched Kretin's "omnitool". She traced gold outlines with her fingers. It was warm and smooth and solid (though see through and looked like some kinda hologram or something!) It was really cool! Even tho he was standing right there she ran to hide behind the Doctor's big cost and pressed the button on her wrist band:

"Kretin, do you read me. This is Dawn Gold. Over!"

Dawn wasn't too upset about the hour time limit. That was always how it went. Mama and Papa would take you to the park and you were told you had one hour to play and then you had to go home. That was just kinda how the world worked.

The Doctor lead the group from the infiite room to the TARDIS's front doors and pushed them open grandly! The mall was vast, with glass floors and ceilings and walls made of colored light, and criss-crossing tunnels and walkways above and below them. Species from all over the galaxy bustled about with brightly colored bags from the various establishments.

"Pillow Plaza's that way" the Doctor indicated, pointing at an escalator, "I downloaded a copy of the mall map into your omni, but it'll be very hard to get lost. And one hour" she reminded, despite his protests. Because she had an agenda more important then petty theft.

She turned to Nezon. "So!" She said rubbing her hands together in anticipation of action. "Did you want to split up, get more done quickly? Or hit the clothing store, then lights, then electronic, then wood, and if there's time what the heck ice cream?"

Belle waited until all the others had left the infinite room before she bagan.

"You're magic addiction..." She said to Rumple

"That's something I accept. I love you, and that's just part of the package."

She pressed her lips together. She wanted to tell him how his magic addiction had nearly cost billions of lives. How it causes him to attempt something remarkably short sighted and selfish. But that would start their conversation off on an accusitory note.

"But you can't put that on Dawn. She has an oppertunity to learn to have a healthy relationship with magic, but she won't if you modle obsessive tendencies. She'll copy you. She'll inherit your addiction, and I don't want that for her. I know you're afraid to be without magic, afraid for yourself and for us, but don't encourage that fear in her by sticking to her like glue for the sake of magic."
